Clean room, great staff
Old property with poor facilities and breakfast
Last second rescue!
I had to make last second arrangements and it was easy and comfortable. The front desk guy was quick and thorough. The breakfast person was kind and friendly.
Nice place for a quick overnight stay. Clean and had everything we needed for an expected stay overnight. Gentlemen that checked me in was very nice and polite.
The hallways were very worn and needed updating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing.
,
Quick overnight stay on our way home.
We stopped on our way back home from Florida. Booked at the last minute and check in was super easy. For an older hotel, it was clean and nice. Bed was super comfy with lots of extra pillows. Hosts were very nice in the front office.
Staff are good, property is relatively old compared to others in the area.
Didn’t like bugs
Good
Clean and friendly front desk!
Basic lodging in a convenient location. Pet friendly is key.
There is none, as in zero, parking at the back of the property. You are told to park on the end of the building in the handicap space to unload your things and walk from there to your room. Then do it again if you have more than one trip of items to bring to your room. After that, you get to move your vehicle to a parking spot only to walk back to your room. You get the joy of doing it again in the morning. This was not advertised. Might not be as big of an issue if it wasn’t cold, raining and late at night after driving all day. The free breakfast was lacking. The staff were exceedingly nice. Don’t do it. Don’t stay here. There are equally priced hotels near by without the issues noted above.
Ridiculous
First off the booking said check in was at 2 pm. I got there around 1 and asked if there was any way I could check in early. The guy then starts claiming check in wasn’t until 3 and then tried to argue about it until I showed him the booking. Then he charged me $30 to check in as an “early” fee. In the lobby it’s posted that check out is at 11 am. We’ll I’ve stayed here numerous times and lemme tell ya the little older fella that cleans the rooms is hellbent on getting everyone out be 8:30 am. Cause EVERYTIME that man comes banging on your door HOURS before checkout.
The property was dated, but the room was clean and the staff was courteous. A little hard to get to since I wasn't familiar with the area.
Good cheap place to stay
Very nice !
This was an overnight stay for a cross country move. Right off route 40 - very easy access. Super well lit - check in was a breeze - and check in staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - and I felt safe. All you can ask for in an overnight stay!
Staff dis not remove trash feom room, and carpet appeared dirty. Maintenance man appeared within 5 minutes of being paged.
Nice motel friendly staff need to have designated parking for handicapped people this should be a priority and my only complaint
Staff fast friendly service.
Very well lit and clean parking lot. Modern rooms.
People hangout on stairs and balcony at all hours. Rooms need deep cleaning.
Jackson stat
We were unable to use both keys returned to desk 3 times. Door was very difficult to lock. Glass in the parking lot management was told. Breakfast was limited very disappointing!
Spacious room
It was nice
Great Place!
Nothing but good things to say about this place. VIP treatment from the time I checked in until the time I left. Front door parking, rooms beautiful and clean. Easy access from the interstate to my next destination. Will stay again when I'm in the area. Thank You!
…eh…
Surprised to find mold on the bathroom ceiling! Not a place which gave me confidence in the cleanliness. I suppose for the price it was okay. Won’t stay there again.
Easy and convenient overnight stay
Quick overnight stay. Easy check in. Ample trailer parking. Left before breakfast, so i don't know how good that is...
Should have been cheaper for the quality.
Typical comfort and stay for an inexpensive hotel. We only needed 6 hours of sleep. Not looking for our normal Marriott condition. Cheap was good for the time we were there.
I don’t understand why they held my credit card number because I had already paid for the room and no other hotel has done that while booking with Expedia and paying ahead. The front desk guy was ok, but did not understand the hurry I was in even though I told him. Did so much more unnecessary stuff than any hotel I stayed in on my 10 day trip across the country. Kind of worried about that.
Easy to find!!
Man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Got extra towels easily and parked right in front of room. Pillows were comfy, ac great, and very clean.
I love this hotel. Staff is awesome. Rooms are fairly updated, but not where I would go for a very fancy romantic weekend. But for work travel or budget travel this location is really safe and once again the staff and the owner are great people. I stay at this property everytime I am in Jackson for work
Stop in to stay. Brought my dog and paid the pet fee 50 dollar deposit. Checked out no problems, talk to the desk they will refund my 50. Three weeks later no 50 dollars. Called and they said it’s on the way. It’s not on the way. Fun fact I took a video of the room as I checked out. Left it clean as a whistle. It’s a shame when businesses decided to cheat people out knowing they are on the road and really can’t do anything about it. AVOID
Pleasant stay.
Very personable night staff
very friendly lady at the front desk, thank you for the informations about the area.
Bed was not comfortable
Ideal for visiting Casey Jones attractions during a stop over in Jackson on route to/from Memphis/Nashville. Comfortable bed
Office desk woman was very kind. Ot in the greatest area.
Deposit not worth it
Easy on and off 40 going east. Front desk very helpful. Problem with air conditioner and moved in to new room quickly. Would stay again
Too much money for what little amenities they had in the property could’ve been maintained a lot better
.
Super8 business stay
Room is clean carpet looks old and color faded, curtains are old. I did not like the color of the blanket and towels provided was not enough for my stay, I was busy internet was not high speed and food was ok
.
Staff was friendly and polite. The only problems I had was my door was kinda hard to open and close because it wound hang up on floor. The carpet could use a little more cleaning especially behind furniture. The breakfast could use more items to eat.
Room was small with two queen beds. The room was clean which is the most important consideration for me. The beds were comfortable. The property seemed recently remodeled. It was reasonably priced compared to others in the area. We stayed for 1 night. Would stay there again.
The check-in process was quick. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and the pet fee was cheaper than most hotels. The toilet needed a new toilet seat because the one on it did not fasten down. Other than that the room was perfect.
Bed comfy and clean
Cheap and clean
It was clean. It was cheap. Parking lot was well lit. It was easy access from highway and to multiple food places. No frills, questionable area, bathroom door broken & room door didn't seen to secure very well.
Thanks so much
Beds ok, room clean.
Great place for a quick overnight. We were in a room closest to the highway and lots of noisy cars.
It’s not good
On Night Stop Over in Jackson TN
Room was OK. Older property. First floor room was offered. No elevator on site.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Room smelled like mildew/mold. When the door was closed & locked it didn't even seal, you could see the light from outside coming through it. After 3 days we had to check out cause both of us were getting headaches while in the room. The should refund my 4th night that we paid for but I'm sure they won't. Please advise on how to get that back please.
Good stay, all necessities were in the room
The stay was great with exception. When we got to the room it was almost the same temperature as outside.
The staff was wonderful and very concerned ablut their guests needs and thier Wyndham accounts.
Well it was pretty much expected. It was clean which was the most important. The staff was friendly checking in and out. But the room non smoking ? No rooms in the block had non smoking sinage. The room had an unpleasant but tolerable musky smell. I probably wouldn't stay again but the Jackson area motels are higher than average and my main 2 choices had no availability.
Staff nice and room visually clean but musty smell. Dark colors used in decor made room seem dark. But, that being said, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Oh, and breakfast was a snack. - limited to a waffle, packaged muffin, or small yogurt.
DONT STAY IN JACKSON, TN
I was a solo female traveler going to Kentucky with my dog. I had to stop to get sleep, and ended here. I would have been safer sleeping in my car at a rest stop. The man who checked me in was friendly, but walking to my room was worrisome. I had a young disheveled man attempt to approach me multiple times and then look into my room window. I was approached my other suspicious folks when walking my dog. The room was not clean- smelled bad, air conditioning was loud (I describe it as a squirrel rustling around in a paper sack), and the bathroom had hair in the shower, urine on the floor by the toilet, and dirty fingerprints on the door. The room below me was billowing pot smoke, and the adjacent parking lot had multiple cars blasting loud music. I pushed the desk in front of the door, slept 6 hours, and left at dawn. A joke of a hotel for $120/night.
Worst super 8 I have ever stayed in. Dated. Stained upholstery in my room and my son's. Well worn. Staff was nice
Great room and service!
Staff was super nice, both check in and check out. This wasn't the fanciest hotel although clean.
Room was clean. Great service. Would stay there again.
Room was very small, had spider and bugs in the room. Staff was very nice but would not stay there again. Place needed a lot of updates
excellent stay. no issues
Easy access off of the interstate. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and everything worked. The only minor issue was the bed was covered in burn holes, in a non-smoking room.
Excellent staff (at all hours of the day) Close to the highway (good and bad - noisy) but overall, very good location. Had excellent parking right underneath my window, but secure location. Very clean/cool room in the summer
Great place!
I had to get my key rekeyed every day. Because when I left they changed the key. We had a handicap room but it was very small, couldn’t use shower because you had to step into the tub and nothing to set on once you were in. Our TV stopped working. The first day room didn’t get any clean towels and bed wasn’t made.
Natalie was outstanding!! Jason was very good. Lobby had a slight musty smell at night. Breakfast was limited but acceptable for the price of the room. I would stay there again.
Finding it was miserably difficult.
No parking near the room, but made do.
First for the positive - the front office staff was so helpful and nice. Lovely people. I think that overall, the property is just older and very rundown. The room had a musty smell. The chair was stained and dirty, the sheets had oil stains on them. I checked for bedbugs because I was paranoid. The baseboards and trim were chipped and dirty. I didn’t walk on the carpet without shoes on the whole time. I will say the shower was clean. It just wasn’t awesome, even for a budget hotel.
Expensive for what you get.
Too expensive for what you get. 2.5 stars at best.
Easy access to the interstate. Located in a safe area.
We had a mobility accessible room and the room was small but clean and well maintained. We would stay there again. It was a good value.
Older hotel
The hotel was definitely older and not updated. Beds were fairly comfortable but the linens seemed worn. Carpet was ok but floor was “soft”. Breakfast was limited-waffle machine and various prepackaged food
Computer issues
The room was better than I expected, and clean. It was updated. The check in clerk was fine, but there was some kind of computer issue and they had no contingency for that, so I was asked to leave personal information available to the desk. This made me very uncomfortable. When I checked out I asked them to give me my information back (it had been copied) but the day clerk said only the manager could do that. I’m trusting that person will shred it.
Very convenient to the Union University campus. But being close to I-40, it was somewhat noisy.
Below standard
Convient location between Memphis and Nashville.
Quick stop overnight and then back on the road. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Wife felt so unsafe that we didn’t even check in? Called three times and nobody has answered or returned my call.
Night clerk was unhelpful and rude. I’ll never stay at a super 8 again.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable.
There were groups of workers staying here that congregated in the parking lot outside my room. Their cigarette smoke and loud voices came right in the room. To the staff’s credit, they made some calls and ended the situation after I informed them. This an old, simple hotel.
Cramped quarters.
Room was cramped with a table, located very close to the door, causing a very narrow passageway between it and a bed. Check in service was excellent.
The room has a smell
Nice hotel for an overnight stay on the way somewhere
We stopped in our way to North Carolina and it was a decent place. They had waffles for breakfast and some other choices. I think for $100 is a little expensive, they should give a more complete continental breakfast. But everything is so expensive now, so I'm glad we stayed here!
Housekeeping
Stayed for 8 nights, out of town with my husband while he works. The woman at the front was wonderful, giving us the location of fun things to do and parks as I had my child with me. The manager was great. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were clean. Only had one complaint. We were in the hotel a lot, asked for someone just to come vacuum and take off the trash 2 days in a row. Nobody came. My husband had been taking our trash to the dumpster every night but didn’t have anyway to do anything with the floor. Needless to say I got a little upset and did not left my husband take the trash off the last two days. Just want to add I did not talk to the manager or escalate this problem just talked with the house keeper that did the laundry and towels as he would offer towels everyday.
This is a convenient, basic, well-run property. Very nice staff (Jay is excellent). Good coffee, too.
Some noise in the parking lot at bed time.
This property could certainly use an update.

The property itself is not fancy, but it was more than suitable for our one night needs. The owner/manager was so sweet as we were checking in. She was very helpful with room information and local food recommendations. The room we were in was very clean and comfortable. We could not ask for more for a very reasonable price. We will stay here again if we're in the area.
