We enjoyed the stay so much. Great pool area and very friendly staff!!

Absolutely love the tiny house right on the water! The stairs were extremely steep for my husband and I with bad knees other than that it was wonderful!❤️

The worst of all the places I have stayed

The overall stay was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The travel trailer we rented was a little dated and the site was a bit smaller than the other sites we saw, however it was clean. The campground did end up with some flooding approximately 6in of standing water that made accessing the RV difficult and had to tread through the water. Staff did do their best to remove the water quickly. The patrons of the campground were not the best. Many kids wandering unattended and not paying attention nearly getting struck by cars. The adult patrons were rude and would congregate by the boat ramp with wave runners making the ramp impossible to access. It definitely is not a staff issue, more of management needing to enforce the campground rules.

Nice place, very clean and quiet. The chair and sofa bed was peeling and the kitchen ledge is uneven so we almost fell.

The trailer is run down already. We have to pay for internet even though it says internet is free in Expedia. The area is clean which I like.

Family oriented, quite and safe.

If you like fishing, boating, and swimming, this is the place for you. The property is very safe and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here when staying in the Florida Keys.

Overall great stay

Amazing place but the trailer had some issues. The mattress was old and not comfortable the AC in the bedroom was overly loud and the bathroom floor was squishy. With that said there where to many positives to mention all but just a couple. The staff was great and very informative, the pool was fantastic and the sunset dock was great.

Love the tropical and nautical ambiance of the resort. The maintenance staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Love all of the resident wildlife! 3rd visit here, first two in my own rig, wonderful experiences both! Fully 5 star ratings for those stays. I wouldn't give 5 stars for the trailer rental however. All in all, the trailer was adequate, but with the following exceptions: 1. The mattresses were horrible - the foldout sofa "mattress" was unusable and the bedroom "mattress" has a large unavoidable sunken-in crater on each side. 2. The water pressure was almost non-existent. 3. The slide-out by the stove is a major trip hazard and toe-stubber.

The rental campers are worn out and need to be replaced. While it was clean and the park itself wonderful, the camper was junk. I heard this from others in surrounding campers as well.

The RV was very spacious. However, it has an oven, but no tray to use it, you have to take your own. Only minimal small appliances, but that was all we needed. Very good experience. Will be back. Stayed in the complex the entire time, going places is far, to the left you need to pass the 7 mile bridge, and to the right shopping is in Big Pine key. Make sure you bring all your necessities. Loved it.

Coastal gem in the FL Keys

I’ve been coming here since the 80s. It’s conveniently located between Marathon Key and Key West. The sunrise and sunsets from the island are amazing. This is my third year renting one of the on-site campers and they are very spacious but there were small items such as recliners not working and inside microwave. Maintenance and front desk staff were always quick to respond. The beach isn’t white and sandy but still pretty. I would recommend bringing water shoes to walk past the seaweed and muck.

I’ve been coming to the resort for years. But this time around the pool was closed until my last days of my stay, it was really dirty I pulled a maggot from my sons hair and immediately left the pool. The only place where my family enjoyed the water was in the swimming area next the little dock. Other than that it was very boring, no music allowed on the golf carts, no playing on the basketball court or playgrounds after 10 pm… this has never been this bad. This needs to be a better place to stay. Overall very very VERY boring. Unless you are fortunate to land a spot on the marina for a boat. Which we weren’t lucky to get a spot. Has to be reserved months in advanced

Unique and affordable way to visit the Keys !

Every time you needed to communicate with someone you had to text them!! They catered to people with golf carts no place hardly to park other than by your camper! If you didn’t have a golf cart you mostly stayed at your camper just very disappointed because of the price they charge to rent a camper!! Not accessible for a person with a handicap!! Their website is very deceiving!!!!

Nice resort. Good option if you have a rental car and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Key West.

A lot for kids and adults to do. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the keys. Do wish they would remove seaweed on beach as some other resorts I've stayed at do

Pass on Tiny Homes

Park was nice but the Tiny Home wasn’t worth the money.

Perfect spot not too far from Key west

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The living room was very spacious and the whole unit is well kept. The bed was uncomfortable because it’s more like a 5 inch mat not a proper mattress. We called the office to complain and they brought us a mattress topper which made it better. The microwave only worked half the time. The pool area is nice

The location is convenient if you would like to visit Key West for the day or spend some time in Marathon.

Rv was very clean and it was a pleasant experience.

The place is wonderful to spend with the family.

This place is heaven.

Loved the place in general. The staff not so much. When i first checked in the lady in the front office said she would send me a text message so i could communicate with them that way- never sent the message. Once i got to my tiny house i realized my sliding door wouldn’t lock. I called the front office about 7 times, no answer & no one ever called me back. I was with a damaged door my entire stay, even when i left the room (meaning I had to leave my door unlocked at ALL TIMES). The balcony umbrella was broken & i also called them for that no one answered so it never got fixed.

Couple running Marina was very accommodating, with our last minute changes. Made for the best eco/fishing trip. Out of all our planned trips they we’re by far the best.

So, the tiny house was awesome. But there was a very strong odor around the property of sulphur. The “beach” at the property was just okay. The amenities and amounts of kids and families at the property was amazing.

Spotless

Initially we thought this place was great. It appeared clean and smelled good. The next morning we noticed the spare bed had ants all over it and the exhaust had mold in it. The location and amenities were great. They need to fix insulation around the fridge. They put a small fridge in a large space. There’s a space around the fridge you can feel hot air from outside coming in and can even see the ground outside.

Loved the heated pool, and the cool beach. Took advantage of the full basketball court, cornhole, horseshoes, connect four games. Surprisingly quiet at night, (other than the highway traffic). Everyone was very friendly. Highly enjoyed seeing a large iguana, a variety of fish, a flying stingray, and two nurse sharks!

Ran accross this place while looking for motels along the Keys. After staying in this RV we are considering purchasing one and will definitely stay at this park again. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews on the managment of this place! Everyone at this place was friendly the park was beautiful and well kept, no complaints from us ar all. RV was very nice, few steps from the little beach.

Enjoyed our stay only wish we were able to stay longer. A bit expensive compared to what it would cost for a full month compared to 2 night stay. Over all a great experience 👌😀

Beautiful Keys Camping

Beautiful resort with lots of fun activities and space to enjoy the keys. The rental was excellent with lots of space and a very comfortable setup. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, great for families, couples, anyone looking for a nice camping type experience in the Keys.

The travel trailer we rented was located just across from the beach with parking right on the camp site. Included with the rental were bed linens, blankets,pillows, bath towels, soaps,shampoos, kitchen linens, dish detergent, dishes, pots,pans. Everything you need to stay except food. We have rented other travel trailers but non were stocked like this! The park also has a marina, store, tennis courts & pool. Plenty for the kids to do. The only issue was you had to purchase wifi from a private company at your individual site but it was available at the gameroom, but we did have cable at the site for the TV.

i love everything, the bathroom super clean, the rv was in perfect condition and clean. the resort is beautiful and we have everything that we need, i will go back really soon.....

The RV was very clean and the attendant friendly. We discovered as we were preparing for bed we had twin sheets for a queen pull out sofa☹️Also very noisy by the highway. Would stay again but request a quieter location.

A gem in the fl keys

Amazing! Couldn't have asked for more. Clean, safe, comfortable, great location (near Bahia park), pleasant staff. The whole family was extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you for a beautiful Easter weekend!

Beautiful location. Central location to all key activities. First time we had ever stayed in an RV type trailer. Very impressed.

The water was closed. There was kayaking available. Great view with a sunset Pier! Location to access to other Keys was awesome. The toilet overflowed and I lost two of my personal towels trying to stop that up before someone could come and clean it up. It claimed there was a heated pool but the pool was not heated and it was very cold.

Quick stop.

Just stopped in for one nigh prior to a week in Key West. Could not have enjoyed my stay any more than I did. The grounds, beach, accommodations all first rate. Will stay longer next time.

Great location. We were able to do day trips to other keys. We went one day to Bahia Honda (very close). Another day was spent in Key West. Another day spent on Big Pine Key. Last day spent on Marathon. Staff very friendly. Trailer was new and in excellent condition. Not enough pillows, but more were provided upon request. We had to pay for wifi.

Brand new RV: what’s not to like?

We stayed in a brand new 32 foot RV. All the amenities you would find in any kind of hotel suite, just a lot bigger! :-) Everything about the trip went well. My only nitpick: when you walk, the whole unit shakes. A simple trade for all that space.

The view was awesome. Too many dogs. The place needs a café as the nearest restaurant is 10 miles away.

Great alternative to staying at a regular hotel

This trailer at an RV park was as good or better than staying in a "regular" hotel. What I liked best about it was that it had two sleeping areas...at each end of the trailer, so you can have a little bit of separation from the snorers in your party. The beds are not very comfortable....fairly thin foam pads on a plank of wood. On one end was a queen sized bed, and the other end had three bunks. All beds had clean sheets and we also had fresh clean towels. It had televisions on both ends, a full kitchen with a gas stove, and the air conditioner worked very well. The kitchen had all we needed as far as glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The most negative part is that the toilet started to smell pretty badly on day two. The only free WiFi is in the office area, which is quite a walk from where we were. Fortunately it had an Infinity hot spot from where we were, so we were able to set up access for all our gadgets through that. They have a little cafe, but it is only open for breakfast and lunch. They have a pool, a basketball court (big hit with our sons), table tennis, and regular tennis courts. Overall I would stay here again. Very nice people, and for us it beat the price of any hotel in the area. We did not experience an noise like some reviewers have mentioned...it was very quiet during our stay.
