The most filthy hotel. Needs an upgrade on everything. Toilet broken and brown. Stuck inside because handle was broken. Took pictures but no option to add. AVOID.

Never go back again

The room was clean, but the customer service was terrible. I ordered a cap to the Airport and the management denied that I paid them the cap fee. Very aggressive and arrogant people.

Very good hotel

The property is situated in the European side of Istanbul with all the main sites within walking distance. However the hotel is situated in a very small road and not properly sign posted. We spent almost an hour trying to find the hotel as the roads are all very similar. The property itself was clean and spacious which is all we needed for our short stay.

Bad service, Unfriendly and opportunistic owner, misleading photos, No hot water in some rooms, very small size rooms, High windows; cant see outside views. You can here other people from your room Look like you are in a prison. Not recommended at all

Good clean but will charge you for everything even a cup of coffee

Large enough rooms, thin walls unfortunately so if youre placed next to a family with a young child then lord have mercy on you. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortale beds and tv worked although didnt watch much. The front desk where helpful even though they didnt speak much english we got round that by using google translate. Close enough location to the main tourist attractions.

Everything was so close by the room was clean. The staff were lovely

the location was excellent as was the view from the terrace. the walls were paper thin and you could hear people on the street as well as the other rooms, even when they were in the shower. breakfast was disappointing and doesn't include anything to drink you have to pay additional if you want coffee. next time I would just go to one of the many restaurants that are close by for breakfast. for the price i'd definitely stay here again the location was perfect. also, the day attendant was sleeping on the couch in the lobby every time I saw him. I never saw him awake. the man that was there at night was very kind.

I liked the stay in the place, it is clean but not excellent on this site, but everyone there is kind and nice in dealing. Thank them for hosting me.

Great stay, beautiful view on the terrace. Good location, about 5 minute to the Aya Sofya and blue mosque. Receptionists were extremely nice, had a bit of a language barrier because he didn't speak english but thank god for google translate.

The owner is always helpful and made us feel welcome when he was there. Which is why we always went back. However I think standards a slipping unfortunately. Overall it’s an average hotel.

I enjoyed my time here very close to attractions and public transport and restaurants. Room was fine and big enough, I would recommend this hotel.

Some of hotel room has sea view & next to mosque. Its in Sultanahmet good location which is close to Haga Sofia/blue Mosque. Room doesn't even had complimentary Tea/Coffee facility. Also, Air conditioning was kept off and in-spite-of me asking It wasn't switched -on until full summer is on. Very basic breakfast. Had issues with shower which was fixed in 2days. Room was very small as per double bed standard & for the price what we paid.. Its budget sort of hotel.

Despite the hotel is not in a nice location, but the service cleaness amenities etc were excellent.

Good; Great location, great Veiw from the balcony, price of the room Bad; Front desk staff was lazy, room was very noisy, the laundry service brought my cloths back wet. Fyi, the site states they have laundry facilities (they are not for guest use).

Great location. Well maintained and clean hotel. Good sized room. Roof terrace was closed when I stayed, but my room had a nice view.

The hotel on the hill for me was very bad experience because all up & down it is no far from CENTRE but really I suffered going out and back to hotel , and there is stairs in the enterance to walk up and down all street is hill so was very tiring to me , despite of the room too small but very clean every day cleaning

Adventure within an adventure

Overall the stay was tolerable but I definitely would never stay again. The view from the roof top is very pretty but the neighborhood is not. The service was good by the hotel staff but everything was an up charge, 25 lira for breakfast 25 for parking 25 for breathing its ridiculous. The walls echoed everywhere which meant we heard everything the other guested did on our floor including the doors slamming. The in room refrigerator didn't work neither did the bathroom vent fan.

Good value, but not the most friendly staff

The A/C was broken upon my arrival and while the staff gave me a room with a fully-opening door to the outside, it was simply too hot to sleep and the staff weren't terribly concerned with my comfort when I asked about the situation. My second night, with a repaired A/C, was definitely better, but the hotel is still not a top-notch place. The staff wasn't the most friendly and made it seem like I was imposing on them whenever I said 'hello.' For the price, it was acceptable if you want to be in that location.

Nice small hotel in Sultanahmet

Good Location

Great location and close to the Blue mosque. The hotel staff were really helpful and the night manager really went above and beyond to help. I had a really great time, the room was amazing with a great view over the sea of Marmara. I really could not fault this hotel in anyway and the value was amazing. I would definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Istanbul

hotel is located near toram station and sightseeing places but just on the bottom of high steels, you need to climb up and down to go anywhere. Breakfast was average, room was clean. Not bad for the price.

Small Room Near Blue Mosque

The room was rather cramped but otherwise the hotel was good. Breakfast provided tasty food, though the offerings remained unchanged every day. Staff were helpful, even those who could not understand English. The location, a short walk from the Blue Mosque, was excellent.

Fair hotel for the price. Traditional style with breakfast. Close to main sites with nice terrace views. Location at the bottom of a hill will improve your fitness.

Perfectly located for the historical sites

We had a very pleasant experience in Turkey, thanks in part thanks to this hotel, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left after 7 days. The hotel arranged a minibus to pick us up at the Ataturk airport which took us directly to the hotel, and again to take us back to the airport at the time we wanted so no time was wasted (we paid extra for this but it was well worth the moderate cost for both directions which saved us lots of hassle if we had to find our own ways, however you can get cheaper transfers by tram and bus if you search them out). They also let us print out boarding passes on their computer and printer. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to see the main sites on the Golden Horn and to explore further afield using the various means of efficient public transport (bus, tram, metro or ferry, all of which can be taken with a very convenient and cheap electronic ISTANBULCARD).

Nice little hotel

The place was not large, but the people were courteous, the rooms clean, and the free breakfast incredibly delicious. The breakfast was a huge spread of fresh fruits, olives, meats, cheeses, breads, and much more. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel!!!

Family run hotel. Staff always willing to help. This was our 2nd stay. We would go again if we could and would recommend to anyone. Hotel is at the bottom of the hill but 5-10 mins away from Blue Mosque and other sights.

Would stay here again

Off the beaten path in Sultanahmet. Once you figure out the routes back and forth to the tram you are golden. Staff was friendly and breakfast reasonable. Rooms are tiny by western standards. Awesome roof terrace with spectacular views. Cleaning staff good, but not happy if you are still in bed at noon.

Great location- right near all the historical attractions. Safe and quiet area. 5 minute walk from tramline. Friendly staff with good English- very helpful. Hotel newly refurbished and very clean and fresh. Huge buffet breakfast.

Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig

Als wir ankamen, war ein junger Mann an der Pforte, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gab uns ein Zimmer. Warte uns rauf, als wir die Gruppe Koffer auspacken wollten. Sollen wir das überall Schmutz und Dreck war und die Bilder waren Isobel. Fugen waren verschimmelt. Aus der Klimaanlage kam Schimmel geruch. Daraufhin gingen wir runter und wollten ein neues Zimmer. Der Mann hat keine Umstände gemacht und hat uns ein neues gegeben. Es war auch nicht viel besser die Bettwäsche wurde die ganze Woche nichts gewechselt also im großen Ganzen nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich habe das Hotel zum dritten Mal gebucht. Leider ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und nichts wurde investiert. Auch kleine Mängel /Reparaturen wurden nicht behoben. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Alles war wie versprochen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuverlässig

Il faut savoir que l'hôtel se trouve en bas d'une pente vraiment raide. Nous sommes restés 8 jours. Le ménage était succinct. Ce n'était pas vraiment sale mais il restait quelques miettes ou cheveux. Les draps n'ont pas été changé. Le petit-déjeuner était correct sans plus. Nous en avons mangé un bien meilleur pas loin. C'était une chambre avec vue sur la mer mais la vue est réduite. Pas très bien insonorisé. Par contre, nous avons pris une nuit de plus sans vue sur la mer et le personnel nous a gentilement proposé de rester dans la même chambre. Le quartier est très intéressant malgré tout.

Ik was er van bewust dat het een budget hotel is! Maar er is totaal geen service. Je loop binnen en hoort niet eens hallo of welkom. Hotelkamers zijn heel klein en oud. Locatie is perfect maar dit is voor mij zeker de laatste keer.

Очень хороший отель, расположение просто шикарное, на ресепшене всегда мне помогали и все объясняли. Отдыхала одна и мне очень повезло, что я забронировав одноместный номер, они мне дали двухместный с большой кроватью. Чисто и уютно.

Приятный отель - достаточно уютный небольшой номер, в котором я жил один, меня вполне устроил. Есть проблемы со звукоизоляцией, но это проблема любых недорогих отелей. Завтрак за 5 евро вполне съедобный и достаточно обильный. Не хватало лишь натурального кофе, а был только растворимый. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Отель расположен вблизи основных достопримечательностей европейской части Стамбула - до всего рукой подать. WiFi вполне приемлемый.

La struttura é ben situata, le piu grandi attrazioni storico-culturale sono raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. La sistemazione in stanza era buona, piccole dimensioni ma funzionali.

とても綺麗で大満足でした！ ベッドメイキングも毎日綺麗でタオルも毎回交換してくださってました。観光地がすぐ近くにあり行き来しやすく部屋の窓やテラスからの景色も良かったです。ただ朝食の値段が少し高いような気がしました。しかし、トータル的にも大満足です。ぜひ、また泊まりに行きたいです。
