Nice place to stay - excellent location - easy access to old town - world war museum - good atmosphere and friendly staff.
Superb hotel in a great location with amazing staff. Special call out for Caspar, what a legend! He made our stay extra special
Nice room Welcoming & friendly staff
Loved the location. Close to everything...
Fantastic hotel in the centre of Gdansk old town. Friendly staff and a very comfortable, clean room. Highly recommend.
Nice hotel in a great location with a superb restaurant
Nice hotel (location) but the room I had was noisy (no earplugs offered), there’s a skylight that would be the same as having no curtains (broad daylight with the sunrise), power went out so the room got really hot. All in all I got very little sleep… not what you want in a hotel.
Its always an excellent stay at Stay Inn. The staff are always alert and friendly. We always stay here when visiting friends.
Bert noisy. Tried the restaurant and my fiancé got the food 15-20 min before me and I had to eat alone.
Lovely hotel right in the old town. Really convenient for sightseeing and nightlife. Pretty quiet too, given that it’s only one street away from the main (busy) street!
Good location and service.
Really nice hotel, great buffet breakfast, fantastic location.
Genial
Sehr gut.Super Service, sehr hilfsbereites Personal.Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Lage genial! Einziges Manko, kleines Zimmer für 3 Personen.
Always excellent!
This is our “go-to” because its dog friendly, convenient, and super comfortable. This time we had a really great large room with a beautiful bathroom and an incredibly comfortable bed! We arrived at 2am due to our flight being delayed, but it was not an issue. A quick ring of the doorbell and we were admitted immediately. Always great service! The parking is always an issue but its easy to find late at night.
An excellent location with an easy walk to the train station, the river and most tourist destinations. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Will stay again
Centrally located in the main town, close to bars and restaurants and attractions. Good size room serviced daily with everything for a short stay. Breakfast was good with something for everyone. Secure bag storage for those arriving early or leaving late. Only 2 slight moans…the shower sometimes went cold then hot and only 1 English channel on the TV even though BBC is shown in the breakfast room. Overall a pleasant stay.
Small but comfortable room, clean, good bed, good breakfast
Great hotel and staff
Recomendo
Excelente!
Immaculate, fresh and friendly, in a fantastic location. Only a 5 minute walk from the station and bus stop to the airport. Staff couldn't help enough and were more than happy to offer advice on anything asked. Will most definitely stay again.
Great location, very easy to walk around the town. Gdansk is such a lovely city and I forward to visiting again in the future.
It was a nice hotel.
Stay Inn was a wonderful place to call “home” during our recent visit to Gdansk. The location is ideal! The hotel is right beside impressive St Mary’s Church (the largest brick church in the world!) and mere steps away from all of the sights along the Royal Way, the main promenade in Gdansk. Our room was very clean and quite comfortable and though not included in the price of the room (it cost an extra 59zl), the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. Breakfast could be enjoyed inside or in the shade of umbrellas at tables, outside, where we could enjoy the view, We will stay at Stay Inn the next time we are in Gdansk!
Personal at the hotel very professional ,helpful and kind . I visit with my 90 year young mother, so managed her and the luggage was little difficult, that’s where Bogna Step In bringing our luggage to the room . Exellent experience at the restaurant service. Highly recommended this hotel Krystyna Aniolczyk
The hotel is in beautiful Old Town giving it the luxury of walkability and convenience to restaurants, churches and sites.
Very enjoyable stay, friendly staff & clean & modern facilities.
Rauhallinen hotelli keskeisellä paikalla
Hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli erinomainen. Tilava huone.
Great Central hotel
Excellent service and room. Tried breakfast 1 day and that could be improved Orange Juice was poor and no butter only herb which does not go wth Breakfast. Restaurant was excellent at other times. Very helpful staff throughout.
The wifi at the hotel was not working and when checking with staff, they kept saying it's fixed. During my entire stay, the wifi was not working.
The location is fabulous. It is right in Old Town around the corner from the Town Square with the Neptune statue. There are lots of great restaurants on the same street. My room was more spacious than expected.
Perfect.
Such a perfect location, super clean and very friendly people working here, can not fault this hotel, we will return here for our next Gdansk trip.
Piece of heaven
Great small hotel just off main square. Spotless clean.great reception for check in Nice room with kettle and tea coffee and water Would defo stay here again
Highly recommended!
Highly recommended if you are staying in Gdansk! The location is perfect, it’s across the St. Mary’s Basilica and just behind Dluga street! It’s so central that you can walk to most of the sites in Gdansk if you are staying here. The view from our room’s window was great too! It was over-looking the Town hall’s famous Clock Tower! The breakfast is in their restaurant “MONO” and it was very good! The buffet had great variety of good quality food! Lastly, the staff were very nice and helpful. They also accommodated our late check out for free as we are leaving for the airport after the check out time :)
Great for location
Great location and rooms also good.
Very friendly staff, great location, great breakfast, comfortable room.
May stay very very good
Excellent hotel
Excellent stay. Comfortable, modern hotel with excellent staff and service. Would thoroughly recommend.
Perfect location, a quiet, comfortable room with a view of the Town Hall clock tower, good wifi, extensive breakfast, airport transfers with no problems and really friendly staff. An excellent choice for a break in Gdańsk.
short sleep only stay
It was good for 6 hrs sleep
Lovely hotel with the view of the city hall and just one minute walk from the shopping street.
Fantastic location and wonderful views from the room! Beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again!
Clean, tidy and comfortable. All one could expect.
Great location, helpful staff. Rooms were a little small, but efficiently designed. I wish breakfast - which was excellent- was included.
Ideal location. Friendly staff. Room was spotless.
Excellent location just off of the Royal Way with lots of eateries on the street and in the neighborhood.
Great hotel, great location.
This hotel was terrific! The price was reasonable. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. You could not find a better location. The room was quiet except for the church bells...the price you pay for location.
Great hotel in very good location very helpfull staff, one small complaint, the hotel wall mounted towel radiators were never on meaning towels were wet/damp untill changed by housekeeping
Superb Hotel stay in August
Excellent location. Hotel was perfect for getting aroun Gdańsk. Room was spotless with a nice large bathroom. Highly recommended.
Central location, good price, helpful staff, attached restaurant (Mono) was also excellent with very friendy and helpful staff to us non-polish speakers.
good hotel, good staff
The hotel is clean and pleasant. It has a central location, which is very convenient to sight seeing, shopping, eating, and the train/bus stations. The central location means it can be a bit noisy. The service and staff are polite and helpful. The wifi only worked in one part of the room. It would be nice if there was an English-language news station like BBC available on the television. It is not perfect, but the price is fair and the hotel is good and I would stay here again.
Double charged
Great location and room was simple but fine. I always appreciate water and coffee making facilities. However I got charged by the hotel, despite paying in advance and they've not responded to emails since
:)
Lovely place, and would stay again. The only downside was late night noise from drunkards outside. Not the Hotels fault though is it.
Good location but could do better
Don’t understand why it has such a high rating. Location is good but let down by below average breakfast.Room not made up until about 3-4pm. Single bed wasn’t good. Pillows inadequate as was duvet. Bathroom towels were on the small side. Going back to Gdańsk next week but won’t stay here.
Nice hotel at best location
Beautiful hotel, nice location. very helpful staff . The breakfast seems expensive, but if you don't wish to hunt for the food in morning. its not a bad choice. If someone needs quite place to sleep, then this is not a hotel for you. There is a church in front of the hotel and you will here the church bells all day long and also early in morning. If you get easily disturbed by slightest noise at night, this is not a place for you.
Centrally located and quiet despite being downtown and near church.
Amazing staff and centrally located hotel. Was feeling very welcome. Complimentary water in the room. And nice restaurant right next by as a party of the hotel.
The Best location, realy clean, comfortable, nice hotel Service. Nice place and and nice people.
Very well located in the old town. Hotel was a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected due to the location. Excellent hotel, very confortable rooms, staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Gdansk
Superb Hotel.
Lovely and comfortable Hotel right in the centre close to every attraction. We occupied room 205 overlooking the Church. Rooms are warm, equipped with kettle, tea and coffee and a fridge. Water is left daily by the maids. Wifi is free and very good. A large LG TV wall mounted offer plenty channels but only one in English. We didn't use the Restaurant but many did say it was very good. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Considering we were opposite the church, we did hear the bells, but they only start at 7 am. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Very nice cosy and clean rooms. Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Will be back.
Great hotel in the centre of town.
The best location. Very modern clean hotel
Great location. Very modern room. All facilities that you could hope for. Very small however but that was fine because we had a system! Would definitely stay there again
You could not get closer to the centre of the city! Very friendly helpful staff and good value for money.
Nice little hotel.
Nice hotel with a tidy little room for people who travel light. Clean, excellent shower, good location. Very helpful staff. On the negative the location can be noisy, the little room has very little storage space, and the hallway carpet is quite ugly. Overall a good hotel with attention to detail.
We enjoyed our stay veey much! The location the staff! We will come back...
Great price, great hotel, FANTASTIC location.
We only stayed there one night, but it was a nice, clean hotel. There isn't one negative thing I can say about the hotel or our stay. What I loved the most, was the location. Couldn't think of a better location. Price was very reasonable as well.
Lovely hotel in great location.
Fab hotel in great location. For the price you cannot go wrong. The beds were comfy and room was clean. The staff were very nice and arranged transfers for us. The only criticism was that they do not give you many teas and coffees for the room but as soon as I phoned down, they would bring more within minutes so really cannot fault them. There is a fridge in the room too so you can buy supplies from the local shops.
Nöjd
It’s amazing hotel.
Good and clean place
Bad wifi
Nice, cosy hotel in the middle of old town
Nice, cosy hotel in the middle of old town. The staff was friendly and helpful, they had room service and were always reachable. Only trouble, the bells from the church opposite, that ring over 40 times at times. Other than that, very cosy and spacious.
NiCe modern hotel in the heart of the town centre
I, my wife and our 5 year old stayed for here for two evenings. The room size is reasonable . Everything is clean, tidy and modern. My only complaint is the loud music from the pubs downstairs, we stayed on the first floor room 107, with Windows facing the side street, we went to bed quite early at around 10:30pm, but the bass of the music was very powerful , luckily it stopped at around 11pm. But still we could hear the people randomly shouting and screaming from the street throughout the night. Otherwise the hotel is a great value for the money. And location is extremely convenient.
Great Value
Friendly staff and impressive rooms. dont eat in the restaurant 'Mono'. Terrible service, terrible food
Great stay.
Great hotel. Our room was very small but still nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. There was a small climate fee to pay on arrival not included in the price.
Great base
Just one street off the main street, close to the action but quiet also not too far from train and trams.
Good hotel and good value.
Very nice hotel in all respects and very conveniently located in the heart of Old Town, excellent value for your money.
Misleading Information
Booked a wheelchair accessible room as my wife is wheelchair bound. By no stretch of the imagination was the room wheelchair accessible. The gaps between the sides of the bed and the walls were tiny. Difficult enough to get in to bed normally. Impossible to get in to bed if you are wheelchair bound. I assisted the staff to re-arrange the furniture in the room to allow access to one side of the bed. If I had known about these difficulties I would never have booked the hotel, however we still managed to enjoy our stay. Gdansk is a lovely city.
Amazing And Very Clean Hotel!
The front desk attendant, Peter, was friendly and helpful, tried to answer all of our questions, and gave great recommendations on restaurànts and places to viait.
Excellent find with great location and restaurant
Excellent central location, within 5 minutes walk of the canal and within walking distance of all of the old town landmarks. Very nice bar attached called Mono bar, excellent value lunch menu 12-6. Rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable will be stayistaying here again when next visit
Nice hotel in great location
This hotel was in the perfect location for us to explore the Old Town. The room was a great size and had everything we needed.
Nice hotel in good location
First visit to Gdansk, very happy with this hotel. Excellent location in heart of old town, lots of bars and cafes nearby. Nice atmosphere, all the staff I encountered including front desk staff, cleaning staff and waiters were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and excellent shower. Would certainly stay again and would recommend to friends. Breakfast sets you up for the day. The only thing I would have liked was one TV channel in English just to keep up with news but this is a small thing in comparison with the hotels many good points.
Excellent
Friendly and very helpful staff who speak good English. Rooms are cleaned everyday and decorated to a good standard with comfortable beds.
Hotel was lovely, rooms compact but had everything you need, (perhaps a little bit warmer during this cold spell) view from room onto the Cathedral was lovely, reception staff were so helpful and the bar staff too, food in the restaurant was lovely, and weekend entertainment. Location was great, lots of bars and restaurants short walk away, and the sight seeing too, beautiful city made all the more scenic with the snow, definitely recommend this city and this hotel.
Very nice hotel
Hotel was very nice and clean. Excellent location minutes walking distance from all main attractions. Wifi was super fast. All in all great hotel.
Comfortable hotel
Lovely, quiet place, close to all amenities, tasty breakfast, interesting entertainment downstairs in the restaurant
great hotel great location
brilliant great staff especially night receptionist Isabella!thanks for all your help!
Great location
This hotel was located at the end of restaurants and in the middle of old town. Loved the location. Has a lift. 1 block from the Main Street and 1 block from the amber street so you are in the action without the noise (however near church so you do get the old church bells) You can tell it has been recently updated (2015). We paid extra for breakfast (35zlty) but was great. I would stay here again.
3 star hotel with 5 star feel.
This hotel is quite the little gem. Don't be concerned about the 3 star rating. I have been to 7 different hotels during my summer in Poland. This hotel was the only 3 star (the rest were 4 and 5) and it was the nicest hotel by far. It is the perfect location, right in the heart of old town. The only minor details I can complain about are, the size of the rooms (slightly smaller that you might expect from a chain hotel) and the beds. I have found the beds to be a common theme throughout my stay in Poland. They aren't terrible but certainly could be better. Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
Great place to stay in Gdansk
Very enjoyable stay. Good restaurant in hotel as well as lots of others nearby. Easy walk from station and helpful front desk staff.
Wonderful break
The location of this hotel is superb right in the middle of the old town. This city is so easy to walk around also take the train to split it's a must great town.also the food is excellent great 4 days so much to do
Nice hotel, been refurb, very close to city and great location, good walks every day
Well worth the price.
Helpful friendly staff, modern large rooms and bathrooms in a great part of old Gdansk.
Excellent
Awesome hotel. I have no idea why they have only 3 stars, it felt like a 4-5 star hotel stay with everything located no more than 3 minute walk. Can't be more satisfied than this!
excellent location, great Hotel
Great room, nice decor, the location couldn't be better.
Brand new rooms, clean and functional. Great location in the heart of old town. Friendly helpful staff.
Almost like boutique hotel !
Nice cute hotel in the heart of the old city with good price value as I prefer generally small boutique style hotels then big ones. Our room was spacious enough for two and the receptionist changed our room for to single beds after we requested that. But there was some misunderstanding as i sent them email earlier directly through their web-page which they didn't receive and when booking via hotels.com there were on option to chose double or twin bed. *note to hotels.com. Anyway i can recommend this hotel as staff was polite and active. Breakfast is nothing special, but we wanted to try different places anyway so that didn't bother us much. Also on the weekends there are pub's and restaurants downstairs so last night i couldn't sleep because of the laud noise coming from the yard. If you are sensitive sleeper, request quiet room (if they have one). But i'd go there again.
Bra som vanligt!!
Rent och fräscht samt väldigt trevligt bemötande. Andra gången vi bor här. Lite stök på gatorna fredag och lördag så man får inte vara så känslig. Bra restaurang på bottenvåningen. Nära till allt.
.
En lille perle i Gdansk
Super beliggenhed, pænt og rent, rigtig god morgenmad.

Great location, very clean!
Awesome location, very clean room, nice layout. Room doesn’t get dark enough to sleep well. Bed was ok, but not super comfortable. Customer service was great! The area can be a bit noisy on Friday nights!
