I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. Although the staff members were friendly and accommodating, the pictures on the website were misleading. The shower was mouldy and the equipment was old. Additionally, there was no iron machine or iron board available. I would rate this hotel as one-star. When I booked a dinner buffet, there was no buffet available, and I was given a limited à la carte menu with only two options. However, the staff were very friendly. I advise that you think twice before booking this hotel and consider seeing it in person first. I will never stay here again as it is not worth the price.

The front desk staff was incredibly rude and the bathroom had more mold than I have ever seen. AC did not work and the elevator did not work.

When I first arrived I had to give him 200 Just for him so he can pull me better room hotel was very noisy it’s not a quiet spot to stay in I couldn’t even invite my friends who drove me from the airport for dinner . I do not recommend not want to go there it’s not worth it they treat wrong Plus when you check out you have to wait at the lobby for them to check the room before you leave

Hotel is not on well maintained condition. Worst part they don't even provide you water bottles even for breakfast if you ask for water they will ask you to buy. Corridors are stinky. Only good thing is location and view of Nile

We could not stay in this room and had to leave. Room was completely different from the pictures provided. Rooms were unclean and smelled like some insecticide. Room furniture is outdated. Bathroom fixtures had rust.

Would stay again

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the manager also accommodates the stray dogs and cat seeking shelter outside the hotel which was a bonus for me, knowing they show compassion. Hotel could do with updating - which they seem to be in the process off. Room phone didn’t work but wasn’t a big problem.

WiFi does not work in Lobby or rooms. Dusty rooms. Sticky room floors. Unsanitary. Waiting for refund. Left after 1/2 hour once we found another hotel

The property has been kept up and it was clean including the toilets. The bar in the lobby was a little small, but sufficient. The dinner served in the hotel restaurant was good and service was great.

I Have question if this hotel actually under Swiss Inn Hotels & Resorts Management as I visited Swiss Inn Dahab which is totally different on it's Facilities & Cleanliness & Hygiene, Old rooms furniture & Disasterly bathrooms status & Public WC, Very Poor Breakfast buffet no variety, Really Disgusting Hotel

Renovation actions should be taken, Old room furniture & bathroom Tolliet & bathtub so rusty, wish next time rooms will be face lifting.

It’s a good place for the price you’re paying. But the only 2 parts I didn’t like were the WiFi wasn’t that good and the food at the restaurant is so bland. Other than that. It’s a good hotel with good people working.

Very clean, in a good location next to the Nile and close to downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good, plentiful and varied,and we also ate at the rooftop cafe one night and it was good.

On the whole the staff were lovely. Great breakfast. They were happy to upgrade us when our bathroom flooded. Furnishings a little tired but fine for the price.

Hotel staff was great. And the included breakfast was pretty good. Shower didn't work at all. Beds were pretty aged and uncomfortable. But price was pretty competitive and for a quick overnight it worked.

If you are a foreign traveler don't stay in this Hotel!!! The Front Office Manager by the name of Sumar, not only that she is very rude ignorant to foreigner she will charge you double the price if you aren't Egyptian. Don't get fooled by their false advertising. There is no view!!!

Internet connection is really bad

The internet connection for this hotel is fatal, you can find WIFI in the rooms but be aware that the speed connection is something really bad. Swimming pool hours, you can not swim after 17:00 this is ridiculous. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep well, the noise outside (traffic) and inside because of AC.

My trip was a business trip I needed to be in this location to get where I needed to be. I needed to meet with people to take care of business, some employees were very bothersome such as (interruptions mid conversation, staring problem, harassing us). In the room, the air condition was terrible. We invited a friend to visit who booked a room because we wanted to be close to one another and she had to switch rooms 3 times because of the air condition was not working. The reception air condition wasn't on. It was too hot! When we were checking out the credit card machine wasn't working and then the receptionist had the audacity to ask the us (the customer) to walk outside to find an atm to pay our bill. That was an inconvenience. We couldn't even tip them because we were very annoyed and upset at this situation. The food in the restaraunt was the same everyday for breakfast and dinner and then they asked us why we weren't eating there everyday? And then the manager gave us a sarcastic come back saying "we can go get you something special". We decided to have dinner one night and we went downstairs to the lobby (the dinner starts at 9pm) we went there at 9:05 pm and they told us the dinner was over. Apparently there was a soccer team consisting of more than 30 people who were 11 years old who ate the food in 5 minutes? I wouldn't come to this hotel again for the inconvenience they put us through and the lack of air.

Western rooms are overlooking old buildings and sometimes at weekends loud music from outdoor can be heard untill late time of the evening, air conditioning are old their outdoor units have very loud impact noise and heard as humming inside the rooms, hotel has a policy that security has the rights to confiscate any foods and beverages brought from outside the hotel, rooms that overlooking the nile are good unfortunately there is a water processing station allocated in front of the hotel which produces an annoying continues wave sound, internet is dead even for browsing, food is less than medium, i was happy to check out and i don't recommend it
