I had fun

I recently stayed at Temptation Resort in Cancun, and it was an incredible experience overall! The resort is beautiful, with vibrant decor, great amenities, and an exciting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pools, beach, and entertainment options were top-notch, and the vibe was perfect for a fun, adults-only getaway. However, the only downside was the food. While there was a variety of options available, I found the quality to be lacking at times, with some dishes not living up to expectations. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and I’d still highly recommend the resort for anyone looking for a lively and luxurious vacation in Cancun

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredible and a specific shout out to Alberto at the breakfast buffet! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more

Had fun for about 3-4 days. After that the party scene got old. Entertainment got repetitive. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Drinks were to be expected. Overall a good experience, but would not stay a full week next time.

Resort looks a little worn. While security does what they could found a guest who was taking video and reported him to security. Concern we had on this trip

This resort is the only reason we continue to go to Cancun. Every staff member we interacted with were amazing, making us feel welcomed, special, and happy. Sofia and Kaory at the front desk were both incredible. They greeted us with a smile and made sure we had a fantastic time. Carlos, the bellhop also made us feel special. He remembered our name and each time we came in contact with him, he greeted us with a smile by our first names. Temptation will always be our second home.

Temptations is an amazing resort if you are open minded and looking for a party. This isn’t a sit down and sip a drink kinda place. It’s a dj all day, shots, sexy games by the pool. It’s a amazing place

GREAT STAY.GREAT STAFF

We had a great time at the Temptation. The food was amazing and so much better than expected. The party scene was super fun and with the quiet pool option to relax when it was too much it was great. People are really friendly and you just relax into this sexy vibe that you wouldn’t otherwise in your normal life. My only suggestion not really a complaint would be to the hotel to change the lobby area. It feels like an airport cold and uncomfortable. Spend a little money to update it similar to other resorts where people like to meet up before dinner and have some drinks at the lobby bar. This is not comfortable currently. Rooms were great and housekeeping was on point. Nothing but great things to say about the trip and we would go back anytime!

Overall good. The property is a good vibe, not a lot of rooms and the food is just OK. But generally not bad at all.

The staff is awesome and they make you feel like your second home. We will continue to recommend this hotel to all of our friends. We are already planning our next trip and we just got back home today.

I enjoyed our stay at this property. The vibe was very upbeat and friendly. The food was just ok. Nothing to brag about. And the only thing we didn't like, was the pressure to take that tour of the property. They want you to buy a premier package. No means no. Other than that. Everything was good

One must have an open mind and relax. Different beautiful people. The staff, grounds price was excellent. Those drinks were a little too watery for me. Something is always off with alcoholic beverages at All inclusive resorts. Would revisit

Parties are super fun. Everything was great except i feel like the rooms are getting run down and need updating. My light didnt work under the bed or over the tv. Also restroom decal was peeling off and looks a little moldy at the drain and some corners of the shower. Been going here for many years i hope they adress these issues so i can continue coming here. Oh also they were doing some kind of construction at 8am on a sat morning when i was hungover and sleeping. Not cool

This resort was very friendly, open and safe. Resort was very accepting of all kinds, including LGBTQ. I would recommend and go again. Just a very good experience overall.

I just got back from Temptations and cannot express how much fun me and my two friends had! We are 3 girls in our mid-thirties and loved the party vibe. Staff were so friendly, food was great, pool was a vibe, and we cannot wait to go back. Only con was that the garden view suite we had was quite loud - there were renos happening, plus the staff carts were loud. Earplugs helped! The people we met there made the trip. This place is a definite repeat trip for us!

I mostly enjoy the entertainment. I feel that was the highlight of our trip. Every day they had something planned for us. By the poolside or in the general area.

What I like the most was their service, also all of the fun games at the pool and there theam night parties. The food was also very good too. I love the bar top food and Romansa restaurant. I definitely will be going back.

Fun place

Started great ended very poorly. Most of the staff was great. The playmakers were so much fun and really got the party going. The evening shows at the club were amazing and so entertaining. We even considered buying their VIP package/timeshare for future dates. On the last day we checked out and told the front desk our planned time of departure for our evening flight and left our bags with security in the lobby. When we went to retrieve the bags to leave they would not return them to us and tried to charge us an additional 150USD per person for staying into the evening even though we asked if that was ok and assured us it would be fine. They would not return our passports or our wallets from our suitcases. The manager and security got involved and I asked if we needed to involve the police since they would not return our passports or wallets. Eventually they returned our bags and let us leave. We went from almost buying a timeshare to almost calling the police.

We had a fantastic time only issue was our room the room we booked was an ocean view room but we were placed in a garden view room but the hostess made arrangements with us for our next visit we will be put in a ocean view at no charge

The place was great. exactly what we thought it would be. only complaint was that it was difficult to get a drink in the sexy pool. bartenders stayed at one end. we tip generously and it didn't help but other than that it was great

It was such a great experience

Just got back from our 3rd time here and it never disappoints! All the service across the board is acceptional, friendly accommodating, professional, top notch! Restaurant options are all wonderful! Fresh unique options at all locations. If we had one minor issue is the the steakhouse is a very load environment, but that’s a preference thing and not really a “complaint”. Facilities and event planing is again next level, by far the most interactive and entertaining adult only hotel I’ve come across, and most other guests we meet all agree! The atmosphere and vibe is always so great, it is seriously the finest place out there! As much as there is a party going on most of the time, there are very nice spots to chill and relax. Tip: if you like it a bit more quite in the mornings, the garden rooms are further away from the party pool, but if you want to be in the middle of the action, get a pool view or something in the tower!

This resort has seen better days. They are milking it now leveraging the allure of the "temptation". No proper beach, & street vendors are able to walk the public beach area.

It’s something that could definitely be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and I would still recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and unique getaway in Cancun!

It’s beautiful but I didn’t realize it was a sexualized resort and it made me uncomfortable to go to certain areas on it.

Staff was personable and accommodating! Decor was a bit outdated and the ocean not as blue as on the Hotel Zone. There are no long walks on the sand here. Very hedonistic though!

I didn’t like the smell, the ice machine in our floor #2 didn’t work. The floor tiles in front of the ice machine was broken. I woke in with the sun in my face because the automatic shade in the room didn’t work. And I could keep going but it’s not worth it

My wife and I were anxious upon arrival to the resort as this was our first trip to Cancun. However, we immediately felt at ease with the friendly welcoming we received. All the staff were extremely helpful the minute we arrived. Our bags were checked in and we were provided a glass of champagne. The check in process was smooth and easy. Our room was not quite ready, but we were able to fully enjoy all the amenities while we waited. The sexy pool is where all the action takes place. A crazy party vibe all day. The playmakers are phenomenal!!! They keep the party going with adult themed games. Trust me, you’ll enjoy it!! All the guests were friendly and non judgmental. The room and property grounds were clean and well maintained. The location is great and we felt safe the entire stay. The customer service from the staff was definitely a 10/10. Especially the bartenders. We received a couples massage at the spa and well.. it was WORTH every penny. All other resorts just felt blah after visiting Temptations Cancun. If you are considering going, book it! You won’t regret it. We will definitely be going back.

Such a great time, it’s definitely a party resort so if you’re looking for calm quiet it’s probably not the place for you. Everyone was super friendly and the staff was great. Will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at this resort and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a definite party vibe and the nights can be late but the staff and other patrons are particularly friendly. There is zero pressure at this resort and we are already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a little excitement and adventure as an adult then this is a place for you.

Property was fine but room floor would get slippery from condensation and the workers press you too much about meeting with them to purchase long term stay packages…and gift store is highly overpriced!!!

If you are for some fun and be open to some stuff that you don't see on a normal basis, it's a great place. the games at the pool were absolutely fun. the shows at night are espectacular. their costumes, dances, choreography and all were second to none. I had never seen such an effort even in the most high end resorts but the food and the room were ok, nothing too fancy. Overall we had a great time. absolutely one of the best vacations among all the all inclusives that I've ever been. Thank you.

The check in was not super pleasant as the check in and check out lady was very blunt and then another lady sat us down for 15 mins to try to sell other things not included in the package even though we were tired from our flights. Our friends booked the same room but were upgraded and that was inconvenient since we had to separate at certain times. The wait times for the restaurants were really long 30-40 mins near dinner time for all restaurants. If you want to book “She”, you have to stand in line at 11am but I was there at 10:45am and everyone in front received reservations even though it wasn’t 11am yet so we weren’t able to get the reservation for all our party. Our room was also very hot and the AC broke for a day. The pools, food, and parties were great. The bartenders and servers were amazing!

Beautiful Property, Room had a smell and could have been a little cleaner. Food is mediocre. Italian Restaraunt is the best. Music could be more inclusive for example, More hip hop, and r and b. Overall fun time though.
