We stayed at the beginning and end of our cruise. Front desk staff was nice during check in. The room was ok but during both stays we had a fridge that was almost falling out of the wooden structure it was held in. Looked pretty beat up with wood falling apart which was a safety hazard. If the fridge falls out on someone’s foot, that could hurt. Had to wait maybe half hour or longer to get a glass of wine from the bar in lobby as they only had one person preparing the food and bartending so if he was busy with food, no way to get a drink. I did ask the person at front desk if he could pour me a glass, but he got busy checking in other guests, training someone and didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency to help me. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay near airport and includes an hourly shuttle after 6am plus free breakfast which we didn’t take advantage of because our flights were too early. Also has a pool we didn’t use.
The hotel was very busy and only 1 lift was working. The room had poor lighting and the fixtured werent working properly.

Horrible experience overall
First of all the carpet in the hallway is dirty. Then the carpet in my room was filthy. I was afraid to walk barefoot. Then the toilet backed up and flooded the carpet so my family and I were relocated to another room. Unfortunately the second room had no working tv or telephone so we were relocated to a third room. Another problem is this is a 6 floor accommodation but only one of the two elevators was operational. I regret my stay at this hotel and moving forward will be highly suspicious of the quality of all hotels under the Marriott umbrella.
The overall property was good , my room had an odor when I checked in .

Excellent service by the staff. The only complaint that I have is the fact that there was strands of hair in the bathroom in the shower and on the floor when we arrived. Also, on the back of the toilet behind the seat as well.
Has to change rooms bc AC was not working, then in the second room, TV was not working! When we arrived the elevator was not working!!!

The hotel was clean and nice, however, when we arrived, the elevator was not working , so we had to carry our suitcase uo the flight of stairs, was definitely not fun to carry 4 bags, but other than that we stayed 1 night, was ok

There was an issue with the elevators. One of the elevators was non-functional, this was an inconvenience for everyone especially in the morning when people were in a rush! The room was very spacious; however, the bathroom needs some refurbishing! The hotel staff were friendly!

Ok for sleeping but halls were noisy
We arrived late so basically just went to bed. But we thought the information said there was a restaurant we could have eaten in last night and today as we missed breakfast. But no restaurant just a bar and some bar food but limited hours.

From the start, the king suite was not adequately stocked if you needed glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, anything… You need to go down to the lobby to get it individually. My wife and I left for dinner the same night we checked in, but before we left, the elevators stopped working. When we came back a few hours later, not only was the elevator still not working, but apparently it was stuck with a few guests inside somewhere on one of the upper floors. My wife is not feeling well, and I had to get her upstairs, so being on the seventh floor, I had to slowly walk her up , 14 flights only to be told that the elevator would not be working until the following morning. She spent the night in bed, which had sheets on it that were stained with old blood. Overall, we were mostly confined to our room, but the stay itself was not a decent experience. Will not be staying here again.

When entered room and used bathroom, toilet was not flushing as water kept running and tank not full. Reported. Fixed and happened again next morning. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Egg and "canadian bacon" ran out. Only cranberry juice in dispenser although supoosed to have orange and apple. Counter dirty including hair and food. When food was replenished "bacon" was what I consider ham and it was cold, just from the fridge.

I had to wait for the shuttle more than an hour. And The 1st shuttle is from 6am. And complimentary water and coffee was not available at night, while other hotels are possible. And the elevatorr is super slow. Overall, never recommended.

Spacious room, clean hotel and decent parking.
Requested a month and a half in advance for three rooms to be together. Was not accommodated after been told we would be. Front staff seemed irritated upon arrival. Room smelt like cat urine. Second room had wet carpet in front of the fridge. Never enough water available. Even when asking for more staff seemed bother to fill it up. Very few could speak English to help with our needs.
They shouldn't charge for parking.

This place was disgusting! It was literally filled with tiny little bugs that were screwing all over the bathroom, the shower, the coffee area and our things. We had a sweet and the bugs were in every nook and corner of the space. The pool was in poor condition unusable based on the fact that it was unheated. The pool wasn’t even properly filled. There is an excessive amount of foliage in the pool. The breakfast was gross. There were very few options for a vegetarian, considering the eggs were gone every morning before 8:30 AM, the baked goods tasted stale, and the waffle batter was empty. Two out of three waffle irons didn’t work and the waffle iron didn’t have a timer nor was there enough batter available to fill the iron. Considering this is supposed to be a luxury spot I would not recommend it. The whole place smelled weird even the automatic air freshener timer couldn’t battle the odd odor in the dimly lit hallways. It was like something out of a horror film.

Staff kindly let us arrive early and held our bags until our room was ready. The lobby is nice and big and the property outside is nice for relaxing. The suite was large and room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable but the breakfast was the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Good value
Hi The front desk staff was great!! The bartender sucked not to friendly kind short with people, placed card on counter instada of your hand. Bar ran out of food. Cleaning and breakfast staff do not acknowledged you when greeted. The hotel is not the problem it’s some of the employees. Thank you!!!

Fantastic location and property. The only request would be to improve the airport shuttle accessibility. International travelers oftentimes do not have the capability to call to request airport pickup. Perhaps have a WhatsApp number which could be accessed thru the airport wifi.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff and shuttle staff
Front desk experience was great for both stays. The young man was very polite and helpful on check-in and re the shuttle and meals. The restaurant doesn’t offer much and the lady working the bar/restaurant isn’t the most helpful. But overall the hotel is convenient and mostly very clean. The carpet on the 6th floor smells a little.
Everithing in the room and bathroom was exremely clean. I coudn,'t take the shuttle when landing because never run by the airport, and I was calling the hotel but never answer the phone and I had to pay for UBER. Until this morning that the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was available, the driver was very nice

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The smell was atrocious and the way they handled the breakfast bar was disgusting. I’ll never stay at Spring Hill again.
One of the best laid out floor plans with everything at your fingertips! Breakfast was a little short due to likely high occupancy…..staff tried to keep dining replenished but a bit difficult…..a larger selection would have been nice….we would stay again as the room and convenience are tops…didnt like the parking hassle with outside vendor control and was a bit expensive…...

Not what I expected
This hotel was not Marriott standard. It advertises a shuttle, but there was not shuttle at the airport AND when I called, no one answered the phone at ALL. After paying for the UBER due to no shuttle, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived. After waiting for about 3 mins for help, and getting to the room, I was more disappointed that the room was sub par. The couch was not clean, and the pull out couch mattress also did not look too good. ( extra linens were clean). The TV was faded and dated and the volume did not work after a volume of about 6. All in all, I will continue to support Marriott, but will likely not stay at this one again
First Impression
Terrible check-in with rude, unprofessional and poor customer service front desk person. I will not speak for the rest of the staff, but my impression was made with the check-in.
1) No Parking Free and the current cost very expensive 2) Breakfast very limited 3) The people in counter very serious
