The room was hot most of the time the refrigerator did not work. The bed was uncomfortable. The place was not maintain well. The worst thing was that lady required $100 deposit when I was already paying $100 for the room which was an excusable, and she just did not understand much but don’t positive it was somewhere to stay, but it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

I would suggest finding another property around this area. The workers here are unhelpful, and dismissive. It's a bed, but those can be found at any other facility.

Room was clean and looked professional. Strong water pressure. No allergens. Had fridge, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, alarm clock, TV (thought didn't turn on), ice machine nearby, free fresh continental breakfast 7am to 9am, no crackheads or thieves in or around; highways across the street; quiet; clean bedding; strong AC; clean pool; felt safe. 5m from airport. 15m from Sam Houston Army Base. About 25m from downtown & 18 public prestine pickleball courts. About 5m from LifeTime 281 gym. A lot of places to eat nearby. 24/7 attendant so don't know why expedia reporting no late check-ins. Great value! Would def stay here again!

It's a cheap place to stay, nothing really to write home about, there was not much close to do, you definately need a car, but in saying that, the staff are great and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Definitely do not recommend. Granted, this is a cheap hotel, and a chain at that - but the degree of corner cutting I witnessed has ensured I never return. Staff did not seem to understand the check in process. Woke me up AFTER I had already gone to my room and laid down to rest after a 12 hour flight to try and tell me my card was declined… when I had paid in advance a week prior through Expedia! When I asked what they wanted me to do, not even they knew. And that was just the beginning. Was lovely to turn on the light in my room to see a cockroach sitting by my feet. The towels were coarse and rough to the touch. Was the management too cheap for fabric softener? The fridge didn’t work. The breakfast served each day is always identical - scrambled eggs and sausage patties - when it is served at all. On one instance I came out at 6 am, and asked about the hot food, to be told it would be out in an hour. I came back at 7, different staff member, who just shrugged and said they must be out of it. Would it really kill the owners budget to offer a little variety? Some cheap pancakes, waffles or bacon, just to break up the monotony? The orange and cranberry juice tasted watered down. The milk had a strange aftertaste I can’t quite explain, but may have been on the verge of souring. There were loud parties going on at the building across the way that lasted until past two in the morning, and a constant tapping sound in the room. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Upon my initial room inspection I realized that my microwave was missing, which the hotel staff promptly brought not long after my arrival. I found a variety of stains on the walls, upholstery, linens etc. Heavy marijuana smoke from my neighbors room kept seeping into my "non-smoking" room. I found two cockroaches running around the toilet when I went to use the bathroom. The hotel is located in an industrial area not far from the airport. Within driving distance of area shops and restaurants. Limited breakfast selection. Desk staff and cleaning staff were helpful and polite. Be sure to check the windows, I was located on the first floor. Mine was unlocked and open with the window screen missing. Occasionally you'll hear a plane fly overhead.

Decent hitel

This was a decent place to stay. Average hotel. Needed some upgrades, but was comfortable and good breakfast

It’s a pretty good place for a nightstay. It’s also pretty close to the airport.

Clean, oh my god and no cockroaches. It was a treat for me. Highly recommend.

Roaches

We arrived from our delayed flight around 2:30am. The gentelman manning the front desk was extremely slow and answered a phone call in the middle of helping us get to our room so we could get some much needed rest. Also, the pictures of this hotel are extremely outdated. We were informed they haven't had a waffle maker in years, they don't offer anything besides apples for fruit and the day we were there they just happened to not get their shipment of eggs so our only choice was frosted flakes (the milk was missing)- oh wait, the frosted was crossed out so we just got flakes.

Dirty room

Room was very dirty, and when I asked the housekeeper to sweep and mop my room she stated it was not her section. I had to go downstairs to see who was in charge of my room sections. Same girl I asked to help sweep my room was the same girl they sent to do it.

The reviews for this place are way off. Amenities include: No Elevator(hope your bag isn't too heavy to carry upstairs), a pathetic continental breakfast that can only feed 10 people(everything was almost gone within the first 45 minutes and somehow oatmeal packets were from 2019), unidentified red substance on your chair, unidentified brown substance on the ceiling, hearing planes takeoff and land all night, a bed that squeaks everytime you move(yes, every time...), a broken door latch, and a deadbolt that doesnt align with the slot. $100 deposit they asked for, and gave back before even checking the room. Use cash for this if you stay here. The room was decently clean, a/c blew cold, and the bed was clean but not comfy like reviews said.

Our room smelled like urine. Front desk came to mop but it did not help the smell.

Roaches and problems.

Dirty towels were in the room when we arrived. Lots of cockroaches everywhere. Refrigerator leaked.

It’s a very good deal considering the price. Clean room, clean bathroom, nice bed and a good breakfast included.

It was super HOT on the hallways , the A/C on the room take like 3 hours to work properly it was super hot , atm isn’t working , card machine isn’t working , only cash .

Worse hotel in San Antonio

Our stay was not great what hotel with 2 floors does not have an elevator 😐. I was so noisy, kids crying at 3am everytime we moved in our bed it popped loud like metal bending. Oh and when got to the hotel we saw a guy and a girl grinding on each other outside the pool. I could not tell if they where a couple or she was a hooker. 😡 we stayed due to a crying tired toddler and even he couldnt sleep. Oh breakfast was none existent it was 8 am and only cereal and oatmeal was available with no milk. Never again don't waist your money.

Pretty simple. I had an issue and it got taken care.

It was horrible. The hotel lost my reservation. I called Hotels.com and showed the front desk manager my email with confirmation number, but somehow they said I didn't have a reservation. I'll never attempt to stay there again.

Property was not at all good, it is the worst property I have ever stayed at. The property management after a conflict with double booking yelled at us and cussed us out. Pee stains on sheets and room reeked of mariuna after they had gotten on us about not refunding our deposit if we smoked room. After incident at 1 am which took two hours to get anywhere, it was promised manger would be downstairs at 9 am. When they were not there I asked to speak to manger because the front attended said they cannot resolve issue without manager and we would just have to check out and leave. I was not leaving without some resolve. Manager was then called and was in bed upstairs sleeping she said and was upset and yelling and cussing and did not want to help. They later said to bad there is nothing we can do.

Disappointed

It is good for a one night stay. We stayed for 3 days and our bedsheets were not changed out daily, our towels were not changed out daily. When asking the cleaning staff for assistance the lady became angry. I do not recommend for a long stay.

Our room was dirty. There was used dirty soap bars in our shower. Shower was dirty and with hair in it. Toilet was dirty. Refrigerator had spilling in it. Hair blow dryer is burnt- melted. Molding around the toilet are dusty and dirty. Hallways smell like cigarette.

Washer/dryer weren't working, 1st breakfast day it was not kept up, same breakfast was repeated. Front desk staff were neutral.

Comfy and clean, but had to switch rooms because AC didn’t work and smelled like it was burning. In the next room the fridge didn’t work, but we decided to stay put anyway and just not use it. Service at front desk was very nice and helpful. Pool looked clean and inviting, but we didn’t use it due to local weather. Good location. Fine for the price.

Not impressed

The bathroom had not been cleaned. The soap was used and had hair on it. There was a wet floor rug and washcloth left on the tub. It was loud all night.

Although room was clean, it did not smell very good and is a very old property. The AC made noise that was impossible to sleep with. We did not stay.

Never again

Chlorine tablets and chemicals were thrown into the pool. The breakfast consisted of coffee, eggs and sausage nothing else was available not working. The eating area was tiny. There is no elevator and the stairs are located only at the ends of the buildings. Which wouldn’t be too bad if the hall way acs were on. Nope they had them off and the windows open. Every asthmatics nightmare. Never again at this location.

Understaffed but the lone girl that was there when we checked in was during her best and was very nice and helpful. There was no tv control in the room and she found us one. There wasn’t enough wash clothes but she took care of that too. The breakfast was ok.

Property had roaches and hair and tissues from the previous guests were still in the bed letting us know the sheets weren’t changed .Toilet was dirty and towels had hair and were dirty .

Typical Indian Inn. Breakfast quits and exactly at 9:00 AM, not 9:30 and they are there at your door at checkout time, Not five minutes more. But, it was clean and comfortable, plus convenient to the airport

Service was okay but property didn’t have AC on the second floor only rooms had AC. Hallway was so hot and stuffy had a musty smell…

I like the location of the property because it is close to the airport and the reasonable price. However, I have stayed at this hotel four time and the last three time there were no light bulbs in two of the lamps. Each time I had to go to the front desk and request light bulbs. It is very annoying!

I should have stayed somewhere else

When I first walked in the light switch didn’t work, the ottoman had visible stains and the tv/remote were difficult to operate. Oh and the bed had a metal frame with springs so there were a lot of squeaky noises whenever I moved. So this was not my favorite hotel stay.

We stay here if location , but they can do better in maintaining g the property and the rooms in better condition. We had a upholstery chair with a non matching ottoman all dirty.

Gentleman who checked me in was nice but there was no shower curtain and the restroom was very dirty. There were also bugs in the room and restroom. Area was not desirable.

What I didn't like was that I requested a non smoking room and I got the worst room smelling as if I was in a bar surrounded by 10 people smoking.

Terrible. Lady at front desk you’ll not work with me. Called in advance and asked if my 18yo son could get the room key as he was already in San Antonio and I was driving in from Mississippi. Lady would not let him in the room and I could not cancel as I had just reserved it in the same day and they needed 24 hrs in advance.

There was a huge period stain on my unwashed sheets.

This hotel is absolutely horrid and horrible. I arrived in San Antonio in the middle of the night around 12 AM. Checked in with my daughters. We went into the room. I had to use the restroom. I heard my daughters shrieking. I ran out to see what was going on. There were roaches on the bed. I ran to grab a cup to try to put it over one of them. But it was too fast and crawled underneath the mattress. I immediately notified the person at the front desk. Informed him we were no longer going to be staying there. He did offer us another room. But my first impression of that hotel was absolutely horrible and I would not stay in any hotel in any room, knowing there are roaches on the bed and under the mattress. So I booked another hotel right away. I called the next day to talk to the office manager. She was absolutely horrible and horrid. I told her about the roaches. She proceeded to tell me that it was natural that it was only a part of nature, and that I would be getting absolutely no refund. I told her it was not my fault that there were roaches, and that their hotel was infested. She proceeded to hang up on me.I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. They DO NOT care about their customers. DO NOT stay there. I repeat DO NOT STAY THERE. Horrible customer service and filthy/infested. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIIS HOTEL.

Excellent Bed and Close to the Airport!

The bed was extra comfy! Rooms are recently renovated. We had a wheelchair-accessible room and the shower rode was very loose on the wall. The noise and lights are not great. Complimentary breakfast and hospitality were very nice. I do recommend if you want freshly brewed coffee; it's only machine-made. Overall very friendly and accomodating. We slept well.

From other reviews I can see that this hotel has a car break in problem that has not been addressed. I surprised two would be thieves riding bicycles looking for what to steal from inside the cars. As soon as they saw me the hurriedly rode away through the back gate that they forced open to have a quick exit.

The room stunk. Towels were dirty and rough. The shower head was nice and water pressure good.

It looks better than it really is. There’s a lack of attention to detail. Lackadaisical staff, little things are falling apart.

My truck along with other vehicles were damaged and broken into! Yes it’s signs warning about not responsible for damage or accidents to vehicles- When asked about if they call the police or have security cameras the only thing said I would have to know the time- Overall the staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The only staff said this happens because of the business next door and it happens before- I only wish that was posted instead- (Beware of Smash and Grab to vehicles!)

It’s a clean place with no cleanliness issues. But there is no Gym like advertised . Bring your own toiletries and haircare products they don’t provide much. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

The shower had good water pressure. The bathroom light switch cover was broken, the hangers were rusty, the blanket had burn holes in it. The breakfast are could of been better, like a .waffle maker or have bacon.

The sheets were stained and there were hairs stuck on the walls of the shiwer.

Cleanliness could be improved.
