The staff were brilliant, the place was clean and well presented. They made everything super easy and pleasant. However I should add unless you specifically need to stay in this location, it is still a development area, so if you are staying here to explore Tokyo it was difficult for transport as you will need to catch at least 2-3 different trains one-way to get somewhere nice in Tokyo with dining/shops - there is however a convenience store next door which came in handy many times. Aside from this our stay was brilliant and would definitely recommend these guys as a place to stay

November 2024 Trip

Conveniently located near the Sengakuji station that has direct train access to both Haneda and Narita airports. One station away from Shinagawa which gives access to other train lines like the Yamanote. The hotel has vendo machine for coffee so you could have coffee any time of the day and supply of matcha tea. Daily change of towels. 7-11 is just right next door. Room is larger than usual. Enjoyed our stay. Will recommend.

Happy with service and amenities available. Close to conveint stores and train station. Pillow was hard and beady. Room size is small but decent for price in this location.

Nice standard hotel with good staff

Great place to stay in Tokyo

Nice place to stay in Tokyo, very close to the metro A line. Going to either airport is easy on the rapid train. Our room was a decent size, very clean, cold AC, mini fridge, comfy bed, free flowing coffee machine (during certain times), and small amenities make this a lovely place for travel. We opt for breakfast which was at a restaurant across the street. It was simple and delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in was very easy and we were able to store our luggage until we departed for the airport. However, if you have a lot of luggage opt to use the Yamato transport TaQbin as getting down the stairs at the metro is a struggle! Thanks again!

The hotel is relatively new and very well kept. The location is conveniently close to Sengakuji station on the Asakusa Line, which means low cost direct access is possible to both airports. However despite all the other highlights, the best part of this hotel remains its staff. Especially the front desk staff on duty during my stay: not only were they friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure I have the correct information. My trip wouldn’t be nearly as smooth and easy without their help. Highly recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again.

Small but nice!

This hotel is very nice! It is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the Sengakuji train station exit number 4. In between the station and the hotel is a 7-11. So convenient! The room was small but very clean and very modern. There was absolutely no view as the room was only a couple of feet away from an adjacent building separated by a tiny utility space. The entrance to the hotel was a very small lobby with big glass doors which opened right onto the sidewalk. The small lobby had an elevator which allowed direct access to your room floor with your key card. Without a card you could only access the 2nd for which is where the Registration Lobby is located. One major complaint about the hotel was that the air conditioner did not work. It was not an issue until our last two nights when the weather got warmer. We opened the window which was nice but soon found ourselves with mosquito bites. With only one other night to stay we opted not to say anything, not wanting to pack and move all of our stuff for just one night. We decided we’d just suffer through the heat with the window closed for the last night. The very best part of this place was the value!! It was hundreds if not thousands of dollars less expensive than other rooms which were available at that time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re lucky enough to visit Tokyo!

It’s amazing area. Very close to everything like train station, gym, convenient store, and it’s 30 mins walk to Tokyo tower. I would recommend.

Public transport just outside the hotel and a 24 hour convenience store.

Beds were a little too firm for us but overall the stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful when trying to forward our luggage. It’s also very close to a station and a 711. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here

Very nice and clean, however there were times in the mornings where I heard doors slamming very often. There was loud thumping almost every morning.

Close to 7Eleven and KK line A07 Sengakuji Station. However walking down stairs might have made much inconvenience to those who carried luggage.

What I liked about this property is it was close to a train station.Very quiet area not too much people.There is a 7/11 & a Lawson near by also a restaurant across the street that is open 24hr.

A nice hotel

A great hotel for my stay in Japan. Staff were very friendly, and the room fit well for what I needed it for. The bed was comfortable, and the controls for the room were very accessible. No issues whatsoever! The closest station is Sengakuji which takes the Asakusa and Keiku line

Location is fine for local businesses but not for Tokyo as a whole

It was nice. The room was compact but nice and functional. The staff were great and the laundry, microwave and ice machine in the lobby area were handy. The location is easy access to trains and some restaurants but is more quiet and there was a lot of construction nearby.

Language Issue

Room was very small, made for someone small. Staff where helpful, However, had trouble with the English language. One would think better personnel.

Good for an individual on a short trip who doesn't want spend much time in their room.

Clean and nice room.

Absolutely amazing!

Have stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The room is quiet, new and clean. You can get the toiletries in front of the reception, the staff are so friendly. Even you didn’t request a cleaning service they will provide new towels and bin bag for you everyday and hanging them outside your room, which is very caring. There is a convenient store next to the hotel, and there are metro and JR stations within 10 minutes walk as well, definitely a great location. The only problem of my room is there is no view because it is very near and facing to the next building. And there is no early check in option. But it won’t stop me to book this hotel again when I travel to Tokyo next time!

하네다 공항에서 이동하기엔 편리한데, 도심으로 이동하는건 불편해요, 편의점이 주변에 있긴한데 식당은 없어요.

역에서 가깝고, 편의점도 가까이 있어 편리했습니다

お世話になりました。清潔なホテルでした。 欲を言えばルームキーが１つのみで不便でした。朝食が近くのなか卯で食べれたのが良かったです！またリピートする機会があれば使いたいと思うホテルでした。

羽田から電車で1本。地下鉄駅からも凄く近くてアクセス抜群です。施設も清潔感があって良かったです。

Ótima estadia

Ótima estadia por um bom preço, porém a área não fica tão próxima ao centro. Contudo tem metrô e trem bem próximo.

Hotel cerca a estación del metro y jr, varias tiendas y restaurantes donde comer, muy buena ubicación, y el cuarto pequeño pero muy agradable, con café todo el día.

Tolle Unterkunft - Zimmer sehr klein. Alles vorhanden was man braucht: Shampoo, Duschgel, Spülung, Toiletartikel, Fön, ... sogar Steckdosenadapter kann man sich ausborgen.

宿泊施設は大変にお静かで快適でした。 残念なのはホテル周辺にあまり飲食店がない事。 事前に飲食店を検索、予約された方がいいかな

アクセス優先

羽田空港へのアクセスがいいので朝早い便に乗る時は宿泊していますが、最近値段が高くなってきました。素泊まりとしてはコスパ悪いです。 コンビニは近いし、京急線泉岳寺駅が近いです。壁は薄いので、廊下の音が響きます。

Nice stay

Prime location, 2 minutes walk to subway station. Lawson and 7/11 convenience stores nearby. Quiet environment.

Hôtel confortable. Chambre propre, grand lit et salle de bain fonctionnel. Bien pour un court séjour. Point négatif : peu de resto au alentour , environnement tres bruyant ( quartier en construction), vu de la chambre sur un mur Point positif: konbini et métro a deux pas de l’hotel. Station yamanote a 10 min à pied.

距離地鐵站很近，房間內乾淨、大小適中（浴室前的空間應該可以完全打開28吋行李箱）。

部屋がとても綺麗で、なんのストレスなく過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。 また、利用させて頂きます！

Clean, quiet and neat

Reception desk is very helpful and warm. I’m from HK and a member of staff Miss Wong gave me great help to guide me taking an express train from Sengakuji to Narita airport. It was not shown on my google advised route so without her, I would have taken lots of inconvenient interchanges to get there. On my last day, I borrowed a scale to weigh my luggage and a Japanese manager helped me lift it up to weigh it. He is very kind. I like my own bathroom in my room, a desk, hanging racks and a mini fridge. It was really quiet in my room and I did not hear anything from other rooms. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel. The location is convenient to get to Ginza and transfer to other lines to reach major travel spots. I would stay here again next time.

駅近で便利！コンパクトで十分な部屋です。

受付男性の対応は優しく丁寧です。部屋も清潔で快適でした。

スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。 1人旅行で不安もあったけど、帰りやすい立地と居心地の良いホテルでとても充実しました。

泉岳寺駅からも近く、ホテルも綺麗でとても良かったです。ただ、部屋に入るとお爺さんみたいな臭いがずっとしててきつかったです。あとお風呂のカーテン？も生乾きの臭いがきつかったです。

お部屋はとてもキレイで、必要最低限は揃っていました。お洋服を翌日にも着回し予定だったので、消臭剤がお部屋にあって助かりました。 エアコンを付けた時にホコリなのか、カビなのか、そのような臭いがしたのでやめました。 その部分だけマイナスですが、連泊したいと思える可愛いお部屋でした。 ありがとうございました。

Nice staff with good location and amenities

Super fint hotel, tæt ved Sengakuji metro stop. Små værelser, men det er vist gældende for langt de fleste budget venlige Tokyo hotelller. Eneste egentlige minus er de kun har dobbelt værelser og at der er dobbeltdyne -ingen mulighed for at få en ekstra dyne.
