I got sent back from the Jordan/Israel border and there was limited availability yet, the staff was very accommodating and checking me in and making sure I did not need anything. They made sure the price per night was within my budget.

Great hotel

The hotel lacks some renovations, however this is well compesated by a wonderful, helpful and pleasant staff, great amenities and the cleanliness of this place. During my stay they were doing some renovation to the corridors, if this extends to the rooms deco then this will add more value to this hotel.

We would like to thank you for our stay - lovely property but more especially the staff and people were kind and responsible. There was a minor problem with our room and response was excellent and caring. Would highly recommend.

It was a great stay. Outdoor pool was very nice, rooms were clean and ready with nice city views. Check in and check out was smooth. A very special thanks for Mr Mohammed al kayed - front office manager for his warm welcoming and the addition of personal touch while dealing with guests. Very polite and professional

Clean, neat and professional. I just faced a small issue with my room, but their response was immediate! My future stays isA will be here for sure.

Awesome hotel and staff!

This hotel is really wonderful and the people working there truly care about their guests. I havent seen this level of care in a long while and the hotel itself is just beautifully accented and designed. Also the restaurants and bars are great! The food at the Italian restaurant is soooo gooood! Highly recommended this hotel!

Nice hotel with a very good and kind staff

I booked a deluxe upgraded room and asked for higher floors to receive an average room at the 2nd floor while hotel is almost empty!! Terrible management and customer service

Excellent facilities (eg indoor heated pool), spacious rooms, nice views of Amman and the housekeeping staff were top quality.

Fantastic stay the staff remembered us and treated us so well.

Fantastic staff particularly Abi who heads F&B and Anna and Maya our waitresses. The Italian restaurant is excellent and the Iftar offered was also great. Swimming pool etc great.

Amman Business Trip

The hotel is well-maintained, staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast needs to be improved as I stayed for 5 nights and every day the breakfast was the same which is a bit boring and requires more variety. The rooms need an upgrade for coffee machines since its a 5* hotel. Accessibility is very convenient.

Everything was on point 👌

We were treated so kind by all the hotel staff. They were so professional and polite and helpful. The rooms were well appointed, bed very comfortable and great shower. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast.

The entrance and communal facilities in this hotel were very grand and impressive, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive in the lobby. However the cleanliness of the rooms and speed of the room service let it down. Unfortunately we had stained sheets, and on the rollaway cot placed in the room, the duvet didnt have any sheets on it and was badly stained. When we called to resolve and also request an extra mug etc etc, it took so long to arrive that we had to call twice to follow up. Also not much happening in the immediate area around the hotel, so felt somewhat uncomfortable to just walk out and explore.

Good location, clean and comfortable. The pool and the hair salon are very good amenities and services to have. Also enjoyed tge breakfast buffet.

Over all the hotel was great but they can update the rooms as they where outdated. Staff, food is perfect

The reception was looking nice, the rooms are very old and the curtains does not block the sun in the morning to much light, room service is too slow

Excellent hotel and v friendly staff. Wanted to especially mention concierge Khaled, Ramzia from breakfast service and Sedeen from customers service among many more all around the hotel.

The worst service ever. Staff were rude and lack professionalism. Constant delays for no obvious reason.

Clean , nice staff and good location

Gym and swimming pool were great, the hotel needs updating in terms of its decoration and sole furniture.

According to the booking on Expedia it says the breakfast was free . Later I found out it wasn’t . I found that very disturbing. I was charged a hefty fee . 25 JD for what ??

Expedia no trust Expedia is bad company I will write very bad review for Expedia my reservation was with breakfast and the Sheraton did not give me the breakfast I stay 19 days without I will never book with Expedia never no trust no honest I will never book with you and I will till my story to everyone I know and I will share my review in every website

Don’t stay at the Sheraton

The hotel is in a very bad condition carpet is old and smells bad, the safety box is not working the security guard ask you in a rude way to put mask on while he is not wearing one reception staff are friendly as well as the cleaning staff. I will not recommend it if you want to have a nice stay in Amman 😏

Not valuable for this money

Posirtive: good breakfast and very attentive staff for breakfast Negative:Low speed internet, old room and furniture, Used and old carpet, low quality shampoo, old and shaking elevator, no garden space.

Superb gym

Stayed 5 nights for business I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious with superb beds and marble bathrooms. The decor is a little bit dates and slightly gaudy, but that's a preference thing. The reason I chose the hotel is the gym, which is brand new and has everything you need for whatever workout you do. It also has excellent pool, sauna and steam room. I actually think the hotel is not doing enough to market it's wellness facilities. If this is important to you, definitely stay there. If not, it is still an excellent hotel.

Great hotel, amazing staff

A very elegant hotel, professional and kind staff, well furnished lobby, great room and good dining options.. they maintained these standards throughout our stay and every single staff member was always looking for a way to help. Definitely will be back .

High service level

I had the pleasure of spending two nights at Sheraton and it was a true pleasure. Good service, nice clean and comfortable rooms.

The room was terrible. Once I opened the water in the tub to shower after along flight an orange colored water came down the faucet and filled up the tub. it looked disgusting! Also, in the morning I wanted to make a cup of coffee so I opened the coffee maker to add water but it had mold all over it! Not to mention the dust all over the room. I had my 3 children with me and I couldn’t give any of them a shower because of the sandy orange water. I spoke to the manager but he didn’t do anything other than apologized and said the hotel was full!!! Never going there again.

The health club was amazing: fully equipped gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry and steam sauna.

Good location, good food and clean rooms. Bath tubs should be replaced by glass walk-in showers.

great stay, check if the pool renovation is done

It was a great stay, the only downside was the renovation of the outdoor pool. nonetheless, the management compensated with a free breakfast.

Double Beds in Club Room is Nonsense

Got the club room but what doesn’t make sense is it’s 2 double beds. The lower classic room has 2 queen beds. When you upgrade to a Club room, beds are supposed to be queen at least which makes no sense. Otherwise, it was good.

Cigarette smoke was a problem even though my room was non smoking my neighbor smoked and it was going into my room.

From the minute we stepped into the place everything was excellent staff couldn't help enough. They organised driver for dead Sea and Petra tours. Everything was perfect would definitely recommend.
