The person who carried the luggage asking for money to provide services such as breakfast et, in the lobby hall and elevator. Washroom amenities are not working properly and the cleanliness is poor.

Nice hotel, good location and very friendly staff Only concern was the outside traffic noise that could be heard throughout the night, this was case despite being on the 7th floor

The rooms are very modern, spacious and confortable; the only negative side is the constant under-the-bed light sensor that keeps lighting everytime you get out of bed or get close to it; it’s actually quite annoying and there should be a way to disactivate it The Main hotel, Chess Restaurant , is quite good for lunch/dinner but the breakfast could be much more improved especially with the beverages ( juices and coffees really mediocre) But, overall, great Hotel and the location is the best in the area of Esenyurt , close to the Exhibition grounds

A wonderful experience. All of the staff we met were so kind and friendly. The restaurant and bar were excellent and all-around very reasonably priced.

Expensive and not a great area

The property’s nightly rates, along with the prices for juice, water, and other items, are quite high, especially considering that Esenyurt is one of the more economically modest areas in Istanbul. It would be advisable for them to take the local area into account and adjust their pricing accordingly.

Cleaning is under all critics, No Gillinge up of tooletthings, bad cleaning and bad service. No one is working except for cleaningstaff in breakfastroom.

Wonderful Short Stay

It was a short stay .. for family function .. for those 3 days the hotel served my needs perfectly

You can hear the doors open and close from all neighboring rooms. And even the neighbors conversations

We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. While the hotel itself was beautiful and modern, we experienced several issues that dampened our stay: (1) the air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work properly, despite maintenance coming twice to repair it; (2) the front desk staff gave us inaccurate directions to enter the tennis center nearby, causing us to nearly miss our daughter's match; and (3) we were looking forward to using the pool at the end of the day, but were disappointed to find out that the hotel requires the use of a swim cap, which they sell for 7 euro each. For a family of 4, that would mean 28 euro simply to use the pool. Overall, we did not find the hotel to be good value for the money.

Our stay in Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt was very disappointing! Bad location, taxi to the city centre costs a small fortune and takes 2 hours one way in constant traffic jams, the neighbourhood isn’t nice or clean, and it’s full of stray dogs. We paid €15 per person for breakfast when checking in but breakfast was inedible! All of the food was cold, not fresh and poor choice. Hygiene standards weren’t maintained, all food was in the open and some other guests were sneezing and coughing all over it without covering their mouth. So we couldn’t eat anything at all and asked for a refund, which we’ve still not received over a week later! They were very quick to take our money, but not so quick to refund (if they’re ever going to) and made no effort at all to restore our faith in the Sheraton brand.

The service and staff were outstanding. Always on hand and ready to help with the smallest, or greatest, of details and tasks. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well laid out. The spa facilities are fantastic. The restaurant is very well priced and the cuisine tremendous. The proximity to the shops is fabulous and a very short walk. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Umgebung nicht praktisch

Many thanks to the reception personnel. I arrived in the morning, with the idea to just drop my luggage to head to the show. They instead have let me check in and immediately brought my suitcase to the room. Very helpful and customer oriented, and really appreciated. Next yo the outstanding service, hotel is brand new and we'll kept. Great stay.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel, zum 2. Mal als Gast gebucht. In der Türkei wird jetzt seid neustem das Parken oder das Einparken separat berechnet. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Ich finde für ein 5 Sterne Hotel gehört das zum Service. Das macht das Sheraton nochmals exklusiver und ist somit unser Favorit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr vielseitig und exklusiv.

Uitstekend

Alles was uitstekend. Service accommodatie alles geef ik een 10. Wat vooral opvallend was de uitstekende keuken. Weinig te vinden wat er geserveerd wordt.
