Just average. Great potential but needs updating and a deep clean, inside the room and the grounds.

Beautiful

The resort was lively but it was spoiled by a group of guest who decided to have a very loud pool party at 9pm. They were horrible and kept us up until 11pm.

So much potential, but years of poor upkeep show

We arrived at night and the grounds looked magical. The check-in service was generally nice. They upgraded us from a standard to a superior. So we were off to a great start. But let’s just say that I would hate to see what the standard room was like. The superior room wasn’t aged as much as it was just not done up right. I have never seen such generous use of caulking in the bathroom for example. There were no baseboards anywhere in the room and the bottom of the wall was just a line of dirt from years of mopping. The floor felt sticky with bare feet. The bathroom was the worst. We were greeted by a pile of dead bugs by our bath. Clearly the maid had not bothered cleaning the room—or perhaps this is just the quality of cleaning everywhere. The mirrors were smudged. The shower was cracked on the floor and the grout looked like it had never been scrubbed ever. The worst though? Having to kill over twenty large mosquitoes that had infested the room. We spent 45 minutes taking care of that—slapping them between our hands and then washing our hands right after! The AC never quite got cold enough. The pictures had clear moisture stains all over them. We could never figure out how to turn the TV on or connect to the wifi. The breakfast was not terrible but nothing to write home about. All in all, will never stay here again. And I come to Sukhothai every year so I am familiar with the quality of other places—lots more much better options around, many for cheaper.

Stayed here as a family of four with two younger children in September. The pool is a very welcome feature after a long day of exploring the ruins. Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, and most importantly the staff are outstanding. Highly recommend 👍

Price was good value, did not like tv channel selection and the temperature fluctuations of the shower were extreme

Hotel is ok for the price. Rooms have seen better days and cleanliness was not great. Breakfast was plentiful (buffet) but I personally didnt like it.

Family trip

We stay here every time we visit Sukhothai. The service has always been great. This visit was during the pandemic. Service was limited. Breakfast was included in the booking but instead of buffet service, food had to be ordered in advance. It was tasty. The two things that were short for this trip were 1) towels were smelly. 2) staff wasn’t reachable during the night time. However, we understood that it was right after the relaxing of the public heath measure restrictions, hotel probably was understaff. We reached out to the hotel directly to voice our feedback. We would still give a 5/5 for the overall experience. We will be back again.

Good hotel with minor flaws

Very friendly staff who provided good service. I have only a minor complaint which is to do with breakfast. I feel as if the standards were a bit below that of four stars in relation to what was provided - eg the fruits provided were minimal and tasteless. Also the eggs were precooked long before consumption and were not warm or hot when served.

Just OK

Most everything about this resort was just ok. The room was fine but pretty basic. The little balcony didn’t even have a chair on it which was disappointing. The pool area was also average. There were not any umbrellas or side tables to put your belongings on. The pool temperature was nice. The breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing special. We did like the wine bar and spent most nights having a drink there as there was not really anything near by. The staff were friendly and helpful so I give them higher marks. The free shuttle into the historic park was also a nice benefit.

Clean and spacious room

We booked two rooms. The king bed was large. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great variety of breakfast. Not too far from the national park. We would definitely come back again.

Nice hotel.

Rome is comfortable, bed is nice to sleep on. Breakfast is so so.

Beautiful Hotel.

I stayed for a weekend at this resort. Gym was very nice. The room service was great. The spa was very nice, not too expensive. The breakfast options could be expanded but other than that food was fine.

Nice place. Nothing nearby

Good place with nice gardens. The room was fine with free mini bar. Breakfast was good and the staff pleasant. The pool was good. All round no major complaints. But there is nothing nearby. It's a long walk or taxi to even a mini store. No restaurants for a couple of miles and most close early. Hotel food is fine.

Very nice, pleasant hotel to stay in!

I was in Sukhothai for two nights to explore Sukhothai Historical Park and Sri Satchanalai Historical Park, and this hotel was convenient because it was located only around 10 minutes drive away from the entrance of Sukhothai Historical Park. (Sri Satchanalai Historical Park is about an hour's drive away, which hotel staff helped me with booking a driver.) What made the experience even better was that the hotel provided a free shuttle service -- on demand -- to and from the Sukhothai historical park. The hotel and room were very nice to stay in, providing a very spacious and pleasant atmosphere complete with lush and lotus ponds. My room was very large and clean and comfortable. However, there's nothing to explore -- not even restaurants -- outside the hotel grounds within walking distance, but luckily the hotel provides its own restaurant and spa, which is convenient for the evening time.

Convenient resort hotel with a great price

Hotel is great value, super close to amazing Sukothai Historical Park. The hotel is set in lovely gardens with a big pool, huge rooms and feels a million miles from the hustle of the road. It's a lovely way to relax after touring beautiful The staff is very friendly and accommodating, too.

Nice and clean

Nice and clean. Not far away from the sightseeing area.

The hotel is beautiful. A little run down. The rainfall shower head shot water up instead of down and soaked the bathroom, but was otherwise delightful. Would recommend.

2 night stay

The first day we arrived at the hotel my husband was sick so he stayed in the hotel room while I went to the pool. I was the only one at the pool when I was approached by a maintenance worker whom was attempting to show me something on his cell phone in broken english. Once my eyes adjusted to the the screen I realized that he was taking selfies with me while I was in my swim suit and asked to take "more" pictures. I told him "no" and before he got up to leave he looked down my swim suit top and licked his lips then told me it was for "facebook." I felt very uncomfortable about the situation and went up to the hotel room after the incident to speak with my husband, whom also was very upset. We both agreed that with the lack of a language barrier that staff would probably not understand our compliant. This whole situation made me very leery to leave the hotel room by myself. The next day while in town, my husband noticed a strange man following us around the park and the town. I don't know if the incidents are tied together but needless to say we were happy to get safely to the airport. I also should note, that the entire hotel is open to rice and tobacco fields so anyone can come onto the resort, and there are no security guards on the resort.

good location. Good breakfast. Nice, quiet atmosphere, except for the thousands of birds that stay on the grounds.

I would stay again

very nice place. Very quiet location off the road but easy access. It is almost like staying in a bird sanctuary--thousands of birds in the complex. Good breakfast.

Nice people, location less desirable

Lovely staff and nice hotel. It is just a little further away from old and new Sukothai, and hard to catch a tuk Tuk so you have to pay for the hotel bus.

Perfect for the purpose.

A well-established hotel evidently use by locals for events and by tourists to see the ruins. Surrounded by rice fields that give it a rural feel. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were big. The staff good but limited English. Good breakfast with adequate western and Asian choices.

Very nice hotel

観光地なのに、安い。見た目は素晴らしく良いが、客室は古く、値段相応。部屋に蚊が多く、洗面所から漏水がありました。我慢できず、有料で上位の部屋に替えてもらいました。従業員は、とても親切。朝食も値段の割に充実です。

Individueller Shuttle zum Historical Park

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür ist der Service sehr gut, insbesondere der individuelle Shuttle zum Geschichtspark ist sehr hilfreich. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und Pool fantastisch.

Loin de tout, propreté très moyenne des salles de bain, bruyant, petit déjeuner pas terrible...

Très décevant

Les photos sont trompeuses. Hôtel vieillissant qui manque d’entretien. A notre arrivée la piscine ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu attendre le lendemain. Pas eu d’eau chaude durant tout le séjour et le comble Côme dans beaucoup d’hotels D’Asie des chaussons sont offerts aux clients et bien la non il a fallu les rendre car on s’en ressert. Pas très hygiénique. Petit déjeuner juste correct. Seul point positif la navette offerte pour se rendre dans Old Sukhothai

L’hotel est très bien situé par rapport au centre historique et à proximité du quai pour le service bateau Bonne prestation

Grosse Hotelanlage, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber netter und hilfsbereiter Service und riesige Zimmer. Wir waren eine Nacht da und dafür wars in Ordnung.

Très bion hotel

Hôtel très bien, personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bien. Position éloigné de la ville mais largement compensé par le service devait être le service de navettes gratuites’entre l’hôtel et là la zone touristique. Très bon séjour

Es un hotel muy bueno, en la naturaleza pero con instalaciones modernas, excelente comida, personal muy atento y precio accesible.

部屋および備品について、歯ブラシやスリッパ、バスローブ、部屋のセーフティボックスはありません。バスタオルはあります。水は、冷蔵庫にあって2本、ジュースも2本無料のものがありました。浴室は、シャワーのみです。フィットネスジム、プールはあります。 WIFIは問題なく使えました。 リゾートトホテルで、敷地が広く2階建ての部屋が何か所かにあり、そこまで歩きか敷地内無料の自転車で行きます。 ロケーション：オールドシティ（歴史公園まで）3キロ位。ホテルの無料の車が利用できます。レンタサイクルの店まで送ってくれました。レンタルサイクルを返却後は、店がホテルに電話してくれ、無料の車が迎えに来ました。 朝食はついていました。ご飯、おかゆ、パン、目玉焼き・オムレツ、ソーセージ、温野菜、スープ、フルーツ、野菜他がありました。 従業員は教育されていて感じが良かった。バナナの木と水田の中に建物があり落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルでした。

Bon choix

Hôtel bien situé, navette gratuite vers park national, personnel souriant sympathique, serviable, gentil, restaurant thai food à 300 m à conseiller. Seuls bémols, l’hôtel est vieillissant et les chambres nécéssiteraient un coup de jeune, tout comme la piscine dont les carrelages tombent et qui n’est pas top entretenue.

Komfortables Hotel nahe Alt- und Neu-Sukothai

Wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Betten super. Das Frühstück hat uns auch gefallen. Den kostenfreien Shuttle nach Alt-Sukothai haben wir ebenfalls genutzt.

室内や水回りの清掃が不十分な所がありましたが、価格を考えれば満足できるレベルです。 事前にスコータイの宿泊施設をいくつか調べていた際に、ホテルでもホットシャワーが出ないとの口コミを拝見していましたが、 当ホテルでは問題無く熱々のシャワーが出ました。トイレに紙を流せないのでゴミ箱が用意されていますが、個人的には、蓋付きのゴミ箱だと有り難かったです。 地図の通り、場所は歴史公園のある旧市街と新市街の間に位置するので、周囲に飲食店はあまりありません。 当方らは、ホテル内のレストラン（朝と夜のみ営業）およびワインバー（昼から夜まで営業）で全食事を楽しみましたが、 全て美味しかったです。12月31日にガラディナー（っぽいもの）が行われていましたが強制ではありませんでした。 歴史公園までは、フロントの方に言えば車で送ってくれます。帰りはホテルに直接電話をして迎えにきてもらうか、 歴史公園にあるレンタサイクル屋さんに言えばホテルに迎えにくるよう電話をしてくれます。 （当然、自転車を借りた場合のサービスかと思います。） 些細なことですが、ホテルの敷地内に猫が二匹いて常にハングリーのようで、部屋まで入ろうとして少し困りました。 スコータイに行くときは、また利用したいホテルです。

sembra molto meglio di quanto non sia in realtà

albergo molto grande in versione voglio ma non posso. la struttura è manutenuta molto male e risente della scarsa qualità con cui è stata costruita ed arredata. le camere sono enormi e anche i bagni, ma con molti dettagli che avrebbero bisogno di un restauro. anche la piscina che nella foto è molto scenografica e di impatto, nella realtà non invita affatto a fare il bagno. la palestra ridicola.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il est joli. Les gens sont aux petits soins. Les chambres sont supers grandes. Le petit déjeuner bof. Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour.

スコータイ遺跡の中心街(カオムアン)からは車で5分(5km)と離れていますが、街までは車で送迎してくれるので不便はなかったです。 ホテルの周りにはレストランとかコンビニはないので気を付けて。 静かでノンビリできるホテルでした。

Cadre enchanteresque avec une superbe piscine/jacuzzi bien appréciable après une longue journée de voyage. La chambre est d'un grand confort. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Un service de navettes est inclu. Je le recommande.

Ruhiges Resort etwas abseits vom der Altstadt(5km)

Großzügige nette Anlage mit schönem Pool und Spa. Kostenloser Shuttle wird in die Altstadt geboten. Besser ist es wenn man eigenes Auto oder Moped hat.

Beliggenhed var ikke vigtig for os fordi vi havde vores egen bil, men hotellet ligger udenfor byen dvs mellem byen og selve Historical Center. Flot pool område, stort værelse og bad, men ikke noget specielt. Sød personale, men 4 stjerner er nok lidt overvurderet. Lav pris.

スコータイ遺跡（歴史公園）への無料送迎は有難かった。孤立したリゾートとしての設備、対応は問題ないが、周辺に何もないのが難点。特に、町への送迎が片道２００バーツといわれ、路線公共交通（テンソウ）を使うのも面倒で、町への足に不便を感じた。

そこそこリゾート気分が味わえます

バンコクのホテル料金に比べると安くて、そこそこリゾート気分が味わえます。 お部屋も広いし、プール付き。

まずまず

家族（大人2名子供1名）で二泊三日滞在しました。部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、エクストラベッドを予約時頼んでいたにも関わらず、4～5回フロントに電話しても、なかなか設置してもらえませんでした。また、急に断水になっ停電になったりと、ちょこちょこアクシデントはありましたが（タイでは仕方ないのかも）、概ね過ごしやすいホテルでした。

Hôtel agréable

Hotel très agréable, tranquille, pratique et le personnel est très accessible. Une navette gratuite nous dépose au vieux Sukhotaï pour la visite des temples. La piscine est très bien et propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
