I had problems with the recepcionist to receive one simple document to joint two payments related to my room and a colleague room that I paid. I asked to speak with the manager there and they brought a "fake manager" for that area.

Well organized and run! Staff was friendly and overall just great! Enjoyed my stay and will return for sure. With limited Portuguese speaking skills the staff was understanding and helpful. The breakfast was amazing

We have stayed here twice. We love the helpful, friendly staff. The free breakfast is delicious. We also like the fact that you can walk to the beach area which has wonderful restaurants.

The food & beverage in the club room was poor quality and little variety.

Check-in was early and quick. Check out very smooth as well. Internet did not work, and the ability to solve it was not only bad, we were poorly treated. Room had to be changed. Pool is tiny, cold. No special access to beach, or agreements with beach clubs. Room interior design and materials are wanting. Views are spectacular. Good breakfast.

Nice modern hotel.

On calling reception, they do not have a system that detects your room number. It is annoying to say every time your room number. Orange juice is not squeezed or it is watered, but it does not taste good

Fiquei 6 dias em um bom quarto no vigésimo andar. Realmente gostei muito do quarto, da vista e do Sheraton Club. A área da piscina é legal e a academia também. Mas percebi algumas coisas que não achei positivas e ainda mais para um hotel desse porte, preço e padrão. A roupa de cama tinha vários pequenos furos. Em uma dos serviços de quarto, percebi que as fronhas dos travesseiros também continham muitos furos. Pareciam ser de muito uso. Outra coisa foi na área da piscina. Utilizei 3 toalhas e todas continham grandes furos ou rasgos. E em uma das vezes que foram arrumar o quarto, deixaram apenas uma toalha e um roupão. Sabiam que haviam duas pessoas no quarto. Erros acontecem, mas acho que certas coisas poderiam ser evitadas. O atendimento foi muito bom. Especialmente com uma recepcionista chamada Ana Carla. Excelente pessoa e profissional. Sempre educada e atenciosa. Voltaria para ficar mais alguns dias em uma outra ocasião, mas acho que poderia ter uma experiência ainda melhor.

Good hotel, beach not the best

Best hotel in Vitoria. If it had spa and balcony I would have rated it 5 stars

Hotel and staff are great. It's a nice location you have shoppings and restaurants nearby, and the Praia do Canto wich is a very nice one but is OK. Gym is very well equipped and the swimming pool is nice and with a beautiful view.

AmaIng stay! The hotel it’s located in an amazing location. I love Vitoria, one of my favourite towns in Brazil. Great service with a gorgeous breakfast. Me and my husband loved our stay and we will go back for sure.

I had lunch and fish got food poison. called the front desk to call for a doctor no help. Next day morning my fried come and took to the doctor got treated and spend half of the day in the hospital. My whole business program got cancelled. very bad experience. I complained ti the general manager but he didn't took and action. It shouldn't happen any of the gust.

Sheraton Vitoria - July 2016

I've stayed at the Sheraton Vitoria several times and have always been satisfied. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and good service.

After visiting family in Minas for two weeks, we decided to spend a few days in Vitoria before returning to the States.

Right across from the beach.

Great hotel. Breakfast buffet was nice. They give enough time when it's 10 o'clock. They don't rush which is nice.

Pleasant, no surprises, worth the money.

I had a room on a high floor that looked out on the bay. Great view and could see both Vitoria and Vela Velha. Quiet, no hassels with check-in or check-out. Desk staff communicated in English well. Clean room, very comfortable bed, room lacked a few accoutrements, e.g., kleenex. English not as easily encountered in stores and restraunts as in tourist and business centers such a Rio and Sao Paulo, so try to learn some portuguese if you're by yourself or travelling without someone who does speak the language. I am in Rio a lot for business and wanted to see something new, plus get away from Rio's high costs, especially for hotels, so went to Vitoria for the weekend. Total for plane ticket, hotel, food and taxi was less than just my hotel bill would have been in Rio. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Place to stay in Vitoria

this is a good hotel to stay in Vitoria, but it is way too much expensive compared to service you get. You dont realy get what you pay for but it is the best place to stay in Vitoria. If you are having problems with the food in Brazil, the Mc Donalds is just around the corner of the hotel.

Incrível, funcionários educados e prestativos, alimentação de qualidade e saborosa, tanto o café da manhã quanto o jantar. Quartos confortáveis, grandes e agradáveis. Excelente localização, muitas vagas de estacionamento.

Precisa de atualização nos apartamentos, não tem chaleira elétrica ou maquina de café, carpete nos corredores. Achei o valor alto pelo que oferece, mas a localização e o atendimento acabam compensando.

Estava tudo muito bom. Só não foi perfeito por causa da limpeza do banheiro.

La bonne place (attention au débit internet)

Hôtel habituel ou je vais à Vitoria. Je pense que c’est le meilleurs hôtel (plus récent ) avec un service professionnel Par contre à revoir - la partie débit du wifi en 2,4 GHz maxi et le débit internet qui est vraiment bas. Si vous avez des visios affaire c’est trop bas. J’ai du désactiver ma caméra pour pour bosser. Ne compter pas faire une mise à jour de votre ordinateur, ou uplooder des photos non plus. C’est la seul chose pas positive de l’hôtel. Je viens de passer 8 jours sur place. Point positif - accueil - en face de la plage - 20 minutes à pied du centre (gaffe la nuit il faut rentrer en taxi) - petit déjeuner - service général

Hotel bom em comparação com os demais na região

È um bom hotel, com quartos espaçosos e vista muito linda. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são gentis, embora tivéssemos que aguardar um pouco na recepção, porque alguns estavam com outras atividades. A Piscina é bem pequena, mas agradável.

Fiquei hospedado no Sheraton Vitória de 14 a 16 de março. A estadia foi agradável, os quartos atenderam bem às expectativas e a vista é realmente deslumbrante. No entanto, o grande problema foi o café da manhã. A qualidade dos alimentos deixou muito a desejar. O sabor era bastante ruim, especialmente os ovos, que tinham um gosto péssimo. Além disso, o atendimento no café da manhã foi apenas razoável, sem a atenção esperada para um hotel desse padrão. Fora isso, a experiência geral foi aceitável, mas o café da manhã comprometeu a impressão final.

Hotel muito bom, porém os travesseiros no quarto são muito ruins, precisam ser trocados com urgência.

Quarto amplo e confortável, com uma vista linda da baia de Vitória. Cama grande e muito confortável também. Ar condicionado geladinho! Chuveiro com boa pressão. Ponto positivo para o atendimebto tanto da recepcao quanto do restaurante/cafe da manhã: todos sempre muitos cordiais e pró-ativos! Tenho restrição alimentar (sou vegana) e a equipe do hotel foi muito solícita em providenciar alimentos especiais para mim no cafe da manhã.

In generale è un buon hotel ma mi aspettavo un livello un po' superiore soprattutto nella camera, abituato ad altri Sheraton nel mondo

Bom, mas podia ser melhor

O hotel é muito bom, mas os travesseiros e os lençóis sao ruins. As toalhas estao desgastadas e nao emprestam toalhas para praia. Café da manhã com muitas opções, e pessoal de apoio bem simpatico. A piscina e a sauna sempre limpas, alias todo o hotel é muito limpo. A localizacao é excelente.

Checkin demorado ……. Começaram a cobrar estacionamento e para sair com o carro o qrcode não funciona . Já fiquei muitas vezes mas padrão caiu inclusive as roupas de cama não condiz com um Sheraton. Enfim — dificilmente vou ficar me hospedar novamente

Bom hotel. Cama boa. Vista bonita. Atendente no café da manhã não falava inglês. Máquina de café não tinha legenda em inglês. Teto do banheiro com vazamento e mofo. Não tinha aquecedor de água e chá no quarto.
