Great Hotel

All staff was very friendly. Hotel was nice and clean.

Spacious

The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby is very clean. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and accommodating. Only request is more options for people that do not eat pork for breakfast like turkey sausage or chicken sausage :)

The front desk Clerk and the kitchen breakfast lady was awesome, the Kitchen representative was very polite kind and courteous and very humble, she was picking up dishes from the tables and everything I had to tip her she was such a Blessing to everyone there We’d, Thursday and Friday.. and the Clerk at the desk was very personable she even addressed me by my name the entire time I stayed, this is truly a five star property ✝️🙏❤️Thanks Staybridge for exceeding our expectations 😃

Perfect Stay

Highly recommend Staybridge Lackland Texas. Everything from checkin to check out was perfect. I am a retired Hotel Manager I know the effort it takes to make it all come together.

Hotel was very clean! Great parking that felt very safe. Delicious breakfast and spacious rooms. Very short drive to everything! The weeknights were very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay - Friendly Staff

From the get go the staff was very helpful and engaging. Only small problem was navigating switches on lights, had to turn on main switch to activate lights which had a light showing going

Expected more

Well the size of the room is good, as is the kitchen. However I was under the impression it was an actual one bedroom and living room seperate and it’s not. The bathroom gets very cold because it’s a half shower door so pretty uncomfortable Because it’s pet friendly my allergies got very triggered from the carpet and after sitting on the sofa I even had allergic bumps pop up on my body The bed is comfortable and very roomy being a king size bed Plenty of closet and drawer space The complimentary breakfast was good options, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, eggs, omelettes bacon and sausage on certain days. Hot water available with tea bag options and coffee, juice, and fountain drinks also available No safes in the room if that is important to you Also we were on the first floor right next to the door to enter the building and it is VERY loud so all hours as people were leaving and coming back it could be heard as they were pushing the bar to open and close it Everyone working there is superb! Very friendly

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in San Antonio and had a great experience overall. The hotel offers a comfortable and home-like atmosphere, perfect for both short and extended stays. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which was a huge plus. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped ensure a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the evening social hour was a great touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

Highly Recommend

We were in town for the San Antonio Stock Show and had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the sweet lady in the dining area. The amenities were top notch and the breakfast was a step above typical hotel food. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Extremely clean and spacious room

Very clean and spacious room. The only thing we didn’t like was that the shower did not have a shower door or curtain. It had a fixed glass that served as a partition only. Other than that, it was perfect and we would definitely return.

Excellent!!! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Very clean and staff was very informative. Breakfast needs a little work but it was ok. The thing i liked the most was the free laundry facility. Bed was a little uncomfortable but we asked for extra pillows so it evened out. Overall, we will definitely book there every time we visit San Antonio

Great place!!

Great short stay for my son in laws boot camp graduation. We had a ground floor with 2 queens. Room was huge and the nightly social was great!!! We did get to enjoy breakfast one of the mornings and the selection

Trips to San Antonio aren’t always fun as it in occurs treatment for health issues, chaos to and from, and everything in between. It was great to have a nice place to stay at the end of the day.

The gentleman that worked the front desk bought gloves and hats from Goodwill, washed them, and provided them for all the families that were going to the Lackland Air Force Ceremony since it was so cold. Great hospitality. Above and beyond!!

Above and Beyond our expectations!

Our couples get away trip was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious, it had all the accommodation we needed and more. The bed was perfect, we got a good night of rest each night. The morning breakfast was definitely top restaurant quality. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was the. Eat home away from home. We can’t wait to stay again next time we’re in San Antonio.

I love staying here! It’s my 2nd time and it was great!

Not safe! Car got broken into in parking lot causing us distress, significant cost in windshield repair and wasting our vacation time dealing with this. We didn’t even have any valuables in the car. Customer service received by staff was very unsatisfactory on reporting the breakin. They told me to report to police (already did) but can’t share security footage from incident or provided any follow up on questions about security. Room was next to the kitchen which was also very loud every early mornings. On plus side, kitchen staff were great for the complimentary breakfast.

Wonderful stay

Customer service was wonderful. We came to San Antonio for a family Christmas trip and the hotel was perfect for us. The amenities and customer service were all exceptional. I would highly recommend this stay for all.

This is a great place especially if you are traveling with Family. Our room was very specious with a kitchen had 2 beds and a pullout bed. Overall the hotel was nice and clean and very quiet. I will stay again!

Great hotel.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Friendly staff, very accommodating! Only problem was that $200 was withheld for incidentals which I wasn’t anticipating in my travel budget. (Initially $100, then another $100 randomly) so just be cautious! They were very transparent on what the charges were for and very friendly about the matter!

Allegedly there is said to be a set of rooms used to accommodate third party bookings. I booked through Expedia. The room I occupied was nice except for the bed was not made and had hair in it, trash not taken out, towel shelf detaching from the wall and drain cover in the shower sitting against it. I called the front desk and staff was nice. But why is this room in this condition?! It’s a brand new hotel. Housekeeping came right up and apologized for everything. However the only remedy was making the bed with clean sheets and taking the trash. After that I felt icky about the room but was only staying for one night. After a long day I tried to watch tv and no channel worked. So I basically paid for somewhere to just lay my head for the night. No comfort at all.

Great hotel

Pet rate was a little high at $75 bucks. But other than that it was very nice, quiet, clean and breakfast was good and not overly crowded when we went down.

Great customer service. We had our dog on the trip and the staff would give him treats each time we went past the front desk, and he would stop and expect it (it was so funny). Thank you 🙏

Nice getaway.

It was a weekend getaway, this hotel was new and had been open for roughly six months the room was amazing, nice and spacious. Only complaint is I felt the room was hot even though the temp was at 70 degrees I had a restless night. I hope this hotel maintains its standard and quality as time goes on.

Very pleased with the property and amenities. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the $100 hold placed on my credit card for 7-10 days for incidentals. These should be charged at time of check-out. I don't appreciate IHG holding onto funds for this long.

This place is AMAZING! The staff were awesome. The place was super clean. The breakfast was delicious. Social nights were really fun. Just an all around amazing place that over exceeded my expectations. Your establishment made my stay in San Antonio for my son's graduation from boot camp even more special. If I ever come back to SA I'm staying with you!
