The owners son is a great man who really makes check in and check out very easy, quick, and simple. great service, great rooms, and great employees

Walking distance to shows was nice. Old hotel that apparently has renovated rooms. Was good for a one nighter with hot tub in room while going to a show at the Casino

I will say 0, i booked this property and after i regret because they show different pictures but the property was totally different so i suggest to everyone please save theirs money don’t book this property, they took $100 from me as a security deposit and they deduct $50 from it . So its for all my friends please dont book this property

Heat never worked properly. They brought me a heating fan, which never did nothing. Jacuzzi had no pressure all cold water the most terrible stayI will never return back there ever again called them multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone worst stay I had would never recommend anyone to stay there very disappointed

Worst experience in my life we were put in one room freezing found out heat dont work in that room put in another cool worked a bit said it was fine we go out for dinner come back all are bags gone they told us they didnt know people where in there well hello we had a key and are bags where there so they handed us back are stuff we went back to are room after that heat stopped working room was freezing cold and the shower water was to roof was also colapsing in the bathroom wall have water damage and huge bubbles and cracks from the water damage tv super super old dont even work worst ever experience in my life oh and to top it off we moved are pillow to find blood on the bed sheets!!

The bath tub area isn't clean at all. I washed the toilet by myself. But I really appreciate that they let me check in in advance.

The staff are good. The exterior is a little run down. The room was not really nice. But a clean bed, clean towels and washroom. A TV and a fridge. For the price it was adequate

The mattress was a bit hard so it wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been, but we still managed to get a good sleep and room cleanliness was fine, all staff we encountered were very nice.

Nice place with a different setup. Its vey nice cayse of the position of the door.

The hosts were amazing so helpful couldn’t fault them The only down falls were the sheets were dirty when we arrived, and the jacuzzi in our room was faulty other than that was a great stay

They charge for dirty towels

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and it was quiet. They are in the process of upgrades and renovations, but there was no noise or inconvenience. Not really in the tourist area so there was no night life noise. Close to stores and restaurants and about a half hour walk to Clifton Hills. We didnt stay in a renovated room so i dont want to comment too much on that, just a basic room. Air conditioner in our room worked awsome. They provide coffee in the mornings, but we didnt take advantage of that as there is a tim hortons across the street. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. My partner were given an upgraded room on account our TV wasn’t working. We would definitely stay again.

The property is just under new ownership. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room we stayed in was clean and on par for the price. The hotel, even in the short time of new ownership (2 weeks) was starting to make positive changes. Good amount of other clients when we were there. I wish them success in their new business.

The pictures were absolutely beautiful on their site we pulled in we were the only ones there got to the room m there was bllod kn the ceiling food in the fridge electronic socket wires showing pool had mattresses in it weeds growing inside. It was absolutely disgusting. We left

Loved the family room...3 beds two rooms great for putting kids to bed at back of property so quiet spacious beds comfy Only complaint...black mold has previously formed and is forming again in bathroom..a dangerous condition requiring professional removal. A bathroom vent fan seriously required Owners are renovating as seen by dumpster outside so improvements happening. Professionals required to bring this convienent location back to its glory.

Checked in quite late but everything went smoothly. Room is clean. AC is slightly noisy. Other than that, all's good. Walking distance to restaurants, bus stops.

Friendly and accomodating manager & staff, cheaper rate compared to other inns so expect to get what you paid for. Hoping for better services and condition since renovation is ongoing.

I will book this again. Price is reasonable .

This hotel is old and run down. It looks like they do keep it pretty clean though. Staff at check in and check out were friendly. Chairs on the balcony were broken. Bed was very comfortable. For a last minute, spontaneous overnight to the falls, it was fine, but I would stay again.

I dont even know where to start with this property, i only rated everything one star because i couldn't leave any zeros. The rooms are plain nasty. Everything is firty and stained. The saftey codes are all tripped, the electric outlet is exposed and out, the bathroom has a broken toilet, the matress is civered in stains from the actual matress to all of the dressing. There is MOLD in the bathroom, the sink, tub, ceiling. It is all COVERED in mold and mildew. The cleaning or lack of was extremely evident everywhere. The a.c. unit was nasty, blowing out a terrible smell that lingered on us and covered in dust and mold. The bed had red, brown, green, yellow, any stains that could he apparent. We had to sleep on the chairs sitting up and we had not found any more places to stay as this hotel check in was 4 pm and others were already packed. My son, he was unable to breath well in the room with or without the ac, he had a heavy feeling on his chest and complained of the harshness it took him to breath. All of us, me and my 5 kids, had all felt the air and the heavy feeling as well and we had to sleep with the door open so we could even get close to a full breath. The room is supposed to be for 6 people, we got a quarter roll of used toilet paper, we got one thin skinny bar of soap and one little sauce pouch of shampoo. They left us with 2 towels, both full of little hairs and stains and everything smelled terrible and old. The tub had hairs and little hairs surrounded the pillows.

Warm and polite welcome, had a few request that were met with a smile. The motel needs major updating and a good start would be to fix the holes in the walls and maybe some fresh paint. No charge for parking which was nice.

AC was not working properly, It was too hot inside room . Apart from this there should have been some arrangements for drinking water.I had to walk for 1 km to purchase the drinking water , as all shops were closed in morning time .

This is the worst hotel in the world in terms of dirt and staff, I canceled their services and they did not refund my money without me being there for even a day. I am going to say it on social media because they are incompetent and they do not have customer services. Never visit this places

Great hotel to stay in! Staff and receptionist was polite and welcoming. I would most definitely say, come here if you want a great stay. Fairly close to the main attractions and canada falls. (Canada side Ontario)

What I like about this property is it is close to a lot of dining area, dollarama and grocery store. It is very convenient.

While the staff was friendly, the room and property were not very well-maintained—Poor weather stripping on balcony door, no waste basket in bathroom, dark stains on shower curtain and stains on towel and bedspread.

Great spot closer to falls and other attractions. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Old property with very old equipments, super old dirty AC units. All edges and corners of the room and furnitures are dirty, cracked or broken.

We enjoyed our stay.

We were very comfortable. It is a cheaper motel, so you can't expect luxury. The people working at the desk were very friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well. Lots of restaurant you can walk to.

There was cobwebs & old streamers still taped to the ceiling. The towel bar on the bathroom looked like it was being held in place with a candy wrapper. The hot tub took forever to fill

TV was not working, you need to wait for 5mins or more for the hot water to come out but the overall experience was absolutely perfect. Check in with no hassle and check out was no hassle too. The price on the expedia app was the same price I paid. Lots of parking available walking distance to lots of dine in food, and very accessible to the Niagara Falls. Price for 2 nights was not bad to get a decent place to stay.

not coming back there at all

TV was not working at all. Poor lighting. no hair dryer. Unable to sleep due to noise. Towels are white but don't look like white at all. Water in shower was cold.

Arrive just after midnight nobody would answer the door and an answering machine on the phone number. Find me somebody came to the door we checked in the room we received was freezing cold with an improper heating system, very old and dilapidated bathroom Everything was less than a bare minimum

I have insect bites on me after staying here..

Room is not very clean, floor is a bit sticky. But due to the reasonable price, it’s a very good one night place to rest. Convenience parking and room is big enough. Small fridge and microwave are provided. Fast internet.

Great location however very dated property thought. Heart shaped jacuzzi was blast, could use better water pressure. Reasonable rate.

My family and I decided not to stay at this location after we checked in. My children didn’t feel safe in the area nor the room.

The hot tub was nice but the hot water was lukewarm and it took a long time to fill up the tub because the waterflow was so very slow. Don't bother with adding cold water.

You get what you pay for

The room was ok you don't expect the ritz for what your paying. My only real complaint was the bed was wat too hard and uncomfortable to get a good night sleep

stayed here for 2 nights, one of the hair dryers didnt work and the sink leaked and there was some garbage left by previous tenants in one of the rooms. but over all staff was very nice, and its in a very convenient spot!

The area is very convenient, near fallsview and surrounded with places to eat. There's no kettle or coffee maker provided. The place is unkept, toilet seat is broken, the floor is dirty. There's only 1 lock which is the doorknob. The room is not soundproof so you can hear all sort of noises

Owner has to buy WD40 to lubricate the door hinges.
