Traveller这次的入住感受非常好，酒店的设施及硬件设备非常好，孩子非常喜欢，餐厅的品质也很好。
Traveller软件服务太差，不值得推荐
一次很不愉快的住宿，首先电梯没有空调，房间有奇怪的味道，卫生间清理的也不是很干净，入住和退房都奇慢无比，更不要提酒店对发生的意外一点承担责任的诚意都没有，即使是所谓的经理来了对所发生的意外也一直是想敷衍了事。这一切真的愧对这家酒店的良好的硬件设施。

非常不错的酒店，床非常舒服，本来订的湖景房，前台给免费升级了湖景套房，带宝宝出行就更方便了，从房间看雁西湖真的美呆了，酒店的装修也非常精致，早餐品种多，酒店服务人员也非常到位，总之非常不错的一次体验，期待下次入住。

酒店对面就是雁栖湖，可以看到远处的雁栖湖，雁栖塔，风景很美。房间很舒适，干净。自助早餐很丰富。
