Great safe parking lot. Probably the only new modern hotel in the downtown. Reasonable prices

An excellent choice!

This hotel is excellent. The situation is perfect, the atmosphere is calm and charming and the pool is very nice and well maintained; water was always clean. In addition the breakfast was very good and the room was spacious. Eila, Finland

This is probably one of the two best places to stay in town. They have a secure parking lot and are one block from the town square. I liked the room very much. I found the morning breakfast was not very exciting.

The room was big, bed comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was quiet and in winter mode.

This Hotel is an Oasis in a Town with so much history, Vicuña, commune and city in Elqui Province, Coquimbo Region, Chile.

The room was large, the bed very comfy, and the room was decorated nicely. Really enjoyed the two large slider windows to the small balcony. A/C did not work, but with the windows open we were fine. The restaurant served excellent meals, beautifully prepared and presented. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay.

Lovely huge room with a great comfy bed. The roof top terrace is amazing for an evening drink and there are two hot tubs which you can book for a free one hour use. In the perfect location in this great little town. Highly recommend the hotel.

Just a perfect place to spend a few days with your family. Great hosts, terrific views, and delicious breakfast.

Terral hotel and spa is really nice. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very nice and cclea. In our first room, the heat wasn't working. But the staff was really great and fixed the problem immediately. We changed rooms and everything was great. The jucuzzi was also really nice and the rooftop was amazing.

A gem in the oasis.

We were not expecting to see such a beautiful hotel in this small town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the front desk personnel.

Beautiful Hotel

great hotel rooms and staff, our room was across from the restaurant and stairs, so fairly loud, our kids had a room down the hall that was perfect. Great rooftop bar, book the Jacuzzi when you check in, awesome view of the stars.

Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, awesome rooftop bar w/ spas. Only negative was the North Korean-like internet filter on the otherwise fast Wifi.

Fuimos bienvenidos por personal muy joven, bienvenida calida y profesional. En la azotea Mariela nos atendió de oro - lo mejor. Todo fue bien hasta que hicimos el check out y nos sorprendió (lo que parecia el gerente) con un cargo adicional por uso de 1 hora en las tinajas. Al cual hice claro que nos habian i dicado estaba incluida, razon por la cual enfatizamos incluirla en nuestro itinerario. El caballero no demostró ningún tipo de sensibilidad a mi comentario, y mi pareja al ver le intento explicar igualmente ue el punto no es el pagar, es que se nos había indicado ese era un servicio incluido. Yo soy viajero frecuente y estoy muy al tanto de preguntar y asegurarme entender lo que esta incluido y no en mi estadia. Muy mal por el caballero.

Un tanto fría la habitación, el mobiliario no era del todo cómodo. La variedad de comida en la cena fue un tanto decepcionante.

Mobiliario en piscina

El aforo de piscina era 15 personas. pero solo habia 4 reposeras

Ein Hotel mit Charme - denn ein altes Anwesen bildet die Grundlage des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war groß und bestand aus einem Schlafbereich und einer Art Wohnzimmer mit Küchennische. Die Dachterrasse ist großzügig und verfügt über eine Bar, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und zwei Whirlpools. Das Hotel ist unweit von Stadtzentrum gelegen (ca. 100 Meter). Ein abgesperrter Parkplatz (im Preis bereits enthalten) ist auch vorhanden. Insgesamt fanden wir das Ambiente sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend.

Decepcionante estadía

Atención regular, Restaurante muy limitado menú, Bar pobre en licores, Personal que empatiza poco con los clientes, Estacionamiento separado de las dependencias del Hotel (más de media cuadra).

Una decepción y una estafa

De partida reserve una habitación para tres y después quise cambiar a una de dos pero nunca me contestaron los correos Llegamos al hotel nos dieron una habitación en la zona más antigua ,el olor era asqueroso entre a humedad y poca ventilación Pedí que nos cambiaran ,después de varios comentarios poco amables de la recepcionista y al insistir nos cambiaron a una habitación en la parte nueva .Bien ,buenas camas bien baño ,el problema es que se escucha todo desde el piso de arriba cuando caminan y van al baño!! Reserve un hidromasaje a las 20:00 hs y cuando fuimos no estaba listo ,nos cambiaron a las 21:30 tampoco no tenia la temperatura adecuada ,aparte el lugar estaba sin luz ,una pena que no hagan las cosas como corresponde y con ganas El personal muy poco amable en gral salvo Noelia que atendía el restaurante ,ella bien

Hotel impecable, calidad de servicio mejorable

Hotel impecable, estilo acorde al entorno del Valle del Elqui. Excelentes instalaciones: piscina, hidromasaje, comedor, habitaciones. Con servicio a la habitación. Siento que el cierre de la cocina es muy temprano con respecto a otros hoteles (10:30). Lo mejorable es la atención del personal. No dan a conocer todos los servicios del hotel, tampoco saludan ni se despiden. El atendedor del bar no ofrece bebidas ni tragos estando a su lado.

Maravilhoso

Foi uma geata surpresa. O hotel é no centro de tudo. Fizemos o passeio ao observatório Malalluca e a observacao das estrelas no hotel foi fantástica- sem contar que foi exclusivo para mim e meu marido. A piscina é uma delícia a jacuzzi então... nem se fala... basta marcar seu horário- já está incluso.

ES UN HOTEL 4 ESTRELLAS MUY CALIDO Y ACOGEDOR, CON BUENOS SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL QUE TRABAJA EN EL; ESPECIALMENTE EN RECEPCIÓN ESTA MIGUEL, QUE ES UN EXCELENTE ANFITRION. CABE DESTACAR LA GASTRONOMIA QUE ES MUY BUENA Y A PRECIOS TOTALMENTE RAZONABLES. FUIMOS POR 3 NOCHES Y NOS QUEDAMOS 4, LA ESTADIA FUE BUENISIMA. HABITACIONES MUY BUENAS, SOBRE TODO LAS DEL 2º PISO, AMPLIAS Y COMODAS. TAMBIEN TOMAMOS UN TOUR PARA VER LA LUNA Y LAS ESTRELLAS, EN EL MISMO HOTEL, CON BARBARA UNA BUENA Y COMPLETA GUIA, FELICIDADES PARA ELLA. EN LOS COMEDORES DESTACAN JAVIERA , VANESSA Y LUIS.

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung

Sehr schön! Ruhig, großes Zimmer, Bett sehr bequem. Schwimmbad ok. Internet flott. Frühstück gut. Nettes und kompetentes Personal. Abends im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse die Sterne ansehen ist toll. Nur ein paar Schritte von der Plaza. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Mala experiencia,no volveriamos ni lo recomendamos

Personas sin capacitacion para atender pasajeros, partiendo por el gerente a cargo, salvo Cristian el barman que tenia la actitud de servicio no solo en la barra si no tambien en jacuzzi, en solucionar y atender bien a pasajeros

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in Vicuña. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war sehr schön und gepflegt (Dachgarten, Swimmingpool und Garten). Es war sehr erholsam. Gute Küche und gute Weinauswahl, sehr freundliches Personal.

Un lugar ameno, muy céntrico y con todos los servicios disponibles, ésto a muy buenos precios de temporada baja. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Por sobre todo la amabilidad de su atención.

Fue menos de lo que esperaba

Es un hermoso y bien ubicado hotel. Ya había alojado antes ahí en 2015, y decidí volver principalmente por el área de tinas, pero esta vez no fue una experiencia tan grata, ya que había una en mantención, por lo que no pudimos ocuparlas. Además el personal de recepción era poco amigable y abierto a entregar soluciones. En el restaurant, excelente calidad de los platos y atención del personal insuperable.

Reserva de Hoteles.com no estaba en el hotel

El unico problema fue que cuando llegamos a la recepción en su sistema no les apareció mi reserva de Hoteles.com. Tenían disponibilidad de una pieza por lo que nos pudimos quedar en este hotel igual. El resto todo OK. *Confirmación de de reserva Hoteles.com N°8072693147276
