Handy to every convenience available from dining to shopping around hotel.

It was quite far away from the airport and other parts of the city but the experience was beautiful, especially thanks to the very helpful and friend staff.

The toilet sink was rather dirty. I needed to call housekeeping to clean it and it was still dirty. The bathroom glassdoor in my room was tilted out of the glass panel.

Good location but room rundown, towels getting old and start to turn grey color. We checked in first room which ants walking around in the bed, tables and around the wall. We changed room ok but shower head with black stain and we have complained the drainage stuck flooded the shower room till housekeeping to settle the problem.

Service staff was good. generally staying here for frequent business trips but realize gradually mini bar, snacks are not complimentary anymore. towels have weird stains, aircon seem to have cigarette smell. Guess i would need to relook at my options given the price paid.

Nice hotel in KL. Great staff, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, with large windows. It’s connected to a mall so easy shopping and food options. Can easily take Grab to visit sites in the city.

The location is good. Very convenient to shopping areas by any means of transport. A mall was connected to the hotel as well. Easy to get foods and good shopping. Staff was good but not as friendly as my last few trips. As usual the hotel is clean. The carpet in my room is a bit dirty. Overall is good.

Hotel mainly cater for chinese guest

Not much to expect from service. This hotel caters for chinese so the guest mainly is chinese. Bfast was to their advantage n its get very noisy way too early in the morning and its annoying. Definately wont stay here again.

the guest relation manger is very friendly & helpful. the hotel is in the mall so there are plenty of choices for shopping & dining.

Clean property with a shopping mall at the bottom levels. 10 mins drive away from lots Tein Towers and heart of the city. Worth of money. I stayed there for 16 nights and enjoyed my stay.

Relatively new hotel. Room is of good size. Relatively clean. Lighting is bright / well designed in room. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Connect directly to mall at level 1 and 5.

Good thing we can check-in early. Arrived at 12.55pm, got key and went up to the room. But so disappointing coz the room had cigarette smell.. Cursed those who smoked. But, still the Housekeeping should do a better job. I even asked first whether the room ready or not. Went down, waited for 30 minutes for new room.

Lovely hotel in a great location, right next to a shopping mall where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. MRT and LRT stations are nearby so getting about is not a problem at all. Will be back :)

Air cond not working

We have stayed in this hotel a few times for the last one year. The location and service were good. However, the gym is really hot and stuffy as one air cond has not been repaired. We have made feedback everytime we came regarding the air cond but it is still not fixed. At the very least, please install a fan there for better air circulation.

Convenient location with mall within the same complex. Easy access as it's between 2 MRT stations. lots eatery around, especially Nanking Street that connects Cochrane MRT to the Mall.

Everything is good except the breakfast, very disappointed with it, food spread is little and food is cold like coconut rice even the eggs, no sign beside the dishes to tell you what is that. I think this can be improve.

Room given differs from what was paid for.

Booked a king size bed room, was told only twin singke bed room available upon check in. Ask for a change to king size bed room for the next day stay only to receive a call in the morning saying they will combine the two single bed in my room into one bed. Toilet was not clean with a bit of mould building up, pool was dirty feels like maintenance not done on a regular basis.

all round good stay for a brief work stopover. hotel right within a mega mall with variety of amenities. supermart and fastfood joints, restaurants and eateries and shopping galore. accessibility walking distance less than 10mins along linkways from cochrane and maluri train stations.

The location is fantastic!! Commuting anywhere is very easy via the mrt line, and since the hotel is connected to sunway velocity mall, there are ample food and shopping options. I arrived with no luggage, and was able to purchase everything needed for my trip ( clothes, toiletteries, makeup) all within a 100mts radius of my room ☺️. The hotel is quite new, and well maintained. I will definitely be staying here again and will highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Wow! No. 1 Hotel

Wow! What a hotel! Would rate in my top 3 hotels ever stayed in! Absolutely nothing to whinge about. All staff encountered were excellent and friendly. Great stay! Oh, if you are into swimming pools, this is one of the best! Great view!

2 nights stay in hotel

Convenient location for stay and shopping, not so crowded, suitable for kids to stay and play, nice view from the pool, but found dust in the wardrobe.

State king size bed but still give me 2 single beds. Not first time. I kept coming back to this hotel, each time they still allocate single beds to me despite me requesting for king size bed early.

Easy access from lift to room. But have to make big turn to reach Hotel from main road, direct access was closed?

Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The hotel was spotless. The hotel is connected to the Mall, so great access for food and shopping. Near to local train services. Even close enough to walk to the local Parkrun on a Saturday morning too! Will definitely stay again A++++++

Everything was great! Free Wi-fi throughout the hotel and the mall, and connection was very good! Was there for a business trip and checked in during the wee hours of my birthday. Was surprised to receive a birthday card when checking out day after. Small gestures like this and remembering is what always make a traveller’s day! Thank you to all whom signed on the card!

The stay was good, the hotel is well located and connected to the mall. It’s very convenient. The room size is reasonable and fairly well maintained. I hope the hotel room can continue to be well maintained. The towels are getting to look a bit tired.

Very good experience

The hotel is very good. Location is excellent, very convenient and good value for money. The only down side is the door of our room 920 is difficult ti open. Overall it is a very very good hotel and I shall definitely come again. Highly recommended.

Hotel was new, clean n adjacent to a shopping mall with many eating outlets. It is also easily accessible to city centre via hotel shuttle or MRT which is just a short walking distance.

Nice hotel next to shopping mall. Hotel is quite new and rooms are clean and good size. Maluri MRT station is a short 10 mins walk from the shopping mall. Good hotel for short getaway.

Didn't get breakfast although it was paid

The hotel refuses us for breakfast although we paid for the room with breakfast option. Hotels.com receipt wasn't helpful as well because it was not reflected in the email. How should I be compensated?

Room is clean and nice and very well-air conditioned. King bed is super large. Wifi is excellent and fast. Got link to the mall at level 5. Very limited choice of tv channels. Although there’s parking spaces allocated for hotel guests, you still have to share them with mall guests...sigh.

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was below average.

Everything at your finger tips

Fantastic new hotel. Directly linked to a spanking new & huge shopping centre with everything at your finger tips from cheap eats to restaurants to toiletries to every level of fashion (if you are into that type of stuff). All mod cons (incl iron & board) in room with great views. Free shuttle to the hustle bustle. Infinity pool closed when I was there so can’t comment. Only gripe is check out a little slow. Highly recommended.

Hotel with a difference

A nice clean hotel, with easy check in. The nearby mall is a good attraction with its food street one won't go hungry. There is even another mall within walking distance - MyTown / IKEA. Though I drive but can't help to notice the 2 MRT stations just nearby that will be very convenient to venture out to other places.
