Great property. Well maintained and clean.

Really like this property. I have stayed there multiple times and have no complaints at all. One of the best things that's important to me now is ev charging and they have a Chargepoint charger on site.

Rude and incompetent service

“I had no issues with my stay, but I do have a problem with the additional $160 charge to my card. When I checked out, I specifically asked for a receipt to confirm there were no extra charges. The receipt they gave me showed $0 and no charges. They told me that Hotels.com would have the receipt with the charge details since everything was handled through them. Now, I see a $160 charge from SpringHill Suites on my card—something I was not informed about, and it’s not reflected on the receipt I was given. When I tried to get answers, no one at the hotel could explain it. I was told the person who could help was on a conference call and unavailable, and the manager who checked me out wouldn’t be in until 3 PM. It’s hard to believe that in an organization this large, only one person can handle a customer’s issue. I’m extremely frustrated because I’m getting the runaround and no answers. To make matters worse, the front desk representative had the nerve to tell me I was making a mountain out of a molehill. I told her that if it’s not a big deal, she could give me my $160 and have the manager reimburse her. This is my hard-earned money, and I deserve answers. Of course, I’m upset!”

We had a minor hiccup at check in that was ultimately resolved but it was an inconvenience at the time. There was only one person checking in guests and there were 4 groups waiting in line. When it was finally our turn, the clerk rejects my debit card for incidentals because it did not exactly match my ID. I completely understand they have policies so my husband gave his debit card and the clerk rejected because it must match the name on the reservation. So, we ask to change the name on the reservation. Nope, sorry can't do that. He starts looking in his computer, I imagine he messaged a manager for approval because the next thing I know, he's taking my card. Other than that, room was great. Bed was very comfortable. AC was noisy but it didn't bother us.

Amazing hotel ♥️

It was perfect for what we needed! Our church was having a big two day event that we were heavily involved in, so it helped us be close enough to have time to rest and go back and forth with no worries. Thank you! My husband and I will be back!

Very comfortable rooms with lots of space and well decorated hotel all around. It was close to the highway and I could hear that occasionally, but wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff was very mixed... some very friendly and one at least was very rude. We stayed here since it was close to Medical City Plano hospital. That was a short 5 minute drive away. I would highly recommend it for that. Not sure what else is around though.

Perfect staying for a family vacation

Loved this hotel. The location was perfect for us; the room was nice enough. A decent breakfast, not too busy. Car park, nice beds and a little bar. We also used the pool and our daughter loved it. Not sure what to expect more in an hotel but we definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Property was well maintained and clean. Friendly staff was very responsive and helpful. Parking was free and convenient. Location was convenient and had close access to major highways.

Hanging out in Dallas

Very good hotel, nice size room and the location was good. The only negative would be the smell on the second floor hallways, probably the carpet but other than that we will stay here again. Location is close to everything.

The hotel looked brand new. It is well maintained and access to the building is easy and secure. Great and varied breakfast. The pool is well kept. The water is clear and drying towels were available in a cabinet on the deck.

This is always our goto hotel in the Richardson area. It is safe and clean and has a great location. The staff is always friendly.

The ice from the ice maker was delicious, and the room made me want to stay longer than just one night. All of the staff had smiles on their faces but that was probably because my partner looked stunning. We will be back.

This is a great hotel. Lots of space in the rooms, staff was very friendly, convenient to have a bar in the hotel and the free breakfast was a plus.

Clean nice hotel near the Plano area, staff was friendly, could improve on breakfast, there were your basics like coffee, waffles, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt but no fruit on the day we stayed.

Amazing experience

The hotel was clean from the moment you walked into the lobby until the room. At the front desk, there were two young ladies who were absolutely delightful. We were greeted with a smile by the staff the entire time. Our room was fantastic. It was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The parking was great. The location was close to the highway, but it was not noisy at all. Overall, it was a 10/10 would stay again.

I checked in paid my room then next day they call me from front desk while im at work saying that i need to by my room or all my stuff going to be put out the room and the front desk girls are real rude and the way they talk to customers is crazy so i go all yhe way to hotel then i showed them my bank record and they was like oh ok then i get off work go to the room my key dont work so i go to lobby and tell another girl my key dont work so she starts talking crazy to me too saying while u haven't paid thays why key dont work and she tried to charge me 88$ in cash and never showed me anything this place is real shady and my bed didnt even have a comforters or chair nor sofa and they keep saying i owe because i had a king suit when i was in a standard room smh

Very good, desk people were nice and helpful, breakfast lady was kind and willing to get me a muffin from the kitchen even 4 minutes after breakfast had ended, one my girlfriend really wanted, so I appreciated that very much.

I traveled with my husband and kids and truly enjoyed my stay at this property. This will be our go to hotel for all future stays in Dallas. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was located in a great area close to many restaurants and shopping. I’m looking forward to my next stay here.

Wonderful Stay

Top notch hotel, employees, service, cleanliness... all was wonderful and we had a fine experience. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. We did not complain or request an alternate room and would likely return again without hesitation.

After the stay started with a miscommunication, the staff and gm immediately rallied to make this a great stay. Beautiful property, well designed and maintained. Easily one of the best all around experiences I’ve had in a while.

We have stayed in many hotels over the past few years and this one was pretty nice!! It's close to a few food places, but still out of the way enough that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of the city. Front desk was very friendly and pleasant. The room was super nice and clean! We only got a one bed room, but it was a large room with a nice large shower and bathroom. AC worked very well and wasn't loud. Breakfast was great, usual hotel breakfast, waffles, bacon, eggs, potatoes, etc. Check out was fast and easy.
