The best experience do far in Japan

Peaceful comfort

Very relaxing and luxurious time here. Excellent customer service. Spacious and modern rooms. Very peaceful feeling from the spacious grounds and seaside views. Good hot springs! You will be glad you came here! We’ll be back.

We stayed here with our two year old and four month old. Excellent view from the ocean-facing room and very family friendly. The room was very comfortable and the restaurants in the hotel were good. There’s bike hire available for the kids and a very clean indoor pool (outdoor pool closed when we visited as it was winter)

Very nice Onsen

Great views, lots of stores and restaurants on site. The onsen was great and overall very relaxing experience.

Please avoid this hotel if possible, I would like to give 0 star if possible. Very disappointing. It doesn’t feel like you are visiting one of the Japan’s hotel. 1) when I check in to the room, I noticed some blood around the bathtub area. After called room service, they just send someone here to wipe it off with a towel. No apologies or any kind of explanation. 2) the Onsens are far away from the building. Extremely inconvenient in the winter times. The Onsen facilities are dirty and unorganized. I see a family with young kids dip into the water without any pre-clean. No staff around to keep everything clean and organized. 3) no customer service, staff is cold and looks like they don’t even care if you are there or not. They don’t care about your visit. 4) can’t call a taxi for you. When I check out, I asked to call a taxi, they explained to me that they can’t call taxi. All you can do is wait till there is one come in randomly. I waited 30 mins in the cold and windy weather. No taxi came, I ended up with taking bus with 2 huge luggage. The entire visit is way over just disappointed, almost to a level that’s regrettable/horrible. I feel like escaped from Miyazaki. Don’t get me wrong, Miyazaki is a beautiful city with amazing ocean and forests view. Just avoid this hotel then you should be fine. Forget to mention the food is horrible. Half board is definitely a rip off.

Great hotel with onsen with some issues

Great hotel with a great ocean view and onsen on site. Only issues I had were the following: if you don't rent or own a car, getting around will be somewhat inconvenient unless you're willing to shill out taxi fees. Restaurant was good but most restaurants in the hotel were fairly steep for a rural area of Japan. The onsen was great but there were spider webs all over the ceiling which was off-putting. The bedding sheets and pillow were lackluster for a hotel of this scale. Overall though, I'd still visit again.

골프와 온천을 즐기기에 완벽한 시스템을 갖춘호텔

오래된 호텔이라 들어서 걱정했는데 디럭스 룸이라 그런지 우리방은 깨끗하고 카페트 냄새도 전혀 나지 않아 좋았습니다. 방에서 보는 일출은 말할것도 없고요. 호텔에 골프장 부킹을 부탁했는데 부킹을잘 해줄 뿐 아니라 호텔서 골프장으로 채를 따로 운반해주어 운동하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔과 골프장의 연계 시스템이 매우 잘 되어 있어서 개인적으로 가도 편하게 겨울 골프와 온천을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 물론 리빙가든의 조명장식과 불멍을 할 수 있는 공간도 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절했고요 ,인근 맛집 예약과 차편을 도와주어서 편안하게 미야자키를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다만 호텔주변에 식당이 없기 때문에 렌트를 안한다면 저녁은 좀 계획을 세워서 가는게 좋을 듯 합니다.

Given that we had 2 children (stayed for free), no towels were provided for them and water was only provided for paying adults. Quite disappointed with this as it is a 4 star hotel. Onsen is good but far from room. Breakfast buffet spread at pine terrace is good.

ゴルフする人はいいのかも。

フロントの人数が少ないのか、常に待たされる。また、夕食のレストランの説明を聞くも、外国の方で要領を得ずよくわからなかった。車おりて預けた荷物が部屋にこないのでフロントに電話しないといけなかった。鉄板焼で3杯グラスワインセットで選んでもらうが、そんなに美味しいワインじゃなかった。まあ、自分で選べばよかったかな。観光地だからしょうがないのかな。他のお客さんはゴルフの人がほとんど。ゴルフのひとはゴルフが目的だから気にならないのかな。

2ヶ月前から、予約させてもらった。 当日空室があって、料金がかなり安かったので、変更出来るか電話で確認を取ろうとした。フロントの方の対応は好感でした。フロントの方が、予約の担当に電話を回すと言い、繋がった予約の担当の方の対応は、感じがとても悪かった。2ヶ月前から予約するより当日予約の方が料金が安い理由を聞いたら、稼働によって変動する、キャンセルや変更は1週間前じゃないと、料金は発生すると、私がわかっていないから聞いたのに、寄り添う話し方ではなく、断言口調でとても威圧的に感じました。金額の差額は私は部屋代のみで、当日予約は、食事もついていて、一万以上の差額だったため、どうしても確認しておきたかった。 電子レンジも、地下に1つしかなく不便でしたし、温泉もかなり遠い。快適ではなかったです。ただ、広いだけ。 ジムやプールの料金も宿泊者料金にしては割高でした。大分県のレンブラントホテルは、宿泊者は無料で使用できますし、ジムの雰囲気もかなり良いです。 間違いなく、二度と利用しません。 ラグゼ一ツ葉の方がよかった。

Perfect place to stay in Miyazaki. Enough space even in standard room, ocean view and great facility with reasonable pricing.

The hotel is huge for conferences. It is quite dated and the curtains in our room were torn. It is very near the zoo and the beach which means it is far from the city.

This property is located in a gorgeous part of Miyazaki! You can see the expansive views of the ocean and a well maintained golf course from your hotel room. All of the staff operating the hotel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area as well. I highly recommend staying here during a visit to Miyazaki!

The fitness center, pool and onsen were wonderful! The food was excellent as was the service.

Returned to the Sheraton Grand after 13 years, and had a wonderful stay. This is a great hotel with a spectacular ocean view. The hot springs are wonderful and the buffets in the Pine Terrace are delicious! The laundry facilities was excellent!

Amazing Miyazaki!

Incredible stay. Staff were fabulous. Pool was so much fun - games and activities organised by the staff. AMAZING wifi speeds (100MB up AND down!!). Sure, some parts of the property are ageing a little but it was more than made up by the warmth of the hotel team.

Needs to be refurbished

Pleasant surprise, was not expecting property like this in Japan!

I have always loved this resort area and hotel and have stayed at this Sheraton hotel several times before. Plan on staying many more times in the future!

the property is nice but there are not many options for all day dining - just one cafe which is only sandwiches. not enough sun chairs around the pool the pool area cabana should have table service

Spacious and clean room/ bath and shower room with a great view of the ocean. Comfy bed. Good hot spring and buffet breakfast. Outside area by the pool has fire pit where you can relax and have some s’mores and coffee. Overall, a great stay. Will stay again if I am in the area.

1週間くらい泊まりたい素敵なホテル

国内屈指のリゾート施設、 全室オーシャンビュー、部屋広い、スタッフの対応も良い。 気になったのは、部屋のLANがちょっと遅めかな。 1週間くらい溜まりたいホテルでした？

部屋からの眺望・温泉・朝食バイキング素晴らしい

　部屋から見える海の景色が素晴らしい。日の出も見えて綺麗でした。 　宿泊棟から少し離れたところにある温泉も良かったです。夕方行っても朝行っても新しいタオルが借りられて嬉しかった。 　朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。

ホテル内でとてもリラックスできました

ホテルの部屋は広く窓から見える海とゴルフ場の景色も素晴らしいのでリゾート気分を味わえました　日が暮れて大浴場に向かうと風呂の入り口から250Mくらいイルミネーションで飾られた南国風の庭を見ながら歩くことになるがそれも良かった　風呂は少し古さを感じる純和風の温泉でした。 不満な点は夜に和洋ビュッフェを選択したので朝食に米九の和食を選択したが口に合わず夫婦ともほとんど食べれなかったことです　これは好みの問題なので仕方ないと思いますが事前にメニューを調べておくべきでした

夢のようなひととき

初めて利用しました。アクティビティも多く、サイクリングや無料のマシュマロ&コーヒー、ダーツ、風待ちテラスのレタールームでの手紙書き、プール利用などホテル内だけでも十分に堪能できました。我が家は子供連れだったため、沢山遊ばせる事ができ助かりました。朝食の米九、パインテラスどちらも宮崎名物がありとても美味しかったです。 温泉はぜひ奥の露天風呂の方が広くて気持ちが良いのでおすすめします。 トラブルがありましたがホテル側が迅速に対応をして思いがけず部屋をアップグレードして下さり、夢のようなひとときを過ごす事が出来ました。またぜひ来ます。

미야자키 쉐라톤은 너무 좋았어요

여행내내 비가 내려서 날씨가 아쉬웠지만 숙소가 너무 좋아서 또 가고 싶은 미야자키여행 이었습니다^^ 쉐라톤에서 시가이야?로 바뀌더라도 이용하는거에는 아무런 변동 없다면 또 방문하고 싶어요

素晴らしいロケーションで、部屋から見える海がとても美しかったです。朝食ビュッフェの種類も豊富で美味しく、ランチ時間帯まで利用可能でしたので混み合う時間帯を避けることも可能でした。

温かい対応のホテル

家族が滞在した部屋の近隣の部屋の騒音、多分間違えてガチャガチャとドアを開けようとするような音が気になり、ホテルに相談しました。担当の方が親身になって対応してくださいましたので、有り難かったです。 温かな人間性が嬉しいです。

価格以外は文句なし

古めな外観と違い、ホテル内はとても綺麗で部屋も大満足でした。ただ、宿泊者の数に対してレストランの数は少ないかもしれません。私はレンタカーを借りて4泊したので、レストランの予約ができない時は近くのイオンモール等で代替できましたが。その他は文句なしです。ありがとうございました。

初めてシェラトングランデ宮崎に宿泊しました。思ったより数倍良かったです。 また是非利用させていただきます。

設備は大型ホテルにしては手入れが行き届いて綺麗でした。温泉はアプリで混み具合を見て、早朝は空いていたのでゆっくり楽しめました。素泊まりの方が朝食会場で団体客と接することもなく、快適かもしれません。

ソフトバンクホークスの宮崎キャンプの旅行で宿泊させてもらいましたが、まず絶景なのと料理がおいしかった。 ディナーも朝食もビュッフェを利用させてもらいましが、とてもおいしく子供2人も何度もおかわりしていました。 なかなかここまでビュッフェがおいしいホテルには巡り会ったことがないです。 夜、周囲の部屋から、お子さんの声と物音は多少気にはなりましたが、それ以外はとても充実した宿泊になりました。

総合的には良く出来たリゾートですが、動線が良くないです。古い施設の設計の問題ですが。団体客も多いので、あまり落ち着いた雰囲気ではありません。でも、価格がお手ごろなので、ゴルフのついでに泊まるには十分です。

非日常を充分味わえた

夕食を外で食べるとなると市内の方に行かなくてはいけないので、やや離れているので不便と感じました。

食事も美味しく、とてもよかったです。 また泊まりに行きたいです。

4回目の利用です。（すべて家族で宿泊） 安定の良さがあります。 子どもも大人もいつも楽しみにしていて、期待も高いなか、今回も大満足で帰ってます。 さすがです。 施設のメンテナンスや従業員の雇用等、大変と思いますが、今後も永くがんばっていただきたいです。

とてもきれいで過ごしやすかった

冬でもマシュマロ焼いたり子供達も楽しめた。

食事場所が近くにないので、ホテル内の中華へ行きました。予約していなかったため、部屋で待ちましたが連絡をくれたためスムーズに入れました。

上の部屋で 早朝から子供だと思われる 騒いでいる足音が凄くうるさかった さすがにフロントに苦情の電話しました すぐにおさまりましたが早朝からは勘弁してほしい それ以外は良かったと思います

子供連れだったので、2日前に和室に変更しました。予想以上に広くてゆっくり過ごすことができました。温泉も気持ち良かったのですが、部屋から遠いのが玉にキズかなと思いました。

チェックイン時刻が遅めだった為、多少バタバタしながらも、温泉、夕食ビュッフェ、朝食ビュッフェを満足いくまで美味しくいただきました。 お部屋も大変綺麗に清掃されており、とても快適に過ごせたのですが、エアコンで乾燥を感じていたので加湿器が常設だと嬉しかったです。 2種類ある温泉もしっかり夜と朝で利用させて頂いたのですが、真冬の数百メートルある屋外通路の移動は鬼のような寒さで、2回目の入浴の通路移動は自身を気合いで奮い立たせ、気を紛らしながら挑みました笑。

オーシャンビューが綺麗でした

태평양바다가 보이는 커다란 방에서 묶었습니다. 렌터카가 없으면 접근이 어렵습니다만 넓고 아름다운 풍경은 최고입니다.

とても良いホテルでした。 ただ、温泉が屋外に一度出ないと行けないためとても寒い思いをしました。

温泉が気持ちよく、食事も美味しいので大満足です。 窓からの景色がまた、最高でした！

방도 크고 뷰도 좋았습니다

チェックインは、30分待ちの長い列。 温泉、食事処も遠かった。 リクエストも全然聞いて貰えず、不満しかなかった。

オーシャンビューからの日の出が綺麗でした

年末で子供を含む家族連れが多く、公共エリアは混雑していました。一方広々としたお部屋は別世界、結局ずっとお部屋で過ごしました。 15年前に来た時は客層を含め、もう少し高級感があったのですが、かなり大衆化したように思います。

It is a nice place with indoor and open air hot spring for relaxation. Excellent service. They provided delicious and fresh meal. I can enjoy my holiday with my friends in a quite and comfortable place.

お風呂場（男性）のセキュリティーボックスを従業員の方が全解除する作業を見てびっくりした。従業員のかたは、「すみません」と平謝りされてましたが、この問題は従業員さんのせいではなくてシステムの問題だと思います。改善をお願いします。

部屋から見える景色が最高でした。 ゴルファーなら是非一度訪れてみてください。 テンション爆上がりです。

私達も結婚30周年記念に初めて来ました。ホテルも同じ30周年に驚きと嬉しさで、楽しめました。ありがとうございます。眺めが良くてスタッフの人も丁寧で気持ちよかったです。また、主人と来たいね。って話しました。枕が少し柔らかすぎたのが残念でした。

大浴場に背中に彫り物が入っていて、さらにマナーの悪い男性がいました。当然服の上からはわからないのでホテルの落ち度とは言えませんが、やはり居心地は良くありませんでした。 ホテル自体は洗練されており、よかったです。

部屋からの景色もよく、ビュッフェ美味しかったです。 温泉も楽しめました！

快適なホテル

ゴルフ後宿泊でしたが、市内まで行かないなら便利だと思います。

Wh chose this hotel as it had a pool. When we got to the hotel they informed us that there only was one indoor pool and it was in the club/gym that had an age limit of 15 years old. That meaning our kids could not use it. Other activities were really hard to book, eg. the tennis courts were all booked foe a tournament. The room was very big and nice, however outdated. Buffet was OK . Nice outdoor area where you could grill marshmallows. Nice onsen.
