Friendly and helpful staff. It’s a great location to Beaches and shops . I feel comfortable staying there . I would recommend this place .

Professional staff. Nice lobby. Breakfast was delicious. Parking in the basement was a little tricky driving.

Details matter to the name

Great location and room and friendly crews.. I would not come for food though.. somehow sadly lacks tastes and flavor consistently in their food overall.. And, ran into a couple incidents that i was served unclean napkins.. each time, mgr accommodated with free dinner..

Conveniently situated near retail shopping mall and local restaurants. Customer service is top notch and friendly. Room configuration and smoked glass bathroom facing shower stall is an odd setup for a western 5-star brand hotel…otherwise, all good.

Everything was great. I’ve stayed in my care share of Marriott properties, and this place was nicer than some Ritz I’ve stayed in. The rooms are great and the staff is wonderful. Excellent beach access—they have a section on the beach with beach beds for guests.

Every time I am back in Vietnam, I made a trip to Nha Trang city since I love this city. This is my first time to stay at the Sheraton (I stayed at the Intercontinental twice and at the Best Western Havana twice before the Covid-19). My review is based on my experiences with the Intercontinental hotel next to the Sheraton. Overall I am very pleased and happy with the hotel and the hotel staffs. Since they are competing to each other, both hotel are having almost identical services and trying to make guests to be happy during their stay. I would say that the Intercontinental is better but not a lot; if I have to choose between the two hotel, I will choose the Sheraton. What I like: Hotel staffs, breakfast area and staffs, the swimming pool, the security guards in the 2nd basement, the view from the room, the quiet, the cleanliness, the Club Lounge and staffs. What need to be improved: (1) telephone is not working in the suite (2) lights inside the suite need to be checked to make sure they are lighted up, (3) carpet in the suite is too old, (4) the "Auto" mode of the two central air controllers in the suite is not working so they keep both the AC fans running 24/24 at high speed and noisy (5) the front desk did not offer a courtesy call asking guest if need assistant with luggage at check out time I hope to be back.

Wonderful Hotel!

Great option for a stay in Nha Trang. Great location, lovely staff, great facilities, wonderful breakfast and amazing views. Highly recommend when staying in Nha Trang!

They set up a screen on the pool deck to watch the World Cup games.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, always assisting in calling taxis and giving recommendations of things to do in the area. The breakfast was also delicious, and had so many options to choose from! I would absolutely stay there again, 10/10 would recommend.

The property was almost next door to Nha Trang Center--a shopping center, and across the street from the beach. The staff was super friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were well-appointed and quiet.

Food and drinks have been at an outstanding quality. Even better was the service and the focus on their guests' needs. The room was clean and comfortable. We would book a stay at the Nha Trang Sheraton anytime again!

Fantastic customer service.

My stay at this hotel was great. The only small gripe that I had was not having furniture on the balcony to lounge in. Very minor. The customer service was outstanding. We ordered room service one evening and my well done burger got mixed up with a very rare ordered burger. The staff was extremely apologetic and the head Chef came to talk to us personally. I highly recommend including the breakfast with your stay. Definitely worth the value. Couldn’t be happier with our stay there.

Friendly staff and good service

Very attentive staff especially the breakfast team. Rooftop Bar only open on certain days due to covid downturn. Games room also not open.

A 3 night stay

The stay is pleasant and comfortable, staff is very friendly and attentive. The tour desk provide a very detail day tour . We are very please with the half day tour, very interesting.

The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they also spoke very good English The hotel was very clean and modern with spectacular views

The Sheraton staff were quite friendly. Rooms were clean. However, it was frustrating to be told that we needed to put down a deposit of 3million dong and that any extra hotel expenses would be deducted from this. When we checked out, we were asked to pay for the extra expenses on top of the 3 million dong which we are still waiting to receive after 4 days.

Great location and penthouse has a beautiful view of the ocean

I received offer to upgrade club room by top up certain amount, it was great stay especially service proved by the staffs in club lounge, they entertain my 3 years old child. David was helpful and recommend nice local restaurant. I wish to go back again!

friendliness of the staff

The services was nice. The foods was delicious. The guy service in the parking area was slow, didnt helped much. He needs to do faster and helping the customers park their motorcycle. Everything else is good. Nothing to complains.

Good location, good sky bar, excellent friendly staff, Lily and her team in the Steam n spice restaurant were really good. We had three excellent meals there. Yumi and Nancy in the breakfast dining room were excellent communicators, good company and made the whole experience worthwhile.

Good Stay as you expect from this hotel chain

Overall a good stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang. Location is good and facilities what you would expect for this standard of hotel. Breakfast was also OK. A good selection but not the best we have experienced. Special mention to the Chief Concierge, Mr. Anh Tran, who was really helpful to organise our day trip transport and also sorting out our taxi when we left, followed up by a message to check we arrived at our next destination safely. Perfect concierge service from him, much appreciated. The only small problem we experienced was with the bathroom shower door that could not stop water running out and soaking the bedroom carpet (open plan design from bathroom to bedroom). We stayed in room 1120. One further suggestion for improvement would be to start check-in from 2pm which we think is quite normal for the many hotels we have stayed in around the world. The Sheraton starts check-in at 3pm.

Overall a good stay

Stayed before and during the CNY busy period. Tourists mainly from China and Korea. Relatively small hotel compound, nothing much to do specially at night, the pool and activities level close at 6pm /7pm.

The hotel is quite old...we booked club room and at first they put us in a very tiny and smelly room. My Husband called the reception about the stench. They send someone carrying a freshener spray. We left her to do her task and at the reception, I asked if we can be transferred to another room as it's so tight we don't even have room to put our 3small hand carry bags. They said we can be transferred but have to pay extra US$90/night. I said, I'd rather go to the next hotel and willing to pay more and not smelly! In short, they transferred us to a room we expected how a de luxe room in a club floor would be. The lady staffs at the club lounge are gracious and helpful. I wouldn't go back again being the rooms are old and furnitures are outdated. This hotel need to have a complete renovation to keep up with Intercon next door.

Extremely well presented hotel in a great location. Private beach and prices very reasonable. Staff are the best. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast at the Feast was great with a large selection of breakfast foods that were fresh. Could not fault at all.

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Good air conditioning. There were irritating niggles. No balcony furniture unless sign waiver. It said ocean view, but was a corner view and you saw more of the hotel next door than the sea At the desk, I asked to change pounds for dong. I was given a receipt to sign for a Euro rate. There was no butter available except a spread I was told there was none, but then told there was much later On the positive side, the hotel delivered fruit to my room as an apology. They also delivered a little chair for the balcony use, but no table. I mention this because my previous hotel provided balcony furniture and a full sea view You expect more from the brand

Sheraton?

I expected better out of Sheraton. Check in process was long. They said check in at 3pm and I was there at 2:55pm and she said “oh it’s not 3” and made me wait another 15-20 mins. The rooms were not Sheraton standard neither were the bathrooms. Room service took longer than expected. Compared to other Sheraton’s in Asia this was not at the Sheraton standard in my opinion.

Loved our stay, will be back

Just loved our stay here. Room lovely and big, clean and the view amazing. Staff extremely helpful and so nice, location fantastic and the breakfast, OMG the best and biggest I have ever had anywhere in the world. Bed comfy, and pool to die for and the view from the pool awesome.

Quite disappointing

I've had stayed at this hotel before and was very satisfied with it, but things have changed a lot this time. First, the price was so expensive this time. Second, they gave me a room with two beds but I asked for a single bed, then I was asked to pay extra $100/night to "upgrade" (which I agreed). Still, the room was a bit dirty and fusty, and smelt like someone had smoked in there. I wanted to checkout earlier and get an "Yes, it's OK" from Expedia, still the hotel didn't agree with it and charged the full price. Staff were friendly, but some not very helpful. It's not worth the money - I would've had a much better experience staying at other hotels with that amount of money.

Nice hotel with great swimming pool and breakfast

The hotel staff is friendly even with a really late check-in. The breakfast buffet was really good with vietnamese food and a traditional continental buffet. The swimming pool is wonderful with a view on the sea. Great stay

Great Hotel in Nha Trang

We had an amazing stay, from the moment we checked in to the last minute when we checked out. Staff very helpful, comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast, amazing rooftop bar

As a guest of Sheraton, the hotel was great however there are two issues with regards to the room. 1. The sliding doors where large and heavy with no door handles or hinges to use to slide the doors across besides a small circle lock on the bathroom door to fit your finger in to manoeuvre the door. 2. The basin tap does not have any groove, so once you use soap, turning on the tap as your hands become slippery is a task and the tap itself has quite a friction to twist. The rooms and location was great.

Nice hotel it has a view of the ocean

Breakfast at 6 - 10am. Solid hotel and the view of the ocean was pretty nice. I would come back. the rooftop pool was spectacular.

Hotel with private beach

We stayed here for 2 nights.If it had not been for the dated carpet and stained bathroom floor I would have given it 5/5. Nevertheless, great staff, quick check-in, entry to private beach and easy walk to nearby bars, restaurants were noted.

Pity about their attitude

This is a nice hotel with a friendly and attentive staff. However ,for us, the stay was badly influenced by a small matter which they could easily have rectified but the duty managers attitude meant they didn't. Our prepaid three day stay included free wifi (in writing on the confirmation) but they insisted on charging me for three days usage when checking out. After 15 minutes listening to b.s. about how expensive it was for them to provide the service etc they offered the "huge" concession of reducing the charge by 50% contending that I had signed for it when going onto the system. No amount of explanation would do and in exasperation I paid as taxi was waiting. A small thing but it leaves a sour taste - free internet (in writing) should mean that. Any properly run establishment would honour their commitment and not screw the customer on technicalities.

Great location

Location of the hotel is great, located just right with some cafes and a mall within walking distance. It is just across the beach. The room we had was with perfect seafront view. The room is comfortable, and has everything you could expect from a hotel chain, except that the cleanliness can be better specifically in the bathroom. There was some clogging issues with the bathroom. Food wise, they serve decent breakfast selections. Their rooftop bar, Altitude serves delicious dinner.

Hotel in Nha Trang

If you wish to have an real Viet city experience then the hotel is situated on the waterfront , over the road from the beach. Walk inland and you experience the busy city. Views from the roo were lkvely.

Close to beach and main strip

Hotel has good spa but pool is not heated, during winter time, it is not usable at all. Breakfast is average, coffee is not hot enough, there are other hotels with much better breakfast

I don't think 5 start

The staff very helpful, swim poor very nice, spa clean. Only my room got the Bab smell, the next day I let staff know that , they put in other machines, it a bit worked, let smell. Itge first day I got itch and rash, maybe some from a the carpet , next day same , when I am check out , I let staff knew that.. The food it okay. I don't think it 5 stars hotel.

Excellent top end hotel with great views.

By Vietnam standards this is an expensive hotel but the facilities live up to it. It's in a great location just across the road from Nah Trang's golden beach. Our room was marvellous and we had a fantastic sea view from our balcony. The roof bar had a stunning view. All the staff were helpful.

Impressive and friendly staff

The staffs are very friendly. Check in was at 3:00 in the afternoon while we arrived and finished our lunch at 1:30. The waiting time was not easy since I have kids and they were tired. Restaurants were good . They have connecting rooms, so when you go with family or grandparents, it's very convenient, and I really love this . The one point that I don't like is breakfasts are not diversity, nearly the same for the 3 days I stayed there .

Best staff on floor 25. Luc Luu was amazing-friendly, kind, thoughtful; and the kitchen staff made special vegetarian options while we were there. Incredible!!! Very special, relaxing place.

Nice Nha Trang stay

very good. One very annoying problem however: each day they waited until 4.30 pm to clean the room so often as we showered after the beach we were interrupted by the cleaning staff even though the room had been empty all day.

Nice hotel

Hotel was okay but I was very disappointed that we were charged $15 for a small glass of wine which was not very good.

Beautiful hotel. Definitely worth the price.

The hotel was beautify and the staff was very nice. We had the 'preferred guest' room with sea view and it was spectacular. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the infinity pool or the other facilities though. I took a look at the gym and it was really nice with all the equipment you need.

We had a nice stay here. The hotel is beautiful and it's located at a great location in town. The hotel has a beautiful pool looking over the ocean. Overall, the stay was great. However, the snorkeling day tour booked through the hotel totally doesn't worth its price. The tour guide only give us one hour on the sea to do snorkeling. Then the guide drop us off on an island where has only typical water sports available with extra charge and its beach is extremely crowded with tourists.

Nha Trang Short Stay

Short buisness 2 night trip, hotel provided excellent service, rooms were okay, not the biggest ut all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Would stay again in a good location and great friendly staff from receiption to conciege.
