Well presented, in a nice location

Nice place and tidy fit for all traveller's, accomadtion great and clean

Me and my family had a lovely time here. The seafood was on our doorstep to gather pipis/cockles. The facilities were maintained regularly and the staff were all so welcoming, kind and helpful. We hope to be able to return in the near future.

Great location and good amenities

The pod was nice and clean. A duck flew in then out gave us a fright. The fan was too bulky for a small area maybe fix a fan to the wall then it’s out of the way. Shower water the first morning was boiling hot. Enjoyed our stay!

Although I had a great time and everything was fine the pod was a bit cob webby and it had an unpleasant smell which I did report to reception..kitchen fine but bring your own pots pans etc as a visitor from the uk I did'nt have any so could'nt cook meals etc...

Waterfront = Good Value for your Money

It was a comfortable stay. One day. We had a villa with two bedrooms and our own bathroom.

Fully meet my needs as a single traveller, was quiet due to low season. Easy to find and on the beach front.

The stay was enjoyable, i definitely will come stay again, my Cabin was plenty room for myself or even two people.

Great place to stay, kids enjoyed the playground and heated pool. Treasure Hunt was a hit for the kids on our first day as this kept them entertained while unpacking. 2 bed unit was perfect would definitely stay again.

Nice place. We are a family of 4 and booked a 2 bedroom unit . It was clean and had everything we needed . The pool was really good my kids enjoyed it, wasn’t too cold so it was a good . We had a bonfire an it was clean and all. Good for families .

I'd say it's a nice place, but they should clearly state that even if you book a room there won't be any blankets or towels. This is extra. I've never heard ablut that. We needed to pay for that extra.. Also the service lady said she'd soo kind to come back to give it to us, which was odd in that situation. Besides that, still a nice place to stay, but in winter it's not the warmest in the rooms.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The beach was literally outside the back door of our cabin. Fantastic walks and spectacular sunsets.

Kids loved the hot pool and the jumping pillow, the young office girl was very lovely, genuine and helpful, the kids enjoyed this campground very much

Receptionist is a Gem, warm and friendly, always accommodating with a genuine smile

Was there at a quitier time so was peaceful, quiet and location was great being away from town.

Great location, on a quiet beach yet within 5 minutes drive to Coromandel town for shops cafes and restaurants. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were well kept, the tv room with sky tv was a bonus.

The location was great. The room we booked was very clean as were the common areas.

friendly check in, initially could not find booking but this was only for a minute, good explanation of where to find unit and facilities and also camp rules unit was like new , glamping cabin sit in bed and see the beach, very clean, appears new still, facilities showers also very clean and maintained, hot water easily happened in shower great experience to stay here unexpected delight the night sky. the camp is 5 minutes north of coromandel the night sky was magnificent was in total awe and was not expecting this the beach was not shelly as the name suggested but sandy and very beautiful i cannot rate this high enough the staff were very lovely

For the amount we paid this property was great. The room was very clean and the kids loved all the facilities.

No bedding provided in the lodges despite the over priced rooms. One power point in the room. Pool was excellent and staff were friendly

Shelly Beach is a lovely resort. With the friendliest of staff and nice and clean. Loved that they have now added a pool which makes the experience even more worth it :)

I will be staying at this place again - the setting was absolutely picturesque and plenty of bird life around - we stayed in the clamping pod and it was just perfect. The staff were amazing and had great control of all the patrons. This is a magical place :)

Awesome stay loved it, just the bathrooms seemed never clean. And some asians spitting for an hour was really gross

Very nice unit & friendly staff

The grounds were incredibly tidy. Very clean bedroom and kitchen/bathroom facilities. We stayed in the lodge and the beds were very comfortable. The room was hot being summer, but a standing fan was supplied in the wardrobe which was a relief. Would have liked to have stayed longer for the kids to enjoy the pool and play areas.

We paid non powered site to camp at however the day was raining so we upgraded to the lodge room which was super comfy and warm especially for our daughter. It was fun meeting the other guests even though we share the kitchen and bathrooms but it was super easy to move around the area and we felt at home and safe

This holiday park is super clean and has all of the amenities you need. The setting is beautiful and I would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The property was on the beach front, we were in a deluxe glamping pod which had views of the beach, which included the most amazing sunsets each night. Quiet position, clean property, all amenities yiu need are available for free, including showers.

Das Delux Pod war einfach der Hammer wir hatten direkte Sicht auf den Ozean (Bucht) und konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang geniessen und der Ebbe und Flut zuschauen. Der allgemeine BBQ Grill ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und heizte extrem schlecht. Wäre cool wenn man zum Pod noch einen eigenen Grill mieten könnte. Wir würde wieder dort paar Tage verbringen.

Nice but very basic room. Night stands would be very useful. Staff is friendly. Parking is easy and most of the amenities are clean. Just wondering why half of the shower stalls were closed.
