This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. The villa we stayed at was dirty, outdated, and ants everywhere. There’s even no hot water in the bathroom on the upset level. The stairs in the villa are in such poor condition that they might break. We have complained to the guy at the receiption and he kept lying that the hotel is full! Hotel is empty! The food is terrible.. nothing tasty. For three buffet they charged us like $200 for food that is extremely bad. The hotel is extremely outdated. I’ll ever stay here again. Save your money.

The most disgusting place we have ever stayed at. The hotel placed us in a room that was deemed defective. The power cut out in the room for over 3 hours the first night, with contact back and forth and no one came to assist. When someone finally came, the electrical power sparked up. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were used Which went to show us that the rooms were not properly cleaned for us after the previous guests. We requested to speak to a manager and they said they will help, we heard nothing. The next night, the power cut out again after being changed to a different room. The fridge didn’t even close. No one came to attend to the problems for another few hours. Manager came and said he will refund us for the first two days, and speak to someone higher for us. They said someone will come and speak to us the next day. This did not happen. The third day, the power cut out in the whole hotel. None of the elevators had been working, My husband was in the shower with no water. The hotel didn’t even bother to apologise to any guests. The person below the owner said he will organise a full refund. Then told us to leave. He promised us he will give information for full refund. He then ignored.

Stayed with family for vacation and had absolutely wonderful time. Clean, spacious room with beautiful views. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shutout for fantastic hospitality to Hasan and Haje, from Elani restaurant. They made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Sianji Resort is a place you can relax and truly enjoy this amazingly beautiful part of the world.

Amazing 2 night stay

First impressions of this hotel were outstanding. The hotel grounds and pools were very modern and had the WOW factor. The ‘swim up to’ apartment was very impressive- clean, modern and very comfortable - and the pool itself was superb. The breakfast choice was vast and the food quality very good. I had a very enjoyable dinner in the Elani a-la-carte restaurant on the first evening - although the menu was only obtainable via QR code wasn’t available in English apparently due to a technical problem, so I had to use my google translate app. The meal on the second evening wasn’t as good an experience as on the first night. Overall a very enjoyable 2 night stay that I wish had been longer. Noisy children were a little irritating for me though as I mistakenly thought it was an adults only hotel when I booked it. All the staff I had contact with were amazingly friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.

Disappointing stay.

I would not recommend booking directly with the hotel, if you go through an agent, you have someone who can deal with issues. communication is difficult directly with the staff. the food on all inclusive is very disappointing. saving grace is the location and beach. I will not be going back.

Our 2nd time staying at Sianji in the last 5 years and we love this hotel so much we will be back again in September. The food at breakfast and the evening buffet was delicious and the staff service a 10/10 especially Ceyda with all her help above and beyond the hotel stay arranging late checkout and helping us to adopt a stray cat with communication with the vets in Turgutreis. We had a couple of issues with cleaning in our room and he mini bar being restocked, but once we raised this with Reception all issues were rectified. This is why I am rating a 4* instead of 5 for our stay, but that being said it has not taken away from our amazing experience and the beautiful hotel and facilities as we are about to book in to come back September this year. Thank you to all at Sianji and we look forward to staying with you again! :)

Gorgeous place but not really a well-being resort overall as everyone is allowed to smoke cigarettes anywhere they want including the restaurants which is very uncomfortable and not a good wellness experience. The staff was friendly but most of them don’t speak English or another language. Food was quite good. The pools were very nice but they do need to do maintenance and better upkeep. Music was often also too loud, expected more of a wellness ambience.

We booked junior suites for our stay and the rooms were well appointed, clean and had ample space, with separate dressing area’s. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool area was clean and well laid out and everything is within a short walking distance, the restaurant, well being facilities, the private beach etc. The quality and variety of the food was amazing, quite easily one of the nicest most relaxing stays we have had at a hotel. Brilliant stay, which brilliant people. Especially the chaps running the car valet services, super friendly!!

Staff were amazing and very helpful in the restaurants, bars and common areas. We stayed in their smallest room however it was very nice and good enough for two people. Unfortunately i can't leave good words for room service and house keeping. They really need to work on that. We could not have 2 cups and glasses, and granuled coffee in the rooms for 2 days. Even though we asked them constantly. Reception was very helpful and nice to their guests. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. The beach is lovely.

The resort is quite isolated so if you go there you're forced to get the all-inclusive package. The food is horrendous and it's a joke ... I've been to all-inclusive resorts before and I understand you shouldn't expect the best quality food but this redefined bad food The activities are close to none. The nature walk, was walking through a couple of constructions sites!!! The turkish hamam was cold and the warm water did not work in the bathrooms of both rooms that we had. My girlfriend and mom survived on icecream, cheese, fruit and bread the whole trip ...

Great stay

We stayed in Sianji Well-being resort 3 nights, reserved from different channels due to price optimization. It was a great stay. First of all our king suit was far more better than I expected, equipped with a Jacuzzi with a sea view and a huge space with a living room. all employees were nice and supportive and all our demands were met immediately. I recommend the hotel to especially couples.

Mineral pool was relaxing. Nice to have all the exercise classes available with no extra charge. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spectacular view from the balcony. Excellent live music on Christmas at dinner.

Sianji beauty

I stayed at the Sianji resort for 4 days. The resort was beautiful with amazing scenery. The staff were tentative to our needs. Sianji is a gem of a resort with large rooms accompanied by amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea.

It is beautiful resort. The room was stunning. The food and staff (except Riafe) was terrible. Riafe was the best server. The rest were so bad and rude . I paid for dessert I never received and some pasta that was so nasty I returned it back because I could not believe how awful it was. Front desk was so rude when you call to ask basic questions just overall disappointed and not worth what we paid. Better resorts available. Save your money also it is really far from everything.

Worst hotel stay of my life

I would never stay at this hotel. Male waiters at dinner area are extremly rude. I arrived for dinner at 8:30 they didnt serve what I ordered until 9:30. I asked them for my food three times more until then. Then I was told service was close. It was ridiculous. So I paid for dinner that I disnt eat. Then they wanted to charge me double price at the check out. When I refused to pay. They fixed it and said my reservation amount entered to system as per night price and it was their mistake. Or It was just a ripp off try. This was my worst hotel stay in my whole life and I travel a lot. Don’t stay this hotel, if you dont want to have a horrible vacation

Almost Perfectly Engineered

The staff here are generally amazing. They are attentive and look after the guests very well. The reception staff are excellent, the bar staff are excellent and generally the staff at the restaurant (the ala carte is better) are very, very good. We had an issue with the AC unit in our room. The service people did a quick fix and it was not sorted. If all of the AC units in our room had been working I would give this a 10/10 but I cannot. The reception staff tried to get the engineers to sort this out but they did not and blustered the usual about - have they shut the windows and have they tried turning it on and off. If they did their jobs this would have been a faultless experience.

Amazing resort

We came to Sianji for a wedding event and were blown away by this resort. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff treated us well. The staff are friendly, professional and most of them speak basic to good English. They did an incredible job with the wedding and we all had fun. There are so many things to do at the resort. From swimming in the pools or at their private beach to sampling their spa packages to chilling at the multiple bars this hotel has it all. The all-inclusive deal is worth it if you plan to just spend your time at this resort since it includes all meals (buffets), all you can drink, and access to the spa (not all packages though). If you get bored the resort can arrange a taxi or shuttle to Bodrum or other areas nearby. We stayed at the two-bedroom pool villa which is worth it for direct pool access and privacy. The only issue we had (which was quickly resolved) was with the pillows which were too hard/high for our necks and caused neck problems, however, we swapped these pillows for softer/lower pillows with the receptionist (apparently a common request). The breakfast was incredible with a buffet

Great stay for a wedding weekend getaway

Amazing location, rooms with access to the pool. Reasonably priced and good selection of food. Loved the mezzes, but could have more Turkish options for the mains. Had a great time celebrating Hulya and Rich's wedding. Couldn't have picked a better location.

Lost property

I moved rooms after the 2nd night and the hotel was well aware of this. I contacted the front desk at 7 am the morning after I moved to tell them that I had left some items in the bathroom in my old room, I was assured that they would look into it. I heard nothing an hour later so asked again and was told someone would go to the room straight away. A 2hrs later still nothing. I asked again and was told the same thing. Not until 3/4pm when I approached them again and told all items are discarded during cleaning, they do not keep the lost property. They were unhelpful. Other than this the hotel is lovely and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and the detox program is very good.

Absolutely love Sianji! My second time at the resort and this time I came with my partner and we had a mountain view villa with the pool outside our room. The views across the resort are breathtaking it really is a beautiful place and I will certainly be coming back again in the future. The food at the hotel was fantastic, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming and the spa facilities pools etc are all great. Definitely 5 star service and a 5 star experience.

Great hotel with good health and detox programmes

The hotel is amazing with very big spacious rooms. The spa facilities are excellent and there is a nice great indoor thallasso mineral pool. All indoor pools have a great view outside. I was on a detox programme and all staff related to the programme were very good. The hotel is about 40 mins away from bodrum so in a quiet neighbourhood but still not too far from Bodrum if you need to go there.

Stunning scenery.

I was very impressed with efsun and the reception staff. Stayed in a fantastic sea view suite, a very relaxing environment. Staff in the spa were helpful and not pushy. The breakfasts were nice too. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Amazing views, really imaginary. The size of the room is good, we got a sea view suite and it was amazing size and view. Unfortunately you feel that the property is old although we were told it is only 7 years old, but it felt like it is 30 years old at least, the AC sound is so loud, there are a lot of broken stuff. Food is really good though, I would give this a 4.5 out of 5.

If you are from China and travel in big froup, this hotel can be a good choice, otherwise I don't recommend. Big hotel with big restaurant. 95% Chinese. Hotel managers had interest in taking care of big number of Chinese guests only. They were simply too busy. Food terrible. Too high cost for overall service although I paid almost double of Chinese guests. Undersandable, but not happy at all.

The air condition didn’t work at all in our suite, there were no kids facilities as advertised in the description and I took my 3 year old son there, also the indoor pool and jacuzzi were both not heated

DO NOT book this hotel. Misleading description!

to begin with the hotel is SUPER far away from anything so unless you have a car you will be stuck in the hotel the whole stay. we stayed in a VENUS villa - there is NO internet connection - we complained and nothing happened, Our AC was super noisy - once again complained and nothing! my hair dryer almost exploded with flames coming out of it! the stairs leading to the room are so noisy that my husband was waking up whenever I used them. They have a stove, fridge etc... but no utensils? I mean who travels with plates and forks? Also the pool area has no sun whatsoever - the view is overlooking some ugly mountains. Now lets talk about the cleanliness of the room. There isn't any besides changing the trash. Our bed was done properly only once, the other days they literally threw the duvet and left it as it is. The pool area is nice and really what saves the hotel slightly. there is NO service in the pool. Literally has to go to the bar several times as NO ONE comes to take drink orders. Also cleanliness around the pool TERRIBLE. There were left diapers and glasses everywhere. the pool needs urgent maintenance as the tiles are falling off and loose at the bottom of the pool - these have sharp edges so an accident can happen anytime. The ELANI restaurant was closed and that was something the hotel failed to disclose on the web page so we were stuck eating in the only restaurant which was TERRIBLE. The menu is awful and they managed to ruin a grilled cheese toast!!!!!

Mixed feelings.

On most travel sites this hotel and spa is listed as 5*, well as someone who has stayed in quite a few 5* hotels, this sadly falls short in many places. First impressions were good, we arrived by private transfer, however, on check-in the person at the desk was less than friendly, not what you expect from 5* or a well being resort. To save space, I will bullet points why i started at a 5 rating and ended up at 3. - Checkin and Checkout, very abrupt staff, no pleasantries. on Check-out just presented with the bill, no enquiry as to whether we had enjoyed our stay or not. - The villa itself was fine, however, be warned; the walls between the villas are very thin, unfortunately our next door neighbours argued alot! into the small hours. The back bedroom has 2 issues, firstly it is on the main corridor which is very long and amplifies the smallest noise, if you are a light sleeper be warned. It overlooks staff quarters and you can see, very clearly into their bedrooms, see them wandering around in underwear and even sleeping in their beds. - The Spa has an international award, my expectations were high, however, the young lady manning reception was very surly, not at all someone who should be the face of a relaxation center. She also managed to get my booking wrong, not that they told me but I can understand Turkish and they had clearly forgotten to make my booking so they were scrambling round trying to find a masseur. She was also about to charge the wrong room.

great hotel for relaxing and family

We had an Eater holiday for a family of 4. The sea view rooms had amazing views & 3 spacious bedrooms with washing machine. Hotel staff were very friendly, weather was good. There were 3 pools indoor and out and our tour guide arranged activities like boat trip, turkish bath and boat trip. Massages also excellent. Food fresh and excellent. Hotel overall is peaceful and tranquil.

Hotel is luxurious, staff is great but many small maintenance items outstanding in room and facilities. Went in off-season and many services not available or downgraded. While the hotel is really nice you either have to close it in the off-season or operate it to a reasonable standard if you have guests staying there.

Although we visited during the off season (outdoor pool and private beach closed), the available facilities and views were outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Sea views from our balcony were fantastic. A great quiet retreat at this time of year.

Very good retreat hotel with detox and yoga and spa. Right on beach with lovely grounds. We had a pool villa which was good for the kids on so far as you could swim from your room, but the view was very second rate and disappointing. The hotel rooms and views were vastly superior with gardens extending out from the room.

Lovely hotel with awesome views and friendly staff

First, the hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is equally awesome and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel and grounds are large enough to accommodate all so that you do not feel crowded even when the hotel is at full capacity. The massages are a must! The ladies are petite but have hands of steel. The best ever massage! I did not do the all inclusive but elected to have dinner at the restaurant on-site where the food was fantastic. I stayed 3 nights and never left the resort. I was lucky to get a Penthouse seaside room and it was perfect!

Good Hotel, but noisy neighbours.

The hotel itself was fantastic, the staff are friendly, the views from the hotel are stunning, and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The main problem with the hotel are it's neighbours, who play loud music across the bay until 2am. With the doors and windows of the room shut, you can not hear this, but if you want to sit outside to take in the beautiful scenery, the loud party music really takes away from what should be a peaceful and relaxing evening. I feel this is such a shame, as the hotel itself feels such a tranquil and relaxing place to get away from it all. The hotel was relatively clean, although if you were to be a perfectionist, there was some hairs in one of the bathrooms, plus a dead mosquito which had been squashed on the headboard of the bed, which was there on our arrival, and was not cleaned during our stay. The facilities in the room were great, including a lovely bath tub, which was placed so you could see the beautiful view from the window. The bed's were a little harder than what we are used to, but we soon got used to that. We didn't take the all inclusive option, so there were limited places to eat. It took us a while to work out what restaurants were open to us, as some of the restaurants (including the juice bar) appeared to only be available to those on the 'detox' program, which was a little disappointing as we had been looking forward to trying out some different juices.

Will go again

The stay was beautiful. The jacuzzi in my room wasn't working. The management didn't hesitate and upgraded me to a better room. The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very helpful. The indoor pools are fantastic. Value for money

Attractive hotel but very limited cuisine

Attractive hotel with the most stunning views of the rocky coast of the Aegean but the hotel summer facilities were not fully open as we went over Easter, which was not as bad as could have been if weather was nicer. Jacuzzi in the prime location in the bedroom looking at the beautiful sea views is one of my life's highlights and was fully used. Spa facilities were very good, which included Turkish Hammam, Steam Room and Sauna and all were heavily used by us because of the bad weather.

Chilly April

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Two negatives- there was some utility work with street closures which turned a 4 km drive from town into 20 km. Also, we were in a rush checking out and I didn't check the receipt until we were on the plane. It appeared they charged us twice for at least one bar tab.

The staff was amazing and attentive to our needs. They made sure we enjoyed our time at their resort.... we were very pleased. A bit far from Bodrum and taxis are quite expensive but such an amazing resort. Don't miss receiving a massage and imbibing in the Shisha.

Excellent Place to Stay and close to Bodrum

Sianji is a great place to stay with friendly people committed to making your stay pleasant and worthwhile! They have a wonderful Spa and Pool complex. The front desk staff are wonderful, very helpful and want to make your stay great! The restaurant staff is excellent, committed to making sure you you enjoy your food and very attentive! Strongly encourage that you stay here! The corner suite that we stayed in has great views of the Aegean and the ocean!

off season

The hotel was pleasant. We visited when it was still off season, which means the finer details of our stay were not tweaked. we stayed in a sargon villa. At first glance, beautiful modern hotel. At close inspection, couches, seats had major water stains that turned brownish color. But they did clean the place perfectly. Maybe they need to reupholster the furniture? Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with utensils but no cookware, which we found odd. The hotel help were nice and attentive. The beach however was not clean at all. but they were trying to get things in order before high season rolled around. Over all, nice property, just needs a few minor details to be worked on. I would suggest going when it's open season. we clearly see them to Getty

Close to the beach, a mix timesheering-detox hotel

The hotel is a little bit far from Bodrum City center, somehow isotated. But very nice and quiet, especialy during winter season. Momentary is a mix between a detox clinic and a regular turquish hotel, thing that can be unpleasent for people going for detox and weightloss. A problem is that a part of the staff speaks only turquish, nu international language

It's not an hotel, it's a time-share condo

First of all the "hotel" is very nice. Even at its busiest time (I was told the hotel was full) it was not very crowded. In fact there weren't many people around, which was weird. The rooms are large and well designed. We stayed in the smallest suite (1 bedroom) which had its own washer, a large jacuzzi (hot tub), and a spectacular view. The breakfast was included and was very good as well. Keep in mind that this place is not actually a hotel, it consists of time-share and private owned condos and when the owner is not there they rent their apartment to other people. Most of the owners are either Russians, Ukranians, or from Azerbaican. But they are the rich folks from there so there wasn't any noise or anything disturbing from them. We actually stayed in a house owned by a Ukranian. The only disturbing thing was the endless fight we had to suffer through from the Turkish couple next door. Now coming to the staff, when we were checking out, the girl at the front desk realized that they charged us a lower rate than what Expedia gave and wanted to get the difference. Of course, I refused. And she came back with her face down saying it's fine. And after that point she did not care to call someone to help us with our luggages even though she saw that we were having a hard time carrying them out of the hotel. She did not even ask how the stay was. Adding this to the 1.5 hours spent with Mr. Kerem who tried to sell us a time-share, the hotel stay became just average.

HI There; honstly speaking, the hotel in general was good. But, it lacks several stuff for example the wifi is so weak. , dishes served not tasty .. Stunning views; good facilities

The property is in a stunning location - views to die for. We had just a one-night stop-over, so weren't able to take advantage of all the facilities the resort has to offer. Breakfast had an amazing range of options, The inclusive gym, pool, Turkish bath and spa options were excellent. Some physical aspects of the property are becoming tired and in need of rennovation/upgrade, but these didn't impact our stay. Our 3 bedroom suite for 2 couples did not feel spacious; small bedrooms and bathrooms were slightly uncomfortable (eg had to leave suitcases in common area because bedrooms were too small). This was not in keeping with the general spacious feel of the resort overall. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Good, but...

The design of the resort is really beautiful, but upon closer inspection you notice that it was built somewhat cheaply and things area already showing their age after only 4-5 years. The Staff was friendly but the service was varied, some provided great service, especially the foreign (non-Turkish) staff. But others were incredibly slow and didn't look like they knew what they were doing (early in the season?). There are only 3 restaurants, the all-inclusive and then one pool-side, one beach-side that have basically the same menu with a couple turkish plates, normal plates, salads and pastas. Eating there all week would've gotten very boring. A few KMs in town are much better options with better service and cheaper. The wine list is very over-priced. Wifi was OK, but would drop out at times in the rooms that were a little further from the center of the resort. At night the resort across the bay plays pounding music until 2am every night that you can hear even after closing your door. This bugged me a couple nights. Again, the design is amazing, the setting is beautiful, the common spaces are quite nice, but there are details that can limit how much you truly enjoy the place. (sorry for only 1 paragraph, this won't let me put breaks).

Giriş yaptığımız ilk gün minibar boştu soğuk su dahil bulunmuyordu oda servisini 3 kere aradıktan 2-3 saat sonra minibar yerleştirildi Havuza indiğimizde havlu kartlarını verdiğimizde şu an elimizde havlu yok dediler Yemekler ve kahvaltılar genel olarak iyiydi ancak servis personeli yoğunluktan dolayı servise yetişemiyordu personel sayısının arttırılması yararlı olur diye düşünüyorum Son gün asansör bir anda ara katta sarsıntılı bir şekilde durdu alarma basınca görevliler geldi ve yanımda eşim olmasına rağmen ara kattan asansörden asağı atlatabilir misiniz dediler benim istemem ile bir merdiven getirebildiler Bu otelde daha önce kaldığımızda çok memnun ayrılmıştık ancak bu sefer aynı memnuniyette ayrılamadık Sezon yoğunluğu arttıkça ne yazık ki hizmet kalitesi çok düşmüş

Der Empfang was super, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Servicemitarbeiter im Restaurant waren auch sehr bemüht. Das Essen war allerdings sehr eintönig.

Hava çok soğuktu buna rahmen konaklamamız güzel geçti. Yemekler mükemmeldi servis harikaydı. Buna karşılık sıpadaki masajlar oldukça pahalıydı. Otel olarak tavsiye ederim. Restorandaki servis personeline ve mutfak çalışanlarına çok teşekkürler.

Beklentimizin de otesinde bir tatil oldu

Cok kibar calisanlar vardi ve iyi bir hizmet alabilmemiz ellerinden geleni yaptilar. Gercekten bekledigimizden de öte bir memnuniyetle ayrıldık otelden. Isim yapmis ve pahali bir cok otelde konaklamis bir ciftiz ve onlardakinden bile daha cok memnun kaldik diyebiliriz. Sürekli ikramlar ve kucuk suprizler ile bizi sasirttilar.

Tam bir spa oteli. Kışın kaldım. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi. Odalar güzel. Tavsiye ederim.

We stayed 2 nights. It was quite pleasant. Although it was winter time, all indoor functions were in use. The breakfast was decent. Spaces were clean. Nice spa. Satisfied.
