Was very loud late into the night with what sounded like a group of teenagers. Clean, comfortable, convenient with timely early airport shuttle.

Affordable Airport Convenience stay

Affordable and conveniently located near the airport. Friendly front desk staff. Quiet. Easy drive to get into town center (Riverwalk, antique auto museum (see pic), fine dining etc.). Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Indian restaurant that's part of the hotel too.

The elevator smelled slightly like mildew or mold or at least very musty and the king size sheets did not fit the bed. They popped off when I got up to use the restroom in the night.

Service was great. Room was clean. However the bed was wore out and broken down. That was disappointing. They need to check all the beds out.

Very convenient. I had a clean and quiet room as I requested. My only complaint is that the bed was not so comfortable.

It was easy to check in. Room in excellent location.

The sheets did not stay on the bed at all. They popped off while I was getting in bed and would not go back on. The tub was super tiny too. Hardly even enough room to maneuver.

Inadequate check in staff. Many people waiting. Check in took an hour. Staff person was efficient and friendly, but overwhelmed. Room was superficially clean, carpet needed shampooing, and wallpaper was peeling. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The manager at the hotel was just plain rude. There was a mix up with a last minute change I had made to the date of my stay that was my fault as I'd accidentally booked the wrong night. I lost my $ due to the last minute change and just paid for another night through the app. The change hadn't made it to the hotel system when I arrived shortly after making the change. The reps from Expedia were promptly trying to help. The manager at the front desk was very passive aggressive to them and then turned full on nasty. She called one of them the R word after hanging up with them. She also said she had that she had charged the higher because she felt like it. I would never stay there again

Perfect Hotel for Early Flight

This is the perfect hotel for an early flight out of RNO. It's a ~10 minute walk or a ~5 minute shuttle ride. It's an older building, so try and get a 3rd floor room as the ceiling creaks on the 2nd floor rooms. I'm no expert on Indian food, but the buttered chicken was pretty good at the attached the restaurant.

Housekeeping isn’t honest

Our stay was good however, I left my pajama top there. I slept in it at the motel and we went straight from there to our home. When I discovered I didn’t have it and callled, the front desk staff checked with housekeeping. They said that they didn’t have it. It is annoying that someone they employ is dishonest.

Noisy, but the room was bordering the freeway. Bottom sheet was too small and wouldn't stay tucked under. We slept on top of the other sheet.

We had 2 rooms. All four beds in the rooms were old, uncomfortable, especially on the sides next to the bedside table. Felt like sleeping in a shallow hole.

Was very secluded for location. Staff was friendly but at times there needed to be more staff available at front desk.

The new Indian Restaurant. It was excellent. The hotel check in staff was very accommodating. Room was great.

Safe, quiet and easy parking

Great place for a small vacation. Has a big resort feel without the resort fees.

The staff lied to me about airport parking fees & conditions to make me pay to park at their hotel parking. I hate being lied to!

Layout of the room was strange. Had a counter for the bathroom sink that stuck out into the walkway from the door. The bed was lumpy. Moved to the Staybridge to be with family after one night.

The room had bed bugs, and I had to be moved into another room.

Every thing was fine except for the internet. I took numerous tries to connect and then it didn’t last long.

Not very clean

The Wi-Fi service was horrible. I could not get my iPhone to connect and my kindle connected with one bar then kept kicking off.

The room was a little run down. It was hard to get the door key to work. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Overall old but ok for price. Convenient if you are flying in and out of airport. Food options are good for older property. Staff are professional but not particularly happy or outgoing. I would stay there again because it’s a decent value compared to other options near airport.

We stay at this hotel before early morning flights as it is so convenient. This hotel has sunk in standards. Broken mattress broken chair. Not as clean ad usually is. No screen on window. There is airport hotel competition now. We will stay in one of those next time.

Very close to airport with a shuttle. Finding an approved parking spot at night was a little confusing

Despite the fact this property has been said to have been remodeled/updated each time management/ownership has changed, it is OLD. I even had to call the front desk in order to turn on the shower faucet.

Shuttle service is exceptional. They allowed early check in.

The people across the hall were so loud that i didn't even end up staying the night. There was trash on the floor in the entry way. And on my way to my car a homeless person made me feel threatened.

The front desk staff was so helpful and respectful. The shuttle driver was courteous and nice. The room was clean, smelled good, and had a nice recliner and a nice work desk/area. We ate at the Indian restaurant in the lobby and it was tasty, reasonable, and the staff was great. Already made our next reservations. Recommend.

Had a short overnight stay for an early morning flight

The website photos make the hotel look better than it does in person. The hotel needs to be remolded! The chairs and furnishings in the lobby were nice, but the rooms certainly needed to be upgraded! The paint/structure on the walls in our hotel room was peeling and the carpet looked like it could be replaced along with the furniture. The floors in our room also sounded like they were creaking. We booked here because it was right across the street from the airport and we didn’t have a rental car so it made it convenient to just walk across the street to the hotel. It was nice having a mini fridge and microwave in the room, and we appreciated being put on the top floor like we requested.

This hotel was so convenient for me. I got in at midnight and the rental car desks were closed so I knew I needed to stay close to the airport. This hotel was a good deal and it was maybe a 3-4 minute walk across the street to get to. The only downside is that it is outdated and worn in. It did the job though.

The location was poor-on a very busy street across from the Reno airport. No nearby gas stations or restaurants. The check-in staff were somewhat aloof.

I booked with you because you had a pool and the whole time I was there it was closed and that was irritating to me I checked 4 times and the front desk clerks was never there had breakfast one morning and it took foreve! I will not be staying with this company again

Safe and comfortable

Comfortable a little dated interior but staff was friendly!! Could use more than 2 towels in the room but was clean and again nice for the price also!

When I arrived after 8 hours of flying, the check in person couldn't be bothered so to speak. Never said hello, etc. Just give me your ID and credit card.... Never looked up, just did her thing, gave me 2 keys to the door.... I travel a great deal for my work and there are lots of hotel options....As your front door, she needs to be reminded of the basics..... A simple greet, enjoy your stay, if you need XYZ, etc. I am not being overly sensitive, her body language, attitude and handling was very poor.... I arrive about 7pm on Tuesday, 10/22, she was bout 5ft 5 inches tall, very thin and long brown hair if that helps to identify the person. Thank you.

We always stay here when we fly out for our trips. They are so friendly and helpful.

the property has been here many years. its a little dated. fairly clean. rooms are good size, better than average. staff are average. fairly good price for rooms. convenient location. close to airport, and some of casinos, restaurants per car/taxi. area around is office, airport, industrial. nothing really walkable. air conditioners in room kind of noisy, but they work well.

Hotel is very dated and needs upgrading, carpets, furniture and especialy the beds. Cards would not open the door and I had to go back to the desk to correct the issue. Only one person working the desk so had to wait in line for an extended period of time. Took way longer than it should have.

Good location, excellent employees, very clean. Last 2 trips restaurant was closed but bar was open. The room was clean and comfortable but did have pealing paint in shower and smoke alarm in ceiling was hang loose

I phoned hotel night b4 arrival to ask about dining room. Was told YES there was a dining room on property. Upon arrival we asked hrs. of dining room and were told it was CLOSED. Nothing but junk food in vending machine to eat. Room not good. Mattresses in poor condition.

We stayed at this hotel twice due to their location close to the airport. The first night was great. On our return trip to we stayed again because of their location but were disappointed by the attitudes of the night shift staff's the desk. Also be sure to put the parking permit in your windshield immediately... we left our car in one of their parking lots for about 40 minutes and came out to find a boot on our wheel.

Fair Facility, Fantastic Front Desk

"Tee" at the front desk was very sweet and super helpful. The hotel was ok. Nothing special and needed cleaning. It is an older location, but at least was safe.

Did not appreciate housekeeping entering the room without knocking or announcing. Was in the process of getting dressed. Very disturbing.

Check in staff rude, check out staff rude. Sorry we made them do their job. No smile , very aggressive greeting. Same as when we’re checking out. Very old smell to the building. No charging outlets.

The room was nice, big enough to feel comfortable in. The cleaning staff did a great job. We enjoyed the pool & the beautiful courtyard. Also liked the many different sitting areas inside the hotel. Would definitely recommend & we will more than likely be back.

Check-in had a long wait. I never saw more than one person working the check-in counter during my stay. No restaurants nearby other than the one off the lobby. Bed not made daily, but towels and coffee were replenished and room garbage was emptied. Great parking.

Upon check in, the young lady checking me in seemed to have some sort of 'attitude'...as if she was unhappy to be working.....a more mature lady was also working and was much more helpful and welcoming.

Best deal for the price

Our overall night stay was great! Room looked clean, all water faucets worked, bed was comfortable, didn’t see anything damaged or non-functional. Customer service was very nice and polite. Hotel is right across from the airport making it an easy access very short commute.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, got to my to start eating and there was no hamburger patty!!!

It’s old but well kept. Doesn’t give you the “too old vibe” but more of a home like feeling.
