Misleading fee

Hotel policy was unclear. I booked a room for 3 adults and paid for the extra person but it didn’t include an extra bed for the 3rd person. I was charged additional daily fee for the extra bed. What was the 3rd person charge for if it didn’t include an extra bed?

You get what you expect from a Sheraton in terms of corporate style accommodation. Our room was lovely with views of the river and city. It was spacious and it would have benefitted from two arm chairs, rather than one so two people could sit and admire the view together. The hotel is a popular venue for parties and events and this restricted access to the pool area on two out of our 5 nights there. Also, noise levels from parties were excessive and on one night we had to move rooms to be away from the noise. This matter was not handled well by the staff on the night or during checkout. Breakfast was good and the hotel offers a good selection for most guests, but if you don't eat meat, especially pork, your choices will be limited. Afternoon tea in the foyer is very good value and I recommend it. I liked the location as it was quite easy to walk into areas of Can Tho or to get buses or taxis.

Our family about 20 of us, we had about 6 rooms in the hotel. The restaurant foods and staffs were excelent. We were happy with our stay. Ashame I am quite disapointed with a male name Nguyen Thanh Hai, I was waiting for 20 minutes to get to my turn to checking out, Hai was serving me and he hasn't finish my checking out then walk away to meet up with someone else, left me with a trainee couldn't completed my checking out, so I have to wait again for the next advalaible agent.

Beautiful hotel with really big room and most comfy bed I slept in during our travels to Vietnam. Breakfast was plentiful. Beautiful swimming pool with nice views and lit up sitting areas and a pool bar. Location is a bit far from the city centre - you cannot walk it - but taxis are cheap.

This place does have a bit of everything. The slightly higher cost does warrant their amenities. I do wish they added one more comfortable chair inside.

I had a great time at Sheraton Can Thơ. Check in and out was a breeze! Their staffing couldn't have been better, polite & helpfully and friendly. I didn't purchase or eat at the facility so I can't comment on their food. I would definitely stay here again when I come back. I like the local market at a walkable distance. The hotel is next to vincome shopping center. I felt welcome, thanks to all the staff.

Good one night stay. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view from a high floor. The club lounge was excellent value. Would definitely recommend.

Simply amazing. Stunning. Right from the welcome to check in, to check out. There was something about the staff members that really made our stay special, everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in our two week stay in Vietnam. The manager also came by to talk to us during breakfast, this place really has that personal touch which we highly appreciated. Location is also great and next to a shopping mall. The highlights of the Mekong Delta are easily accessible from the hotel location. As someone who rarely gives review and is hard to please, this is a hotel that I can highly recommended.

No.1 Hotel in Can Tho, Vietnam

The best hotel in Can Tho without a doubt. Large, clean and modern room with a superb bathroom and accessories. Fantastic view of Can Tho and the river second to none from the 20th Floor. Breakfast was fabulous. Very helpful staff as well and the Mekong Restaurant within the hotel served excellent cuisine and great prices

This is without a doubt the best hotel I have been in for a long time. Amazing amenities, amazing staff who are very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is great. The restaurant has a very nice menu to choose from and great food. The breakfast had lots of choices and well prepared. The management and staff are very professional. The room and the hotel was spotless. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay.

Great hotel, restaurant had great food, great location, friendly and attentive staff

My room with riverside view and the helpful front desk and the receptionist staff place me on the 27th floor with an impeccable bird’s eye view of the river and the brilliance lights at night on the main street. Additionally, the breakfast buffet here is The BEST I have had for the range hotels like this there is so much selection of local flavors just wish I could eat more and not gaining weight. Special appreciation to: Nhi Hy, Ken Pham, Tình, Khoa, Huy, Lược, Thao, Vu, Truong and Thien Will be back!

The hotel is very clean, the buffet breakfast is very tasty and many varieties, a big shout out for all the staff, they all very helpful, friendly and polite. We will definitely come and stay here again.

Staff was wonderful from the moment we pulled up out front until our taxi brought us to the airport today. Rooms are clean and spacious, and bedding is very comfy!! Breakfast buffet is INCREDIBLE with options for everyone, and of course staff is attentive and welcoming. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the doorman/bellhop… each of them are truly delightful. They’re happy to help you with a taxi, directions to anything, and of course an umbrella when the rain rolls in. Thank you all so very much for the wonderful hospitality!!!

The location of the hotel was little far from the main attractions, but it was right next to the river and in walking distance to the shopping area. Overall we loved the hotel, the staff, the location.

Nice large room with river and city view. Air con not working well and room cleanliness needs improvement. On leaving glanced under the bed to check we hadn't left anything it was very dirty. As in the title not sure about the Sheraton standard, I have stayed in many and was an SPG member for several years.

Great place to stay. Wouldn’t find an equal accommodation in US for 3 ti Es the price in a medium sized city and 4x tbe price in a major city.

Best in class customer service, very friendly and helpful. One negative thing is that refrigerator in room didn’t produce enough cold air. Asked about it and they said their refrigerators/coolers are to produce just enough cool air , those are not refrigerators. Suggest them to replace these equipments and have refrigerators.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Can Tho immensely. From check-in to bell service to restaurant staff to concierge to the pool bartender, it was top notch service. The ENTIRE staff was sweet, helpful and so accommodating, we (party of 6 people with 3 rooms) loved our stay and will be coming back when in Vietnam. A very special shout-out to Loan Nguyen who works in the hotel restaurant for her exemplary service to our party. Thank you to the entire staff for a perfect stay!!

Lovely stay all around. Best Bun Mam hotpot with all the local unique well cleaned veggies and seafood at Kieu Trinh- an open courtyard small family own restaurant near hotel- walkable. Great reasonable massages at hotel!!

Te front office staff in particular were really exceptional at this hotel. It is a hotel in transition as it is a newly badged SHERATON. The gym and pool area were outstanding and under utilised. It is rare to stay in a hotel of this quality at the rate we paid!

It was during our honeymoon and the staff did their best to make all perfect in every details. Standards are higher than in many same level of hotels in many other countries, western countries inclusive. Thanks to the Food manager director and all the staff for being so kind with us.

When booking this hotel, we didn’t know the name will transfer to Marriott BonVoy, a hotels we trusted and became a member read ago. Hotel staffs were exceptionally helpful and kin. staffs at the restaurant with an excellent services. Sheraton Can Tho is a good hotel for Mekong Delta Explorer. From Paddy rice sightseeing, Fruits farm to Cai Rang floating market .Fun Fun and fun.

The hotel has very good view on Mekong River and staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good and there are a variety of food and beverages.

Very nice and clean property with luxurious rooms and excellent breakfast, there was a major drawback in that the wifi did not work consistent and cable tv plus YouTube were spotty as well. Rooms: spacious, clean, great view, quiet, nice bath products offered, beautiful bathroom Surrounding area: next to a large mall and lots of eating options, from our room we could see a large garbage dump although I suppose this isn’t in the hotels control Breakfast: just spectacular, there were 3 kinds of noodle soups plus a grill station offering grilled minute steak, shrimp and salmon. Coconuts, beetroot juice and some beverage options not found at other hotel breakfast in Vietnam, overall the food was excellent and the most variety of any hotel breakfast I’ve had

Everything about the VinPearl was first rate. Starting from being greeted at the door to the valet helping us with our bags as we left to everything in between. The staff was courteous and professional, the rooms were luxurious, the facility impeccable. From now on, I will look for VinPearl facilities first when I search for places to stay - great job!
