The customer service is exceptional at 656 Larco. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great access to the tourist center of Parque Kennedy in Miraflores at a very reasonable rate.

It is a hotel room not a suite. No refrigerator in the room nor a glass or drinking water. no ice on site. TV had no HDMI for my device with programing in English. Breakfast was fair

My Favorite Suite in Miraflores

My husband and I were on vacation visiting family and friends in Perú. Suites Larco 656 had everything we could ask for. We had a nice view to Avenida Larco. The suite had a big dining/living room, a bedroom and a nice bathroom. We also had a refrigerator and a microwave and a sink, so we could eat fresh fruit that we bought in Metro, which is around the corner from where we were. The reservation included free breakfast, so we did save money. The staff were very nice. There is a very nice area on the roof of the building, which I used once for a nice change. Very convenient location and we will definitely go back to Suites Larco every time we are in Lima.

Excellent value for the money. The facilities are outdated, but in good shape and very clean. The breakfast is adequate.

Other than the weird door knob locks in the rooms the place is average for the price and in a city center location. Also staff and front desk agents were very professional and friendly. Exception was one front desk agent during my check-in which he was slow and I needed to alert him of my arrival.

Larco Suites was a great stay. The staff is super friendly, it was quiet, and I slept like a baby. The hotel is by dining, shopping, and plenty of transportation. The longest we waited for an Uber was 4 minutes. If you eat light, the breakfast is perfect. If you need a hearty breakfast, plan to eat somewhere else. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great staff, awesome buffet style breakfast included. It is located near walkable distance to shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, transportation, etc I recommend this family oriented hotel.

I loved the area that this hotel was in! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Very safe and busy with a lot of things to do! However, cleanwise it wasn’t the best and the beds are not very comfortable. But cheap for the area-you get what you pay for!

Good hotel /dismal breakfast buffet

The buffet is extremely low quality food and served in unsanitary conditions. I ate in there one time only. I go and get some hard boiled eggs and cheese and take it to my room. I am surprised that the hotel managers choose such a dismal level unsanitary buffet setup.

This Hotel in the heart of miraflores is great. They offer cleaning upon request, the suite is spacious and you feel like you're home. You can add breakfast in the reservation. The only difference is that, we come to Peru, for a peruvian breakfast. That was the main idea. I always came to Peru to feel I'm there with our fabulous bkfst. Maybe they can bring it back. Not as buffet but upon request. It would be nice.

Everything was ok as I mentioned. However, I forgot one item in the room #606 where I was with my sister. I would like to know as soon as possible so I can send a person and he or she will come to pick up. The item is a white plastic bag and inside there is a flowerful blouse and a green thread.

Didn't even stay the night

We chose a twin room, there didn't seem to be specific rooms to choose. When we arrived the room looked nothing like the pictures. It felt utilitarian and unsafe. The lock box wasn't working and there was a door to another room that looked like it could be opened by a strong breeze. I'm not usually a picky person but there were no external windows and the building itself looked more like a prison block than a hotel. We couldn't even stay one night.

In my room 306 the mattress was awful bad, very uncomfortable and old. The lamp in the night table was unused full, not outlets where to plug in.

Good breakfast. Great location. The rooms have no heat so they are a little cold.

Very loud, there is a nightclub on the back and there is not parking available in the front. Have to unloaded on the side of the street and walk with our luggages to the Hotel.

Great Location. Close to the cat park! Staff are nice. We arrived at night and it just felt a little creepy vibes. The property was dark, room was small, and it didn't seem as nice as the pics. But bed was comfy and there is a rooftop Terraceto enjoy your breakfast at!

Great location, in the heart of Miraflores District, everything is walking distance. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, follows health and sanitary policies. Due to the sanitary emergency the restaurant is not available but still offers daily breakfast included in the service. Very good experience.

They are using covid as an excuse not to clean your room the lady that runs the breakfast is very nice the overnight bell man and front desk agent are very professional but I would not stay here again also no one at the speak English

Cheap hotel and in a good location, hotel itself is pretty dated and run down. Fine if you just need a place to crash for the night but wouldn’t stay any longer

Nice Hotel and Staff

Overall the hotel was nice, clean and comfotable rooms, and a good breakfast with fresh fruits and breads. What surprised me was there was no heat in the rooms, only AC. It gets cool at night, about 55 degrees during Lima's winter season. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Some of the staff were rude. there was not heat, the breakfast was awful, and much more

I originally made the reservation because it said it came with a king size bed. However the bed was just a standard size bed and I was quite disappointed with that. Also, the shower was a bit small for a suite size room.

A nice stay

Very good location, a safe area and lots of restaurants, banks and shops. Very good room size at reasonable price, clean and modern settings. Nice and helpful staffs.

My boyfriend and I were supposed to stay for 3 nights, however, because we received poor customer service, a room in a noisy location, and questionable stains on towels ane bedsheets, we felt obligated to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. Apparently, being accommodated to a different room location in order to finally be able to get some sleep was too much to ask for because the staff at the front desk mentioned that we could change our room the following day regardless of the inconvenience. Wasn't long before we checked out earlier and made reservations to a friendlier atmosphere. Unfortunately, this also meant losing money through Expedia due to the no cancellations/refunds policy. Not even the lack of customer satisfaction made anyone on my side...

The room was too small and uncomfortable. You could hear everything from outside and the light from outside was on every night.

Not sure if I went there at a bad time, but there was some sort of construction going on. With that said there shouldn't be any type of construction going on at 2am. There was hammering on the 6th floor which woke us up at 2am and I had to get up and get in contact with the front desk. Either the front desk didn't know what was going on or they played dumb. Then later that day in my room smelled like sewage. Not a great experience. I can't recommend anyone to stay there and if i could have gotten another hotel to stay in and get my money back I would have left.

Room was always humid and too small. Lightning was not great and no countertop to place items.

Bad service

I rented a suite and I could not have guest come in even when I paid for 2 people room. No parking, no even to get out of the taxi at the door. The staff were rude

Staff was nice and helpful. Well located in Miraflores. Only breakfast was available, no meals, drinks or snacks after 10 a.m. Shower was very small space.

I did not like property because of the staff they are not friendly, they answer the guest with attitude and check in, even the night receptionist is was unfriendly. The bathroom had hair in the walls. And I can say the property can use some remodeling

The space itself was large and mostly well maintained. We didn't particularly like that our room was in the middle of the building with windows out into the hallway, or that there was VERY loud work going on in the room opposite us for our entire 11 night stay.

The property is on an excellent and safe location, steps away from many attractions Miraflores have to offer. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Leonidas, Liz, Miguel, Hector, Luis, etc. We’re also very grateful to the housekeeping staff, they did a wonderful job. Also the breakfast and service were excellent. And as we mentioned to Claudia (the jr. supervisor) overall we enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely come back and recommend this property..
