A good renovated property that meets the Sheraton brand standard. Excellent business lounge; nicely renovated lobby and restaurant. Across the street from an amazing beach! My only complaint is that it is pricey for rooms that, while they have amazing ocean and city views, are relatively small with few good appointments and low-end refurbishments.
Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel. Rooms are really nice , breakfast with many choices. Location is right by the beach and walking distance to restaurants.
Beautiful property!!
Does not justify the price at all. Sea view means side sea view. The pool is extremely small unlike the picture. Too expensive for a fair hotel. I would not return.
Amazing service and friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again!
b
Staff were rude at check insisted on charging without justification and added extra charges just the same.
The front desk are very rude and not willing to compromise on anything. I have traveled all over Israel many times and I have stayed at the sheraton a few times and the staff is always not friendly. Never had this experience anywhere else, it is a shame because the hotel is nice, clean and convenient.
Great hotel
Lovely stay! Relaxing and refreshing.
Excellent.
Amazing property, great location. Friendly and welcoming personnel.
Inconvenient Experience
Upon our arrival at the lower parking entrance, we encountered an issue with the guard who refused to let us in, even though I had clearly told him that I intend to drop off my wife and baby before proceeding to another parking area. When we asked if there's a pathway from the parking to the hotel lobby, which would have been convenient for my wife and baby, considering the hot sun, he simply ignored us. As a result, my wife and baby had to endure a 15-minute detour to reach the main entrance while pushing a stroller and managing suitcases and bags. Furthermore, we could not get any sleep until 4 AM due to exceedingly loud music emanating from a nearby source, making it near impossible to attain any sleep. Putting these matters aside, receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's amenities are noteworthy, and the level of cleanliness maintained is truly exceptional.
Hotel was great. Location is perfect.
Great hotel
This was a perfectly located property. Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I will recommend this to friends
I spent a lot of money for a seaside room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view from room. However, the pool was under construction - not only was there no pool, but there was also intermittent drilling throughout the day. I would not have stayed here if I would have known about this. There was nothing on the booking website to warn of this and no attempts made by the hotel management to compensate me.
Excellent service!
Liked everything very much, enjoyed my pleasant weekend.
This hotel is beautiful. Recently refurbished everything is immaculate. Rooms are superb. We had an amazing view over TLV beach with small balcony. Beds and showers are second to none. Check in was efficient however the one area that was a slight disappointment was checkout. Strangely we weren’t asked anything about our stay and also lost the chance to add points to our loyalty scheme. Otherwise though absolutely perfect and one of the best hotels we have stayed in - although I am not sure why John Lenin’s hilariously hypocritical lyrics to Imagine are up on the wall in the lobby!!
Hotel employees are not polite at all
Inconvenience caused and additional expenses
There was no shuttle facility to the Ben Gurion airport had to pay 250 shekels for trip each time I went to the airport. It was expensive and felt let down. I had booked Sheraton and Ambassador only because of the free shuttle to airport. I seek assistance regarding this issue of non availability of shuttle service and hope to receive compensation.

Great location. Excellent breakfast
the reception manager is rude and extremely combative, treating guests like garbage, unbelievable
Woild not stay again Rude staff Not helpful at all Poor amenities
Everything you expect from a 5* hotel
Front desk staff Birch was very helpful
All the hotel restaurents were closed And the bar menu was not good , And the presentation was worse. The otherwise was excellent And the staff were very helpful .
Get a renovated room
Have been here several times over the years. The hotel is being renovated and looks great. Was surprised & disappointed not to have one of the renovated rooms knowing the hotel was less than 40% occupied. Old room, old bed & full price..
The price is not justified at all, Relatively good hotel but not wow, a lot of things in my opnion need improvement Despite this good attitude from the employees at the spa was good in the first day ,but the second day I was despised and not treated
ארוח מעולה חדר מהממם עם נוף לים רמת נקיון מעולה ארוחת בוקר מעולה ושרות אדיב
Lounge
Sold a club room with executive lounge access when there is no executive lounge available
Paid for a sea view room....very clean with an excellent vista.
Four day stay
The hotel was being renovated and the pool was shut No atmosphere.Housekeeping was terrible with cups left around for days, shower ran out of shampoo not replaced.pne day the cleaner said he would come back tomorrow.will never stay there again.Really bad by Sheraton standards
The staff are excellent and the best customers service
It was all good. Good room good service and good food
Great location Our room was upgraded and is excellent.
All aspects of Sheraton Telaviv were excellent! My wife and I had a great time staying in this hotel.
Highly recommended
Friendly and helpful staff- particularly Tania at the front desk. Comfortable stay with beautiful views overlooking the sea and outdoor pool.
Room was new & updated. bathrooms fresh & clean. Didn't stay long-had to catch a flight. But all good!
Very good
Very good
Big deception
It is a fantastic lication. Food in the club lounge was just outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was fabulous. The hotel has two new floors of rooms, as existing rooms, lobby and club lounge are a little dated, but loved this hotel overall.
The location of the hotel was good but the service respect to what they were charging was disappointing, The breakfast was self service!! The breakfast area had no wood or carpet, therefore there was a lots of noise in the room. The breakfast was not in the range of what they were charging for.
Spacious for tel Aviv, newly remodeled room, heated pool
Good stay by the beach
Great location by the beach. The rooms are bit small but cozy. Breakfast was good but the pastries were very poor. We expect more from very expensive 5 star hotel/
Good location in tel Aviv. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast
Great location. Good breakfast. Only had one turndown in six nights. Room cleaning was adequate but could have checked towels / toilet paper was topped up etc. Paid for sea front view - didn’t get one.
Place is amazing!! 11th floor rooms after renovation are absolutely beautiful! Location of hotel super good. Food at the hotel also very tasty, big selection, also Shabbat food was great!
Overpriced and in Desperate Need of Renovation
The hotel has an excellent location but is in desperate need of a renovation. I mean we are talking late 70’s - early 80’s decor in bedrooms. Bedrooms are musty and old. Lots of kids running wild pushing all the elevator buttons, etc. Noisy all the time. Almost every time that I passed by the reception there was a customer complaining profusely about something. Had I not pre-paid, I would have changed hotels after the first night. The staff including concierge were efficient and helpful. I have never stayed in a Sheraton like this.
Great hotel and location.
Great hotel and location - on the beach but amazing pool as well. Great sea views too. Loved it!
Beautiful view and great food thanks also loved the spa
This is a lovely hotel ideally located near the beach and all the restaurants, bars, shops and sites of Tel Aviv.. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a great time in Tel Aviv and look forward to returning next year, if not before.
The property has been recently renovated which isn’t reflected in Expedia’s photos. Great value for money, great location, modern rooms and decor. Exceeded expectations.
Loved having a balcony over the sea. The breakfast was excellent.
Outstanding
Great hotel in a great location. Extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel.
1970’s dated hotel. Too sad
Wonderful location, OLD outdated rooms and Friday night dinner was sub par for a Sheraton hotel. Been staying here many years, not again !! A big shame. Rooms felt like the 1970’s. Really sad.
This was a fab hotel, great layout for us as a young family travelling with two babies. First interconnecting room was absolutely not acceptable and after a short discussion with the manager we were taken to a refurbished set of rooms and they were perfect. Every part of the trip was good from then on. Special mention to Eyal the operations manager who was such a lovely lovely man and helped ensure our stay was comfortable and happy, if your reading this, thank you again. Breakfast great, pool area lovely, location excellent, really was a fab trip
Good location, the view from the cafeteria for breakfast is great
Like : Very comfortable in a relaxed informal way. Dislike : Overcrowded & noisy breakfast room and swimming pool
Location was good. Rooms were generally updated and clean.
Room was beautiful, helpful staff, great location!
I booked a hotel with a view and they initially gave me a room with a partial view. They eventually changed it but I would have rather not deal with this when I arrived late at the hotel tired after a delayed flight. Also, the staff was not friendly and helpful just short of curt. I was coming from Cairo having stayed at the Ritz Carlton and from Amman having stayed at the Four Seasons so I was surely disappointed at the poor level of service. I went into the toilets and two were bad shape. I alerted the front desk and staff appeared nonchalant. I asked concierge personnel to call our tour company to make sure they were on their way because it was after the scheduled pick up time and he didn’t want to do it. I had to skip breakfast to go on a tour and asked for a plastic fork to take a yogurt, they didn’t have it. The check -in breakfast lady was also curt. All in all I was happy to leave this hotel.
The hotel is under renovation, so the noise in the morning and during the day was very unpleasant. The hotel does not have indoors pool and the SPA facilities are not part of the hotel, so you have to pay separate to use sauna and steam facilities. The hotel over all looks dated and old fashion, the sofas in the lobby are very old and uncomfortable. They run happy hour 1 drink + 1 free from 18:00-21:00 . The bed is not comfortable I think mattress need to be replaced, they do not have pillow menu available. The room was very cold all the time and every time we turn the heater on we had a strange odour of dust and my husband will get allergy, we were not sure if this was related to the on going building renovation. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and helpful all the time, breakfast was nice and the hotel is well located. However next time we go to Tela Viv we will not stay in this hotel.
Nice
Great location on beach; very nice and receptive staff!
The hotel was lovely. Our room was spacious and we were upgraded to a room with a view of the Mediterranean. The access to the beach was very easy (towels are provided) and the pool was nice too.
STAY AWAY
Was really really bad, I left after one night instead of 3 planned THEY CHARGE EXTRA MONEY FOR SPA!!!! swimming pool closed at 5 pm When I entered there was shouting and garbage all around Rooms are filthy with stains on walls Stay awayyyyyyyyy
Service Lacking
Very hard to get service from most areas. Wouldn't even open up the empty room bar fridge to use without a fee. No iron. No bar service most of the day.
No comment bad service very bad never mind. very disappointed of 5 stars the hotel does not have
5stars Hotel
Very comfortable stay and its close to the beach. It's good for family vacation. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staffs are very friendly. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Israel again.
we had a wonderful weekend at the Sheraton
Good hotel amenities.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location of hotel.
The Pool was very beautiful and the views of Beach and city lights were awesome!
Near nice beach and beautiful pool
Amazing. Staff and location was great. I will be back there! Love the food as well.
Pool was wonderful. Great beach hotel. Food and service in club lounge not so great.
A lot of potential... too bad.
Some of the hotel's staff forget to give a service to the hotel guests and treat them as if they're doing them a favor as the security officer and the receptionist.
Excellent location and really helpful staff
The service was second to none the facilities excellent, the beach just across the road, the club service on the 18th floor so convenient all in all an excellent hotel
Great location right across the beach. And it did have the benefits and comforts one expects from a Sheraton. However, while I realise Israel is expensive, did think this was too pricey for what we were getting. Room was an ok size, the bathroom tiny, and the shower not great and spilled water as the shower curtain couldnt be drawn right up to the end. Would probably look for other options next time.
WORST EXPERIENCE DONT STAY HERE!!!
First of all when we arrived there was only one person to do the check in which room ya almost 40 minutes to be atendernos by him. We paid for a Ocean room and they gave us a room which had mold! Every night we went to sleep coughing and with allergies due to this. The waiters at the breakfast buffet don’t even look at you to get you coffee or anything. The sos was under constructions. The hotel beach does not offer any chairs nor umbrellas so you have to pay separetely. Won’t come again even if it was for free!!
On the pricey side, but a classic Sheraton with nice amenities and a lovely view of the beach
small and old
he rooms are small and old urgently redecorate, the cost of the room is very expensive for the quality
Needs renovation
The room we were given was for disabled people witj a different bathroom without bathtub
Service
The front desk staff are not very knowledgeable and not particularly helpful. They need customer service training .
No, no, and no.....
The room had a great view of the ocean, but the room had a terrible view. White walls with minimal to no decor and very cold and unwelcoming feeling. The pool on the roof.....What's up with that place?! I was tempted to call Sheraton to complain about that. It was in total disrepair like a hurricane hit it. Neighborhood is sketchy and run down. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Taxi drivers and hotel staff run some sort of scheme from the lobby. Would never stay here again, nor would we ever stay in run down, graffiti laden, rude, boring Tel Aviv. Everrrrrrr
Lovely hotel in prime position
Just home from a week at this lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Free bottles of water each day was a nice touch. Opposite a beautiful beach but hotel pool and facilities are very good. Israeli breakfast on a half price offer was very good value.
Sheraton Saved the day!
After extended traveling in the heat coming to the Sheraton was perfect for us! All the accommodations were excellent: the bed was comfy; the WiFi worked well; the shower had power; location near the beach. Everything was spotless clean and neat. Loved it.
Superb!
the besti hotel I ever have been in!
Great service
Was very good stay, even for one day, we arrived at 12 pm, and check in time everywhere at 3pm, Tania, who was working that day gave us room before check-in time, which was very convenient and we didn't have to wait till 3 pm. And we saved a lot of time. Thank you Tania for great service we will definitely be coming back.
All Very Good
All very good thx, an excellent hotel.
Great Hotel Experience
We stayed for three nights in one of the executive rooms and I was overall really impressed with the hotel. The view was over the beach and although it was winter, the view was stunning. The bed was very comfortable. The executive lounge had a great all-day buffet with good kosher food. The staff went above and beyond in their service and their friendliness and accommodation made the stay in Tel Aviv all the better. Also: they had a good supply of restaurant recommendations. The in-house restaurant, the Olive Leaf, was pretty good as well.
Clean friendly and well located helpful front desk staff comfortable bed and great view with balcony and sliding doors on the eleventh floor!
great stay beautiful views
Beautiful Hotel staff friendly and helpful great area across from beach highly recommend room service breakfast for price and quality
We got a renovated room and it was very nice, comfortable and clean.
It’s “ok” outdated but clean. Good breakfast. Great location. Very attentive staff.
I have already told you that we liked the hotel and its staff so please leave me alone from now on
Very nice hotel, the view was spectacular !!!!
It was very so good !!! The staff wonderful , the room very clean and comfortable, spectacular view We are very pleases . thank you
Nice hotel close to beach
Great spot. An airport shuttle would have saved me two cabs, and my shower had no hot water, but otherwise a great stay
Booked the room then was told I needed to pay extra for a second person $60 per night which was not cool. Ocean view room had a beautiful beach view and the hotel location was perfect. Oak leaf restaurant was the worst food and service--avoid it. Cockroaches in the hotel lobby. If they updated the hotel it could be a 5 star experience

Hotel is very welcoming, pleasant stuff, would definitely come again!
