Please share!!! I'd like to raise awareness for other people. When planning our trip to Great Wolf Lodge we decided that Saturday night we would stay in Toronto for the night and do some things with the kids in Toronto on Sunday. I went on Expedia and found a great condo that would be a lot easier then a hotel. The room was marked at 205$/per night BUT only upon checkout did I realize there were also 90$ condo fees which after tax and service fees brought up my total to 397$ for one night!!! I was a little upset at the hidden fees but decided whatever, it's my loss. Maybe I didn't read the fine print enough. Well Saturday we went to check in to our room which is self check in. I went up grabbed the fob and headed down to meet Rob where he was waiting in the vehicle to have access to the parking garage. Upon getting down to the parking garage there was someone parked in our spot. In the check in instructions it instructs you to not park in any other spot because we will be issued at greater city of Toronto parking ticket. Seeing as we had the truck in a tight underground parking Rob asked me to go by elevator to go call the company because there was no service underground... Got to the elevator lobby and my fob isn't working.. tried multiple times to get in and couldn't. I looked behind me and seen a stairwell so I thought to myself I'll walk up one flight and try the fob at the next elevator one level up. Well, once I walk up to the next level I realize the door is locked.
It was an easy Check in, very spacious. It was really clean, bathroom was super clean, and kitchen. It had everything I needed from dishes to clean stove. The view was amazing! I loved my stay there. The only issue was that elevator. Given we were on 43 floor, the elevator broke down and no one could go up and it’d be a nightmare to take stairs. Every day was a struggle to go up, wait time would range from 5-20 minutes waiting for elevator. Besides that, it was a nice, relaxing stay. Would stay there again!
perfect place -- better than a hotel, and increasingly the best choice ... old style hotels are finished -- this is the new approach and with proper technology issues like KYC (know your customer) can easily be addressed... these hotels will outperform traditional hotels in the future
5 star views, simply satisfying stay
One of the best views in all of Toronto. Simple and reliable accommodation. Overall clean however bed comforter and decorative pillows need to be replaced. Keep everything white and fresh looking to avoid concerns but the place was clean so I slept well.
Clean and Nice
Very clean! was happy that pictures looked the same as the actual condo. Will go back forsure.
Great property. Love the space and amazing view. The amenities you had were a great touch. Communication with the property managers before arriving was easy, simple and very pleasant. However I don’t think 6 people can sleep here comfortably. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for 4 people. Other then that the place was amazing.
Hotel staff is rude, not helpful, and fails to provide basic customer service.
Very clean and beautiful apt. Very recommended. Great customer service and the checkin process was seamless. Definitely coming back.
Great view, nice clean property, everything worked. Good location. Communications also prompt, professional and friendly.
Location and convenience and attractions nearby . Awesome
We thoroughly enjoyed this location and this particular condo .The location was excellent : easy to reach , near streetcars ( 10 minutes to the Eaton Center) , two blocks from the Rogers Center , the CN Tower & a grocery store. The corner condo unit was on the 17th floor facing the CN Tower and the Harbour . This unit was fully equipped , including many sundry kitchen and bathroom items . The only thing which gave us trouble was accessing anything other than Netflix on the television . We would definitely stay here again. Bob, Janet & Jill
It was great condo, very clean, cozy and beautiful place
Amazing views!
Unit was very clean. Amazing views. Anything you could possibly need was available. I booked a 2 bedroom unit, and it was not a 2 bedroom. It was a one bedroom condo with a nook that held a bed and hidden by curtains.
- walls with black stains - Carpet stained - Main room doesn’t even have light installation. It just was 2 lightbulbs hanging by a chord over a nail which to turn on and off you would have to switch a “regulator” (not sure what the word for that is). - There were linens in the dryer so if we needed to use it then we would have to fold linens that we never used and put them away. - There is a furniture in the 2nd room with about 6 drawers. From those 6 drawers, 4 were occupied with blankets so if you want to put your clothes away you would have to find another place for either your clothes or the blankets. - Carpet in the master is stained - Sofa was just a piece of fabric covering the cushion where you seat! - There were supposed to be 4 frames in the main bedroom but one of them was missing. You didn’t bother with replacing it or even rearranging them, you just left the nail on the wall. - The mattress on the main bedroom so old! It bents towards the middle and if you felt like sitting on one of the sides you can feel the stiff boards of the bed! - Every time I move the bed squeaks! - So noisy!!! The 2 bedroom walls are the same walls of the elevators. And the building has 47 floors! So imagine how many people use the elevator! All night long! Between that noise and the uncomfortable bed it has been imposible to sleep. - The closet door in the master was broken.
I like the location most. Very convenient to get around. Property management is very responsive. The property is very clean. My only suggestion is to supply facial cleaner and lotion.
Good views, convenient fob system once you understand it. We were given codes that did not work. When we called the help number, it waS GOOD SOMEONE ANSWERED AND THE CODES THEY HAD WAS DIFFERENT THAN THE CODES WE WERE GIVEN. Bed and pillows does not fit the level of 5 star rating. It was below 3 stars with regards to the bed and pillow standards. Rest of the amenities were good. Bed & pillows needs upgraded to be rated as a 5 star property.
Everything was in walking distance. Toronto have some amazing restaurants. Laundry detergent, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth paste, dish detergent were provided. Not many places go to that length to keep guests happy. We would book again. Many thanks!
Place was spacious and clean and well decorated! Parking was a bit confusing but otherwise all good.
Parking issues
The fob did not work to open the parking lots. We had to wait for someone to open both garages. When we checked out we were instructed to leave the fobs in unit, but after coming to parking, we again had to wait for someone to open the resident parking door in parking lot because we did not have the fob

Overall, the property was extremely nice. It was situated in an excellent area, very close to the CN Tower another attractions in downtown Toronto. The second bedroom had a hole in the wall, which was not aesthetically appealing. They were also numerous stains on the comforter blanket found in the second room, which made my guest feel very comfortable.
