Wonderful Resort

Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful

Fantastic place... amazing food. Only if we had come last week of October then weather would have been nicer and kids would have enjoyed waterpark

Stella Palace

Overall really good, just a little disappointed with the quantity and variety of food options at the buffet restaurant. It’s probably the smallest selection Ive had but what was there was very good, just would’ve like more choice as some of our group had restricted diets and we’ve always had a good selection to choose from

Lovely property, not much going on outside. Also as it's such a big hotel it is very busy. Pounding music round the pool every day was unavoidable and not so relaxing. It was very clean and staff were great but wouldn't return.

Be aware when booking, if you select a pool view room type, the hotel cannot guarantee this - even although this is what you’ve paid for. We had ants in our bathroom, there was no infant cot bed when we arrived, nor when we changed room. The food was extremely repetitive and not as much variety as other all inclusive hotels. Restaurant staff were lovely and friendly. Reception staff ultimately resolved some of our issues but not without a lot of push back and arguing. Pool area was great, grounds were lovely, water park was fun and a la carte restaurants were good. There were lots of issues that could have been resolved with more attention prior to our arrival (knowing we had an infant so not putting us up two flights of stairs, checking the bathroom for leaks, checking the patio door to ensure it locked, thinking that if we had a cot bed in one room then we’d need it again after we changed rooms, spotting the hundreds of ants that were on the floor etc). Overall, nice property but won’t be returning.

Not a great location but hotel was nice, clean, well maintained and the entertainment was pretty good each night. Staff were really friendly and were always happy to help. The staff are the hotels best asset.

Awesome hotel. Great food, lots of pool, great water park, clean, quiet and just great. It a real 5 star hotel. Weve been in several 5 stars hotel in crete and this is the best by far.

Excellent resort, food was excellent especially in A La Carte restaurants and swim up rooms were really good.

This is our 4th visit to Stella Palace and we loved it! This year was extra special as our friends got married out there and it was literally perfect. We stayed in the 500 rooms which were pretty much central to everything. The bar near the Greek restaurant Elia was perfect in the evening as they had a singer and it never felt over crowded. Big Shout out to Antonis who always served our drinks with a big smile. The food is great and not repetitive if you use the other a la crate restaurants. The staff are amazing and work really hard and would go out of their way if you needed anything. Big shout out in the buffet to Katarina who’s always welcoming with a smile. The water park is an added bonus and lots of fun with kids and adults, We look forward to going back again next year!

Amazing break at Stella Palace. Everything was super clean, and all the staff we encountered were courteous, happy and helpful. Food is great, but the main buffet restaurant is super busy and can be a little repetitive. Staff do try to make it as pleasant as can be. The option of the a la carte restaurants is a winner! Made the evenings less chaotic than the buffet and the food was lovely. Room clean and tidy, and bottles of water dropped off daily etc. Only thing, if you want to get out and about because the hotel is a little isolated car hire should be considered, because taxis are not cheap, they seem to be €50 each way to go anywhere, which can quickly add up….this is not a fault of the hotel, just something we would consider if we came again.

Best hotel I ever stayed

I organized a family reunion. We were 17 in total. All of us agreed that it was a most amazing experience, and that the resort and it offered was magnificent. Thanks

Fantastic resort and lovely staff. Can't fault any of the staff they are all really friendly and the resort is kept spotless. The resort is split into 3 resorts, palace which has the water park, village which is aimed at families with younger children and island which is adults only. Plenty of restaurants to go to some required booking but we got reservations no problem. Our favourite overall was Elia, traditional greek food plus extra and great staff. We had a family 2 bedroom room in the palace resort which was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. The water park was brilliant and plenty of slides for all ages, this is also where the snack bar and ice cream bar are. The only thing we thought it could do with was something extra for teenagers. There was a small arcade in the village part of the resort but this only had a few games. There's only 1 ping pong table and 1 dart board and the darts are only available during the day so we barely got to use these. Could do with some pool tables around the palace resort as the 3 they have are again in the village part of the resort and you're lucky to get on any of them, that's if you want to go down to the village part as it's quite busy with lots of families with younger kids so definitely needs something on the palace side. There is mini golf on the palace side it's small but ok and also an astro turf pitch, this gets taken over early afternoon by the kids club events so go early if you want to use it.

The good : Relatively close to airport, so , considering absence of public transportation, will help you to save some money. Have a big water park, with areas for all ages . My room had exit to a private pool , which is very close to sea : no more than 20-30 meters. You can hear the waves from your room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Several bars serving cocktails , hot and cold beverages. Food was good, restaurant is spacious and service there is great. (There are 3 "special additional restaurants , but I didn't went there) Whole hotel is village-like with many 2 store houses , so you don't have too many neighbors. (Things to consider : you will need to walk to to restaurant and the park ) The bad (not really): Nothing around the hotel . Beach is small and not very convinient UGLY: In my room there is ONE TRANSPARENT SLIDING door for toilet and shower. Which is ... Really not great design solution.

Very poor

It was unfair for me. To use the indoor pool Saouna and the spa l have to pay extra money and there was no room service. After eleven it’s not all inclusive

Easter week at Stella Palace new pool access room

Stayed as a couple at Stella palace in new rooms in 900 range, absolutely gorgeous, clean, modern comfy beds with pool access from room & bar open 10am-11pm with amazing bar staff. Luxury loungers & table with chairs by poolside. Food in Enzo Asian restaurant absolutely delicious. Water park located quite close behind rooms 900 range with snacks of burgers, chips, chicken wraps , fish, salad & ice-creams, drinks etc Well priced with hotel.com for Easter

Amazing

The food and service at this resort was fantastic. The rooms are also really spacious and very clean. The pools are great and most of the time we could get a sunbed. We ate mainly in the Elia outdoor restaurant, as it was more intimate than the big Poseidon one. The food at every meal was so fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed it! The staff throughout the hotel are brilliant- so friendly and efficient. We paid to use the Spa one afternoon and it was a real treat- using the sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool (2 hrs= 20 Euros) I used the gym every day and was usually the only one in there. (24hrs = 5 Euros) it was well equipped and clean. The hotel room was reallt quiet and had a large veranda/patio area overlooking the pool. A fab stay and lots of fun- especially trying all the free cocktails!!!

Overall: 7.8 / 10 We stayed for a week in the begining of september with our one and a half year old baby. So i will review from the perspective of a family with a small baby: - the most annoying thing was that the pools are freezing cold. I'm talking about the kids pools with slides. The waterpark was full and after a few tries everybody stopped using them. When we entered the main pool it felt like we entered a heated pool, even thou it was not. Even in the sea the water was hotter. - the hotel rooms are a decent 4 star, we stayed in a standard room, it was...decent. If you don't know what to chose between stella village and palace, chose palace, the most village rooms are for bats who do no like light. - the food is ok, only problem is at dinner when you have reach the opening time in order to find a baby chair and to not wait in line because the hall is full - the noise is a bit much. One night we had a perfomer who felt he needed his voice heard from miles away. Then a wedding, then a drunken boys screaming concert, then another wedding. But after midnight it is quiet. And we stayed in the quiet part of the resort. The staff is the only 5*, they are very well trained. And a warning for families with less than 2 years old. Nobody wants to stay home if a kid is sick, so they come on vacation. So you end up at Stella Palace a family resort with MANY sick kids around. Our small baby had a 40C fever in the last day, we got sick when we arrived home. Bring medicine..

Was disappointed as I wasn't aware that guests from Stella palace can't go into Stella Island. I was with 4 other adults in Stella palace and wasn't able to go into island even though we asked to be moved there

Amazing hotel

I don't normally write reviews but as I relied on them a lot for this hotel choice I thought I would post. It was our first time all-inclusive and this hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Family Suite, Jetted Tub, Pool View and the room was clean and spacious with a balcony, it did not really overlook the pool more a distant view but that was not an issue. The pool area was amazing, great pools for the kids and the water park was perfect for our kids (8 & 10). The pool area was clean, an army of cleaners every morning made sure to that. The restaurants were great, the buffet had a great choice, there was always something we liked, it got a little sameish at the end of the week but that is where it was great to have the a la carte restaurants included to mix it up a little. The bar and snack areas are also good, never had to queue more than five minutes for a drink, great choice of beers, wines, cocktails and soft drinks across numerous bars. The animation team were also great, always something going on but never too over the top. Fun to join in if you want. The only small improvement was on the final day, it was great as we had a late flight we could use the facilities and there were shower rooms available before we headed to the airport but no one told us you needed to book and this led to unnecessary stress at the end. Apart from that, we had an amazing stay, would not hesitate to go back and recommend the Stella Palace to others.

Great family hotel 20 mins from the airport.

Our family had a great holiday at this 5 star hotel.The staff and facilities were first class.The only negative in our opinion was that the food did not match the hotels 5star status.

We got the room late at 15:15, it was very annoying, the hotel managers must understand that guests arrive tired after flight… The hotel shows that there is the main hotel restaurant, in addition to 3 specialized restaurants, in practice 3 restaurants are included only for guests who booked a whole week, we felt Cheated. The private beach is closed on 2 sides by ugly tundra, which detract from the beach experience and obscure the view. Other than that it was just fine.

Great stay at a great hotel.

We had a jetted tub room which was very modern and clean. There are plenty of pools around the resort and the beach is right on your doorstep. The staff are very friendly. The water park wasn’t very big at all and we did not use this. The downside of this hotel is the ‘all inclusive’ amenities, breakfast finishes at 10am and there are no poolside bars that serves food like burgers ect, there is only one buffet and lunch is open from 12::30 to 2:30pm. The only snack bar they had by the pool served ice cream, crepes and waffles. The all inclusive drinks also finished at 11pm. Finally the resort has a spa and indoor gym facility but you have to pay to use the services so again a big disappointment and not exactly all inclusive as described.

We were at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is just amazing, the location, the service, the staff, the food it was all very good. The on site water park was just what our daughter needed because it was her birthday trip. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are amazing. We most defenatly will return in the future will the whole family. I realy recomand this hotel.

No doubt, The best hotel and resort in Crete ! Everything you need in 1 place . Water park, all inclusive , delicious food , rent a car office , spa, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful beach . A lot of activities and cultural programs.

Customer Service is poor

Nice facilities, pools, water slides, etc. This place is made for small kids. The beach is behind a breaker wall and a LONG walk from the rest of the complex. Check in is all done on your phone. You will enter all the information for your family after downloading an app. I did not like that. The staff was most unhelpful in locating a PCR provider. They have one that comes Mon-Sat from 12:30-3 but we needed one outside those times and ended up having to stay an extra night because I couldn't get the help I needed. I ended up dealing with another resort to get it sorted. The food is good but is very repetitive. The staff is understaffed in the restaurants. I went numerous meals with nothing to drink because they never came and asked or never came back with our drinks. The customer service is what really got me and definitely needs help. Once they realized I was upset they were great but they should have been that way from the start and they only realized that because we had to add a day to our stay because of the lack of help with the PCR.

Horrible service. It was my birthday and a couple time my girlfriend tried to do something nice and requested help from the staff and they did not assist her. We also asked to make an appointment for a PCR test and they told us an appointment was not needed. We waited all day for our results and when we approached them 5 hours before our flight about the PCR tests and they said they didn’t have them and that they don’t know which doctors come into their resorts. We left very unhappy and dissatisfied by the service we got. Other than that the resort is beautiful!

We had a great stay at the Stella Palace, nice bedrooms, great facilities and staff friendly. One little point to mention: I would suggest blackout curtains to keep the bedroom dark in the morning when oriented sunrise,but not a major issue.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel. Loved everything about it. Staff were friendly and helpful. AMAZING choice of food. Particularly liked the 3 options of evening dining in attached restaurants during the week. A special mention has to go to the Greek restaurant. A lovely night. Husband says thank you for the raki!!

Me and my wife have had an amazing week here celebrating our wedding anniversary. We have enjoyed it so much we are already planning on returning with our 3 children. We stayed in a room with a private pool so spent much of our time there. The all inclusive food package it so good, drinks are good (however my only critcism would be that more cocktails should be included). The staff here are friendly and so helpful, nothing ever seems too much trouble. Stella palace itself is fairly remote, if you want to explore the area you will need a hire car or taxi. The resorts beach is beautiful and clean. I cannot wait to return to Stella with my children for an another amazing holiday at this beautiful resort.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Great room and beds. Not two bedrooms as described which was a little disappointing on arrival, but instead one large room with a divider. Big hotel, but plenty of space around the many pools to a sun lounger/bed. Beanbag style sun beds were great, even in the evening after dinner for a drink. First water park I’ve been to with no queues at all as it’s reserved for hotel guests only. Dinner in the main restaurant was a bit hectic, but they just about manage. The end of season evening Pool Party was really fun for the kids.

Great new waterparrk, the staff is amazing, allways smiling and very kind.

We stayed 5 days and did not see the pool get cleand even once. All other public areas were very clean. Baby/small kids pool (next to the kids club) - the slides are old, there is rust and sea weeds - nust be clean for little kids

The Stella Palace is a small complex and I wouldn't use the description of resort. The Stella Palace ajoins the Stella Village which i think is its major downfall. This could be described as 3 Star accommodation. The location of our room however was ideal for the pool and main amenities. The food, particularly in the a la Carte restaurants was of a good standard, but buffet restaurant was very repetitious. On our arrival we were not able to move into our chosen room due to technical issues. I found this most upsetting, particularly after arriving very late in ther evening following a delayed flight. However, the following morning we were met with a Hotel representative called Liza, who explained that the reservations team had refused to refund us our nights accommodation, but would offer a massage in ther spa and free safe key, together with an evening at an a la Carte restaurant on Stella Island, their new neighbouring complex, which we accepted. Due to health reasons we later ordered to reject ther offer of a massage in favour of retaining our room for a later check out. All in all, the staff at the Hotel were very pleasant. Overall the complex is kept to a good clean standard, however the mattresses are in need if replacement. To my horror, I noticed a very big stain on my son's mattress the night before our departure. I would have mentioned it to the Hotel staff had I noticed it sooner. Not at all pleasant!! This is NOT what I would describe a as 5 star.

Excellent facilities, cleanliness and activities for all. Pool areas excellent. Done room furnishings a little dated but well maintained.

The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The food was marvelous, and we are vegans! The service and amenities were splendid. WE have absolutely no complaints and will return soon. I particularly enjoyed the various restaurants which we booked for different nights. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. They enjoy their jobs. One small suggestion: more recycling in the rooms and throughout the property. This can be difficult to do while maintaining the beauty of the complex, but in the room would be better. Otherwise, this is a 6 star experience!!! Thank you!

All round friendly service and attention to detail. Quality of food was good especially in the smaller Elia restaurant. Their Cretan evening meal was particularly good.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and willing to help with any situation. If you have children this place is perfect with many activities that go on throughout the day and shows at night to keep them entertained. The pools are amazing and the water slides are another thing the kids will enjoy. Overall a great place for families.

The hotel is amazing. It's a beautiful place, not too crowded, lovely swimming pools, water park, courts for playing tennis, volleyball, soccer ( the synthetic grass should be renewed ). The food is perfect. there is one main restaurant and 3 other special restaurant. Also many bars where you can eat and drink all day long. There are also 2 supermarkets. There also a bathing beach outside the hotel, I didn't like it. Every evening there is a nice show at the amphitheater and singers nearby the swimming pool. The hotel staff were very friendly. You can stay there for a whole week and have the time of your life. The hotel is highly recomended. Just 15 minutes away from the airport.

Overall Ok. Food is basic nothing amazing. They asked for 5euro to enter the gym - disappointing. Nice for kids. But not beyond nice.

Location is fantastic, Quality rooms and finishes is good, and staff is amazing, there isn't one that does not smile and treat you like you are special. After all, i have met the Hotel Director who was so hospitable and smilie so you immediately figure out why the staff is so amazing.

We visited at the end of October and the weather was great, 25 Celcius. This was the last week the hotel was open and it was probably only 20% occupied. Even so most facilities were open all week but we were suprised that the snack bar which the children used closed midway through the week. Food, facilities and staff were all excellent. Our children 13 and 16 loved the all inclusive and the range of food was fantastic and fresh, catering for all tastes. Sandy beach only minutes away and transfer to airport only 30 minutes. Perfect

Great if yo have young kids!

Great for families wit children. Lots of options for kids during the day and night. However the kids pool and some of the facilities seem to be run down. Chipped paint in the kids pool, all the slides looked warn down.

No recommended unless you want really cheap

We stayed 5 days in the ocean front rooms and 5 days in the villa with private pool for our honeymoon including the all inclusive package. The pool chairs in the main areas were dirty and stained as were the chairs in our ocean front room. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely dusty. The ocean front room was outrageously small as we had no where to put our stuff. It was really cramp. The fully stocked mini fridge was only available for the villa and room service was extra, which is not clear on any website I found about this resort, even their own. We were told the wrong information on which restaurants we could eat at and what times they were open. We didn't realize the correct information until half way through our stay after observation and questioning every staff member as we got a different answer from each person. Even the pamphlet they gave us had the incorrect (and dirty with food and God knows what). The drink options available in the all inclusive resort were limited. We realized we could get a little creative and get more variety with the extra effort. Although most of the bars watered down the drinks a lot. The wine option was terrible. I had to pay extra for a different type because it tasted so bad. The beer was subpar, similar to coors light and bud light. In general I was disappointed with the service. There was no poolside or beach service as advertised. That said the food was delicious. Plenty of options and high quality. I have no complaints about that.

Had a great time

The food was good, pool area is so lovely, great if you want a chilled week relaxing. It's not near a town that you can walk into, the nearest large town is 12 Euro taxi fare, but has lots of shops and bars, so worth going.

This is one of the top hotels in Crete. Beautiful hotel in a great location with a team of staff that truly understand what customer service is all about. The food and facilities are fantastic. I've stayed before and I know I'll be back again.

Nothing to like but the pools

We stayed 5 nights in the Stella Palace hotel, two adults + 1 baby. -Poor service at the front desk and dining rooms -Hotel main dining room was dirty all the time -Rooms are not clean and it's noticeable they are not cleaning it well after every guest -Hotel WIFI is so poor and 95% of the time didn't work -Food in the dining room is not eatable -Poolside tiles are very slippery -Pools are nice -Service in the bars is very good, including the snack bar -Taxi service from and to the hotel was great -Nice entertainment plan in the evenings

I visit the hotel with my wife and two year old kid. We had a great time and I highly recommend this hotel

A long weekend as a couple

Located in the quite place Analipsi All the crew was amazing and kind If you go as a couple pay attention that this is not an adults only resort. Most of visitors are families with little children. Although there was a lot of noise in the breakfast and dinner we had a great time at the hotel!!

We (2 adults + 1 child) spent 5 nights on August. The facilities were great, especially the different swimming pools. The food was medium and lacked diversity. The staff at the bars and pools were very nice. The waiters at the dinning room were slow, when ordering drinks it took an average of over 10 minutes to get them and in addition usually empty plates were not cleared from the table. the level of service at the reception was poor, let me provide some examples: 1) when we got to the hotel we got a room that had trouble noise coming from the AC, only after more than an hour of complaining they agreed to switch our room. 2) When we got to the new room there wasn't a baby bed and we had to call 3 times and wait over 90 minutes to finally get the baby bed. 3) The shower head a rust on it and only after asking twice someone finally came to replaced it. 4) During our stays the room wasn't cleaned for two days straight and i went to ask that someone will clean room they excused for putting a non-disturb sign (which off course i did not). In total i enjoyed my vacation, but the hotel is definitely not a 5 start hotels and must improve his level of service urgently.

First stay at Stella Palace

Great hotel exceeded our expectations. Standard of accommodation was excellent as was all inclusive food and drink. Staff were very helpful and happy. Animation team did a great job especially Dr. Zulu (Aha!) Situated next to the beach lovely and warm. Will definitely return to Stella Palace

Our stay was amazing, when we first arrived they upgraded us to a room with a private pool, it was a real surprise that we enjoyed much, and the place is a real pleasure , the resort is so clean and the facilities are so great. My 3 years daughter loved rhe place especially with the kids club and all the entertainmnent for the kids

A good spa hotel with lots of facilities. A bit disappointing that the wifi was only available in the communal areas and the gym and sauna was charged for extra. Otherwise we had a really good time. Highly recommended.

Brown liquid coming out in the jacuzzi

The jacuzzi had brown liquid coming out of the medal circle under the foucet. It was everywhere and I was unable to use the jacuzzi for the entire stay after paying extra. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Excellent facilities - helpful professional staff

Will consider coming back. All inclusive (meal, program, entertainment, pool beach, supermarket, gym) Unforgettable catering and the quality of food superb. Had a great time (the whole family) The only set back was the airport car rental with very old and hardly safe cars. Will not hire next time from ABBY.

Excellent place and people

We stayed a week In the resort and had booked two private pool room. Most certainly recommended for that bit of peace and quite by the pool and not having to rush down for a lounger! The people and service were amazing, from the Poseidon manager (try to arrange VIP seating!), Nikos in the bar with his anecdotes, as well as remembering our drinks to the guest relation ladies who were always willing to provide assistance and recommendations, in particular Evita who went out of her way arranging bookings, taxis and generally helping where she could. Well recommended and very clean resort. The pools were great, and the pool bar staff , equally attentive. Evening entertainment was a good variety and great for families with smaller children probably, but entertaining nevertheless. The restaurants were fine, the buffet providing a good selection of food with a different theme each evening and two ‘speciality ‘ restaurant, with the Elia being fantastic, especially on a Monday night with the poolside live music (though far too much food!) A very enjoyable trip, and worth going!

Clearly not a 5-star property, more like a good 3-Star. Common areas are reasonable but rooms were very shabby, and did not match pictures or description. Lot of noise from adjacent pool / rec area. Room would get very hot as AC stopped working once we left. Bathroom was very barebones and shower very uncomfortable. Worst part was food and drinks. Buffet was large but quality was sub-par. Everything tasted generic and watered down. Drinks were the worst. Completely watered and sugared. No flavor at all. Plus only a handful were included, rest cost extra — including cappuccinos!! Beach was non-existent and terrible. Definitely oversold as a beach front property!! In general, location was remote and unattractive. Nothing to do outside the resort and getting any place was difficult. Terrible experience. Will never return nor recommend. Disappointed that Expedia rates his so highly.

Service was worsted. We came with 2 babies and stroller and we get room with high floor and a lot of floors. No common sense

Fantastic time had by all

Lovely hotel, good quality throughout. The staff were all fantastic and both adults and young children had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will also consider returning again in the near future.

Enjoyable hotel

We spent an enjoyable two weeks at Stella Palace. The quality of the food was fantastic as was the breakfast and lunch at the speciality alfresco restaurant, we loved the 6 course once per week dinner. The main restaurant does not have the right ambiance for a leisurely meal. It was too busy and noisy but with good choice, quality and variety of food.Each night of the week had a different theme (steak, Greek, fish, Asian/Mexican,Cretan, international, Italian) so over the 2 weeks we were happy. The pools were fab always plenty of loungers. The all inculsive drinks were restricted but ok. Occasionally flights were noisy and twice we were woken about 6am. Overall a great holiday but we wish we had been able to book the adult only Stella Island next door.

Absolutely Love This Hotel

This would now be our third time staying at Stella Palace which speaks for itself. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful and some of which are now friends - it is truly a place were as a family we all enjoy and feel that we have had a wonderful holiday experience every time. The pools, bars and food are fantastic - there is a snack bar which practically serves food all day. The rooms are comfortable and would recommend getting one by the pool area. There is a beach at the end of the resort which is so close if you want a change but personally the pool area is too nice to want to leave. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Paradise by day, very unrelaxing at night. The food was excellent, staff very friendly and facilities outstanding. Unfortunately our family was kept awake late each night by the thud of music. This meant that whilst we were super relaxed and happy by day we were all a bit grotty each evening and relieved to get home to get some sleep.

Facilities are great but the downsides were that our room was very tired looking and there was a constant problem with a smell of sewage in our bathroom. This hotel also attracts large parties (with kids) that seem to get out of control after excessive drinks. This spoiled our hotel experience as we were constantly disturbed with noise levels during the night.

We went in middle of may . And had a great time in this resort. Its a must visit for families

Great hotel

Great place to be with children and as a couple. All include with good service and great food. Very clean and many pools an hotel activities. The town is not a central place for tourists but car rental is cheep and the crete offers many atractions.

Amazing hotel

Stayed here for a week with my grandparents. Absolutely an amazing hotel, great hospitality, food is amazing and the weather was great. It is suitable for everyone and a 10min drive to the local town where you can dine at the seafront. Quite a few bars and pubs there. Would Defo come back again 😀
