The location was perfect. We were close to all of the theaters we went to. It ranged from 2 minutes to 10 minutes away.

Very clean and comfortable beds. First time here but not our last as it was a nice surprise!

Limited breakfast options and won’t let you take to your room. But had good customer service upfront just not very personable

Very nice property and room. The manager was very cordial and I will stay there again.

The only negative thing is the coffee pot needed a good cleaning before we used it and the blow dryer was not working properly. We stayed 3 days and declined maid service but had to ask for towels. Otherwise it was worth the money

The hotel was decently clean. But they advertise "full hot breakfast" what was actually provided was a continental breakfast (cereal, mini donuts and muffins, toast, juice, coffee). I feel like that was falsely advertised on the website and the sign!

Always a great place for a good price. We have stayed here several times.

There's a breakfast?

The room was small, but it was clean enough and it worked for us. It is obvious that it's an older place but they do try to keep it up so I can't fault them for that. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast should not count as a breakfast. My husband and I are not big breakfast people but I do like something, but I don't consider that a real breakfast. I realize it was the off season and there weren't many guests so variety was limited which would have been alright if what they had was of sufficient size. They had a couple options for cereal, some bagels and toast, donuts and muffins. There was grape jelly but no strawberry and the donuts were like the mini chocolate hostess donuts that they put in the case and the muffins were also bite size. All in all we would rather they just didn't advertise for breakfast at all.

Didnt get room we booked We upgraded. To king jaczzi suit we just got a reg king. Bed so hopfully Expedia makes it right.They said they was gonna give me a $25 credit.But I haven't received it yet.Other than that it was clean and peaceful.. Just kind of disappointed that we didn't get the room.We upgraded for the jacuzzi suite..

This was supposed to ba a ground level, but they had it with steps. They did adjust that, but not without me insisting. Then it was noisy from those above. To top it off, they had apparently changed the spout in the tub, which left no way plug the water to send it up to the existing shower head. I would never stay there again.

A nice place to stay!!

We liked the location of the hotel. Close to the downtown area. The manager, Jim was so helpful to us. And the night person was very nice and helped us when the key to our room would not work. All in all, the staff were great to deal with!

We stayed here three nights while in Branson. We were very pleased with what we got for the price. It was a great location and we had a very comfortable stay. Staff was friendly. And we recommend it to others.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Staff was friendly. More than we expected from Super 8.

Breakfast was always there. everything in room was not a patch up the flaws but everything was done right in repair. Top condition!

Quick Trip

We took a quick trip to Branson and this hotel was perfect for what we needed which was just a place to sleep overnight. The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed for a quick overnight trip. It was good enough that we would stay again. Cheap enough and seemed to be very clean, with what looked like new items - bedding, tv, sink, etc. No frills & possibly in the stages of updating (?) and small, very basic breakfast at best, but be eye affordable and clean.

Very clean. Quiet and safe. Jim was awesome. We liked that owners stayed on property i think thats why it stays so nice.

The room was ok. I'm not a fan of tiled floors though I understand why many facilities are going in this direction. It made the room feel cold and sterile. The location was in an area that was run down so it felt a bit unsafe even if it was safe. The breakfast was very minimal in choices. The room was clean a I believe newly renovated but was cramped. I kept running into the hangers on the hanging rack. Overall I just felt uncomfortable being there and couldn't relax. I couldn't wait to leave. The price was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool looked fun but we didn't have time to take a swim. Not my cup of tea but you might love it.

A little outdated- looks like a work in progress. I did like that the floors in the room didn’t have carpet. Overall stay was okay.

The property location and conditions were good. The room was clean with the exception of the floors - they were dirty - needed to be swept and mopped. The breakfast food was not tasty, especially the biscuits and gravy; therefore, I had cereal.

I felt the wifi was not strong enough, My IPAD could not gain access to the hotel's wifi

The hotel itself was clean and the room was as well but we encountered a couple roaches out first and only night there so we checked out the next morning the staff was understanding and accommodating.

Overall perfectly adequate

Overall the hotel was perfectly fine for our short little visit. However, the pictures online give the room the appearance of being bigger than it actually is. Adding more light in the room and bathroom would be beneficial. It was a bit of a tight fit for all 4 of us. The check-in process was mildly muddied with me having had checked in online. The staff at the front desk did not know I had already filled out the information they had needed. They were still very helpful but it would have gone smoother had I just waited. Their system did also try to charge me again for the room even though I had already paid. The manager was very prompt in getting that charge reversed. The breakfast is small but perfectly adequate. Also, there is very little in the way of noise buffering, so if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor you have to be mindful and walk very lightly.

One of the best motels I've stayed in. The staff is wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.. I would recommend it to anybody..

Family trip

Comfortable. Convenient to downtown Branson. Downside: saw a cockroach in the room.

The reason for 3 stars is because the first room was scary. I always check the bed first. Pulled back the sheets and we could definitely tell that the sheets hadn't been changed, they were covered in black pubic hair and some long hairs. The owner put us in another room immediately that I could tell was a model room. It was actually the room they use for pictures in their adds. I'll take it but we asked for no stairs and the direct path was stairs. He could of easily put us on the opposite side which was direct shot into a King,one bed, room which was our original request.

Confy beds

I would not recommend this hotel. I am not sure how it such great reviews when I was looking. We found 2 recluse spiders in our room, luckily we were able to kill them before they bit anyone!! They do not have enough parking for the rooms they have available. We asked for a cot and it was like a bargaining for what it would cost. Most places give you one. We stayed 5 nights and I wish I hadn't reserved this room after 1 night. Beds were not comfortable!

beds were terrible the breakfast needed to be improved didn't know that my room was connected to another. there were stains on the bed and the towels. even with do not disturb they still came in and even the staff went through our stuff when we were gone do not stay

Clean Room

Room was clean. Only complaint would be not enough bedding or towels for all the members of our party.

Overall good stay, decent breakfast and the room was mostly clean. Air conditioning worked great. Only issue was the bathtub not draining properly but it just took a little bit so it wasn’t a huge problem

Dirty no door knob on bathroom

This place is gross DO NOT STAY!!! Dirty towels bedding and floors. Little toilet paper never brought more. I am not picky but this was disgusting and not worth 100 a night.

Not bad. We slept well and felt safe. Excellent prices for the service.

Clean and well maintained. My only issue was the beds are very hard and the pillows are stiff. Could not get comfortable to sleep very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Turn around bday trip

Took an overnight bday trip with my Spouse to see a play down in Branson. Decided on staying at super 8 as it was relatively close to everything we needed.

Had a great time with g Family there already booked room for next month too

The check in process was very quick and easy. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and nice and cool. The only complaint is that the AC squeals continuously. Other than that, no complaints and would recommend staying here.

Family of 4. We stayed for 4 nights. We were not disappointed. It is a basic hotel so nothing super fancy, but we were there just to sleep, shower and rest. When we got to the room I noticed a spot on the sheet, I called the FD and asked for a change. Within 10 minutes they were at the room and changed both beds and gave us more towels and blankets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, a little tall. The TVs are small but the owner said they will be upgrading to bigger ones soon. The pool was clean and very well maintained. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean, hot breakfast. The staff were super helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean. The only things we would give a lower rating on were how hard the beds were. I didnt sleep good during the stay because of back issues from the bed. The other thing would be thy only clean rooms on the 3rd day so if we needed clean sheets, towels etc we would have to ask which isnt a problem. They were super chill about everything. Would recommend staying here again!

We had a decent stay. The staff was nice and accomodating.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. He followed up on any requests very quickly. There was a tornado warning while there and they got all the guests to the basement quickly. You could tell he cared about what he was doing. :)

Clean rooms!

I’m really pleased with the cleanliness of this property. The space of the room was also great. I would stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and checkin was smooth . The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only issue we had was a rather tight squeeze getting out of the parking lot. We drive a truck, and if a truck parked on the end of the building it was a little trickier to get out, but we did OK.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Pillows were soo hard I literally had to go buy my own pillows from the store

The hotel itself was absolutely great for the price and for a few days away. The man running it was the sweetest our room was pretty clean except the floors needed a good cleaning. Pool was nice parking is a little hard with a truck but he has additional parking right next door. Breakfast was good! Cons were all personal preference the comforter is like a curtain material and super thin I could not sleep I had to go buy me a comforter for the week and the tv is tiny. Not really big faults but things that could be improved.

Enjoyed our stay

It was different from other super 8s I’ve stayed at. Sheets on one bed were dirty and blankets were as thin as the sheets.

The overall stay was great for a cheap hotel, the continental breakfast was not very good, gravy was very watery. Staff was nice and facilities were nice.

It is not a 5-star hotel but is not trying to be one. I felt it had good value.

Very easy check-in process, however listed price for my room on the website was not correct. It listed this room in the 60s and I ended up paying 100. Not a huge deal but if i had that exact amount of money set aside to pay for the room I would expect to get charged that price.

Beautiful

Just remodeled and it looks great. Everything was so clean, lobby,room,pool and even the parking lot! Very friendly and helpful staff.

They advertise a hot breakfast....all they had was eggs, biscuits and gravy with no meat. The gravy was like soup. One other point was they provided absolutely no fruit for breakfast, not even a banana or apple. No yogurts.

1. The laundry area was locked so a person could not just do clothes like you can at MOST other facilities. 2. The shower was a game to operate the shower and we had to make a call to the front desk to try and understand and figure out the way to get shower to work. 3. The room was not cleaned correctly as we found bandaids on things thatt shouldn't have had a bandaid. 4. There was a grand inquisition into being there because they switched our room to a ground floor room, and we had not gone into the original room, but they kind of made us feel like they didn't trust us. 5. The breakfast was not as expected.

Property was good for the price point. Rooms were relatively updated and clean. Rooms could use a thicker comforter or extra blankets on the bed. Aside from that, our stay was great.

The manager of the hotel made sure that everything was taken care of for us. We received fresh towels every morning! That is what I liked most. The TVs need to be upgraded to a larger screen. Overall I will be staying here again!

Memorial weekend 2024

The hotel was very clean. My only complaint was the smell and the floors. It smelled musty, the floors weren’t swept, and needed to be mopped badly. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. The parking lot was very compact and hard to get around. The guy who cleaned the rooms was clearly intoxicated from drugs or alcohol. He was very spaced out and strange. I felt like it wasn’t safe to leave valuables or medicine in the room. My husband and I sat out by the pool and the cleaning guy sat in the office and stared at us the whole time. Almost like he thought we couldn’t see him, but we definitely could. It was all I could do to keep my husband from going in the office and ask him what his problem was. On a positive note, it was clean, and we had everything we needed.

It was good for the price

All drains slow very slow to drain showering water above my ankles did not drain until i was out of bath and dried and dressed long time to drain. Breakfast awful.

This is a property that is being updated. There was no gross old carpet, the flooring was beautiful wood-looking vinyl flooring. There was a new mattress that was very comfortable. The sink and makeup area had a beautiful lighted mirror. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it!!

Trying to be a good stay.

Room in pretty good shape. Plumbing works well. Much of it seems to be new. Room very clean. Towels were well worn and had stains. Breakfast though full was limited. No Decaf coffee but regular coffee was good. Beautiful and sunny breakfast room but no fresh fruit or yogurt. Owners seem to be trying to be a good stay and property generally in good shape.

2 night getaway

Front end staff were super friendly. We were running late and they called to let us know if the front door was locked to call the number but when we arrived he was there. He stayed to let us check in since it was after 10 PM. Nice location as well.

The remodel of this facility was very well done.

We like the whirlpool tub in our room.

Sign outside read "Very Clean" but the rooms were anything but that. Should have gotten pictures. There were what looked like bug feces on the sheets. Blankets were not on the beds and had big stains on them. Shower was absolutely filthy and it was very apparent that they had not been cleaned since the last visitors that stayed in the room bc there was hair all over the walls and bottom of the bathtub. Shower curtain was covered on the bottom with mold. Bottom of the bathtub had grime all in it from a lack of cleaning for a long time. Obviously a family owned establishment and they were very kind and friendly but they just do not know the meaning of clean and that to me is the most important aspect of any motel/hotel stay. Skip this one because there are much cleaner options that are the same price.

Highly recommended and seamless!

We stayed for 5 nights and was very comfortable. The frig does need updating, didn’t work too well, but everything else was perfect. The kindness, friendliness, and helpfullness of staff was above and beyond. We go to Branson every year and stay here. There are ton of choices, but the quality for the price is great. Very accommodating when I had needs due to a broken foot.
