The staff was so friendly when we arrived. Our room was large and very clean and the steam shower was amazing. We were lucky to be given an upgrade that included a Jacuzzi bathtub and breakfast in bed all mornings, which was lovely! It was a truly relaxing vacation.

Steam shower had no light. We managed but for safety if no other reason need lights in a shower of any kind. Room very clean and spacious.

Very nice room with excellent service

Our standard room got a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe with a jetted tub which was amazing. The room was perfect, staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast in bed was amazing as well.

starting to get aged looking. we like it overall when we get price breaks. weekends are ridicules pricing and the neighborhood is not the best. sketchy looking area.

Service and staff where great! Amazing restaurant on the premises. I loved the continental breakfast brought to the room daily. What a treat!!!

Great Stay

My wife and I are in our early 40s and decided to stay here for our getaway weekend. The staff were all incredibly nice and eager to please from the moment we arrived until we left. Our Jacuzzi room was spotless and large, the steam shower great. King sized bed was soft and comfortable. Included breakfast in bed was a nice touch and super convenient as we like to sleep in! Parking lot is a little tight but very close to hotel. Hotel location was fantastic as well, very short walk to Clifton Hill and quiet at night. Thank you for a great weekend and will definitely stay again!

needs some work

Property was listed as top 100 hotels We stayed in room 216 Although the service was great the property itself needs work. Our shower did not operate correctly, our bed was the firmest mattress I have ever experienced. Not sure everyone would like something so hard to sleep on. Walls and trim in the room needed attention. For this price point I expected a bit more.

Nice property, staff is very friendly, rooms are big but in a little rough shape especially bathroom. Biggest issue was during the night when furnace turned on it made a loud banging noise and was loud throughout the night..

By far the best place to stay in Niagara, fantastic RMT massage at the spa, rooms are huge and beautiful and clean, staff we very friendly, steam shower is amazing. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but would definitely try it next time. We had a great time just need to pick a time to visit when the weather is nice.

This is a lovely hotel! The staff are super accommodating, the room is AMAZING, the restaurant is to die for and the spa is super relaxing. Book your stay, you won’t regret it.

Rooms are very spacious. Hardwood flooring in my personal opinion keeps the rooms from having and musty odors. Beds are comfortable. All stff are very friendly and welcoming

It was a great place to stay for the weekend. Very comfortable and spacious. The steam shower was excellent. However, the bed sheets are a little rough and hard to sleep on.

Fantastic stay. Massages at the spa were amazing, breakfast in bed was fabulous and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Sterling Inn was a great find! We really appreciated the 'boutique' style with fewer rooms - our room was large and spacious, the fireplace and steam shower were excellent! On site spa service was a definite bonus. We will definitely come back next time in the area!

Great facility we would recommend. The rooms were big, bed was very comfortable and the steam shower was great.

We have stayed there 8 different times ,, and always had a great stay but this last time,, the bed was awful ,, hard like like I was sleeping on the floor,, worst bed ever , , room 109,, patches on the comforter??? Like really?? ,, this is the first time I’ve had an issue with this hotel,, I’m willing to go again,, but ,, if I receive a sub standard bed or room , it will be my last visit ever to this place,, sad,, it’s been a very nice place all the other times we had a stay there

Great place to spend the night

I really liked the breakfast in bed, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Two things that would have made it better: 1. Smart television or more channels 2. Change up the breakfast everyday otherwise everything was amazing!

Excellent hotel very accommodating and professional. Room was beautiful and welcoming.

First of all the size of our room, cleanliness, customer service, hall entrance, presentation in every area and all staff were happy and pleasant. Bed was comfortable and the weight of our comforter was just right for a wonderful sleep. Fresh breakfast, the taste of the croissant omg

The hotel staff at check in were great and very pleasant. Once we got to our room what a surprise the room was better than described when I booked. The included breakfast delivered to our room the next morning was a wonderful start to the day. Never had a opportunity to enjoy the spa but definitely on the list for my next stay at sterling

Parking should come with the room besides that it was excellent could also use a pool

Great experience , we enjoyed the location, the staff were very responsive to any requests we had. The daily breakfast delivered to our room was a real treat! The only criticism I would have is the bed was really firm and our thermostat could not adjust to keep the room cool enough at night ( they do have a working window that can be opened to help cool the room down) the TV is not capable of streaming but they do offer complimentary cable (basic) for the news/weather. Another perk they offer is an always fresh water and coffee bar in the lobby which we really enjoyed.

The TV’s need to be updated to smart tv’s so can use your own Netflix or whatever you’d like during your stay, other then that an excellent hotel and love the breakfast in the morning!!

The AG cuisine restaurant was amazing. The server was great and friendly. The highlight of the stay was the restaurant. We enjoyed the breakfast in bed . I appreciated the option of purchasing honey and beer even though I didn’t purchased any. Maybe next time when we come back.

The staff, and breakfast in bed was lovely. The room was spacious but in all of my years of travelling this was by far the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. It was so hard, no bounce, goes beyond any description of firm. One of the worst nights I've had sleeping anywhere.

This is my second time staying. Its clean and quiet. I liked having my breakfast delivered every morning. Smart TVs would be nice and probably my only recomendation.

One night Niagara

Remember there is a parking fee of $18 plus local tax. Overall the room was very nice, there were a few noticeable issues where the shower had been repaired, my wife would have been disappointed if I had done this in our house. Bottom of fireplace started to come away and cracks in the baseboard/paint.

Area around the inn was nothing special but then again all of Niagara Falls Ontario is the same.

Everything about this place was cozy and lovely. We were upgraded for free and able to check in early when we requested it. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Best hotel in Niagara

We love the Sterling Inn. Have stayed several times over the last few years. room 219 was not idealfor us in particular. The furnace seems to be located directly above us and would kick in very loudly repeatedly throughout the night waking us up. It also is a corner Room, which means it haswindows on two sides of the room. Lots of lovely light in the daytime, but not so great for someone who likes to sleep in darkness. Obviously not a fault of the room, just not ideal if you like to sleep in the dark. Has a wonderful, large balcony, would’ve been nice to stay in with nicer weather. The bathroom is showing some signs of wear and tear, but the fireplace was amazing on such a cold weekend. Loved the free breakfast. The only other downside is there are no automatic front doors, so if you are pulling luggage it makes it difficult to navigate. Even a handicap accessible door lever would be helpful. Overall love the Sterling Inn and will definitely be back and request a different room.

Great boutique hotel and received an upgrade, the VIP $10 food voucher was only able to be used in the restaurant. It would have been nice to be able to use it for breakfast or parking instead.

Super romantic and the staff is phenomenal. The restaurant food and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back.

We have been returning customers to this lovely hotel over the years, and this is the one and only hotel we always when visit Niagara Falls. Greatly recommended!

We have stayed here many times and are always extremely happy. The breakfast in bed is excellent, and so is their delicious restaurant! Get a room with a steam shower, it's like having your spa in the room (not the same as the spa downstairs of course).

A hidden gem

This is our 6 or 7th time staying here and its our favourite spot when we need a weekend getaway.

25th Anniversary get a way

My Balaban’s and I stayed at Sterling Inn two nights for our 25 Anniversary in November ‘24. It was a great experience. The steam shower was The Best! The room and beds were clean and comfortable. Our dinner was very good and we loved the breakfast in bed every morning. Will definitely return.

Stayed here for the first time this past weekend, was lovely. Really enjoyed my time. They upgraded my room which was lovely!

Stay here once or twice a year and this visit was better than the last couple in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. AG restaurant was excellent

I come to Niagara a few times a year and this place is always a dream to stay at because its close to all the places so park and for get it and enjoy

All was good. Bed was a little too firm, but slept well.

Spacious, well-appointed room with king bed and breakfast delivered to the room.

My husband and I were passing through on our cross ski trip and thought it would be cool to see the Falls. Sterling was a great find - not expensive and good ratings, with breakfast included and King bed. We were upgraded to a 2-room suite with a living room area so it was nice to have the extra space. Nice big bathroom with jetted tub and big shower; but there was a problem with the cold water- no pressure. The staff was extremely nice in sending maintenance, but even 2 attempts didn't fix the problem. Not pleasant to shower with only scalding hot water... The staff was very apologetic- all in all, fine place to stay visiting Niagara Falls. Staff also helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful huge room!!! Stunning actually. A 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill. So happy we booked here. It's absolutely gorgeous. And breakfast in bed !!!!

Very nice staff and rooms. The walls are a bit thin can hear phone and others talking in the next room.

We had a lovely time staying here! It is perfectly clean, the staff are all so friendly, kind and very helpful. They offer complimentary breakfast in bed which was delicious and delivered on time each morning! A few minutes walk from Clifton Hill and all entertainment! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful rooms

Great Location and facility.

Overall excellent stay. Staff was attentive and assisted with small issues. Room is spacious and luxurious. The only negative is you will get some ambient noise from other rooms and doors opening and closing. But the space makes up for this. The facility has ample parking and easy access to all of the tourist attractions. Breakfast delivery was extremely late during the stay but staff was attentive and apologetic. Would stay again.

Very clean and well kept. The room was quie large. The spa was well laid out and the massage and facial was really good. The falls and all activities were just walking distance away. I loved the breakfast in bed option because i enjoy sleeping in. Its the perfect getaway spot.
