Great place very clean and the staff where very welcoming

Great location at Sun Peaks. Decent hotel with friendly staff. The underground parking was very narrow. I would stay here again.

Wasn't allowed to leave my vehicle parked for the day on check out - odd being I paid for the full day.

Very comfortable place to stay in Sunpeaks! Clean and fairly priced. Only wish they had a car charger in their parkade or even an outlet. Hopefully an improvement that they would consider in the future.

Loved the property, loved the staff, loved the location... didn't appreciated having to pay $25/day for parking.

Great spot for skiing, no wait at the lifts, and plenty of other winter activities to do. The village was easy to walk around in with plenty of shops & restaurants.

We have stayed here many times, but this visit we encountered an issue with the heat in our room not working. We contatced the front desk and they brought us a space heater to use and said that somebody from maintainance would handle the issue. This never happened so we had to deal with the cold with the space heater. This was very disappointing.

Central location, very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Kettle was a great help!

My room needed a new fridge. The one in the room made heavy fan sounds all the time. I didn't tell hotel staff; it wasn't a pain for me, but for others, it was.

Amazing customer service, all the staff always smiling and thankful. Was totally worth every penny. I will be back for sure and would like to reccomend anyone who wants to go there as welll!

Great place to stay.

Very noisy outside window when facing the village. Sunday morning market vendors setting up early. Very noisy. Early awakening. When we arrived there was no parking left. Had to park in lower parking lot approx 1/2 km away. Iy’s ok. Not sure I would stay again.

Nice, cozy area. There's no a/c in the room. We had to use a small fan to pull in fresher air in from the window and kept it on all night. Parking was pricey, $20.

Some YING man and girl made noisy at midnight, nobody stop them until we call reception, feel not good because of poor sleep.

I rated the overall as poor only for one reason, I drive a Ford F-350 (stock height)I didn’t think I would fit in the underground parking and asked the clerk at the desk what the garage height was, he didn’t know but told me I could park in a spot by the stairs and he would give me a permit. He then charged me $47.25 for the permit. I didn’t say anything but paid it. Later I looked at the invoice for the room rates and see that I already paid another $47.25 for parking. To pay $94.50 for parking just off the street I feel is outrageous and a bit of a rip off. Colin Smith.

Quiet place to sleep and easy walk to a few restaurants. Dining options on site limited.Maybe understandable since it was late spring and skiing finished and summer not yet in full swing

I loved it!

The reception staff and the manager were so flexible that we could quickly switch to another room equivalent to our original reservation: a studio with two beds and a semi-separate living/dining area with a substantial space. It was very clean and equipped with all we need. We enjoyed our stay/skiing plus cheese fondue at their Fondue Stube restaurant.

It was a great location for our time in Sun Peaks. The room is a little dated but it was clean. Which is important. The parking was very small my car fit in the spot but you couldn’t get out. Very tightl spots. I moved to another spot and the front desk accommodated us very nicely.

Always enjoy our stays at Sun Peaks Lodge, but still wish they could upgrade the televisions in the rooms. They are small and the picture quality is not the highest quality. However, that is the only negative comment I have, and, we will continue to stay at Sun Peaks Lodge.

Parking lot full on site so had to park off site and walk. Rooms incredibly outdated.

Good location, friendly staff,but the hotel is ready for an update. Looking a bit tired and run down especially for the price.

Our family had a great time in Sun Peaks Lodge. The room was very clean and modern, I especially appreciated the walk-in shower. I found that the room was on a smaller side, so if you need more space, I would recommend staying elsewhere. We booked this Lodge because it was more affordable ski in/ski out option comparing to other properties at Sun Peaks resort.

Older property has sufficient upgrades, good bed, TV. Has fridge and coffeemaker but no microwave. Limited parking available. I wish the hottub wasn’t in the basement but that seems the norm except for the Grand which is outdoors. No pool.

The Room was clean and the location was very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our only issue was that the walls are very thin and noise travels very easily.

Highly recommend! Family suite was so clean, well organized and stocked with all essentials for dining in-room. We stay here annually for our family ski trip and it’s always amazing. Staff are friendly and efficient with an onsite restaurant that serves high quality food with fresh ingredients and fabulous service. The place to stay in Sun Peaks!

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have made it better was the spa hours. It is only open from 2-10 pm so after skiing we had to hurry to get to dinner and then after dinner it was after 10 pm when we arrived back at the hotel and we were looking forward to enjoying it in the morning before checkout but it was not open until 2 pm, so that didn't work either. We were very disappointed in this.

My wife and I have stayed here many times and have always had good stays. The ski in and ski out is definitely a positive. My only concern is a minor one, but, would hope that the televisions in the rooms could be upgraded to be larger, and higher definition. Overall another good stay and we will be back.

There was no parking available on site when we checked in. The elevator broke down when we checked out . Very inconvenient, our stay was not enjoyable

It’s a mediocre place. The room was clean and had the necessities but the heat was minimal. We also expected underground parking because of the weather but it was apparently full. They still charged us $15 to park out in the street. It’s a place to sleep but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Good stay

Got the King Deluxe room and really loved the view and private jacuzzi! The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is unbeatable -right next to the slopes. Only downside is there is no microwave in the room and you get charged $10 a night to rent it.

Fix your fridges

The only thing we where not happy, was the fridge. All it did instead of keeping the food cold it froze everything. So we wasted bunch of food for the kids that we bought the day of arrival.

It was off season and no staff available. Had issues with parking, and the bed sheets did not fit the bed. Expected more for a $250 room.

Property in the heart of the village. Older building but well kept - could use a interior paint job in lighter modern colours. Check-in was easy with a lovely girl Amanda. Underground parking - $$. Would definitely stay there again.

Went for the bike park and was very convenient. Lift was 30 seconds away. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t in service but not an issue for me. Was the opening week.

Clean, spacious room. Decent amenities. Good location in centre of resort area. Safe parking. Relatively good value for price in resort area. Unusually rude front desk staff member. No air conditioning. Cheap mattress. TV did not work. Overall, won’t return or recommend to others.

My wife and I enjoyed the jetteed jacuzzi. Its not a hot weather so not having Ac is okay. We have a mini fan.

First and last stay

First stay here. Will be our last. So many little details that stole our enjoyment we usually have in Sun Peaks. Our swipe card constantly would not work which made us go up and down a lot on the slowest elevator. Very very limited parking if you don’t get there early enough otherwise walk a bit to get an outdoor spot. Parking is always extra $ in sun peaks. The worst part? The $22 breakfast buffet. Go look at the buffet before deciding. Staff was great though.

It was a nice stay. The property location is good and the staffs are all very helpful. The steak house was excellent.

The location was excellent. And the service was good though I think they're a bit short staffed. The room was not fancy but fine in all respects, we had a small kitchenette which we used. I'm tall so being on the top floor with a angled ceiling was a bit awkward in one room Overall of five out of five

Everything was great except the parking; it should be included with the room cost since there is no other option...even if they up the price of the room. Not to mention the inconvenience of the way to pay for the parking, what a nightmare.

The property was in a great location. The actual room was shabby and dated. If we had paid a lower price, I would not be complaining, but the price was high. There was a tv, but no where to sit to watch it.

Property is older but quaint. Comfy beds and close yo everything.

It was very clean, nice and quiet.I wouldn't recommend as a single mom with stroller or parking with truck. I had to go up set of stairs with my baby and luggage, 2 employees passed me. Acknowledgement or just someone to hold the door would of been kind and just made my experience a lot better, I felt a bit vulnerable. We are here to see our health care provider my c section is very sore, with the new born. So I will stay at another location with better access.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!! I was charged damage for a picture frame that I never even saw in the room! When I tried to talk with the GM about the damage to explain that there was no way we did it, she yelled at me, told me that I signed a waiver saying I would pay for any damage, and hung up on me!! I am filing a complaint with BBB and luckily have our phone conversation recorded. The GM of this property is rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. She will charge you for damage you didn't even do!
