Get a room upstairs! The noise is horrible of people walking on top. Great people, nice location.
good value
it's a little older style but it's a good value
I purchased two rooms with king size beds, and they ended up over booking. We got one room with a king size bed, and one room with two queens (they considered the two queens as an upgrade) it was just me and my husband in that room so two beds was unnecessary. Other than that our stay there was wonderful. We come every year for the Hill climbs and this is where we usually stay.

I was put in a room next to the stairwell and was frequently woken up by people stomping up and down it. They really need to improve soundproofing.
Good location good service
Better than expected. Everyone says Jackson is expensive but I found the cost reasonable and quality up to par.
I’d stay here again
Check in was easy and smooth. Room was clean and well appointed. Continental breakfast was as expected.
Go for the higher floors
Very noisy, although the bed was comfortable and shower was great, I can hear each loud squeak when the upstairs neighbor walked around. Very loud! So get an upstairs room if you want to sleep quietly. The staff was Fantastic! I’d go back but only third floor.
was a ring in the bathtub. Ick!
Its most definitely outdated but otherwise good. I was also hoping for more hot breakfast choices but I guess you get what you pay for.
dirty
Ski tour 25
Overnight, pleasantly surprised. I stayed here years ago, breakfast was poor and the place was in need of changes. Room was clean and maintained, haven’t been to breakfast at this writing.
Great popcorn
I would stay here again with one caveat
Everything appropriate for the price range. I did have to ask to change my room because my first room was next to the stairs and it was constantly boom boom boom with foot traffic. There's a Whole Foods one block away which is very useful. I would stay here again.
Stayed here for work and it was a great affordable option!
the popcorn and staff was amazing
Clean, convenient and affordable stay! For a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here over three nights. Staff was friendly, guests were behaved and a short walk to grocery, convenient, Target and Cowboy Coffee!
No elevator
No frills but it’s nice and clean.
The staff went above and beyond assisting me at check in….. professional and kind service. I will revisit this motel 8 in the future. Thank you front desk and room service.
Clean and basic room with a bath tub in the bathroom which was wonderful to soak in after a long day travel. Popcorn and hot beverages were also nice.
The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Other than that we were disappointed. It was very noisy, you could hear people walking upstairs all night. The bed was old and uncomfortable, and the bedding looked old and dingy. Additionally, there is not enough parking.
Coffee maker in room didnt work, pillows were terrible. Other than that room was comfortable but a little out dated
Great location. Quick to get to Teton Village or downtown Jackson
Check in was super quick. Its an older place. Clean and know smell.
Easy check in and easy check out. Friendly staff. Pretty good breakfast selection.
Needs a facelift
Definitely an older hotel not renovated. Bathroom floor was buckling and stained. Bathtub had a hole that was roughly filled in. Bedspreads from the 1970’s. Housekeeper walked in our room at 8:30 am after one knock before I could even reach the door.
Staff was friendly
Staff was friendly
It wasn't the best experience. The room was outdated, electrical plug by bed didn't work to charge phone, dingy and stained carpet and walls were paper thin. We had to wait till the heard of elephants went to bed above us and they started trampling above us in the wee early morning hours. We wouldn't stay again. Sorry. We need our rest !!
Good accommodations near the highways. Plenty of easy parking.
This place is across the street from Maverick convenience store which catches the town shuttle going both directions. Super 8 also shares the same parking lot as the movie theater and restaurants. Target and Whole Foods are also in walking distance. The staff was very helpful in helping me understand the town shuttle stops.
Good overall experience. We got what was expected for the price!
Terrible!! Old! Stinks! Dirty! Tub and sinks don’t drain. Towels, bed, pillows, and linens were horrible.
Good breakfast, convenient location
The property is old!! You can hear the people above walking around. No sleep because the people above never went to sleep. We asked to move and the manager took it upon himself to move our belongings while we were gone to a different room. Felt like a major invasion of my privacy. This is more of a party hotel. Btw there is no elevator!
👍
A good hotel. Friendly people Simple grab n go breakfast No elevator. I would stay again and recommend it to friend
Really accommodating and courteous!
Nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff and convenient location.
A bit far from the main downtown area where the conferences are. Uber won't come early morning if not scheduled. Otherwise okay stay
Trashed all the way around. Would never stay there again.
Great staff. They were very helpful.
Cozy
It was very cozy and clean. The hotel has a beautiful entrance. The rooms are really comfortable.
The in-room HVAC was noisy as hell, switching on every five minutes, sounding like a jet taking off, then switching off after two minutes, then starting the cycle all over five minutes later. Sleep was impossible.
Mattress was older but otherwise a really nice room for the money.
Great location. Clean and nice breakfast facility. Older hotel with no elevator. Very helpful for putting me on the first floor due to mobility constraint.
Convenient and clean. One staff was very helpful, other rather aloof.
didn't like the price for what was offered.
Easy check-in and nice quiet location.
Easy friendly check in.
Nice stay, rooms are a bit outdated
💯EVERYTHING ALRIGHT💯
Decent hotel for the price. Breakfast was a let down, very minimal.
Only complaint I have is sqeeky floors from the room upstairs.
Nice staff, nice area, super clean!
They had a great breakfast with ripe fresh fruit.
I loved the pancake machine!!! And popcorn and cookies in the evening were great! ♥️
Staff are friendly
Dirty
Carpet thru out was filthy and the mattress was very crappy you could feel the wire coils
Nice older property. Breakfast is okay. Room is clean and well attended. The bed was comfortable-firm. Staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel does show its age but has been well maintained. For me, it is a place to sleep and take a long hot shower without breaking the bank.
Cool
Great Stay
Check-in and check-out were super quick and we enjoyed our stay. I would just make sure that you check to make sure your phone is charging - several of the outlets were loose, so it looked like it was going to charge, but then it didn't.
Air conditioner/heat unit went on all night every ten minutes for 40-50 seconds then shut off. All night.
Very pricey. Only had a room on 3rd floor with no elevator or help with luggage. Hard for disabled seniors. Breakfast was skimpy.
The girl at the desk & was very accommodating for my mobility issues
was exactly as expected...unfortunately our room was right beside the breakfast area and some very loud ladies were there before 6am... otherwise all good
A very musty smell disappointed with the breakfast.
Older building, room was on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Narrow stairwell with way points, Impassable when others are using stairs with luggage, a fire trap! No out side stairs for escape. Don’t know how this meets code. Rooms were updated and clean.
Yes
Place was ok and staff nice. Breakfast was NOT. No protein available, and the rest is prepackaged junk. Nothing anybody in our group would eat.
Over all i would give this a hearty “meh” the furnishings and carpet were dated. The carpet must be 30 years old- it was stained and gross. The shower was ok, water pressure was ok. The towels were threadbare. The breakfast was decent for a freebie. Not a great value for the cost, I suppose next time I would spend a little extra for a nicer environment and experience.

Great stay
The breakfast was nice, popcorn and cookies every evening is great! The staff are great. The A/C was loud when it was on. The toilet was really low.
This was a pricey room that was a dump. The tub had cracks in it that had been poorly repaired. The bed was terrible along with the decor.
This Super 8 was fine, bed was comfortable.
Super 8 is close and convenient for visiting Jackson and the Grand Tetons and the price reasonable. The manager and employees were very kind and helpful. They offer a free continental breakfast from 6-10 am. Coffee, cookies and popcorn are available until 10 pm. Most places in or near the national parks do not offer any free food! The room had a coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. You’d think those are standard amenities in most hotels. I can tell you many do not have microwaves and other amenities. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the Western décor and atmosphere.
Super 8 check in was easy and explained well. Comfortable room. Breakfast could have had better choices and more variety.
Super 8 was quiet and had helpful staff. Breakfast was fine with good assortment of foods. Prices were high, as we were in popular tourist area.
Good location
There is no elevator and they booked several older guests (including ourselves) on the 3rd floor with no assistance with luggage avilable. Front desk often left unattended. Continental breakfast was poor. Room was too expensive for what you got.
Clean, safe, great staff
We were on the first floor so it was noisy above us. It was very busy and lots of the customers were rude but nothing the super 8 can do. Everything else was fine.
It was way over priced for what you got. Jackson hole is a crowded tourist trap with horrible traffic. The hotel was average at best with a extravagant price tag. But in their defense probably one of the cheaper places to stay
Price seems out of balance for the condition of the property. Very out-dated. No elevator in the building.
Property is very good
Gentleman at the desk carried my luggage once I found out we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. That was so great!
Poor breakfast really needs to be upgraded as well as the breakfast room needs to be enlarged.
It was an ok place to stay. Breakfast was fine with few options. Bed was ok. Tiny pillows. Bathroom needed some work. Shower head was awful and it was super tiny. No closet and very limited space to put anything. Plus only one nightstand.
Close to shopping, 5 minute drive to downtown. Multi-story with no elevator, so ask for ground floor if you don’t want to haul luggage. Thin floors between stories, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper
Nice place
We liked the daily room service, which is not offered much at this price range. Decent breakfast.
Friendly, efficient check in. Rooms clean, though hall and room carpets well worn. Average breakfast with cereal, waffles, yogurt in a crowded space. Usual terrible value to cost equation for this area. Very average room for 230 !
Expensive for what you got. No elevator.
The property was very well maintained with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with fridge and microwave. A negative is it is 3 stories with no elevator, but the staff happily helped us carry our suitcases up to our third floor room. The breakfasts were continental style with an automatic pancake maker, and pre packaged muffins and cereals. The location to Jackson Square and a short drive to The Moose Entrance of Grand Teton National Park makes this hotel ideal! We will happily stay here again.
The people that were in charge of the property were super nice very friendly. Also, they had a little area That they served snacks like cookies, specialize drinks, coffee, and my favorite was the popcorn. Very clever the smell of the popcorn made you want to go downstairs to look for it.
Clean property and kind staff but no elevators and we were on 3rd floor.
Was OK for one night in one of the most expensive small towns in the USA. Needs a major renovation.
Incredibly expensive for a one star type facility. Toilet blocked. Shower head was only partially functional. Temperature regulation (heat/AC) was inconsistent as thermostat did not seem to be accurate at all. No elevator for a 3 story motel. Breakfast was dull (not even a waffle make, just a pancake make that produced undercooked folded pancakes. Seating was also very limited. All for a "bargain" price (maybe Jackson "bargain") of around $340. Look elsewhere if at all possible, but perhaps Jackson is one overpriced and overhyped town.
For the price of lodging in this area this was ok but just don't expect much. Not very convenient hauling luggage up the stairs.

Very cute, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfast options weren’t the best but what was there was good.
