Great times
Located in a old downtown area
It was okay
I like that the accommodation is not very far from the center of the Niagara. We like the staff as well. However, there should at least be basic toiletries, or welcome drink like water. The place should at least be renovated. And the breakfast, please please improve the choices of your food. Nonetheless, don't make it look cheap just coz we pay less because its not cheap. But we are thankful amidst all that for a good night sleep.
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I had an awful stay at this hotel. The rooms were filthy—the carpet was full of dust and dirt, making it clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets were disgusting and unclean. Breakfast was a joke—stale bread and cereal stored in what looked like a 90-year-old canister. It was completely unsanitary. But the worst part? The parking lot wasn’t cleared of snow, and my car got stuck. I asked the reception about clearing the snow, and they just handed me a showel without offering any help. To top it all off, the washroom was just as filthy as the rest of the place—completely unhygienic. If you care about cleanliness, service, or even basic decency, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
Great location
I've stayed here before. It's convenient (for me). This time when I went to check out the breakfast wasn't available and the office was locked. Never had a problem before.
The view was spetacular!!!
This place provides excellent service. The manager and staff was pleasant and welcoming. I strongly recommend
BEDBUGS AND NO REFUND
👍
Nice and pocket friendly property
Clean room, friendly staff, great motel for those on a budget
Was okay. Wouldn't stay again
We asked for a fridge to our room, because we have milk for my youngest kid and need s to be keep in the fridge. They keep telling they gonna bring but they never did. We stayed 2 nights and not a good experience at all.
Was very noisy with maintenance.
It is nice and Quiet
Really friendly staff, nice, clean room. Exactly what we were looking for. And check in was a breeze!
Na
Efficient check-in, clean, comfortable
It’s outdated, curtains are broken.. its like a motel for me
Good motel near the river and falls.
Accessible to rope activity and cheap
I will stay there again, front desk person Was Awesome
Little dirty. No bugs and close to everything.
The rooms should be cleaner and breakfast should have diverse menus. Thank you
good
Good place at an affordable price.
I didn't not like nothing about this hotel
The breakfast was not good. The surrounding area was not cleaned .
Apart from its location none of the attributes were pleasant. The condition of the hotel was bad. The rooms were grotesque. The wallpaper was falling of the walls. The bathroom shower was leaking. The. We linen was torn and tattered
Front desk team are friendly!! Hotel location is good and convenient!! Property condition is not great. I couldn't sleep because of the bedbug infestation in my hotel room. This motel has received a lot of negative ratings. I'm not sure when this will be fixed. Every room has to have pest control done.
Cheap and clean place for couple of nights,
Toilet was very low and bottom of bathtub was very slippery. Needed a grab bar installed for safety. Breakfast was very limited, two cold cereal choices and bread for toast. Apple juice & regular coffee only. No tea bags or decaf coffee offered. Staff was very polite. Very basic room, no microwave or fridge in room. There was a coffee maker in room. Very convenient location.
Hotel is ok But the bathroom no really good so older
There breakfast is literally a piece of toast, and there is no even fridges for you to buy your own food!
Breakfast wasn’t good just serials and bread and butter. One small toaster for all gusts. Pool was good.
Very reasonable price, but not central and no frills.
The hotel was budget-friendly, and the front desk staff were nice, but the rooms did not have a fridge and the walls were pretty thin, as you could hear noise easily.
You get what you pay for. My friends room tv didn't work he had to switch rooms. One side of my bathrooms toilet (tub side)had not been cleaned in what looked like a few months. Sketchy stairwells. Burn marks on the furniture. Like said you get what you pay for
Super 8 is a decent place, but there are areas that could use some improvement. The overall experience was good, but there's room for enhancement in certain aspects.
Bugs crawling around room , bit children several times .
Upon checking in I was told that they were now charging for parking, which was not the case when I made my booking. After complaining that free parking was advertised I was pleased that the gentleman working the front desk adjusted everything accordingly so that I was not charged. I had also called ahead and special requested a ground floor room due to an injury and they happily met that request. The property could use some sprucing up and minor repairs, but all I really care about is that the room is clean, which it was and there was even service everyday to tidy up for you, make beds, and clean bathrooms. We have become unaccustomed to that in the states since COVID. The location was perfect, in my opinion. Only a 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls, but far enough out of the hustle/bustle of Clifton Hill and the surrounding areas. And just diagonal to the Niagara Parks Aerocar, which has free parking and is also a WEGO bus stop. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would stay there again.
Very nice to stay and parking , but front desk people need more help.
Very friendly staff
Liked everything but the breakfast… Could have had more options
Motel was in good location easily accessible and close to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated and show signs of wear. Could use some cosmetic updates.
Not what we expected .
This hotel was pretty much as expected for the price. It felt clean and safe. One issue was that there CC machine declined my cards. They were able to use the CC I had on file through their computer, which is the same as the card that their machine declined though. Strange, but it worked out.
This property was what I was expecting. It’s an older building so it shows it age, but the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. It’s not within easy walking distance of really, any shopping or any attractions, but that’s what we were looking for something. A little further away from the downtown area was very quiet felt very safe it was just a really enjoyable time that we spent there, I would definitely stay there again
Great Service
The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly! Didn't hesitate to hop in with a fix when we locked ourselves out or had some tv trouble. The location is just out of downtown so its close to attractions but not so close we had to deal with traffic
Horrific experience. Left hotel in middle of night, family covered in bedbug bites
It’s good for a quick 1 night stay. But expect nothing special with the place.

Terrible breakfast options. Breakfast included is a misguided facility for this hotel.
All facilities are old and it was very noisy
Not really what I expect from a Wyndham property.
Very friendly went question ask they answer and helpful
The shower was somewhat broken and needed a lot of figuring out to make it work. the breakfast was just coffee, toast and cereal. I have stayed at other Super8's and this one was not at all upto the expected standards.
I was told I couldn't book a second week at the hotel because they thought I was squatting... Management forced me to move to another hotel after allowing just 2 extra nights even if I booked thru ur app... Was very disgusted....
This property is disgusting for the price. I would say a 1 star.
Good quiet location (out of the noise) Walking distance to the whirlpool and beautiful park Great service at the front desk! The hotel needs a good makeover! Ripped lamp shades Holes and chipped paint on the walls and ceiling Needs to be improved on cleanliness! Stained carpet and chairs Dirt around the faucet fingerprints spots and stains on the walls For a one night YES! ( very comfy bed) For a price of $260 NO!!!
Everything was good except guy at front desk was slow giving us our room keys. I think it was motel's system. He was nice but took 20 minutes or so for checking process. I have paid everything online. Breakfast didn't have bagels or fruits but was enough for us, like cereal, milk, Juice, bread butter jam and coffee. Overall not bad for the price. Also 5 kms from falls so nearby from all attractions and cliffton heights along with downtown restaurants.
It was a dirty motel there were bad smell mosckitoes no good service cant you see on the reception at night anyone if you need somthing no napkins in the room a spider in the bathroom ….
Plus & negatives!
Decent place for sleeping, clean room, reasonable price, but breakfast nook leaves much to be desired and needs to be cleaned up or removed.
good
5 stars service
This location was just want we wanted - quiet, away from the hussle of the main tourist area - yet only 3 km away so we could drive in each day. All the staff were super friendly & helpful. The place was very clean & fresh & well supplied. We were very pleased with the price too! We will definitely be returning here again - & we recommend it to others!
Rooms need some maintenance. Staff was great. Pool was great.
good place to stay.
Excellent customer service at front desk
Overall very good experience especially front desk service very helpful. A person name, Tanvesh, at front service desk here at Niagra Falls very kind and helpful and able to provide some services after hours. Very nice, comfortable, economical for family and friends.
Rooms are ok, but needs upgrading. Some lights not working properly. Pool was nice but no chairs. Friendly staff at front desk.
It was overall average stay for one night.
Convenient for both Niagara Falls and Wine Country
Breakfast not good
Nice, quiet and located next to a Wego stop. It was clean, everything worked, no issues for the experience. The breakfast was ultra basic but a better toaster would've helped. I will definitely stay there again.
Nice staff and good service, quiet and good cleanliness.
Very dated but clean & convenient. Didn't have high expectations due to the low price. Beds were comfortable, bathroom dated but everything worked. Basic breakfast was also included
.
The first room they gave us looked like someone booted in the door. Door jamb was completely busted . And there was a stench like mold in the room poorly cleaned. Asked for another room and it had different issues but at least it smelled better. But the smoke detecter had been stolen so not safe! The facets on the bathroom sink where not attached to the vanity they Where only held on by the water lines attached. Bathtub looked like someone had cut something up in the tub as there where deep cut scratches all over the bottom. And there was baseboard heater installed directly under the sink and completely rusted out from moisture in the bathroom again not safe at all ! The town of Niagara needs to do a better job of monitoring these establishments for the safety of the tourists visting the area. Staff was nice and friendly as I am sure they have to work with what they are given . I am never returning to this hotel again and would not recommend anyone stay here! It was cheap but I expected better standards then this.
Not worth the money!
Rooms had spider webs, room was smelly, had bad water makers all over the carpet, looked very unclean. Bathrooms shower area was very small, and no drainage on the out side of shower area, making the water stay there. Requested manager for a few things, all answers were no. Breakfast has only 2 cereals, bread with jam/butter, milk and coffee/tea, juice. They didn't even gave us water bottles. Not at all worth the price paid. It was very far away from the main attraction points, bus service stops after 6pm. Would not recommend if you don't have a car.
It has friendly staff but it needs a good cleaning on the rooms and surroundings
Nice
Overall, a nice quite place to come back to after spending the entirety of the day moving around in the city.
This might be the worst ever Super 8 motel. It is very old and bad in condition. Cleanliness outside is LOL. Rooms are smelly, with bad linen, broken lights, age old AC. They do serve breakfast but only with Cereal, coffee and juice. Keycards are also a joke and they didn’t work most of the times. Photos on Expedia look very different than what we got in reality. Will have to move away from Super8 in future and may be from Expedia as well.
There was a smell in the room
Good Service and Great scenic view
second time stay here. The location is more scenic compared to the main strip with all the casino and hotels. The property overall is showing sign of age but in overall good shape. We just cared that The staff is helpful.
Needs some spending on the property but staff are friendly and the price is good for the area.
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this motel due to it being close to a yearly event.1
Would not recommend for a family with children
This hotel is so outdated and runned down. The room appeared clean on enrry but as i walked around you can see the worn carpet, stains in the ceiling. The TV inly showed one chanel. Spoke to the person at the desk and he said they could have reprogrammed it. I said it should have been done before occupancy. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling in the shower. The grounds had trash and even broken toilets visible in the east side of the building in the woods. The only reason i stayed there was because we had a large group there for a dart tournament near by.
Too old for comfort. Staff friendly.
Just old and dated. Really needs a Reno and keep up with maintenance. The breakfast was pretty much non existent. Shouldn’t call it breakfast.
The room was clean and good for my family of four. Parking just in front of the room.
Good
Best place to see Niagara. Area is quiet and pleasant. But breakfast option is pathetic. Only same bread for every day
There isn't really a continental breakfast provided. Plus side, there is always coffee and you are right across from the whirlpool with beautiful views.
Nice location, good for the low price. 2nd turn down they didn't replace towels. Knob on AC broke on last day. Overall decent value
Easy smoking access
Dirty around
Decent basic hotel. Breakfast very limited.
