This is one of the bestest Marriott hotels. The staff was very helpful especially with my mother who is on wheelchair and cannot walk. The staff did help her every possible way to give her the comfort and pleasant experience of staying here. Overall, it’s a great location in Bangkok. The train station is right outside the hotel and can be accessible from the hotel itself. Also, this hotel is in main shopping district. The Terminal 21 mall is accessible from the hotel itself. Other malls are nearby and you take the metro train to reach there.

Our stay at the Sheraton was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, clean and very varied. The staff was kind and available at all times. This is our new Bangkok hotel for future travels. Highly recommend.

The best hotel

As always it was a very relaxing stay. Everything was perfect and all the staff were very friendly and polite and very efficient.

Amazing service from everyone, very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. The pool is great, it’s designed like a lush lagoon and very relaxing. The fitness center had everything you’d need for a good workout and the breakfast buffet was worth the money (can you believe). The concierge service was tops with very helpful and friendly service. Overall, a great hotel.

Best hotel in Sukhumvit area

My To-Stay hotel whenever I am in Bangkok. Location is a plus point and the staff were always so welcoming. Huge clean room, shower was good.

We always have a great time in this hotel. The staff treats us like family. Very friendly and very helpful.

Everything is a 5 star. I did give the area around as 4 star but the hotel property is 5 star. I could not be more pleased with everything!

First class hotel but in a busy area. Not really walkable. Breakfast was over the top amazing.

It's a beautiful well appointed property with lots of beautiful dining options and other great features. All that said, I think the most incredible feature was the service. The staff are well trained, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Great Stay at The Sheraton Bangkok

The Sheraton hotel in Bangkok was a very good stay and we really enjoyed it. The facilities in the hotel including pool, jacuzzi, spa were all well kept and well utilised. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area and my son enjoyed the complimentary ice cream! Evening cocktails on the house were well appreciated, I enjoyed my whiskey on the rocks. Small things usually make the stay at a hotel very pleasurable and the Sheraton did exactly that. Thank you for a great stay

Wonderful All Around

The best service - the staff did everything they could to make us happy. My kids had such wonderful attention paid to them. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast buffet was fresh daily with tons of options. Laundry service was a nice perk.

Best pool in the heart of Sukhumvit

Superb! Stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and I loved it as much this time around. The pool sala deck on level three is an absolute treat - a hidden garden gem with chirping birds, greenery and a bubbling pool. The breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect - linked directly to the sky bridge at Asoke BTS station - so it’s easy to reach pretty much any destination from here. Excellent service too.

This hotel is in need of a remodel. The public areas and bedrooms are dated and a little old fashioned. My room smelt of drainage. Not all restaurants are open. The area around the hotel is a little seedy. Staff are excellent. It is close to public transportation.

Our experience at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit was amazing. Everything we saw through the on-line pictures came to life the minute we walked into this grand hotel. The hotel personnel are definitely classy and elegant, but are kind, charismatic and fun too! We were in the middle of everything and it was fun to gallivant with ease through the conveniently located Sky Train and MRT station. We were a step away from shopping and eating and entertainment. Our room was beautiful, we added the luxury service to our experience and that really gave our stay a an extra touch. Unpacking was included, some laundry service, & tea anytime!!! We always felt our intimate room was magically reordered and ready for us when we returned. We definitely partook of the morning breakfast buffet -- an international experience. Everything was delicious. Every now and then an exquisite sample was taken around by the courteous waiters and waitresses. It was the perfect way to start exploring Bangkok! The front desk and bellmen were super receptive and they were able to answer all our questions and suggest wonderful options for the inquiries we presented! And everyone always had a welcoming smile!

Immaculate service

Concierge are always polite and friendly at all times. Receptionists well mannered and smiley as always. House keeper take good care of our rooms. Breakfast staff are very friendly and alert. The spread is very good with varieties and even menu changes daily. Location and amenities are within reach. Will definitely come back if visiting Thailand in the near future.

Good location, very convenient

Breakfast was outstanding and the location was very convenient. The hotel is right next to the metro and the Sky train. The pool was amazing as well. The workers are very polite and helpful, they answered all my questions and assisted us in the best way. I only wish the hot tub was open, other than that, everything was excellent. I would love to visit again!

Plenty of special touches which made this stay better, from complimentary tea/coffee at any hour to the top notch executive breakfast.

Always stay here

I love this property and always stay here when in Bangkok. The convenience of being right on the Skytrain in the heart of the business district, as well as near friends and shopping cannot be beat. The property is old, to be sure, and has a dated feel that I happen to like. If you are looking for the brightest and shiniest new thing, this may not be for you. The small gym is perfect, and the pool area surprisingly wonderful, and a great breakfast choice! Many extras, such as two laundry items per day per person, are a great plus.

Must stay Hoteel!

From the check in to the staff to my room, its was perfect! Location was a huge pls... 2mins walk to Asoke BTS, 5mins (sheltered) walk to Sukhumvit MRT, 5mins wlak to Terminal 21 mall. I can't find any fault at all. Its the must stay hotel if you are in Bangkok! My 2nd stay with Sheraron and many more to come.

Excellent property

Excellent service, The pool has very nice landscaping but it can get very crowded. The room is spacious and nice layout. I enjoyed the breakfast with ample selection.

We had dinner at Brossini’s which is a Michelin restaurant, yet, the service is beyond our expectation. The restaurant made the wrong bill and requested us to pay the difference afterwards which did cause us inconvenience as we had already shared the bill with our friends upon leaving the restaurant. You can imagine how embarrassing this would be for us to ask our friends for the difference.

This is my second review, as we left this hotel and ended up coming back! We absolutely love this hotel and we will be staying again beginning of March. The beds are SO comfy, the gym is amazing, the food is amazing, the staff is wonderful!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It has direct access to the BTS via exit 5. This was very convenient to get around the city as well as meeting tours booked without hotel pickup. The breakfast had an extensive selection of western and Asian foods. The gym was a good size and didn’t feel crowded. The room and bathroom were both large and the luxury bedding and pillows made sleeping easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property was wonderful! Amazing staff and service! The concierge was extremely helpful, insightful, problem-solvers, efficient and all spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was spectacular! The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. It really is a 5 star, from the perspective of the actual hotel, rooms, staff & service.

Staff/service 10/10, but otherwise not at all worth it. Front desk staff was super helpful, including finding a doctor at a moment's notice when one was needed, and taking care of other various needs. Management was responsive when some issues came up. // Other than that, the hotel is really quite a dated property and just *feels* very 30 years ago (even if its very well maintained). While gym is quite large/extensive with many options, pool area is oddly small and while cute and green, felt difficult to access and navigate. The hotel is massive - a 30 story tower, so is therefore very impersonal and can very easily feel overwhelming. We were on high floor with nice view, but it almost felt like we were trapped there. The surrounding area is extremely convenient (metro and mall literally right downstairs) but really lacking in any sort of character (many other parts of Bangkok that are much cuter / original / more interesting). Also, limited dining options in walking distance. Think there are several better options in Bangkok, especially for the price one is paying.

Love the hotel - location is perfect for connections to other parts of Bangkok and amenities (pool, spa, etc.) are great. We do miss the fact that they no longer label breakfast buffet items to show whether they’re veggie or contain animal products, but the staff were incredibly helpful in offering us specially prepared, vegan friendly food each morning - special thanks to Chanida and Charinthip who proactively looked out for us, even after we had been away from Bangkok for a week. Staff in the hotel are so friendly - particularly in the lobby and spa area, at breakfast and in the bars - special mention for Kookai and Nice in Barsu!

Great stay for families

The family room was amazing. We had a really good stay, breakfast spread was good and the hotel was linked via the sheltered walkway to BTS and terminal 21. Pool was quite small though... but everything else was great

We have visited this hotel many times over the years. The staff are never less than lovely, the pool and gym are great, and the rooms are of a high standard. The location is also great for transport links. Our one disappointment on our most recent visit was the fact that the vast breakfast buffet no longer uses labels for dietary requirements meaning it was not possible for us to determine what was vegan (bread in Asia often contains milk, stir fries may have fish sauce etc). As ever the staff were amazing and prepared us entirely separate food every day, but we used to love the buffet experience here and really missed it.

Tried the free yoga lesson provided by the Hotel. The instructor was friendly and patience. We had a great time. The Hotel is very conveniently located with linkway to Terminal 21 and Asok BTS which is also the train interchange. Taking trains to and from Airport/Hotel is easy. Massage places are also within reach. All good.

It was great . Fun pool.

We asked for an air purifier because our room smelled like cigarette smoke. They promptly brought one however the air purifier cause more problems because the filter in the air purifier had not been cleaned or changed for many years. However I noticed that the staff at this hotel is extremely attentive and responsive plus they’re very professional and friendly. Things happen sometimes mistakes happen but the staff always corrected it

Nice property, relative good price ($166 taxes = ~$200 per night) but the buffet was fantastic. Close to everything including the sky train. I liked it a lot.

Excellent location near the sky train station. The hotel is very good but I felt that the breakfast was overpriced.

Everything was wonderful! From the morning breakfast to afternoon treats. I traveled with my kids 12 and 17 and they loved the pool, the food, the staff. It was wonderful. I highly recommend!
