Amazing place to stay its very clean and updated. Very fancy place and great price. Also very safe place nice work on the security system.

Staycation - perfect location walking

Booked a queen and got a room with a full size bed!! Nonetheless the staff and location were perfect. Would recommend it to friends for sure.

Front staff we checked in didn’t know what they were doing a lot. Credit card machine was not working, etc. took us about 20 to 30 minutes to check. Otherwise, the hotel was amazing.

Excellence in El Paso

Stanton House was the perfect place to land after returning from a long business trip. I had a late flight and needed to stay the evening in El Paso before driving home. I couldn't have asked for a better option - the room was gorgeous, modern, clean and had more than enough amenities. Service was exceptional, everyone was friendly, informative and thoughtful. The hotel was walkable to bars, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a park area that I enjoyed visiting in the morning. I can't wait to return!

Still my favorite hotel downtown, all around the best. The staff is world class and very talented. The bar staff really take care of you and make you feel comfortable. The room was comfy and overall clean. I will say that they need to work on the carpets, maybe remove them and switch to hard flooring. The surrounding businesses are a bit loud at times, but wasn’t really a problem. There are lots of places to eat and really close to venues and museums, definitely a great location. Parking is expensive if you park nearby. The hotel does offer valet at a reasonable price but I don’t like anyone driving my vehicles. Overall I rate this hotel 5 stars and excellent!! Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

Wanted to love this place, but it was just kind of weird. Our room configuration was terrible. There was a desk up against the right side of the bed, so whoever had that side had a hard time getting in and out of bed. And there was a huge open space on the other side of the room? Made no sense why everything was bunched up on one side. Some of the lights were burned out, and the toiletries were not filled in the shower. The decor in the lobby, lounge and restaurant was really beautiful. There was no one there, which was strange. We were the only ones at the bar for happy hour. Left and went to have a drink down the street. Came back to have dinner at the hotel and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The spa Blush in the basement is really nice. The staff were amazing and I ended up spending the whole day down there because our room was so cold I couldn’t warm up. I did order lunch from the spa and it took an hour for a Bloody Mary and bowl of soup. But that had nothing to do with the spa. The staff at the hotel were all extremely kind, which makes me feel bad to say we didn’t like the hotel.

Did not end up staying, but the staff was very nice and did their best to be helpful. The house (hotel) looked very nice and clean. It is downtown, which requires parking nearby or using a valet service, which didn't work for our purposes, but shouldn't deter clients from wanting to stay if they have reason(s) to be in the area.

Great place. Beautiful room. Easy to park. Great location and the food is amazing.

Hidden Gem Hotel

A beautiful boutique hotel. We did a "stay-cation", as we live in El Paso, to celebrate my spouse's birthday. The accomodations were excellent and a very good value.

Everything was great especially the bathtub!!!

Unique vibe, lacking in basics

Modern and fun vibe. Great for a quick trip especially when seeking a unique ambiance in downtown EP. However, some weaknesses: No blow dryer. Only 1 really small robe. Lighting is poor. No full length mirror. Fridge stocked with items for purchase so no room for own items.

Nice stay!

The stay was quick but was good. The property and room were clean and nice. The breakfast at the restaurant was good. The rooms are pretty open concept restrooms, so keep this in mind when booking.

It was great, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Contemporary and very clean property. The rooms are advertised as sound proof, but the noise from the room above kept me up most of the night. The lightwell room refers to a large shaft that ends in the restaurant area downstairs. Again the noise coming from the restaurant was very loud, and syarted before 7 AM. Staff was friendly, valet parking easy, and if noise does not matter to you, it is a good choice.

I come to El Paso 4x times a year for work. This was the best hotel experience I have had so far.

Nice hotel and room was clean.

Loved its location in historic downtown. Tue hotel was quiet, impeccably clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in the restaurant. Many pros overall. Didn’t love that parking was $25 for guests on top of the room charge.

We booked one night and we will definitely be back. Amazing service and beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Drinks at the bar were good as well. Recommend 100% for a couples date night or if you are here to visit.

Truly one of the very best hotel experiences we have EVER had. This hotel is immaculate from head to toe with unprecedented privacy and no noise from surrounding rooms or guests. Each staff member truly went above and beyond for us every single time we encountered them.

It’s a nice boutique hotel.

Hotel is far too overpriced compared to all the others in the area. Does not have a microwave ,and was very dirty. Staff gave an uninviting atmosphere, and didn’t meet expectations definitely will not be coming back.

The bed was probably the best bed I have ever slept in!

Very nice place, but I came in with dirty feet after wearing flip-flops all day. I washed them in the shower and then walked around on the floor and they were even dirtier than when I came in! Somebody needs to mop the floors!

What a beautiful Hotel. Actually it's more like a club. The rooms feel like someones home!

The rooms are clean an comfortable

So many problems with this place and safe would t lock iron didn’t work had to unload own car at valet i paid for and they watch me unload my own vehicle and push cart up to room and they say this was the only 5-star hotel in el paso. Never have i had bad service no milk for coffee and that was at 6:55 am before kitchen opened up on mother’s day no oatmeal no menu in room or way to see what to order. Discussed with manager and neglect for 5-star.

Nice hotel. Very swish with friendly staff and modern clean and comfy room. Rather unusual bathroom set up with toilet only partially separated from room by short glass door. Missed having a window you could open as air conditioning not always best option. Missed having coffee and tea provided in the room. None downstairs either unless you pay for it. Breakfast available but pricey as are the many treats offered in the room. My guess is that these go on expense accounts. Good coffee shop on the corner to the right. Hotel very central and pleasant area to walk around in.

Quite excellent. Hotel is beautiful, staff is lovely, and the restaurant is great. The location is spot on, too. The manager Mr. G helped me to get a different room because the safe box was not working after he switched out the batteries himself. 10/10

Hotel is nice and cute, the bed is very hard and the towels are extremely rough. Also our tv in our bedroom wasn’t properly working, couldn’t change Channels and had too much static. Overall, okay

Very clean and modern hotel in downtown El Paso. Eric O at the front desk was kind, courteous and very helpful. We loved the comfortable and lush bed… that was the best part. The happy hour tacos in the hotel bar and lounge were high end and delicious! The only downfall was that we were hoping the room would be more quiet. We could hear our neighbors using the restroom and flushing the toilet throughout the night.

Staff and Management are extremely friendly and receptive. Very nice ambiance, rooms are well organized and the whole place smells so good. Pleasing to the eyes. Highly recommended

Best hotel in EP!

This is the best hotel in El Paso! The food, the friendly and fast service in the restaurant and bar, and the best shower i have experienced. I had a few nights at the plaza hotel and then moved to Stanton House and it was significantly better!! Highly recommend

Artful gem

This is a gem of a hotel. Unique artwork to take in, including in guest rooms. Modern, contemporary design. Friendly and obviously well trained staff. Only knock: rooms along a side alley have to put up with pulsating music from a bar/club a few doors away that wafts into that space. Did not let up until almost 1am. May want to ask for a room away from that area.

Everything was nice except there was someone smoking in their room and it smelled bad in the hallways. We notified the front desk and they tried to find the room it was coming from.

My son and I were in town to get his passport renewed. We booked this hotel on our table arrival and were extremely delighted when we arrived to this beautiful hotel that housed amazing artwork and a friendly accommodating staff we ordered dinner, and it was a gastronomic experience the ribeye was cooked perfectly, and the vegetables or delicious we will definitely return on our next trip to a Paso

Amazing art and beautiful hotel layout. Gorgeous bedroom decor and design. Plan for extra time if you eat at restaurant, the service is slow, but the food is excellent.

From the time you drive up, you are greeted by a most courteous concierge and check-in is pleasant and expedient. The room is beautiful, luxurious and filled with all sorts goodies to make you stay comfortable. The dining room offers a wonderful farm-to-table menu. If you haven't stayed here before - don't put wait any longer. This is the one!
