Not heated pool

The hotel is currently under renovation. They begin their work as early as 8 am and you can't sleep. They also cut the water for periods during the day due to the renovations. We were surprised when we came back to the hotel to get ready for a dinner reservation to find out that the room didn't have water and we couldn't take showers or use the bathroom. Therefore we had to reschedule pir reservation to wait fornthe water to come back.

Had a wonderful time, will gladly choose this hotel again

Everything about this place is great! There's a Country Cracker Barrel literally next door, and it's about less than a mile from the McAllen Convention Center, with shopping and restaurants nearby. What I would highly recommend is for this hotel to please, please, PLEASE make better coffee for the continental breakfast. Thanks!

Sadly, the staff in the lobby weren’t kid-friendly… everything was a constant complaint, and I consider us as a family who is always aware of our kids behavior

No pool

Convenient numbers of beds and well located

The room was comfortable because it has two queens beds and also a sofa bed that works perfectly for our family

I left my iphone charger and a gizmo hanging from the cable. I called right away and they told me the manager will hold it and i went to pick it up, she never came out, she left me waiting and said she didn’t have anything. She sent someone else to tell me. Didn’t even apologize at least. And one of the employees told me she keeps everything that people leave. That is why she never came out.

Everything was amazing. We checked in quickly but overall the tv wasn’t working and their wasn’t much to do so we decided to go to the pool.

Very friendly staff. The best continental breakfast. Staff was filling food as needed. Inside pool was nice too. Thank you again. I will definitely book here again!!

CheckIn and Check out dissapointment

We traveled with our friends and unfortunately the rooms were not ready at the time of the Check In... and we told Sr Hector (saturday July 20th) that we needed more time for checkout, he said was not problem.. and the day after, the front desk Miss did not have any customer service attitude. She said, we needed to pay, She apply the hotel policy, etc..etc... without any question or interest about our previuos day situation... Definitely, You lost a Customer. We will never go back.

The sofa bed was completly dirty... with food and chips on it... the lady that is in thw overnight shift had a terrible customer attitude... terrible

Excelente hotel. Muy recomendable. Limpio, bonito, bien ubicado. La habitación muy bonita. El trato del personal muy servicial. Mención especial al señor que maneja el transporte de clientes del hotel, un señor super trabajador y muy amable. Se me paso pedirle su nombre. Es un señor mayor y pareciera que tiene 20 años por todo lo que hace en el hotel Solo un detalle no tienen buen desayuno y no ofrecen a media tarde snacks de merienda. Fuera de ahi excelente hotel. Si volveremos y muy recomendable

everything was alright but there were only 3 carts to transport shopping to your room, and we never found them on the lobby

What I didn’t like was that the pool smelled like pee and later that night they had the pool closed now.Next day the pool was closed I had rented out 2 days now I asked for a refund for a day because that’s the reason why I had rented out

Decent night stay

Hotel was decent. Have a 3 stars bc I needed a hair dryer and the front desk lady told me they didn’t have one and nothing she could do to find me one . Hotel was quiet and comfortable

The room had a weird smell. The person a front desk gave us a room spray, but the smell came back soon.

All was great except for the pool, the water was cold all the time and the reason we picked this hotel was the pool! I’m not booking again.

The WIFI doesn’t work well in the room. Nobody went to Fix it.

The beds are too soft but other then the bed everything else was amazing especially everything is either 5-10mins away

Not the best

We had the misfortune of being on the first floor with our room facing the main road. The road noise was terrible. The mattress was more like one used for sofa sleeper and the carpet especially by the beds needed a shampooing.

I’m familiar with the are and was happy with the easy access to the freeway. However, side street hosted late night speed racing too loud for sleeping. Nice constant drip under the sink was just an added sprinkle of fun. Earplugs came in handy 2nd night. Shame considering it is a nice looking hotel.

Very good place

No exhaust fan in bathroom or restroom. Room was not ready on time. Some lights didn't work. Mold in room. Trash behind the vanity. I will never stay there again.

Overall great Hotel

Check in was slow - only one person at the counter and was on the phone while a long line formed behind me to check in. But he was very pleasant and friendly. Room was bigger than expected. Hallways were extremely hot and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s about as simple as you can get. The price is fair for the condition of the room. The carpets are all pleasantly clean. The room layout is good. It’s quiet and comfortable. Worth the price indeed.

Room wasnt ready until after 4, front desk “lady” has cero knowledge of hospitality. Houskeeping knocking door at 9am and three times after that, until the keys stop working at 11am. Check out was at noon. So giving late check ins and asking for early check outs. The hotel is OK but the service is really bad.

Great location been there a couple of times; found it to be a little off maintenance with missing door handles for restrooms and shower and the door to the room kept getting locked. Good place to stay but they need to fix details to make it GREAT.

Friendly helpful clean and comfortable

The hotel was lovely. Clean, snd fresh. We enjoyed the infoor pool. Temp was refreshing and the pool area clean. Breakfast had a variety and was kept full and clean.
