Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests will receive an email from the property after booking with mandatory online check-in information. Guests must submit valid identification and damage deposit payment via secure link by 4 PM on the check-in date
