Beautiful room and wonderful experience

This was a lovely apartment! It had everything that we needed. We had contact-free check in and check out and it was very simple. Parking was right there and the room was perfect.

Nice relaxing place

The quietness and ease at staying here from start to finish P.S the bed is so comfy i found it hard to leave lol.Would highly recommend this place outstanding

Extra bed not made up....

Didn't find my stay pleasant... Noise coming through the walls. No salt and pepper. No dishwasher detergent

Lacks a towel rack, and would be nice to communicate with person on-site.

Nice place

We were arriving late so I had to contact the property which wasn't the easiest as there was no answer but then I got a message asking to text instead. After that it was pretty straightforward and they arranged the arrival to accommodate our late flight. It would have been nice to have blackout curtains or blinds as the light from outside the unit was shining in and made it difficult to sleep.

This property exceeded expectations. Great multi headed shower in a really quite and private location

Marked low as my fault I did not read the shared bathroom/ kitchen area ( not our thing ) it was a very nice place to stay .

Could be better but ok overall

Lovely room but getting a little rough round edges - rusty shower head, grout/shower needs a good clean, bathroom door really squeaky - surely anyone Setvicing the room hears that really metal on metal squeaky door every time they go in??? stayed for four nights, first day got fresh towels beautifully rolled up on bed, second day got a really rough smaller towel left on side, third and fourth day no new towels. Bed wasn’t made up any of the four days which was fine but just saying for anyone expecting hotel/motel type service Interconnecting room doors are not sound proofed so if the guy Nextdoor is snoring you know about it. Nice location tucked away - good little kitchenette good quality furnishings I stayed in the car park units if that helps with your choice. Overall good but expensive for what it was really. I stay away around 100 days per year and although I’d stay again I’d maybe try an end unit rather than the middle one. Only thing room was lacking was an armchair - when staying for a few nights it would be a bonus as sitting on dining chair not relaxing or you’re sitting on bed. Suspect no room due to interconnecting room access.

Room was nice & clean with plenty of space. Shower was amazing & had a seat which was great for our sore feet. Location close enough to catch public bus. Host was very accommodating.

Convenient for us

As family live on same street, was convenient for us when not enough room at house. As it was winter, hard getting room warm enough (small heater on wall, not a heat pump) and only 2 thin blankets on the bed. Would prefer having a sheet over top of them as concerned that they are not washed between guests. No info book in room and wifi on a tiny piece of paper on table, with key.

Was nice apart from the bits of mould around the window and the door needs a pull down blind on it due to light shining through in the morning. Spare blankets would be good too as the heater took at least 12hrs to warm the room up.

Located in suburbia but close to city centre and airport. Excellent studio apartment with comfy bed and easy off street parking. Would stay again.

Perfectly fine for a small short stay. I would suggest they update the curtains they let in a lot of light and it made it hard to sleep

The entire experience, when we checked inn we were shown the room and everything was explained in a professional and friendly manner.

This property has amazing views, gardens and it is very clean and comfortable. Great for the price point! Will be back for sure

This was a lovely quiet apartment. Really enjoyed our time there. Could have done with some salt and pepper and maybe a fire extinguisher otherwise all was excellent.

Great size, private, easy to find overall a very nice stay.

The facilities were modern. I liked the heated floor and the space saving shower screen. The bed was very comfortable and when i I rolled over I didn't disturb the wife. The pillows were flat and the room wasnt serviced on sunday which left us with wet towels. Otherwise all was good. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. A+++

Me and my partner really enjoyed staying at this place. They had quality bed and calm place with good location. People who want to stay away from city for them it’s the best location to stay.

Lovely property situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city despite being so close to main highway into Dunedin.

Great spot and it is nice and quiet. Just the entrance door had frosted glass and no blind on it so the light comes through. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

After booking I was disappointed to see the comments at the bottom of the page saying a $200 deposit would be charges and there could be other charges for the likes of length of stay. This leaves an uneasiness as they could in fact double the charges, especially after the booking was entirely non-refundable. For my stay of one night I didn't see anyone.

This place is beautifully appointed. Really loved the heated tile floor in the bathroom. Huge windows let in lots of light. Only negative was view was of parking lot. Very big and roomy! Super clean. Loved it!

To begin with, the communication with the property was almost non-existence as they didn't reply to the message that we sent wasn't replied to. Granted that this is an apartment-styled accomodation and we weren't expecting any reception but at least if the property took time to reply to the message posted through Expedia, it would at least be helpful. The layout of the rooms (there were 3 rooms from what we can gather) were rather bad in terms of noise insulation - our bed was against the wall which held the TV in the next room - and we can hear pretty much what the other room's TV were playing. Cleanliness was one thing we had an issue with - bed sheets were still stained and after a night's of sleep, we were feeling itchy all over. Clearly the sheets needs to be cleaned professionally to avoid such incidences to other guests in the future. Comfort was rather disappointing in two areas: heater and pillows. Heater was a really small sized stuck at one end of the room far away from the bed and the pillows were too soft. Saving grace was the heated shower - it was the most exquisite one so far in our trip in New Zealand so far. Keep it up!

Great set up and comfortable stay, ideal for what we needed to be close to Mosgiel but not to far from City Centre in Dunners

Room in the burbs

Great room in a quiet leafy suburb. Easy location off the freeway and local shopping was good at Green Island. Internet was too slow and difficult to logon.

Didn't expect to share

Nice place to stay with shared bathing facilities. Less than basic communication from hosts, though they were polite. Should be more up front about shared bathing facilities. Located out of town and far from the action. Quiet stay.

Lovely apartment with a very comfortable bed and lovely shower. Some odd things though - no street signage and a large kitchenette with no sink. Also a looong way from anything.

Comfortable homestay.

Overall was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly too. Things to note, bathroom and toilet is shared. Not ensuite. We did not realise that the facilities was shared when the bookings were made. We did not have any bad experience with that either. The Jacuzzi and the bathroom was very clean when we checked in. Seemed like no one had used the place before us. Overall, the room is comfortable. The distance to town however, 15minutes drive. We drove downtown to search for dinner after checking in.
