The hotel room was dirty and very dusty. The service was okay.
Bed sheet are not good , i got itchy skin
When we arrived and left no one helped with the luggage. There is no parking, you park on the road, the last day I had to park in another hotel parking , so management paid half and I paid half which was in total 600 TL. The beds are clean, however the property condition is not great, the room is very basic. The shower doesn’t work properly, all rusted and the water goes out from it. My biggest issue was the location, this is something that should be mentioned on your description of the hotel, it is very difficult to locate and it is under a hill so you need to walk up hill for 10 min to arrive to Taksim Square, which is very tough for elderly people. The only nice thing about this hotel is the restaurant, you can see the sea from there and the waiter working there was so polite and helpful.
For a female solo traveler this was perfect, just a 8 minute walk from Taksim Square - away from the noise but not too secluded! Felt very safe and very clean and staff was very helpful and polite! It’s on a semi-steep road so keep that in mind for luggage haha. Perfect stay! Definitely booking again next time
We stayed for two nights in Royal duplex, which was everything except Royal. Location: half an hour drive from the airport costs around 1500-2K Liras. The hotel itself is at the bottom of the hill, and just to walk towards closest marketplace, which is Taksim square u have to walk uphill through multiple flight of stairs for 10 min. The unit - Positive - it is quite big with two levels. The first level has two bedrooms and one small bathroom lower level have another bedroom, a living area, a kitchen and a larger bathroom. Negatives - Duplex needs a lot of renovation. The paint is chipping off, the ceiling in the bathroom has black mold, the commode In downstairs Bathroom is broken and water bidet does not work. Upstairs bathrooms is very small. OK for kids but not for adults. The corner of the bathroom is broken and for fixed with cement looks like somebody tried to fix it and left the job in the middle. The floor esp of master bedroom creaks very bad especially at night it will be other sleeping family members. Ceiling is not sound proof, u can hear people walking or waking up in the middle of the night. There is no ventilation in the unit since it is in the basement because it is quite damp and has a damp smell. Breakfast - there is no use of paying extra since they serve a plate of prepacked jam butter Nutella and one egg with bread basket French fries coffee/tea. Staff is very rude. I would not recommend this facility specially to someone with kids.
It's really nice.
They got an attitude Communication issue Poor services. Not to mention one of them say to me you can write on Expedia with a tone.
Room was not soundproof at all could hear everyone else especially in the morning the housekeepers were very loud talking amongst themselves. Needed an iron was told there was only one they went on a hunt for it and couldn’t find it after i had to go to reception twice to check up on it. Sleep wasn’t good at all due to the noise within the hotel we could hear everything. Thankfully only stayed for 3 nights and wasn’t in the room for long during the days. Someone entered the room to take the iron without permission even with the do not disturb notice. Worrying to say the least..may need to invest in more irons. Would only recommend if you’re staying less than 5 days.
We booked the premium suite for 4 nights, very clean and staff lovely and helpful, with beautiful viewonly downside is the uphill walk to Taskim square
Cheap but pretty old requiring renovation.

Badet var liten og trang. Ikke rengjort ordentlig. Lukter kloakk fra badet
Worse experience ever, don’t be fooled by the pix!
Terrible Experience - Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Dishonest I recently stayed at this so-called “hotel” and it was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the place smelled awful—like something had been rotting. The room was filthy with grime and dirt everywhere, and many of the amenities (like the hair dryer) were broken and unusable. Mold was present throughout the room, which is not only disgusting but also dangerous for our health. My wife and I were extremely concerned about getting sick from the unsanitary conditions. Additionally, the stairs were unsafe, and most of the walls were cracked severely, making the building feel unstable. To make things worse, there were dead bugs everywhere and even bed bugs in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The balcony was littered with trash and cigarette butts from previous guests. When I expressed my concerns and asked to leave, they told me it was non-refundable and refused to even offer a different room. They admitted the room needed remodeling but claimed it was “fine.” It was anything but fine! I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, wasting my money and time. This place is not a hotel; it’s more like a dirty, unsafe motel, and I have pictures to prove it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
