They went the extra mile to make our Anniversary more beautiful. They gave us a very delicious cake and a bottle of wine.

Nice location, friendly staff, good facilities, very good breakfast the only thing not good is that rooms are not soundproof!

I was extremely pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. For starters, the location was ideal--close to many major sites, conveniences, and transportation options. We had a waterfront room on a high floor and the view was magnificent. Every time we entered our room during our two-week stay, we were drawn to the window to gaze at the view. The room--and really the whole hotel--was smartly decorated and in excellent condition. We appreciated having a sofa, table, and refrigerator in the room--especially for such a long stay. The staff was uniformly pleasant and accommodating. The hotel gym was better than most hotel gyms and served all our workout needs. On the negative side, we found the main entrance--with its stairs and lack of ramp--inconvenient when we arrived with all our luggage. (Guests arriving by car have easier access through the drive-in side entrance, but we were arriving via public transportation.) And no one seemed to be on hand to help us up with our bags. Also, our one meal at the hotel's Cafe was very disappointing--our worst meal in Hong Kong. Although there were several other restaurants in the hotel, they were for the most part very expensive. A better variety of restaurants would have been appreciated. Fortunately, there were many fine dining options available right nearby in the neighborhood. However, these disappointments were minor given my overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

Lovely

Lovely hotel with a fantastic view, and refurbished room, although the bathroom was strangely compact with limited space around the sink to put stuff. But the hotel overall has a lovely feel and ambience. The breakfast was really good as well But allow time for queueing.

After a little wait to checkin, the friendly staff upgraded my room which was excellent, thanks, I enjoyed my stay.

Great location over looking the Victoria Harbor. Close to MTR Station, star ferry terminal. I’ll definitely come back again. Staffs are friendly, helpful.

Countdown & anniversary stay

The hotel stay was great & had amazing harbour view from our room. As we are celebrating our anniversary, the hotel made great effort to draw a card & gave us fruits, cake, chocolate , drinks & lovely decorated flowers. Really appreciate their effort & gesture. Everything is perfect. Good location, good facilities and good staffs

We have always stayed at Sheraton Towers TST. It’s our favorite place. However, this trip I was alittle disappointed. We booked the property for the 2 reasons, 1 for being our favorite, plus 2nd, the location esp during the NYE. However what was disappointing was despite Sheraton having a driveway that offered some view of the fireworks was completely blocked for in-house guest with apparently no sensible reason. Despite several requests from a number of guest, it was not open and only 2 of the hotel employees had the opportunity to view the fireworks. Whereas, close to 30 people crammed into a small wakeway to catch a glimpse. Spent a premium for the location, but apart from the hotel having a senseless rule the HK authorities too made movement difficult.

We are surprised with the size of the room, it’s very spacious considering it’s in Hong Kong. Hailey who help us with check in was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely back again.

There are plenty of hotels near this so competition is stiff, but it doesn’t feel like Sheraton stepped up to their brand unlike other Sheraton properties I’ve been at this year. I think the disrespectful guests were a huge part of the problem and unfortunately the hotel can’t turn away rude travellers making a scene in the lobby and smoking on non-smoking floors. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it led to a poor experience for us.

Salt water gushed out from the toilet. I was very dissatisfied and the cleaning response was slow. There was no immediate cleaning and disinfection. The awareness of hygiene protection was very low.

Overall very good hotel in a good area. The toilet flushing toilet is a bit broken. But it doesn’t affect its function. Very clean.

The worst international brand hotel

Absolutely the worst international brand hotel I have had the unfortunate pleasure to stay in！！！！

Roommaid removed the lid, not the one she threw away. And Roommaid removed the toothbrush and toothpaste I used, and didn't put a new one. So I felt uncomfortable. Also, I took out the charger wire I plugged into the outlet but roomade rolled it up as she wanted.

Not as good as expectation. Location is good, convenient for shopping. Hotel access is no screening safety because every outside people can get through the elevator and access to every guest’s room floors with no need to pass the lobby or tap the room key first.

Not as desired

The hotel was short-staffed and slow. We waited from 3 to 5 o'clock but still could not provide the sea view room we booked that worth $3,000 . We booked two sea view rooms, but could not link together or on same floor level, and our family was five floors apart. We paid but did not get the corresponding experience.

I gave it 4 stars because my room was not available when i arrived and had to wait an hour to get in (2 hours since check-in time). The staff offered a free rollaway bed but i didn't have a need for it so an alternative should have been offered.

Didnt like the 6k HKD deposit for 2 nights...for 2 seniors...whats with that?

Everything is good. Don’t understand why there are a shower and a bathing tube in such a small washroom.

Excellent location. Book a room with a harbor view - it is worth it. Bar on 17th floor was fantastic for drinks, light food and to watch the evening laser show. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooftop pool and spa were a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

we had a bad experience, we had 2 rooms and we get robbed in one of them , we made the complains and the hotel did not do anything. just not believe. you don’t feel secure there. also there is a policy that don’t have any sense were TV volume minimum is 10 and that is super loud at night. manager communication very unsatisfactory .. not way to solve any problem

It was a lovely stay at the Sheraton. I recently came to Hong Kong for a family reunion. Sheraton has been around since I was a child... I remember riding on the external evaluators (with windows to look out) and I am talking like 40 years ago... I was pleasantly surprised that the interior of the hotel still looks great and well maintained, of course it is of that older grand hotel look. But I had a king room, the decor was modern and tasteful. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room rate was also very reasonable for a hotel right in the heart of TST and a short walk to the Start Ferry, Harbour City Shopping Centre and right next to the Peninsula Hotel. I went to the roof top pool and saw the helicopter landing on top of the Peninsula Hotel... I truly enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers and will be more than happy to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Check in took a while

Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad

Questions about cancellation of deposit

Thanks to the service provided by your hotel, I stayed comfortably. I have a question about deposit. I paid 1,000 HKD for the deposit when I checked in and I want to know when this amount will be canceled. Thank you.

The short stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Hong Kong was very pleasant, the hotel is centrally located with many shopping amenities closed by. Walking distance to the subway and trains. The hotel although is old is well maintained. The breakfast is good, it has a wide spread of various types of food, both Western and Asian.. the bell boys are very alert and helpful… will come back again in my next visit to HK

There’s no hair conditioner in the room, but the janitors didn’t check to refill it. The lobby staffs were not very friendly while answering requests such as late checkout when you were not able to accommodate. Wished to have a late checkout but was told that the hotel was full house… Will not stay with Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui again…

The hot water was not consistent. The first day it was very hot, and a light touch of the facet would change the temperature a lot. Some days the water was so cold I have to turn it all the way up. It was very inconsistent throughout my stay.

Perfect Location

The Sheraton was a significant upgrade from the facility that we had pre-booked which did not live up to the online description. The location of the sheraton was perfect for public transportation and walking in Kowloon along the waterfront and to the night market.

Breakfast was not as good as it should've been. Choices were great. Quality was lacking.

Beautiful Property in great location

We love this property and have stayed many times when we were doing business in China. It's close to everything. The hotel rooms looked updated and the decor was fresh and inviting. The bathroom was lovely. The only criticisms I have were the food quality in the Cafe and lack of seating in the Club room. We stayed for 3 days, and the best we could do was have 2 cups of tea that we took to our room.

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the MTR station, the ferry terminal, and the shopping and dining options of Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was elegant, cozy, and well-equipped, with a large window overlooking the Victoria Harbour an incredible view. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. The Sky Lounge was a great place to chill out and enjoy watching the symphony of sounds without the hustle and bustle. I would definitely stay here again for my next holiday in Hong Kong. It is a wonderful hotel and the location is a huge plus.

Nice view and location but rooms are lacking

Enjoyed the view of the room and loved the location. However, the rooms were not clean and had to tell them to clean up. Also, I paid for an additional guest but the room weren't set up accordingly. They definitely need to vacuum the carpet because it wasn't clean underneath the beds. They provided us with 2 shampoos in the bathroom. They need to pay attention to the details. This hotel doesn't feel like a 5 stars hotel. I am not certain if I would recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Although an older property, location, view and service was excellent. Housekeeping and front office was great. Would definitely stay again.
