Wonderful hotel in the south of Okinawa

Wonderful hotel in the southern region of Okinawa. It is pretty close to Kokusai Street. It is preferable to use any room with ocean view.

Glorious Stay

Great stay and the staff there were fantastic from the start. Highly suggest the premium rooms if possible, allowing you access to their club suite for drinks and finger foods.

Excellent service from staff, beautiful views and great location. However the dining facilities could definitely improve as well as during my stay the Gym was closed wasn’t told why.

The staff at Southern Beach Hotel were friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful, with a lot of variety. Perhaps the only problem was the distance from the main part of town; it was a bit far to comfortably walk; although the beach was in its backyard.

We liked the room size and view, we appreciate the front desk staff for helping us to get back our backpack we forgot on the bus. The swimming pool is the best, the beach isn’t natural but clean and safe. The hotel has some activities for kids that were fun, there were a lot of kids there. The bus is convenient, it goes directly from airport to hotel and back, but you will need to get the ticket at the bus door and pay on the bus that we didn’t know about it. However, the hotel is outdated, it needs to be upgraded and cleanliness, checked in was confused because the lobby is on 2nd floor but no sign for it. Buffets are ok: more Asian food, a few choices of Western food. We gave 4 stars instead of 3 stars bc the room price and the appreciation to the front desk

Beautiful beach is nearby

Location is quite far from everything and taxis are limited if you don’t have a car. The pool is nice but the fitness center is not available. The military jets are really loud as well.

Very good cost performance

Hotel facility is good especially at the price point, proximity to a very family friendly beach helps a lot. Pool is large and the water slide is fun. Stayed with family of four and friends. We all enjoyed the property. Breakfast buffet food is pretty poor and the hotel has some odd policies like trying to charge 4 year olds for the included breakfast and charging you to use the pool before 3PM check in. Otherwise though, if you want to relax in a good pool and a kid safe beach, it’s pretty good. Close but not walking distance to decent restaurants.

We stayed on the 10th floor with access to the premium lounge and it was a fantastic treat of extra meals, drinks and amenities.

For the cost, I guess what can I expect?? We felt bait N switched. Online mentioned "ocean view", and showed an ocean outside the window.... but didn't mention the industrial equipment everywhere in this "ocean view". lol There was nothing nearby the hotel...and to drive to get to places to eat, there was a lot of traffic......where you sit at a light for at least 3 revolutions before you get to cross. For this type of inconvenience, you would think that they would have a small convenience store within the hotel grounds for necessities and popular snacks. .....this would be especially important after 9pm. Good news is they have a year-round indoor pool that is heated. Also a jacuzzi. The buffet lunch was also tasty.

Nice environment and clean rooms

I loved everything about this hotel!! However, location is not the best with regard to sightseeing. It IS right on the water, though!

2nd return to the hotel. I booked 2 rooms but they place us on different floors, asked at the check in if they could place us onto the same floor. Apparently they were extremely full, they were so insist and extremely helpful in getting us ontothe same floor .

プールもビーチも近くて最高でした。 お部屋も綺麗。朝ごはんのメニューも豊富。部屋からサンセット見れた！オーシャンビューのお部屋がおすすめです。チェックインチェックアウトがこんなに待つのかってくらい他のホテルのチェックインチェックアウトに比べて待たされました。施設内の案内が少なくてエレベーターの位置やプールの行き方がわかりづらかったです。

Very nice property and staff but is in need of a refresh in rooms and public areas

Pros: BEAUTIFUL hotel, views, beach and it's immaculate. Cons: -For being 10min from Naha, there is definitely a language barrier at this hotel. 1 doorman spoke broken English, that's it. -Literally in the middle of an industrial area. MAKE SURE to get a shuttle bus schedule. It will take you to a fish market (a few sushi restaurants), a mall with a beach nearby (with a food court, so you're not paying $35 for a mediocre dinner at the hotel), an aquarium, an outlet mall, a couple of beaches, monorail, and Airport. -Hotel food is mediocre at best. If you are American, you cannot be a picky eater. Your best bet is a $1.00 shuttle ride to the mall. There they have a food court (Spicy Chicken, Starbucks, Gong-Cha, A&W) and grocery store for snacks in your room

Beautiful property, food was very good, beach access was close however there weren't many option for shopping or dining in the surrounding area.

Amazing place!

This hotel is all about what side your on. On the front door side it faces a cove thats full of industrial business and construction. The ocean side is absolutely beautiful. I dont think you'll find a nicer hotel at a better price. 7 days cost us just under $800.00 and this is a real resort not a budget motel. Respectable sized rooms with a couch and balcony. Be prepared for taxi rides to be a little more due to the area and for most drivers to not know the hotel by name. That being said we had no problems getting rides through a taxi app called DiDi. Our only complaint is that our mattresses were hard so hard with no give or cushion.

Something to note, fitness facility is now closed permanently despite still being promoted. Also, pool is very narrow and full of families.

The room is quite big, clean, the swimming pool design is so empressive., The beach view iin the room is mesmerizing..

Stayed 4 nights with my family. This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. We had a great time, staffs were great and friendly. Will definitely go back again.

Great for families, ok for solo traveller. Restaurant buffet mediocre and overpriced. Music from loudspeakers on beach.... annoying if you want to hear the waves

Good environment of space

Overall it is a very comfortable hotel, near to the beach, michi no eki, outlet mall, aquarium and also the bus to the airport and kokusai dori stops in front the hotel. With that said, the shower rooms was not good, the floor was kind of dirty/dark spots on it, very disgusting to take a shower, I hope the could work to improve the room cleaning services, overall it was good only the shower room wasn't that good.

We stayed there with our service dog. They were very good about accommodating a service dog. We were able to go into all restaurants without any problems. The view from the room was excellent.

The hotel is situated over looking the harbour and the sea our room looked over the harbour, the beach is 200m behind the pool accessed via a gate across a road. There are two pools the indoor pool has a jacuzizi. There is a fitness centre which was shut due to covid restrictions, they offer Spa services we didn't use them. It's a bus route for the monorail to Naha & the airport. We were able to park at the hotel easily. The location was good for exploring the north of Okinawa less good for the south. The room was large as were the bed, however the beds were very uncomfortable even by Japanese standard. When we asked for a futon to make them softer a very thin futon arrived, we could only sleep by using quilts in addition to the futon, the cleaning staff kept removing them. The room was cleaned every other day. There were two restauarants we ate the buffet breakfast which had a variety of foods, some of it OK vegetarians but we did not eat there in an evening as the Vegetarian slection was poor. The other restauarent was good but hotel prices and again limited what vegetarian food was on offer, the food there was well cooked and presented. There was also a shop where you could buy food and drink personal items or gifts. We did not find a good local cafe or bar so we sat in our room and drank or ate snacks. 2 chairs in room and also patio chairs on a balcony. The staff spoke only Japanese but were very friendly and we managed with our limited Japanese.

The couch in our room was a little broken, and the mattresses are quite hard for a Western body. Other than that, the facilities were wonderful, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the food was fantastic!

スタッフの皆さんの対応はとても親切で、部屋も広々としていて、アメニティも充実しており気持ち良く滞在できました。朝食のブッフェも種類が多く、沖縄料理も楽しむことができます。なんといっても目の前のビーチがきれいで、何時間いても飽きることはありません。このホテルに泊まるために、また沖縄に行きたくなりました。近くにお店が無いのは少し不便ではありますが、那覇空港からホテルまでは路線バスで行けるので便利です。

close to outlet, nice view

沖縄旅行の際は必ずお世話になっています。空港からも近く、部屋からの夕陽や那覇空港に降り立つ飛行機を目の前にしながらの一杯は最高です。朝食のバイキングもGood！

ちょっと古いけど大きなホテルで部屋は広くて快適でした。

今回は1泊しかできなかったので、また沖縄に来て泊まる機会があれば、連泊したいと思うぐらいにはいいホテルだと思います。

실내수영장과 조식도 좋았습니다. 위치도 공항과 가깝고 남부여행하기 좋습니다.

子供の冬休みに利用しました。どうせ冬で海遊びはできないし、せっかくなので南部戦跡を巡ろうと思って選んだので、今回の旅行の目的としての立地は非常に良かったです。 那覇空港からも車で20分ほどで那覇市内へのアクセスも良いです。 ただ、ホテル周辺は倉庫などが立ち並ぶエリアで周りにほとんどレストランやコンビニなどがありません。 ホテルの売店でほとんどの物が買えたので問題ありませんでしたが、ブラブラと散歩して楽しいエリアではありません。 ただ近くに「道の駅いとまん」があるので、そこに立ち寄って新鮮な海鮮を食べられるので良かったです。 リゾートホテルが立ち並ぶ観光地というわけではないので、市場があって野良猫がいたり、ローカルな魅力のあるエリアです。 リーズナブルな割にホテルには室内温水プールやジャグジー、スパ、結婚式場などもあり、プライベートビーチではないですがビーチ沿いは非常に綺麗なので、また泳げる季節に訪れるのも良いと思います。 今回3泊しましたが、南部は戦跡以外にも「おきなわワールド」という沖縄文化や非常に大きな鍾乳洞のきれいな洞窟、ヘビの資料館などもあり、ここは非常におすすめです。 また知念岬という絶景が楽しめるスポットもあり、いずれの観光スポットもホテルからのアクセスが良く、南部を満喫できました。 もう1日あればガンガラーをトレッキングしたりもできたかも！ とにかく南部を観光するには最適なホテルだと思います。リーズナブルな割に満足度が高いです！

クラブラウンジの料理が美味しかった。景色はエメラルドグリーンの海が見れる。海岸沿いも歩くのが楽しい。

空想より20分の場所にあるがこのホテルしかない。スタッフの表情が暗く言葉も少ない。ドアマン、レストランで感じた。タクシーを手配してもらったら大型車が来た。普通車よりかなり高い。

フロントスタッフの対応が全く駄目。

部屋は素晴らしかった。 とても快適に過ごせました。 あといくつかレストランがあるといい。

アメニティは歯ブラシ、くし、3枚歯ヒゲそり、爪磨き、クレンジング.洗顔.化粧水.乳液、お風呂シャボンがついていて、室内スリッパ、缶のミネラルウォーター.コーヒー.紅茶.日本茶のティーパックがありました。 バスローブとパジャマも置いてあり、タオルはしっかりしていました。 朝食は種類が豊富で美味しくいただけました。 ただホテルがポツンとあるだけで、周囲にはお店もなく、ホテル内の売店は食事とまではいかないサンドイッチかおにぎりかカップ麺だけでした。 レンタカーかバスでしかホテルへのアクセスは無いので、不便さはありました。

駐車場からフロントまでが遠い。 横長の建物なのにエレベーターが一か所で不便。

Good value for money in terms of room size and location. But it can be quite challenging for those who don't have a car. The area is so quiet at night and far away from lights, which makes it good location for star glazing. But the downside is that there is no much options for restaurant for dining. And it can be quite noisy at night during the flight landing.

今回子供の誕生日祝いも兼ねての宿泊をさせて頂きました。事前にケーキを部屋の冷蔵庫にセッティングして頂いたもののいざお祝い時チャッカマンがない…喫煙しないのでライターもなく…。フロントへ電話するとうちではどうにも出来ない。レストランへ聞いてください。との返答が。部屋に書いてある番号にレストラン直通の番号はなく、言われた番号に掛けてみたけど通じない…レストランに直接聞きに行かなきゃいけないの？と困って、子供もいいよ。ろうそくに火つけなくても…と。結局もう一度言われた番号に掛けてしばらくするとフロントへ繋がり、フロントからレストランに繋げてもらいました。 そもそも、確認不足、連携不足だったのはそちらの不手際。客を介する前にフロントからレストランへ事情を話し、持っていって。とお知らせして頂いた方がスマートだったのでは？ たらい回しにされた感がイライラしました。 もし通常のサービスとしてチャッカマンの用意が出来ないのなら必要、不必要の記載、もしくはライターは自身にてご準備下さい。の一言が予約時に必要なのでは？と思いました。 お手洗いも広く、お風呂はシャワー圧や広さも良く、アメニティも充実していて、メイク落としや化粧水、乳液など買わなきゃと思っていたものが全て完備されていてとても満足だったのですが、入浴時扉の黒カビだけがとても目立ち残念な気持ちになりました。 また、早朝から部屋から見えたバスケットコートへ行き家族が楽しんでいましたが手入れが行き届いてなくフェンスが壊れていて？周辺ももう少し快適に過ごせる様手入れされていると良いなと感じました。 朝ご飯を頂きましたが味もイマイチです。 と、ここまで書きましたが子供は今まで泊まったホテルの中でも一番気に入った様です。部屋の広さ、バスケットが出来た事、ケーキを食べれた事、景色が良かった事、キッズエリアでUFOキャッチャーもあった事、屋内プールで遊べた事等満足だったよう。 確かにホテル建物事態はアメニティが充実しててキッズルームも広くて楽しい、プールのロッカーやシャワーもとても綺麗で使っていて気持ちよかったので、ホテル事態は最高なのに部屋の清掃や職員の対応で残念に思ったホテルでした。子供は喜んでくれたので良しとし、総合評価✩4にさせて頂きます。

공항도 가깝고 아울렛, 쇼핑몰 이나 시설들이 가까이 있어서 이용하기 편리했고 실내수영장도 온수풀이라 이용하기 좋았습니다 :) 오션뷰 했는데 아침에 일어나서 보는 바다와 공원 그리고 하늘도 아름다워 좋았어요!!

とても綺麗なリゾートホテルです。 スタッフの方も、きちんと挨拶してくださるので気持ち良く滞在できます。 朝のビュッフェも、美味しいのでつい食べすぎてしまいます。 またリピートします。

ホテルは少し古いですが、お部屋は清潔感があって綺麗でした。ただ、ベッドと枕のクオリティが低く寝心地は良くありませんでした。食事は美味しかったです。

お掃除が1日おきは気にならないのですが、アメニティ補充しに入ってくるのでしたら、使い終わったコップやカップは片付けて新しいものと交換して欲しかったです。

場所がどこにも行きやすくて便利でした。 野外、室内プールも充実、さらに海へもすぐ行けるのでまた、是非利用したいと思います。

주차는 무료고 수영장과 해변 이용하기엔 정말 편리했어요. 다만 방에 들어가는 순간 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 나서 숨쉬기 불편한게 흠이네요.

직원들친절하고 수영장.탈의실.샤워실관리가 잘 되어 이용하기 좋았어요~

毎日タオルだけでなく、アメニティやパジャマまで毎日交換して貰えて助かりました。 チェックインも待ちの紙がたくさんいましたが すぐに順番が回ってきてスムーズでした。お風呂とトイレがちゃんと分かれているのもすごく助かりました。プールもあるし子連れにはとてもいいホテルでした。

何事にも丁寧に対応して頂き、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

ホテルには屋内プール、屋外にもかなり広いプールが有り、目の前は市営ビーチで、水に入るのが好きな人には、プールも海も楽しめます！近くに道の駅いとまんや、タクシーで5分圏内に夜の食事ができるところも色々あり、空港からと遠くはないので、どこに行くにも便利でした。

最高でした。また利用したいなと思える素敵なホテルでした。
