Good place to stay in Sanya

Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well.

Minimal bed comfort

Be prepared for a very stiff bed surface, I lived in China for awhile, so I thought I had adjusted, but this bed was uncomfortable.

Location is nice as you can cross the street to the ocean beach. Hotel has a nice swimming pool as well. The Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor has very good food.

Will not stay in this hotel again!

Anyone can go up to the rooms, you don't need a card access to get up to the hotel rooms. We even got advertisement leaflets under our door. Room is quiet dark as hotel is using yellow lights. Cleanliness is so-so, we spill some liquid on the floor and used tissue to wipe off. To our disgust, the tissue is black. The floor has black tiles so you can see that the floor is dirty. Housekeeping staff is quite responsive when we asked for extra pillows and towel. Hotel environment is noisy as the road is just beside the beach. The cars are always horning away early in the morning. You never have a quiet moment on the beach as it always crowded with people and loud music. Do not expect much on TV channels as you are only allowed to watch CCTV channels only. Breakfast is chaotic especially during weekends. Do not have high expectations on the food, it's edible only when you are hungry and only 1 type of beverage is drinkable. The rest of the drinks are highly diluted.

Convenient, value for a good stay.

We had a very good stay. All good. Staff are helpful and able to advise where to take public transportation to attractions.

Close to beach and city centre

across from beach and boulevard along beach. within walking distance to shopping and eateries. Large room with balcony with view of beach and sea. Staff are polite and helpful.

Only wishing the staff could speak a bit better English, better WIFI would be great.

Overall average, breakfast vary lousy. No food refurbished after 9.30am. Not enough staffs to clear and clean tables. Only 1 coffee machine for about 60 tables.

Avoid the Shengyi if you don't speak Mandarin

Extremely disappointed in the Shengyi Holiday Villa hotel. Despite solid reviews on line, we found that the hotel had virtually no English capability. They did not seem familiar with the hotel.com booking system as we prepaid for a 180 degree suite room, and they tried to give us their standard room (don't think they bothered to check the confirmation number). After much complaining and finally getting someone on the telephone who spoke some English, they "upgraded" us to the room we paid for. Most alarming, however, was their "signature" Chinese restaurant. Just after the food arrived, we saw a rather large rodent run across the restaurant floor! To make matters worse, when we explained to the waitstaff we were leaving and why, they summoned the hotel manager on duty who tried to negotiate payment, and actually offered a 20% discount for our trouble. We declined to pay for the food and gave them some money for the beer we drank and left the restaurant quite upset and hungry. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have much in the way of restaurants in the neighborhood. Strongly suggest travelers to avoid this hotel!

Very relaxing

enjoyable stay

Staff are friendly though they may not be that experienced with dealing with non Chinese speaking guests. Swimming pool is very pleasant and large considering it is in the city proper . Chinese folk singing by the beach may not be everyone's cup of tea but we enjoyed that local culture bit. Our room was upgraded in the latter part of the stay so we were very happy and grateful.

Overall is a good hotel, clean and environment friendly. We can get cab easily and go anywhere.

ホテル前の道路を渡ればすぐ海岸ですが 夜は車のクラクションが気になります。 朝食のバイキングは種類も多く 美味しかった。部屋も清潔。 リピートありです。

Don`t book this hotel

It was a terrible experience .We are a big family coming to Sanja to celebrate Christmas and this hotel we have booked 5 rooms .I came to the hotel first and find out the hotel did not have the same things that they have promise on their site. It was an old hotel , the room was dirty , we try to change the room twice but still it is dirty and noisy. We stayed 1 night and then we moved out. The staff was not helpful and they didn't`t care. The breakfast was a joke. Breakfast until 1000a.m. and lights off the restaurant 5 minutes to 10 a.m.Coffee is some brown water cold of course and when I asked the staff who do not speak a word English (nobody do)he just do not care. The coffee shop and restaurant they said they provide food is a lie. Everything do not exist even though is on the menu. We arrived at the hotel around 2.p.m. and wants to eat but everything in the hotel is closed and we have to find something to eat outside the hotel? I change hotel the next day even though I could not contact hotel.com I was glad I could cancel my brother`s room and book for us somewhere nice.

朝食の質があまり良く無かった。客の食べ残し、持ち帰りが多い為と思われます。 hotels.comの方からホテル側にテーブル上にサインを出すように提案して頂きたい。

靠近海滩，環境不錯。唯一是太吵鬧，海滩边太多喇叭播放音樂。房間不算整潔，空調噪音大，設施老化。

靠近海滩，環境优美，但是由日出前到夜晚9点多海滩边都有喇叭播放音樂，声浪巨大，太吵！房間不算整潔，空調噪音大，家俱老舊，酒店包含早餐，但早餐是我生平住过的同一级别的酒店中最最难吃的！

住的時候因為是比較新的酒店，所以整體都很舒適，很滿意，性價比較高，早餐也不錯， 地點又ok, 很近海灘，

房間不錯（套房）頗大，房務員很盡責，每日都會問要不要打掃，很近海灘，海景很美，睇到日落，很舒服！不錯！

Bra läge i Sanya Bay

Hotellet ligger nära stranden i Sanya Bay, med gångavstånd till närliggande gator med restauranger och butiker. Då det var lågsäsong när vi var där var delar av poolens faciliteter avstängda med mera. Hjälpsam personal trots att alla inte kunde tala engelska. Helt okej hotell! Taxi till Dadonghai tar ca 15 min och kostar runt 20 yuan, vilket är en finare strand.

Geeignet für kurzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt

Das Hotel liegt, getrennt durch eine Strasse, direkt am Strand. Je nach Zimmer hat man sich auf die Sanya Bay oder Phoenix Island. Es ist schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber noch akzeptabel. Baden war keine angenehme Sache, auch wenn wir mit dem Bus schon etwas weiter weit vom Zentrum gefahren sind. Für diese Aktivität eignen sich Yalong Bay und Dadong Bay deutlich besser. Das Hotel hat einen Pool, den wir dann auch benutzt haben. Er ist nicht riesig, war aber sauber und gut gepflegt. Dieses Hotel bietet abends ein "All-you-can-it Seafood BBQ" an, man achte auf verfügbare Vergünstigungen (angeboten für ca. 300RMB, aber wir haben weniger bezahlt). Die Auswahl war gut (besonders gegrillte Austern und roher Lachs haben uns gefallen). Es gab auch (chinesischen) Wein - naja.

총 4일을 지내는 동안 햇빛 알레르기 때문에, 그리고 모기 때문에 피부가 가려운 줄 알았습니다. 그런데 떠나는 날 아침 침대 위에 작은 벌레가 기어 다니더라구요~ 객실 바닥에 먼지는 기본이고, 청소를 시키면 보통 새 침구와 새 비누가 나오잖아요, 그런데 침구 정리만 되어 있고, 무른 비누를 4일 동안 썼습니다. 그리고 객실에 거울이 없어서 화장하고, 옷 입기가 불편 했어요~ 그 외 직원들이 아주아주 친절하고,호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 밤에 시끄럽긴 한데, 저는 방이 15층이라 창문 닫으면 방음이 확실히 되더라구요~ 조용히 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 야외수영장에 구조요원이 튜브도 무료로 빌려 주시고 사물함도 따로 있어 좋았습니다. 그런데...호텔식당에 저녁 해산물 바베큐 뷔페는 정말 실망 입니다. 한국이 생선구이나 회는 정말 잘 나오는 겁니다. 해남에서 해산물은 찾지 마세요~한국이 더 싱싱하고 좋습니다. 대신 열대과일 많이 드세요~

很舒服

訂了海景套房，房間空間大，很漂亮。樓下泳池很舒服。

就在三亚湾海滩旁边，出门就到。因为地处闹事，车流很大。酒店有游泳池，里面还有水上滑梯，可惜没来及体验。酒店的餐厅有BBQ，还有个很大的婚庆公司。

ホテルの設備、立地、スタッフの対応、全て問題ありません。 中華ホテルにありがちな横柄な対応を受けた記憶もありません。 ただ、２つ納得いかないことがありました。 1 ホテルズドットコムですでに支払済にも関わらず、価格調整という名目で、1日十数元を徴収された 私は北京語は話せますので当然抗議しましたが、お金が戻ってくることはありませんでした。 デポジットとの500元から勝手に引いて返金されるので、支払い拒否もできません。 彼らの言い分では、安すぎる値段で予約されたので、調整したと。 それではホテル予約サイトで、激安価格を表示して、後に追加徴収することが出来てしまいます。 では高い値段で予約したら逆に逆に返金するとでもいうのか？それをしないのに追加徴収はフェアではないし、そもそもホテル予約サイトへの価格の提示は責任を持つべきものと思います。 2 中国人客がうるさい 窓の外から大音量の音楽も これはあの国ではもはやあきらめるしかないのですが、中華ホテルなので中国人がうるさいです。エレベーターで喫煙する、ビュッフェで大量に皿に盛り、盛大に残すなど、マナー皆無の中国らしい光景を目の当たりにします。ただこれについてはイヤなら中国人の少ない高級ホテルに泊まればいいだけの話なので、中国に旅行に行く以上、自分で中華ホテルに泊まる以上、諦めるべきかも思います。 客層と不明瞭な料金以外、とても満足です。ただ2度と泊まりません。

Well, I stayed for 3 nights and it was not pleasant at all. Wedding was held everyday on the 3rd floor and people smoked a lot even inside the elevators. Room was dark in general even with all the lights turned on and breakfast was not up to my expectations. Location was alright but busy most of the times as getting a taxi was not easy at all. The worst part was additional government tax per person per night which was not mentioned in the website. It seemed like a resort fee and its absurd to pay 11RMB/person/night and 132 RMB for 4 of us. I really encourage to lower the rate instead of collecting extra tax. Honestly, I won't stay this hotel again.

ビーチに近く、繁華街にも近い

オーシャンビューの部屋でしたが三亜のビーチが見えてとても気分がイイです 一部のスタッフの対応が悪く不快な気分になりましたが、それ以外は特に問題はありません 天涯や亜龍湾などへのバス停も近く交通はすごく便利です。 第一市場にも近く海鮮料理を食べたり、おみやげの果物を買うのも便利です 季節的にマンゴーとライチを買いましたがとても甘く新鮮でした。

近くにごはんの店が、たくさん有りとっても便利です。 残念なのが外貨両替が出来ない事でした。 他は満足でした
