Pretty nice hotel

Overall good experience. Clean property. Nice staff. My only complaint was the construction during the morning. The room was clean, nice decor, and spacious. Had some water issues nothing major

Had the pleasure of staying at this property two years ago when it was newly renovated and had a great experience, which is why we decided to stay here again. Very different experience this time around. The hotel lacks amenities but that is clearly communicated in the hotel description. Unfortunately, we did not feel safe; so much so we left a day early. We could not sleep due to the amount of noise coming from the rooms above us. Lots of screaming and shouting. The parking lot was littered with alcoholic beverage items. Additionally, the door had major gaps at the bottom and sides. We will not be returning to this property.

Outside of property is outdated, but rooms are completely updated and nice, except for cable tv. Nice and clean inside room, and parking. Rooms open up to the outside, not interior. No elevators, just stairs. Was a quiet and restful night.

Great location and nice property

Pros: The decor was nice and modern. The units seem recently remodeled. Check in/out was quick and easy. Lots of surfaces to set my stuff on in the room. Cons: The bed sounded like it was on a flimsy steel drum. Lots of sound came through the door at night: sirens, wind, footsteps. The rooms echoed when talking. The temperature was inconsistent.

The good— Well equipped and well decorated room…large and very clean. Super quiet, beautiful color changing mirror. Greeted nicely upon arrival. The bad— Water pressure could be better. The ugly— None Recommended….dont look like much from the street but this place is really great.

The inn is kind of hidden, it’s easy to miss without a GPS. My blanket had some blood on it the first night. Other than that the place was nice for the price. Nothing too fancy. Just a bed, couch, microwave, and fridge.

They have to provide bottled drinking water on daily basis.

My room smelled like cigarettes. Really bad where if i spray something, it didn’t work. My bath towel was so thin and had hair on it. After that i would not use so i had to air dry. No iron. I booked for two nights and left after the first night.

The room was great

I was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The customer service was professional and friendly. It’s tucked away behind a small shopping strip on a busy street but was surprisingly quiet. This place is a gem. I’ve stay here twice.

While this was the perfect location because it is around so many places, I would not recommend. The first room I had smelled like smoke even though theres no smoking allowed. The second room I had to abruptly leave because of bugs being in the bed. When telling the front desk, they recommended me send an email.

TV service was spotty and picture was fuzzy on certian channels.There was no coffee maker, ironing equipment, or smoke detector in the room. The wires for the smoke detector were just hanging out of the ceiling, but there was a disco mirror.

This is a convenient place to stay.

It was a little hard finding our rooms & we had to park across the parking lot, as there was limited space by our room. We rented 2 Queen suite rooms & the rooms were spacey & clean. A/C wasn't on upon arrival, but once it was turned on, it didn't take long for the room to start getting cool.

My family and I were traveling and decided to stay here for about 3 nights which we booked online before arriving at the property. We ended up leaving after our first night. The area where the hotel is is not that great so that was a first red flag. We were traveling with a 5 month old so we wanted to at least check the room to see if we could rest there because we had been driving for a while. The room smelled very mildewed but we figured it may just be because the ac was off. We turned the ac on but it still felt sticky in the room. The sheets did not look bad however they did not look freshly washed. We contemplated staying or leaving and decided that we would stay 1 night and then stay somewhere else. The staff wasn’t rude but then they weren’t nice either. At 1 point the room key stopped opening the door and so I asked the front desk person if they could reprogram the key. The guy was eating and watching something on his phone when I walked up. I told him what happened with the key. He takes it, programs it, comes back, and tosses it into the key holder under the glass. Then he goes back to watching whatever was on his phone. He did not speak to me once. Overall I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Was kinda sketchy when pulling up (only because it's behind a strip mall)but the condition of the hotel and the location are great we did a weekend trip and never left off the street of the hotel the room was neat and clean and it was quiet we will definitely be staying again

This place is amazing . Everything is basically new . There suites are the size of a small 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean . Staff is friendly . Highly recommend this place

Mediocre at best

Check in barely has customer service, feels like a DMV without the line. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Found a roach leg on one of my bath towels. The only time front desk asked if I needed anything was to ask me if I was going to check out at 11:00am . Twas worth a try

I stay here many times. Had a few issues before but they get easily resolved. Staff is friendly and daily rates are very wallet friendly.

Nice hotel in a shady neighborhood

I liked nothing. No shower curtain, used utensils behind night stand, carpet wet from ? Check in was unhelpful. Tried to cancel reservation then but she said it wasn’t able to be done after 4:Pm. Has not even seen too and didn’t want to stay there. I have been in contact with price line for a full reimbursement. It is not safe and dirty!!

Hotel was clean, house keeping is amazing here! the staff isn’t the friendliest they aren’t mean they just aren’t very friendly or inviting. Overall the rooms are super cute and trendy and beds were comfy and the room felt cozy. A/C works GREAT! Lol !

Nice economical hotel near Galleria

Stayed here one night on trip to Houston. Nice staff and convenient for trips into town.

The room was pretty, however, the bedding only had 1 fitted sheet and 2 flat sheet with zero blankets in the room. I truly believe this is done to convenience the hotel and keep utility costs down for the hotel, which is grimey to not provide proper linen. The towels and wash cloths were very thin and dingy. The property requires a $100 deposit, but would not provide a proper receipt with line items for the services nor deposit. The owner/front pdesk personnel asked me to sign a keypad without providing any proof of what i was signing, and when i asked what ut was he was asking me to sign, he sais its just to check in. At check out, he physically left the office to check my room adter i asked for a receipt. However, he vavd me the same receipt he gave me at checkin, which did not show anything. The exterior of the property looks nothing like the pictures online.

The outside of the building doesn’t look the best but the inside is really nice, clean and better than expected. I would stay here again if I were on a budget and came here last minute.

Good value

Not real easy to get to from the road when you're coming west. Outside looks a bit questionable. Rooms have been updated and were very nice. Bowl sink won't be good for families as it's way too high. Hard to even brush my teeth. The lobby is in desperate need of an update. Not welcoming at all. Great room for the price.

More than what meets the eye

I was not pleased with the service I received. And the cleaning service is not efficient . I am still trying to reach the front desk to get my $100 deposit back but to no avail, for whatever reason no one is answering my calls

It was comfortable and quiet. I felt safe and could move about the area without fear. Plenty of shopping and five star restaurants within a short Lyft ride.

Was shown it had tv & wifi and was told by front desk that tv don’t work at any room and didn’t had wifi available.

This is not an upscale kind of place but the price was reasonable. They are doing some renovations, so I would expect that the place will be made nicer over time. Some of the outside areas could have been a little cleaner but they are working the place. A minor detail, there. Safety is a very important consideration for me in that 3 of the 5 Harris County Commissioners are very pro-Criminal, and a 4th one is not particularly blocking anything. You gotta stay aware. The Signature Inn is reasonably safe, only so much they can do. Folks voted for What they got in Harris County. Not sure why. I really liked the Check-in guy. Told him that they needed a more visible sign. He pointed out to me that if I could have just bothered to look up, at the Westheimer entrance, I would have seen a large sign that said "Signature Inn". Check / Check-mate, a good-humor fella, at Check-in. Not sure why regular folks favor politicians who are more than willing to play roulette with their / MY life, but on the whole, All Good at this price point.

It was pretty quiet, probably bcuz it wasnt clear how to access the property and the location is kind of behind another building. The room was clean but the bed wasn't as comfortable, not enough pillows and the coffee machine seemed a little more up to date but the actual coffee was awful. I really didn't like parking my car on the outer skirts of the building and walking through the outside of the building to get to my room so I couldn't even see my car. They told me to walk thru the breezeway past the pool to my room. There is no pool, lol. But there is a filled in rectangle in the ground. Just really expected more when I picked it online.

The location is conviniendo, it has things relatively close by, but the room was not clean, the air conditioning spat out black dust, it looked like mold was growing on the wall under a table.

When I first went in there, I noticed that there are some things that were dealing with the cleanliness. I saw some crumbs on the floor in one of the shelf and also the toilet paper was not brand new. Also, the key card give me some issues opening the door, but the office staff was friendly, and overall it was peaceful

Room was dirty linen looked used. Thank God i had blankets we could lay on. Staff was a little rude at front desk. Didnt want to give me a receipt because i booked thru expedia. But rooms were updated. Neighborhood was sketchy. We stayed one night.

The sheets was dirty the tv didn't come on I didn't feel secured in the room I heard yelling in the morning. The only thing about the situation was I was able to get on my laptop with the Wi-Fi all in all I was ready to go when I pulled up and I talked to Jesus the entire time I said now god just one night
