Very easy check in Nice stay, staff in spa very moody Early morning check out very hard due to communication problems. Park your car yourself in the carpark below hotel as hotel charges an extra 30 euro per day

Great location

Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. Nice candle as a Christmas present - shame we didn't get the chocolates like our friends did!

The hotel has 1st class facilities. An excellent gym and Spa, comfortable dining facilities and relaxing louge area. Very attentive staff and the location to the ski lifts is 1st class.

Slice of heaven

Cannot emphasise how perfect this whole place is! Honestly the best place I've ever stayed in. It's brilliant in every way.

Friendly clean warm Hotel…..

Very nice hotel, lovely staff, great restaurant, very clean, beds very comfortable, mini bar, no room service, no kettle in room, we weren’t happy with our original room as it was a corner room, this reducing the roof height due to corner trusses, with that the staff changed our room with no issues whatsoever… book room with a mountain view and balcony… the rooms are very warm, room service everyday if required… ski lockers provided 1 minute walk from reception.

OK hotel

It was an ok hotel, quite big and a bit of a pain to get to the spa. The rooms were a bit dated though and could do with a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was excellent.

Simply Superb!

Spotless hotel in an amazing place in the resort. Right next to the Gondola, with ski lockers and all facilities catered for. Choosing a Junior Suite room, access to the Spa was included, which was really worthwhile. Our room and all the public rooms had terrific views out over the mountain, which were simply wonderful. The staff were incredibly efficient, helpful and professional. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and all of superb quality. I’d have no hesitation in returning to this hotel - superb!

Beautiful location and facility. Very nice and relaxing. We would definitely come back. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Perhaps the best staff we've encountered in a hotel setting, and we travel a lot. Only problem: NO air in the room. Nothing. And it was hot. So, we had to leave the door to the terrace open. BUT they were in the middle of construction. So, at 7:30 am every morning we were awakened by jack hammers. We were not advised of this construction. I would give a "0" to hotel management for this!!! But, the beauty of the setting and the off the chart professional nature of the staff encourage me to give them good ratings. I would imagine in the winter there's no need for air. But the room got stuffy with the door being open.

Perfect location and the spa was wonderful after a day on the slopes

we had duplex room and upper room was too hot and difficult to sleep . they did provide a fan but I really think for a 4 star hotel this needs more than that.

Hi Expedia misrepresented the rooms and the facilities that come with those rooms. Ruined my holiday, as my children had to stay in another hotel.

Not all rooms are equal although management claims

We booked two mountain facing rooms of 31m2 and were surprised to find out the other one was way smaller than the other one despite costing the same. We complained to the professional front desk but no similar rooms were available. We contacted hotels.com and were told a discount was promised by the hotel. At checkout no discount at all and the booking dept mgr claimed hotels.com never called, claimed contradicted by the front desk who had a call from them... friendly staff and location did not help save the badwill caused by management’s stuburness and denial.

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location for getting on and off the piste. The staff are really friendly and helpful and provide an excellent service. We had a mountain view room which was really comfy and warm with great facilities. The breakfast buffet was varied and all delicious and the spa is an absolute must! On our last day the staff let us use a courtesy room to prepare for the transfer home too. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Unhelpful staff

Great location and nice hotel but let down badly by some of the reception staff. When we got to our room it was extremely hot, around 30 degrees. The only way to cool the room was to leave the balcony door open, but this became very noisy overnight with the piste bashers. We spoke to reception who didn’t seem to care about the problem, and told us maintenance would try to fix the problem, but nothing happened. They continued to use excuses and offered no help to fix the problem or to compensate us for the ongoing problem. Most other guests were having exactly the same problem. Would not recommend paying extra for a mountain view!

Great off-season bargain

This visit was during the off-season, as Andorra is obviously skiing country, evidenced by the fervid preparations for the 2019 World Cup skiing competition. Thus, it was slow but delightful. A trip up to the mountaintop via the ski lift was very enjoyable and right out of the hotel premises. Room was quite nice and accommodating. Staff were superb.

Perfect 4* ski resort! Amazing Spa!

Great location for an amazing family resort. The Spa is unbelievable, highly recommended. Will definitely be back next year!

Melhor hotel em Soldeu

Para quem vai esquiar em Andorra, esse é o melhor hotel. O teleférico para a montanha sai de dentro do hotel. Hotel estilo chalé, funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente. Tudo muito bom. Com certeza voltaremos.

Établissement impeccable, personnel très sympathique, restauration très qualitative et d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix... Cerise sur le gâteau, pour 25 euros, on a l'accès au spa le plus chouette que j'ai jamais vu..

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel ... le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et varié ... le staff est très attentif !!! Seul point à améliorer la rapidité du barman à l'heure du tea-time qui était submergé mais ce n'est que futile au vue de la qualité de la prestation.

Het was goed netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was voor de meeste een feestje, voor ons was het te ongezond. Geen salade... de geur van de vlees was erg sterk. Voor de rest een mooie hotel met prachtige uitzicht.

El hotel es excepcional y el emplazamiento inmejorable pero había varios insectos dentro de la habitación cuando llegamos y las camas, pese a haber pedido una habitación con cama de matrimonio eran dos camas individuales juntas.

Skønt hotel i smukke omgivelser

Dejligt, lækkert hotel. Super venligt personale, der hjalp med at kortlægge vores hiking rute. Lækker aften buffet og morgenmad. Eneste minus var, at der ikke var aircondition på værelset, men tænker det er fordi deres højsæson er i vinterhalvåret.
