I had the best sleeps here. Room was very cosy and bed was so comfortable. The other nice thing was the hot tub and sitting areas around the pool with actual palm trees growing in there. Only irritation I had was with the timer on the hot tub wouldn’t set for very long but hot tub was very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay. Will be back.

Nothing that was a huge concern for me but a couple things that should be addressed in the near future. Lack of maintenance in some areas. There was dirt in the corners, grout wasn't cleaned and sealed in some time. Mildew in the corners of the bath tub. Some areas could use some painting. The only Huge thing i would say should be addressed is the bath rooms fans. They sound like a garbage dispole going off. This was extremely annoying during the night. This could be a major complaint of some customers. Otherwise i enjoyed the most part of my stay

Dated and gross

Dated and older. Room and hallway smelled stale , hint of old cigarette smoke. Breakfast room was supposed to open at 7. I had to help the staff get things out for breakfast, at 7 as we had to leave promptly at 720. Milk was expired by 5 days.

The room was ok as was the continental breakfast. What wasn’t ok was the hot tub was closed which wasn’t mentioned when we booked online. The pre-check-in didn’t work at all, complete waste of time. When mentioned these to the staff it was obvious they couldn’t care less. Next time I’ll look elsewhere.

I like the hotel, staff is look tired, thats why she cant even smile lol we check in by 5pm, we check out in morning same person in front desk.

Hotel was okay when I checked in the guy was friendly, breakfast was not good. No lids for coffee, napkins to wipe down with, no meat in the buffet, not well stocked. Pool was very small and hot tub was broken still. When checking out the lady wasn’t very friendly or didn’t ask how everything was. Overall I don’t know if I’d stay there again

Beds are comfortable, rooms are ok. The hot tub doesn't work and I don't believe they are fixing it. Breakfast options are very limited. There are waffles but only sugar free syrup, there are bagels but no cream cheese. Only lime flavoured yogurt.

Stayed here for three nights. The hotel is older but decently clean. The pool was very small and the hot tub out if service. Breakfast was mediocre. Decent value for money.

I don’t like that they don’t give you many towels, that they charge $25 per dog per night PLUS tax on the dog fee. The breakfast doesn’t start till 7 am on weekends and no sausages/bacon on weekends. The breakfast was pretty terrible. They don’t supply dog waste bags and dog waste garbage in the potty areas, therefore, there was a lot of dog waste left on the grass.

Not a very good breakfast

I will never stay at this super 8 again. Check in was easy and polite But was downhill from there, booked this hotel for 3 days for the use of the hot tub. It was closed all 3 days, went to have a shower and found someone else dirty face cloth on the shower curtain rod, now I question if the shower was even cleaned. Couldn’t get breakfast for 2 days there were so many people in there. No shampoo in the little bottle Gross

Very reasonable rates!

The room was overall quite clean. The walls are paper thin which makes overnight incredibly noisy. We could hear the people above us walking around and whenever anyone near turned on their water or flushed the toilet, it sounded like a jet plane was coming through the room. Did not get to sleep at all due to the noise. There were also homeless people in the hallway who were verbally abusive when trying to walk outside. Would not stay again.

Tiny pool, unwashed sheets, rude staff

The pool is tiny, my bedding was covered in black hairs that were not mine!! And we had to fight to get any breakfast, because we were 1 minute late. The front desk told me they didn't have high chairs, then we found one ourselves.. what else?

I would not stay here. Very dirty and outdated. The pictures on expedia are photoshopped. The couch had a pee stain, the pool was shut down for an inspection. After we checked in, housekeeping knocked and at the same time tried to walk in, luckily we had the deadbolt. They offered us another room but its wasn't much better. We decided to stay at another hotel. The manager would not give refund.

There was a chunk of mud in the hallway that was there the 4 days we stayed. Obviously the hall was not cleaned, the clump was the size of a egg. The staff were not the friendliest, only one of the front desk personnel was great, wish I could remember his name, he checked us in. The older woman in the continental breakfast area was really unfriendly, she made you feel very unwelcome and like you were messy and in her way as well. Price was better through Expedia.

Ok if you’re really tired. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet so we had a good sleep after driving all day. But -Carpet was saturated wet in entrance like it had just been cleaned . Toilet seat did not fit the toilet - it was too small and moved when you sat on it . And we not big people.

Clean. Well maintained. Helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast. Comfortable bed and room. The room key machine was not working when we were there which was a bit of a pain for both us and the staff that had to run back and forth letting people into their rooms. They were hoping it would be fixed the next day. Otherwise solid hotel that I would start at again.

what I didn't like was that we had to ask front desk staff to open our room every time we went out as their key machine wasn't operational.

Room was smelly like urine very damp.keys-cards were not working so we needed to get staff to open every time, Rey inconvenient, the price of hotel should be lower because of this . The breakfast was very limited and almost nothing left at 830. Not many tables to eat. Will not return here .

It was fine but pool didn’t have towels and wasn’t the cleanest. The room was left with one Kleenex in the Kleenex box and shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty. Unfortunately the card maker was broken so we didn’t have room keys. We had to go to the front desk to ask the staff to take us to our room and let us in every time we wanted in. Luckily we had a short stay but was a bit inconvenient with 2 small kids to have to wait for an available staff member to let us into our room.

It’s just off of Hwy 1, so there’s no shopping mall right around the corner you can walk to, but the stores are only 5 minutes away. The Super 8 was quieter than some other hotels I have stayed at.

Room as very small and not as clan as I would like. The chlorine smell from the pool was so strong it made my eyes burn. We ended up in a first floor room so couldn’t open the curtains for light.

We stay here every year travelling and I was disappointed in the grounds surrounding the hotel. Garbage/ashtrays full. Lots of garbage and weeds in the grounds. This was not like this last year. You need to do some clean up outside to maintain the property

This is a decent place to stay. It seems a bit older and worn but it was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A couple of things that were off putting; the hallway and room smelled a bit (like cheese or something??) And the caulking around the tub has mold behind it. Decent stay!

Great stay

Rooms were clean and nice. However, every time I dealt with the staff they would either be on the phone or answer the phone mid conversation then just ignore me. You can tell they don’t like their job.
