Stunning views, peaceful environment, friendly service
Beyond disappointing
Massively overpriced for what it is. Wants to be a luxury hotel but cannot compete on any level with Four Seasons or Mandarin and the likes. Very average service everywhere, not particularly friendly, average food, design like a 1970s eastern block holiday camp. The “beach” which is basically rocks with cement is worse than anything I have witnessed in the whole Mediterranean
This hotel could be great but is falling short. The room we had was nice but they insisted we change room the last night and that should not happen in a 160 room hotel. A taxi booked for 8pm showed up at 8:35 pm and the valet said the whole taxi system had delays. He lied. The cab driver showed us he took the reservation 11 minutes earlier. The best restaurant was booked for a private event. So we have paid €1700 a night but cannot use the best restaurant because the hotel is greedy and rented it out for a prevent. The beach area is sub-par for a hotel that charges €1500 and upwards per night. No WC on the beach, so you have to walk back into the hotel. No drinks or food service on the beach. The access to the sea is limited and slippery. All of this could be justifiable in a €500 a night hotel but not at the prices charged here. Another guest just told me they arrived in the afternoon and only got their room after 5pm. Six Senses need to shape up. When I see this type of failures it typically comes down to the senior management. So change him or her and sort this out.
Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. I would suggest because it was beginning of the season and the weather was bad so other restaurants shut and couldn’t eat outside. Other than this - a wonderful time. Apart from
Beautiful property, inconsistent service from staff. If you are lucky and find staff that are passionate and love their job, the experience is wonderful. However you find as many who aren’t as well. The room was also smelly and despite that we mentioned it was a plumbing issue… this wasn’t resolved. Also pick a cheaper room type…. Better view than the expensive junior suites.
Gorgeous property, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. One of the best breakfast selections we’ve had, easy to walk to portinax and the local beach - the hotel really have thought of everything, it sits on a cliff edge with a walkway down to the sea, this is provided with hotel towels, loungers and comfy colisiona and mats to make use of the surrounding area. There’s an emphasis on health throughout the activities and food served. One down side for me was lack of dining options in the evening, we travelled with a small baby and the restaurant didn’t open til 7 and wasn’t really appropriate for baby, we mostly did in room dining or ate by the pool (both really good quality) - this may be because we visited out of season (October) lovely visit all round and would definitely recommend
Restaurant staff were great, however the front-desk plus SPA lobby staff were terrible. Overall did’t feel warm and welcoming.
Disappointing
DON’T STAY HERE! I had one of the worst experiences EVER in a hotel of this category. It’s a pity because the rooms are nice and they paid attention to details. But when it comes to food and hospitality they are the worst. The staff was rude in levels you cannot imagine. They ignore you all the time and if you say something they’re just willing to fight. Like they’ve never been in the hospitality business. The food is dull. Zero imagination. And in one of their restaurants they wanted us to order from the in door dinning menu. It felt like a joke.
Superb chilled hotel
Fantastic hotel with staff to match. Nothing was too much trouble and we came away with a promise to return early next year.
Exceptional
Staff were exceptional, hotel was beautiful and exceeded out expectations. Dinner & wine was a little expensive but the ambiance was amazing. We will definitely be back.
This is a new hotel only one year old staff was great outstanding breakfast and nice Spa but the hotel restaurants are not up to the 5 star standard I was disappointed with the Israeli cuisine why Israeli when you are in Spain ? The other fine dining was South American which was also another disappointment. Carpets in hallways in hotel were soaked and there were leaks when it rained you can tell there was faults in the finishing but overall I give it an 8
Stunning property, amazing stay!
Seriously stunning property. The views are remarkable and each aspect of the rooms, restaurants and communal areas have been meticulously designed to offer chic, relaxing spaces to be enjoyed. The spa is one of the best I’ve ever visited. Staff were very friendly yet professional and everything was just great.
Nice hotel in a nice visual location. The staff were not properly trained and i believe this is because it is the start of the season and they have all new recruites. Nevertheless they should be properly trained before assuming responsibilities with clients. For the 1st night I was given a disabled room and they then said that I had requested it. After complaining they upgraded us for the 2nd day to a suite but again insisted that it was my mistake. I double checked with Expedia and it was clear that I had never requested such a room. The Japanese restaurant was at best mediocre and in general they lacked the staff skills that to go with such an expensive hotel.
Excellent in every way. We were celebrating a special occasion, and they nicely upgraded us to a beautiful seafront suite. Love all the special touches, and the classes on site. Six Senses Ibiza will always have a special place in our hearts.
Great location, fantastic attentive staff!
Loved it here
Friendly staff, beautiful views and gorgeous food!
One of the best hotels I have been. Friendly staff, environmentally friendly, Several activities, focused on Wellness and mindfulness. The restaurant serves amazing food and the view is espectacular from the room and any other point from the Hotel.
Slight overlooked
Das Six senses ist ein Traum von einem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Speisen sind von höchster Qualität! Gym bietet alles was man braucht, man kann alles via App bestellen und sogar chatten. Muss man erlebt haben…

10/10
Best hotel we have stayed in during our annual Ibiza holiday’s everything 10/10 The service was amazing, my son had a wonderful time in the kids club and never wanted to leave! The team were incredible! 10/10 in every aspect! The spa was wonderful. One of the best massage’s I’ve ever had! Thank you very much for a short but wonderful stay in Eivissa! We will be back! Only downside was that the activities such as morning yoga and Pilates were before the childcare drop off, meaning I wasn’t able to join in. (Would be fab to introduce a little later class during school holidays)
