The property is great and the staff is really nice. The only issue is the loud music played until about 2AM each night from the restaurant/club downstairs.
Friendly staff
It is in a very busy area, so to have the bar / restaurant downstairs is very convenient. Angela at reception was very friendly and helpful! Thank you
Great restaurant included.
Close to Monastiraki Square and walking distance to Plaka. Very cute boutique hotel with amazing restaurant. Great service.
Staff wasn’t too welcoming. Almost like we didn’t belong. The walls were stained and there was a hole by the shower ceiling. Overall average / small room but the area is perfect to get around to receiving.
If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Athens this is it. Very convenient to sites and metro. Nightlife and restaurants everywhere! Hotel consists of a handful of rooms above a restaurant/club. There is no front desk or traditional manager on duty after hours. Rooms are tiny but comfortable. I didnt think the noise was overwhelming. Im a light sleeper and did just fine with a noise machine on my phone. The bathroom is a little awkward, not much room for toiletries and getting ready. We did see a few bugs in the room too. Overall we had a great stay and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Snob Athens is a terrible place to sleep. Exteme noise until 3am! Right underneath the rooms is a club/bar with very loud music. The bed was shaking from the bass and it is impossible sleep until 3am every night. We measured the noise level and it was 60-70db with closed windows and curtains! Plus, you have to pass security and walk through the Club every time you want to go to your room. We stayed for six days. The club is open from Thursday to Sunday, on the other days, it is a bit less noisy. Don't worry, there is another club down the street though. When both clubs are open, both will hear both at the same time! This is most terrible for the rooms on the first floor (103 104). If you read this review while in a room there, run for the managers office and ask if another room is empty! Overall, the staff is professional and the rooms are clean. One of the male managers lied to us and claimed there had never been any problem in our room. The next day, we spoke to his female colleague who was positively surprised that we were not screaming at her like many other guests every week. She was very professional, polite and understanding. The internal communication is bad: we had to identify ourselves as guests multiple times a day and it took three days to get a response to our last of three complaints. The room service is thorough but intruding privacy by unnecessarily moving personal belongings. Careful with the reviews : on some pages, bar and hotel are put together.
Do not stay here! This hotel is above a club and is unbelievably loud. We were kept up until past 1 am every night we were there. The staff was never available and when we were able to contact them they were rude and short with us. It is close to everything in the area but that is the only good thing about it. You can easily find better hotels in the area with nicer staff at a better price.
Good stuff, clean rooms.
Such as amazing hotel in the absolute center of the city. Beautiful room and staff was so helpful. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the hotel. Would definitely stay again on our next visit
1/5 for the LOUD music at night that goes till 1 or 2 am. It's a restaurant not a club... I don't understand why the music is so loud! I was unfortunate enough to be on the first floor right above the restaurant and could not sleep because of the volume even with a earplugs. Location 5/5 (safe, walkable, Central, close to Metro stop) Staff 5/5 very kind and helpful Interior design 5/5 Definitely fits a unique boutique luxury hotel Room cleanliness 5/5 Bathroom 5/5 excellent hot shower
Cute boutique hotel.
We loved this little boutique hotel. Very private and calm. Everything was great plus amazing restaurant. Great service. Best location close to everything. Absolutely recommend it.
Very cute boutique hotel. Great restaurant/bar on the main floor. Friendly accommodating staff.
Great little hotel in the middle of everything.
Boutique Hotel with Modern Rooms. Restaurant/Bar downstairs is amazing and the Staff at the hotel are the best.
You can’t beat this hotel for price and location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were a short block from Monastiraki Square and had an easy walk to Plaka and Anofilitika. The Ancient and Roman Agora’s are on the way. The local bus stop was right at the corner. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and you can enjoy the excitement of Monastiraki at night znd be home in three minutes.
Great location and great place
Enjoyed my stay at Snob Athens, room was impeccably clean and location was wonderful. Area felt safe enough for me to walk as I travelled on my own. Highly recommend.
This hotel is very aesthetic, the rooms are beautiful, roomy, and modern, as well as the public spaces. You are granted a welcome into a cute garden like restaurant, have your bags carried up, and talked through everything with the hotel manager. Really enjoyed my stay. As mentioned in other reviews- it can be quite noisy outside and through the walls so recommend using a white noise app on your phone. :) the toilet runs somewhat loudly as well. Otherwise super enjoyable!
We LOVED our stay at Snob Athens, it’s a great location, walking distance to most attractions, staff were friendly and very attentive, the food at the restaurant was excellent, couldn’t fault the place. The decor was beautiful and our room was lovely with everything you need, definitely recommend this place, great for couples!!
What a gem! Rooms were great and it’s decorated so well! The food and drink are also amazing!

Terrible experience: - no elevator in the building + doors on each floor, so you have to carry your luggage multiple floors up while opening all these doors - there's no curtain in the shower and there were exposed wires in the bathroom - it's situated above a restaurant/bar, so it was extremely noisy from early morning to late night - fridge and sink in the bathroom both leaking water, we had to clean up puddles twice a day - Hostess at entrance was asking us every time if we were staying there in a less then welcoming manner Location is good and hotel manager was helpful but it doesn't make up for the rest of it.
