This is one of our go-to hotels whenever we travel in or out of LAX. Easy walk to airport and has long term parking.

First time I trued a Sheraton Hotel. This Sheraton near the airport is a goid one.

Third time staying here. Always very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

It's a airport transfer hotel. If you have to catch a flight and want a stay, just go to the Sheraton. We went for a LA holidays and it sucks, all the attractions are very far it and we tried to change the hotel but got denied because after all it's business nothing human touch about them.

No free parking at the hotel or near the hotel. At the hotel, everything is expensive.

Staff was very kind and friendly and helpful

Parking is too far away from the property. The other hotel entry door is locked up which makes entry to the hotel difficult after parking. Looks like this is deliberately done to force valet parking. Valet parking is 75$ a day which is ridiculous.

Good area near the airport, friendly staff rooms were always clean.

The building is extremely old. The carpet was dirty and has a smell of old building. The website stated that’s queen size bed but it is just a regular double. That is very disappointed and the staffs are insisting those are queen bed.

My only complaint was parking. It was a block away $24 with no in & outs. Not a fun walk in the rain. Valle parking was too high $75. The bell desk and valle parking attendants were very helpful and great at their job. However, i enjoyed my stay and would love to return when i return to California.

Rooms are rather large, and decor is nice

The Sheraton LAX is a pretty nice hotel. Rooms were rather large, and the decor was reasonably up-to-date. They did not offer luggage carts, and it took the Bellman 15 minutes to come down and get our luggage to bring it up to our room. That was a bit disappointing.

Vallet parking, 80 bucks a day. Not worth it. The parking lot is litterally 10 feet in front of building. They gave me the key a couple times because its stupid for them to get the car for you.

I got there at 10:00pm and waited an hour and a half in line because they still didn’t have the rooms cleaned and ready for my stay. After all of that, I needed an extended check out and they charged me $85. The people at the desk didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and nobody talked to everybody waiting in line for an hour and a half to give any explanation.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable bedding and mattress, clean room. Toilet paper roll hard to reach! Shuttle stopped so briefly at the airport that we couldn't catch it before it left. Long wait between shuttles.

It was all around a fairly nice place I think I would stay there again...... The parking was a little bit complicated until I figured out that it's like not even close to the building it's like in the next parking lot the next block away but it was all cool and great took a little bit until we found out what the scoop is there.....

Great Hotel near LAX

We love this hotel. Have been staying there for years when we fly out of LAX. It’s conveniently located next to LAX, within walking distance and offers long term parking. The hotel is showing signs of age and needs some updating. But, the staff is great, the restaurant and bar are wonderful and we’ll keep showing up.

I object to automatic tips. Tips means to insure promptness. Now tips are mandatory because it’s now part of compensation. Service can be poor. Tips are already exacted regardless of the quality of service. Since this policy has been enacted, service quality has declined. Parking pricing should be available when making a reservation. My Mercedes AMG was parked outside and returned dirty. The cost of this service was almost as much as my room fees. I’m reconsidering my hotel choices. I don’t like these policies through Bonvoy.

The room was big and comfortable. We like it that there was a shuttle to the airport.

We had a great stay. We were able to check in early and they kept our bags after checking out when we had to go somewhere but didn't want to take our suitcases. It was great!

Really lovely comfortable and clean room. Bed was really comfortable which appreciated after a long flight. Easy shuttle to and from LAX. Dining is a bit expensive but there is a coffee shop with some snacks on site which we appreciated. Although the area is bit of a ghost town we were able to walk to our car hire place but you could also shuttle back to LAX and then take a different shuttle to the car hire. Would recommend and would stay again.

The lobby is nice but the hotel rooms are dingy and old. I had to be moved to a different room because the one they gave me initially smelled really strongly of humidity. The carpets in both rooms were gross, and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t good.

A bit dated but service was good and beds were great. Shower pressure was low.

I enjoyed my stay. Close to the airport with free shuttle. I stayed in a very clean and comfortable non smoker room. Great strong shower. Nice gym. I loved the fact of water filter in the main floor !

Clean hotel very close to LAX with shuttle service. Very unprofessional staff members. Stayed here for Christmas Eve and a male staff member called us at 10pm at night claiming he was the front desk manager and accused us of stealing their water bottles. Explained to them we brought 2 gallon waters from the convenient store and didn’t touch their 2 complimentary water bottles. Even after explaining this to them the front desk manager sent a female staff member to our room to further try and accuse us at 10:30pm at night. Truly very unprofessional please train your staff members to be more professional and understanding especially during a holiday.

Located beside the airport little bit noisy and the parking was horrible 75$ for the valet parking or you can do the self parking which is far away from the hotel and it is for 24$

It was good in general but a bit noisy.

There really wasn’t anything I liked. Was not clear where to wait for the shuttle. Phone was broken. Shower was not good. Virtually no place to eat. I would rate the hotel a 2 out of 5.

No food close by. Restaurants on location are very expensive. Breakfast for 2 $88. Dinner for 1 was $55.

Didn’t expect the rooms was stinky and the ice chipper was used and dirty and also the fridge is not working the light in bathroom is flickering. Called expedia but they didn’t do nothing. Very disappointing and Very stressful! I even lost my diamond earrings. I want to have a good vacation but i didn’t get it.

The property felt safe and the dining options were decent.

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming. Saw that I was having a rough weekend and had missed my flight home. She upgraded my room and gave me access to the VIP lounge. I was so exhausted I didn't take advantage however, it was so wonderful to be treated so nicely after dealing with crappy airlines all day. The shuttle to the terminal was super easy. It was the perfect stay. Thank you woman at the front desk for putting a smile on my face.

The room was very old decorate and I found a dead bug in between my pillows. I will cancel my future reservation.

The hotel rate was good and the service excellent but the dining charges were more like the Four Seasons. Breakfast was almost $50 a person.

Recommended LAX Airport Hotel

I had a quiet room on an upper floor, which I liked. The elevator was very quick, almost no wait time so it added to the convenience. Check-in check-out were a breeze, quick and no hassle. Very little wait time for the airport shuttle from and to the airport. Hotel is very near to LAX, so trip was less than 10 min. between even in congested traffic condition. Good location with some fast food eateries within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. My stay was just for one night, but I enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Hotel was beautiful!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was perfect and saved uber fees! The room was nice , clean and the bed were very comfortable! The shower pressure was amazing!! We chose this because of its proximity to the airport and we extremely satisfied with our stay !

My first impression at the front desk was far from inviting and relaxing the rest of the stay was ok. But the reason I booked this hotel was that I wanted to be close to the airport so I could walk to the airport when I was departing . And that it was it was so less stressful then driving to lax

Free Shuttle service to the hotel from LAX. The shuttle driver was very helpful with loading and unloading my luggage’s which I appreciated a lot. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean. Only drawback was the flight noise at night since it is very close to the airport.

It was a quick stay, just checked in, showered, slept, showered, had breakfast, and then took the shuttle to the airport. Very lovely and clean.

They charge you for an early check in, even if its 15min early. So I wondered the property. The walls are thin and I had to change rooms because of it. Staff ckearly hated their jobs. The only thing goid about the place was its location to LAX.

A very convenient, last minute room with a king sized bed. Right next to LAX, it was perfect for an overnight layover. The Sheraton Gateway even had it's own shuttle to go the short distance between terminal and hotel check‐in/out.

Needed an emergency place to stay when flight would be delayed. Booked through Expedia for the better rate. Called property to let them know my first plane wouldn’t arrive until 1am so 2 am arrival to the property. They noted the system. Easy check in. Staff very nice. Carpets in rooms meh. Furniture a little beat up. Good location.

The price for parking was not something that I was made aware of, before reaching the property. The cost was $24.00, and it would be great if I could be made aware of that, when I made the reservation. Parking was a 5 or 10 minute walk from the room. There was no space to park and get checked in, before taking my car to park. If I could have checked in and taken my bags to my room, it would have been much more convenient. You had space for the valet option, so pretty much, you had space for your option that generated more money for you, but had no space for me to leave my care while I checked in, if I'm parking myself.

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay right next to the airport.

Rhe hotel is comfortable and modern. The property is close to the airport and the bellman directed me to take bus 6 for the Westfield Mall. Cost $1.

Parking rates for self parking should be provided on their website. I went with this site because it identified parking was available for guests however it required a fee.
