It is what it is. A cheap hotel in an otherwise limited options location. The chair in the room was so disgusting. We requested a sheet to cover it and they accommodated.

The property was is great condition overall. The hotel and room were clean. The area was quiet. The only thing lacking was the limited breakfast that was offered (cereal, oatmeal, bread, etc). No eggs/sausage/waffles as seen at most hotels these days. But there is fast food nearby.

It was a great place to stay for the night and very easy to book a room online as well. I definitely recommend this place for anyone on the road or staying in Jackson!

Clean

Nice.

Checked in late at night through a window, staff was fine. Rooms were old but the room was cheap so you get what you pay. No complaints.

Cheap, clean, definitely will stay again when I’m in town.

Bathtub condition

We stayed there as a stop over heading home. The room was clean. The bathroom was not good. I tried to take a bath but could not. It took 10 mins for the hot water to come on. The bathtub started to peal when the water hit it. Ver disapointed with it.

Drain stopper was gross and pulled from the sink and left on the counter. One morning had no hot water for about 15 minutes.

Great place for the price. We went in December and had the place almost to ourselves.

It was ok room for the amount you spend. Staff was just indifferent and did not offer any conversation during check in.

The bathroom had areas of walll repair that needed touch up. Water was coming up thru the floor tiles. Either from toilet leaking or flooding of floor with water during cleaning. Not good when using toilet in stocking feet or start of your stay.

Didnt like the fact that our room keys opened every room door in the hotel

I liked it all.

This is a really nice place. They gave me a room next to the laundry when I asked so it was very convenient for me. Big counter space outside bathroom. Good beds and pillows. Friendly staff with good suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc. Have stayed here a couple times now and will do so again.

They offer great hospitality. The property does not have an elevator so that anyone with physical impairments better stay on ground floor.

Really nice staff. Asked where laundry room was at check-in and she gave us the room right next to it. Super convenient for me. Bright clean lobby and room. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for a one night stay during travel home. Nothing fancy but was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Would stay here again!

The room was pretty well clean. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. I had a handicapped room with a walk in shower. Itso badly in the bathroom. The toilet was loose and wobbled. I was afraid of falling over.

Sidewalk is under construction, so needed to park away from it, by 8:30 in the morning. Otherwise the room was clean, but had an odd smell. We didn’t check out the breakfast.

Every thing was good, beds were comfortable, and clean. I was very disappointed about the continental breakfast, there were only small muffins, some Clemson, some cereal and toast, really not very good breakfast at all and ended up going to a local fast food,maybe should review the breakfast menu and add a better breakfast,

Good hotel for the price, its next to I90. If you looking for a place to rest and drive next day.

This motel is in a quiet area. There is plenty of safe parking. The motel is clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. We recommend this motel for a restful accommodation.

I stayed for 2 nights it was very comfortable.

The service was not friendly. The place itself was like normal highway hotel.

Clean and Comfortable

This is a new or recently updated facility. Our room was very nice and very clean. The bed was especially comfortable. AND we were grateful they had upgraded the carpeting in the room and changed it to LVP, as many Super 8's are. The only things I would suggest have to do with breakfast. Liquid creamers and trading out the sweet treats with some English muffins would be wonderful, especially because they already had peanut butter available and this would add just a little protein and fewer carbs. Will be glad to return.

Breakfast was adequate.. Hot food choices would be a nice improvement.

Flood trip

We came to visit our son after the flooding where he and his fiancé live. We got 2 rooms there and stayed for 3 days. The owners are very very nice.

Good nights sleep

Clean room, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and pressure. The room had a very weird smell at check-in. breakfast was very disappointing for a super eight … cereal, toast, and yogurt….

Nice hotel for the price

Check in and customer service was great. The guy working when we checked out noticed I had a cane from a recent surgery, so he carried my bags down the steps! Clean hotel, the beds are uncomfortable. Even though it is a non smoking hotel there was several burn holes on the comforter.

Looked better in pictures, rooms look run down. Tv did not work.

Great place, beds just a little tough

My stay was clean and the room always smelled great the only real issue I have was, I feel like the beds could have been more comfortable. Other than that no complaints

You were close to a dog park...

Excellent motel!! Very clean. Spacious room. Could use a little paint, but overall excellent stay. Would stay here again if in the area. Minimal breakfast, but that's OK. The only ding I would give this property is the driveway getting to it. HUGE ruts in a dirt driveway.

You get what you pay for

The room was ok like the pictures but the bathroom needed a lot of repairs such as shower curtain, black mold, and a broken faucet. We were in an accessible room and must says that if I were in a wheelchair I would not be able to reach the shower wand and the bathroom sink was too high. Continental breakfast very very minimal both in quality and quantity.

Wonderful place. Only thing could be improved is the “breakfast” but for the price You should expect anything grand. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Well my son took a bath and when he went to get out of the bathtub it broke and he cut his leg however as horrible as that is when I reported it to front desk the staff was very nice and was very helpful

It is an affordable Super 8 along the interstate that serves cross-country travelers. So it's basic. But well-kept and pleasant. A nice find for a weary traveler on a cold, winter night.

Great motel for the price! The beds were comfortable and the rooms, hallways, lounge and stairwells were spacious and roomy. Family run, and each member was kind and hard working!

Pleasantly surprised

This is the best Super 8 we have stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised by the updated room and public areas. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was clean and nice.

Breakfast = nothing

The hotel was convenient for getting on Interstate 90 back to the airport. Food? Well as long as all you wanted for breakfast was coffee and cereal you were fine. The orange juice was only syrup. I know why I got a lower nightly rate.

We enjoyed our stay for one night as we traveled through. Clean, friendly, easy.

I arrived after 10pm and access was more difficult because it is on the N edge of town and lighting was poor. Check in was fine and efficient. I reserved a pet friendly room online prior to arrival and it was clean and comfortable. The interior is well maintained and the rooms are clean but dated. I have no complaints about the stay and the cost was very reasonable. Breakfast was adequate.
